Angela Colon: Security guard gave a really negative energy. He acted as though he was being inconvenienced by the people that were using the RMV. Everyone that helped us after that were great. The Woman that helped us really helped my Daughter relax some, she even gave her tips on how to take the best picture then allowed her to take a handful. She also had beautiful nails and pink hair. My Daughter even mentioned on her way home how she really appreciated her being so nice.

Soft Light: Staff & Gustomer Service is Great ..🤩; It doesn't require much time and procedures...;to facilitate this, It's preferable to take an appointment on the website... (through my experience yesterday...).

Prasenjit Mondal: Lovely people and very much friendly. But they strictly follow rules and regulations. Remember to bring your required original documents otherwise you have to come back.Also, they are maintaining their service extremely well inspite of this unprecedented covid situation.As of April 2023, you can go and make appointment onsite but you have to wait a long. They basically have two lines-with and without appointment, everyone in the with appointment line should get the ticket first then without appointment will get the tickets for appointment. It takes so long, so it's better to have your appointment before coming! Hope it helps 🙂

Stephanie Fernandes: If I can give zero stars I would.My husband and I just moved from out of town and we walked in to transfer our registration to MA. Wait was not long.My husband and I got recently married. My vehicle I purchased before our wedding is in my maiden name. My DL was changed to my married last name before we moved but I didn't get to go to the DMV to changed my registration before we left.The African lady who helped us was absolute garbage. She refused to changed my registration to MA even though I had ALL appropriate documentation. She didn't even look at my paperwork and cut me off. Stated I needed a MA license before they change my registration to MA and to my married last name..Why in the world does that matter? My previous state DL is already changed LEGALLY. What difference and logical sense does that make?Funny thing is I went to Easthampton location this week for my DL and the DL appt was a breeze. Everyone was incredibly kind.Also, when I asked the reps there about my registration problem in Boston, they looked at all my paperwork I had (the same documents) and the lady rolled her eyes when I told her what the African lady said to me. She assured me there is no rule where I need a MA license first and that they will happily change my registration right then and there (sadly I drove my husband's car). I was furious and laughing. I can't believe I didn't go to EastHampton to begin with.Avoid this location at all costs. The employees have no clue what they are doing and it'll save you from time wasted.

Xu Song: The worst place I‘ve ever been, being racial discriminated by the servant. I waited an hour in the outside and came in at 9am , one of their servant told me to wait outside the line after 10 guys who are came later than me(they are also walk-in). We paid these people to serve us and they treated us like they are the boss.

Michele Koester: This very large museum has some wonderful art that is a must see. The Monet room is quite exceptional and beautiful as well as many of the other collection rooms and art. Special exhibits on the other hand seem to be an issue. Timed tickets are required which we purchased for the current Hokusai exhibit. I have no idea why they require timed tickets since we got to the exhibit and it was wall to wall jam packed people - and they just kept letting more and more in - you had to fight your way thru to view what you wanted to view. And it was that way through the entire exhibit. We saw no security or employees watching or guiding. And while I don't wish to offend, people don't care that there are others who wish to view the pieces too - manners are basically non-existent. It's truly a shame that we have to contend with more rudeness these days especially when surrounded by so much incredible beauty. Museum employees that we did find could not even tell us where certain exhibits were in the museum. Don't visit on a weekend if you don't like crowds. We had tickets and still had to wait in a very long line.

Angel Carboni: Love the MFA! I don't think words can describe how great and how important it is to go and visit! There's always new things on display and there's always events going on. As a COF student I'm able to get in for free with membership perks however the normal admission is not bad for the quality and quantity of content there is to explore at the museum! Two visits will never be the same because there's just SO much to see! Honestly could take almost a full week if you're there from opening to close to see all of it!

Chris Capuzzo: Truly beautiful museum. A lot of history to learn. There's always something unique to find there. I don't particularly enjoy most art. However walking through the Greek, Asian, European sections was incredible. Even more incredible was the Egyptian exhibit. I felt like I was getting a glimpse of a world long past. Didn't get a chance to see the whole museum before it closed. Definitely plan to come back.

Erick Conde: This is must when in Boston. Great and diverse collection of the finest arts. Some expositions are seasonal and we had the pleasure of the featuring of the Japanese Hokusai exhibit. At least three floors with global, Asian, African American, and American dedicated spaces. Fully recommend getting the tickets in advance to avoid 30minute to an hour lines. Enjoy!

Let's not forget how interesting this building is. I do think it needs to be painted over with something colorful because if I had to stare at it all day, I would need antidepressants. T Temp: if i can rate negative, i would like to rate negative 5!!!tonight i get a ticket for living parking on a oneway for 1 minute. when i got out of the restaurant, a lady was printing the ticket. when i drove into that oneway, a police car following me on behind. Polices didn't forbidden that parking. the oneway is wide enough for 2 car driving side by side. i did not effect other cars getting through even a large car. actually this happened in Boston every night. the reality of parking condition is no good. why Boston didn't resolve this problem, but punish drivers. taxpayers pay them to serve peoples, they didn't try to resolve problems but use authorities to earn money and said that is for public benefits. roads are their tools to make money.i am angry tonight not only because this issue but also because "traffic pulled over". last month i was pulled over by a police woman in Dorchester(district C11) . She said i crossed red. i told her i was 100% sure i didn't. she insisted "she had eyes on". i got a warning. when i asked her for badge number and name, she just keep leaving without manners. days later i called police department, required them cancel the warning. they said they can do nothing with a warning. i check dashcam. my car was cross over the line for 2 car body long away. what a big mistake she made. But a driver only can take their wrongs. deridinly she has two big eyes and protrudent just looks like bull eyes. i am a professional driver, warning still can effect my record. there was a worse case: in 2018 i was driving in a rotary waiting for GPS telling me driving into which way out. so i drove slow down and closed to edge of rotary to yielding to other cars. a police woman pulled me over. she told me i "wanted" to drive into a oneway. she knew a rider in car was suffering from drunk. but still pulled me over for about 30 minutes!!! that is the service from district C11 police department. then showed her mercy:"only a warning". later i received a complain from riders. this police woman even didn't has basic law knowledge. that is what she thought not a fact. actually i was waiting for GPS. i didn't planed to drive into any way out. i think C11 polices should get retrained. i noticed that around 1/1/2023, C11 polices pulled over many many cars. i guessed that did Boston government not had enough money, so them wanted to make money from drives? Just like New York city.i will paste this chapter to C11 police department google location.

Maria Zolotarev: Cute little museum. A little expensive without the library pass, but a good way to spend some hours with the kids during the winter time. Age 6 and under are free. I took my toddler who is obsessed with cars. Please note you cannot touch the displays. However they did have a nice little kids corner set up with books and a few toys. I saw on their website that they do kids events and storytimes as well on certain days. Their special lawn events are fun for the kids too in the warmer season. They let my toddler sit in one of the cars during that one.
