Mark: So I was doing some window shopping for something soccer related and the lady in the store told me that she didn't want to waste my time if wasn't buying anything. That's an example of bad customer service. I am glad that I won't ever have to visit this store again, due the poor customer service I received at this store. How they are still business is beyond hilarious to me.

First we got our feet checked and as I suspected my left foot and right foot had different probations. My left running shoe wore out much quicker than right! Second I got the right shoes!! 1080 or 860!! We were helped by many, including Ben (Penn alum!) And Calvin. Sorry I forgot the name of the gentleman who measured my feet. HE WAS THE BEST! Robert: They sold two pairs of Sneakers both red. And both had dye that ruined the sneakers as well as 4 pairs of socks I had. The guy offered me a discount on a new pair of sneakers. No other sneakers I've ever had had dye that ran like this. Pretty awful experience. $160.00 spent and they wouldn't give me one red cent back, just a discount on new sneakers.
Key Patterson: I went to this store to exchange a gift that was purchased online, that I had been told by text/talking to customer service that I couldn't do via telephone or in person. Since I've been a New Balance customer for 20+ years I highly doubted that I wouldn't be able to do the exchange in store with my packing slip in hand. Text/talking to customer services solution was for me to either keep the unwanted items or return them and have the purchase go back to my relatives credit card which I didn't want. When I walked into the store I was greeted warmly by Monty. I explained my situation and he was more than happy to help me. He helped me pick out new items in store and when all of the items were not in stock in the size I needed in his store he hopped online and ordered the correct size and had it delivered to my home. He also returned the items to a gift card and made the new purchases with the gift card just in case something went wrong with the shipping(which it did not the item arrived the next day!) So I wouldn't have another negative experience with talking/texting customer service. Monty went above and beyond in my humble opinion and he deserves a raise or at least employee of the month!

I wanted shoes for myself so I could practice with my son, but I have "problem feet". knowing that, I did NOT want to buy online.So I did some brand research and went in to see if they had the brands-models I thought would be a good fit. They absolutely did! plus more. The staff really knew their products and took the time to listen to my issues and brought out the cleats I was looking at plus their own suggestions. I ended up going with Diadoras, a brand I never would have considered.I worked retail sales myself for over 20 years and, as I tried on cleats, I watched them help another family.I was genuinely impressed with the staff friendliness,product knowledge and their level of customer service.I wanted a second pair for "game day". They ordered a pair for me and called me when in, as promised. I picked up several other items: cones and game day match level balls. Their prices were reasonable. I wish they were closer, but, in the end, it was well worth the long drive from where I live.

joseph frunzo: it usually has a really good selection compared to most others around and i have been to at least 70% of them around the area this Olympia will have pretty much everything it's a good sized store and has a long back section that's where you can find most of the merchandise, clearance and gift items as well as stuff for women / kids they have items you usually don't really see at others i have shopped at this store alone ( but not entirely) for easily the past 3-4+ years all because it just has so much variety 50% of my sports stuff was from here! they also offer many coupons and sales when you get their card do it! totally worth it and you hardly pay full price as long as it's on sale + that coupon and their card! service is fairly good you can get most of your needs here and if all you want to do is look and come back that's fine because i think every 2-3 weeks they get more shipments due to the fact it's next to the City and MANY people come to the Cambridgeside Galleria for its wide variety of stores and affordable prices.

Andrew Huang: Location:Note that the address of the store on Google Maps is correct, but the location of where it is on the map is incorrect. It is right between Bianca and Warby Parker. Google Maps shows it to the east of both stores and a few other stores instead as of May 6, 2023 so I have submitted a correction. Additionally, there is both a front and back entrance, so you can go in from the Route 9 side or from the rear parking lot.Selection:This is a fairly small store compared to the one in Watertown or the one on Newbury Street but it still had a decent selection of items. You may not find exactly what you're looking for here, but this store carries the latest generation and only the latest if that's what you're seeking.Staff:Rosie helped me trying to find the perfect pair of running shorts. She didn't ask what size I was but guessed the correct size when she brought out shorts for me to try so she knew how to judge based on just looking. This place has a very very large handicap-accessible fitting room. The shorts available weren't quite what I was looking for because I wanted something that had attributes of both the running and the training shorts she found for me. She explained they get the latest next-generation clothes and then pass on their styles to other stores like Watertown once the next iteration is released, so she looked up the previous generation and saw it may have exactly what I wanted from the description. She let me know they had it in stock in the next closest Nike store and gave me the product code to find it because she knew I wanted to try clothes in person first rather than purchasing online. She even made sure I should make sure to not pay more than the sale price she saw listed.What made Rosie a cut above the rest were her additional recommendations after figuring out my interests based on the clothes I was looking for. She recommended a locally owned store (not Nike) in case I still did not find what I wanted. Aware of my interest in running, she also let me know about a running group they have and explained the schedule and the routes to me as well.

Also if you see something that you like but it’s not in your size then just ask an employee and they will get you the size that fits you from the back of the store. Quick summary AMAZING Nike store.
