However, December Thieves management promptly addressed and resolved UPS failure to process and deliver my package. Fortunately, I received my significantly delayed order immediately following December Thieves proactive actions. I highly commend management for their professional, personable, and quality customer service (which of course, is vital to maintaining established customers, cultivating new ones, and increasing business productivity and revenue).

The XV Beacon where we stayed offered car service so we had them drop us off on Charles Street (our driver’s suggestion!). We set out going in and out of all the cute shops but we were awestruck by December Thieves windows! So we went in to shop and did not leave empty-handed! It would be impossible to! Their designers are so forward, all the pieces are beautiful and unique. Great shoes, great jewelry and fun and funky accessories (a lacquered tray is next on my purchase list). I bought a long flowy black dress by a Russian designer that is out of this world fabulous! I can hardly wait to wear it. The sister store is as wonderful-the home goods and accessories are way a cut above your typical gift shop. My daughter bought a straw backpack tote with leather straps that is lightweight and great looking on. I bought several fragrances and a wonderful travel size lavender hand sanitizer. YOU MUST have something gift wrapped too. Another cut above! So glad I can continue shopping these two stores online! I wish I had taken a photo of the windows-you must see for yourself though! So go!!!!!

Local Maker: I've shopped both locations on Charles Street (51 and 88) in Beacon Hill and LOVE both shops. The products are so well curated and are super unique, most are from small designers in Europe and you won't see these pieces anywhere else. Everyone working in the stores are friendly, helpful and have amazing style. No doubt you will love it there.

The first order confirmation said up to 21 days for processing, but then when I contacted customer service, I got a generic response of “we’re extreme busy, orders taking 21 days or more to process” and they could not give me any other updates. It’s been almost a month now and still no update on delivery. 😡***Wow! After your response yesterday stating that my order would be shipped by the end of the week, now I get an email saying my order has been cancelled???!!! What kind of business are you running here!? This seems a bit retaliatory? I just wanted the products I ordered, never asked the order be cancelled! Horrible business! I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General’s office!***

Mo Shen: Horrible online customer service. I bought a birthday gift for a friend which did not even ship out 2 weeks after placing the order. I emailed them to cancel since it wouldn’t arrive on time. They gave a rude response as if I was at fault for not reading their FAQ about sale items (the FAQ made no mention of cancellations about sale items, and based on a few of the reviews below this store has no problem with randomly cancelling items even after an order is placed). Honestly, if they had just apologized and gave me an estimated shipment date I would have been fine even if they didn’t allow cancellations. But the customer service was abysmal, responses were obviously super low effort or copy-pasted, and still no update on when my order will even be SHIPPED, let alone delivered.

But I soon realized “you get what you pay for”Opened my box to find one shoe box damaged. I ignored that part in my complaint because you can’t wear the shoe box. But the way my box was packed , was wild in itself. If a company is so busy that you must wait 21 business days for an order to ship , you would think said company would be invested in proper packaging.I checked the first box and found a clearly worn pair of shoes. Clearly worn with scuff marks, toe box stains , outsole stains and all. When I reached out I was told I can keep the shoes and get 15% off or return them for a full refund , and then make another order. But then at that point I must wait another 21 BUSINESS days for my shoes. All of this FOR BODEGA’S MISTAKE.Not only am I asked to be patient for extended shipping times , I’m also asked to tolerate and be understanding of Bodega’s poor processes and execution.Why is there no urgency in fixing your mistake ? Why is there no formal exchange process? Why no accountability, here as a business ?Whoever reads this be careful shopping online here. If you buy any sales items you’re not going to be treated like a regular customer 🤯🤯.

Blank Facee: DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY ! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & NO PROFESSIONALISM!I ordered 3 shirts from them recently . In the initial confirmation email they informed me due to high volume order would ship within 21 days. I was fine with that… After about 4 full weeks(28 days) and not being sent , I contacted them to see if I could cancel my order, they told me I couldn’t because my shirts were sale items. Not ideal but this isn’t even my issue.. it gets worse.The issue is the items still weren’t shipped for another few days and all of a sudden they told me one of my shirts would be canceled & refunded.. they did process a partial refund. However, one email said a specific shirt would be canceled but the shipping info said that same shirt had been sent. From there I knew something was fishy but I had no option but to wait until my package arrived for final results. Upon receiving my package today ,I noticed they only sent ONE SHIRT.. I waited over a month for a package, which was almost 2 weeks longer than they told me , just to only receive 1/3 of what I originally ordered !! Never again!! This has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had .

Ordered my item a week ago (6+ business days), and it still hasn't been shipped out yet. Every single person that enters bodega has been drinking. I was disrespected and even when my girlfriend told him she was drunk he said she could go in but I couldn’t. The bouncer just decided to single me out for no reason, again I was not intoxicated. He would not give us an explanation and wouldn’t even let us speak to a manager when we asked to. I tried again a few months later. Surprisingly, it went well. So I thought, I’ll give them another try. Well, same as before. Brandon Harmon: I'm sitting here reading the reviews and honestly cant even begin to imagine some of the stuff people wrote...Let's start off with customer service, I've been shopping at Ricciardi for at least 5 years, and every time I've walked in, they've never once made me feel like I "don't belong in there" or rude. All employees have gone out of there way to help me find what I am looking for, explain and describe items/designers I was unaware of, and also provide alternatives or other pieces I may have interest in (over the years, they've kept an eye on what I like and know exactly what to offer me). Nowadays, Riccardo and the team are homies, I feel comfortable going in to browse, purchase, OR just say hi.I've been in Boston my entire life. I've traveled to major cities across the US and I can truly say that Riccardi is one of a kind. Boston doesn't get as much as NYC or LA, but Boston has Riccardi.P.S. I'm also Asian... Never experienced any of the BS claimed by other reviewers...

I was interested in a certain item and I pointed one in particular and he said it was a $3k cashmere sweater. I could not tell if he was trying to be sarcastic but he sounded rude. If that was the case, how does he know what I can or can't afford.. I have never experienced this bad of customer service in my life. He was not friendly whatsoever and was not eager to help. People like him should not be working a customer service position at a luxury store. His kind of attitude is an embarrassment for the company.

That is fine with me;,but unfortunately, I lost the piece of the receipt a week later.I contacted the store in-person right away for a new credit gift card in hope that I could spend it on something else but Mr. Ricardi responded that they "don't" have my information in the system;therefore could not do anything. As a customer who have purchased many items for many years from Ricardi, this is unacceptable! I rather shop at Barney's or Saks where they could solve this problem professionally.

AALIS: Variety of selections in term of running gear. Mostly shoes, but it also provide shirts, acceries, other stuff, running related.Staffs are excellent, very helpful. They act as a consultant to help us find the best decission suits our running need in the store.They have those machine that helps to determined your foot type so it can give recomendation of best shoes type suits you the best.
Alex Bernstein: what can I say, when you need new athletic shoes there’s no one that comes close. All the staff were friendly and professional, Christina explained what the measurements from their machines translated to and had me in and out with a perfect fit in no time at all.

Charlotte Laane: DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH, they have no knowledge on shoes for your goal, injuries and how to perform feet analysis. Buy the shoes you researched and try the shoes for 30 days, their customer service regarding changing shoes within 30 days is a GEM and makes up for the wrong advice.Elaboration;Have been helped by two people from the staff. They are unable to give you good advice. They gave me an unexperienced runner, training for a marathon, a zero drop shoe! That is the last thing you would give to an unexperienced runner especially when they are training for a marathon. Moreover, the analysis of my feet was off. I've had insoles for flat feet as long as I can remember and the first neutral shoe they advised me gave me posterior tibial tendon dysfunction and Achilles issues. The second time I came in they stuck with the advice for the shoe I currently owned with no heel-to-toe drop and no correction, even after I told them the issues I got with these shoes. Fortunately, I didn't listen to them, got shoes with extra heel-toe drop and correction with extra! corrective insoles which resolved my injuries.
Brenda Guan: I had a great experience here. I got my feet scanned here, and based off those scans I was given several recommendations. They made it easy for me to find a pair of great running shoes and everyday shoes that fit my specific needs and preferences. This is one of those places where you feel comfortable buying whatever they say you need because they obviously know what they're doing.

He reassured me that employees are continuing to learn and grow, and that situations like I encountered should not occur regularly in the future.It was extremely busy when I returned to replace my shoes, which gave me time to observe that the employees working there were genuinely helping customers…and everyone was leaving with a smile (including me). I visited three years ago and had an amazing experience - but went back in October looking for new shoes as I am training for the Marathon again. The employee who assisted me was inattentive and clearly more interested in getting credit for purchases than helping me. At one point she blatantly left to help another customer while I was in the middle of talking to her!The only reason I didn’t leave was because I was in dire need of shoes - but now that I’m four months into training, my feet have been uncomfortable more than in the past and I have developed a terrible blister on my toe, which is a clear indication of poor fitting shoes. I believe some employees can be helpful, but they should do a better job screening in their hiring process especially when tailoring to clients running major distances. It should not be “luck of the draw” in who is helping you that day.

alexi arriaran: I shopped at Uniqlo on 9/14/2020 for the first time, I came in a little after 6 and the store was closing at 7. I was buying a gift for a friend and even though the staff was folding down everything I was still able to find what I needed and was helped by a gentlemen named Davidson I believe. He helped me get what I needed in the correct sizes, I also didn’t feel rushed while shopping in the last hour before the store closed. I was able to find amazing deals in the sale section for example a beautiful sweater dress for less than $4! Davidson helped me get my app and my account going. Overall I’m glad I went to this Uniqlo, prices and staff were great!
Ja Kr: We were very impressed with this place. The clothing has proven to be very comfortable, I can't speak for durability b/c it's only been months, not years. The store was very large and impeccably maintained, and the pricing was ridiculously cheap, we felt. We almost didn't go in because we expected it to be another overpriced tourist trap, so we were pleasantly surprised when we decided to head in.There are both men's and women's clothing available, so everybody should find something they like here.
