Wim Prest: These guys were terrific! This was my first project using metal to build something, and I needed a lot of unusual individual sizes. They steered me towards their cutoff (drops) section where I could find the best deals, and save the most money.Initially I was worried about not knowing enough to get what I need. I needn't have worried about a thing. They walked me through my options, exactly what I need, and the different ways that I could go about it. They were extremely patient, helpful, and educational. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone, especially if you're new to buying metal at some place that isn't a Home Depot type store.

I checked on order several times only to be told its on truck they can't give me a time. Then how later they said it was delivered at 230 with no phone call. McGuire: I visited this location yesterday to inquire about a replacement sofa leg—I immediately went to the help desk and asked specifically if they had *anything* resembling the leg and was told No and that I should go to Bed Bath and Beyond by one of the associates in a snarky tone. Suffice to say, I was less than thrilled with their demeanor.However, I decided to go searching myself and found something that would work but it was too long. I approached another associate in the lumber section if it was at all possible to get the replacement piece I found cut down to size as I don’t own a saw. The associate named Denny was absolutely amazing—he was able to cut the piece to the length I needed and did so in a kind and compassionate manner. He didn’t make me feel like I was an irritation or asking too much. Now my couch has all the necessary legs thanks to Denny!

Tom C: Scammers beware! These guys paid me only $2.00 for cast iron drums from the rear wheels and brake shoes. It was easily 30-50 lbs in total and they classified it as steel. I asked the guy and he told me that's all the computer has and to go to the guy upstairs in the office who also told me the same thing that steel is the same as iron.Even on the website it classified brake rotors and drums vs other metals.

Jemal Fowler: A quick stop
Scott Cohen: I just had an absolutely insane interaction at this store. I asked if they carried pocket knives/ multitools which they didn’t, so I asked if I could borrow a pair of scissors to cut a piece of moleskin ( I was walking around the city and getting a blister, just needed for quite literally one second). The guy at the counter (redhead guy if management is reading this) proceeded to give me the hardest time, insinuated that I was from somewhere undesirable, and then when I commented on his rudeness he then went on to name call and make personally offensive statements. Truly disgusting behavior.
Anthony Conway: I've had several keys copied by the locksmith (on separate occasions) and I estimate that at most 1/5 has worked. At least they gave me my money back. The store is alright, but I'd avoid going to their locksmith.

Aamer Ahmed: Beware of buying any of their products. Many of their merchandise are defective and that is why they have a no return policy (less than 7 days for in store credit only). I bought a heater which did not work (no power at all), and a power cord which stopped working shortly after. Their products are over price and they make a profit off of selling used and repackaged items that should not be sold. The heater I purchased is a small one you place by your feet which would cost $10-20 anywhere else, but was $50 here.

If you have a discerning insight, you will know what I mean. Go AMAZON or elsewhere and save your time, emotion and money.
