Amy Murphy: The worst customer service you will experience, consistently. Anyone can have a bad day, any business can experience one of those days where nothing goes right, but this place is constantly like a flaming inferno of awfulness.On two occasions over 3 months, their receipt printers didn’t work. Prepare to ALWAYS take at least 20 minutes to check out - even if you’re the only one in line.You may or may not get a greeting when you walk in, and if you do, you will likely be misdirected to the wrong part of the store for your needs.The clothes are cute but the experience just isn’t worth it, save your blood pressure and shop elsewhere.
Caitlin Cullinane: Horrible service. Went in there to buy some nice clothes for my niece and the workers took one look at me and decided I wasn't worth their time. I wasn't even greeted until I said hello to them first, which wouldn't have bothered me if it weren't for the fact that the next three customers that came in after me got the nicest greetings and customer service whereas I just got dirty looks and was completely ignored. Needless to say, I walked out without buying anything. I've had issues with this shop before so it honestly shouldn't surprise me.

Kaitlin Dowgin: Horrendous customer service under the management of Shelby. She rings up returns incorrectly, missing items and keeping the merchandise you've paid for without refunding you. I realized when I got home, and she wouldn't do a phone return, saying I had to come back into the store. I HAVE A CHILD. I can't just POP IN WHENEVER. I asked to speak to her district manager and she wouldn't provide her name. She wouldn't put me on the phone with a co-worker, saying she was on break. Before this incident, there was a time she wouldn't let me purchase an item over the phone and hold it for me behind the counter for two days. DON'T SUPPORT LOCATIONS THAT TREAT CUSTOMERS POORLY. If you love the clothes, like I do, simply buy it all online and RETURN IT IN STORE TO HER. Just watch her like a hawk when she does it and check your receipt. In-person businesses can't take their customers for granted nowadays. They have to compete with online orders. If they aren't going to have good customer service, then shop elsewhere or use them as online purchase RETURN HUBS and see how long they last.
Maryanne Rhoads: Be very wary of ordering clothes with Shelby at this location. She took my credit card number and charged my card. I waited two weeks for my order to come and got nothing. I've been speaking to her all morning. She is rude, condensing and doesn't tell the truth. She never actually placed the order. I asked her to speak to the district manager, Terry. She told me she was at another store, but refused to tell me where she is. Horrible customer service experience. I've been a customer for 8 years. I guess it's time to shop elsewhere! To top it off, my clothes are still not on the way.

It makes it hard to browse the selection of jewelry with people impatiently waiting behind you. I was told once that I was holding up the line when that wasn't my intention.
Mish White: I love shopping at Old Navy especially for summer clothing. I love the fact that many of the items I buy are 100% cotton and usually not made in China!!! From my point of view, Old Navy is relatively inexpensive. In addition to tops for spring/summer, I love the flip flops, straw hats and bags for summer. It's a great place to shop if you need items for your vacay!!! I would recommend checking out Old Navy!!

For starters, the staff refuses to make eye contact! They are hasty and overzealous too for no reason! They have zero experience and don't understand the simple premise of customer service: you must be happy to be there for one, two, you must make eye contact with a customer! Then you are genuinely communicating and simply assisting someone with checkout. Simple. AND especially with an online order pickup: it's supposed to be easy, they say it is on website but when you get to this location it's a nightmare and you're made to feel awkward and uncomfortable as you're trying to reach in your bag for the phone that you need with the email & barcode, as well as the ID you need to bring (which is clearly stated on the email)..I mean hey we know how to shop, we know what to bring!;..but when you walk in you are demanded your ID immediately - as in one case from a girl who was not even doing the pickup she was going to go get somebody else - but she wouldn't shut up about the ID immediately after I walked in the front area..... TODAY Nov 28 '22 is the last day for me to pick up my extremely much needed items purchased online days ago!! Today's the last day, the 5th day to pick up by end of day (as my email clearly stated)! BUT the inexperienced, rude staffer overzealously (per usual) put it away ??? and I got notification that I'm getting a refund ?!? Well it's heartbreaking now.. We purchase stuff online at a discount..a great deal and the items are extremely useful and good quality and much needed!! The items I purchased are severely needed and I was looking forward to picking up today :( :( :( The person who put it back did wrong and provided a huge disservice to me! The management needs to make amendments by contacting me.. I will be contacting upper management in San Francisco.. I have had enough of this store and this needless rude behavior..this is not the Old Navy mission or practices across the Nation! I am devastated by the email today letting me know that I'm getting a refund when I extremely needed the Christmas gifts that I purchased a few days ago for "store pick up, bring this email & government ID"!! :( :( :(

Then the cashier asked me where I took it from, this one was not clearance, it was a new model from the new collection (blah blah). I just told her I saw it from the clearance section. She yelled at me that I could not because it is a brand new item, she also asked me where I took the tag from. She acted like I took the clearance tag from somewhere then stuck it on the new item.The manager of the store told her to go check the new collection (while she can just scan the tag and check). After checking, she said: "Oh, this is an old item. You can take it". Then she scanned it and found the item in the system with the discount price like in the tag. She checked out the item for me without saying sorry. I don't know how they can treat their customer like this but I will never come back to this store again.

Tavar Eisenhardt: I regret to report that the Target store located at 100 Cambridge Street in Boston, Massachusetts is a place of unspeakable terror. The layout of the store is confusing and disorienting, with aisles that seem to stretch on forever and a sense of foreboding that hangs heavy in the air.The products themselves are strange and alien, as though they were brought to this world from some other plane of existence. The packages are covered in bizarre symbols and indecipherable text, and the contents within seem almost alive with an eldritch energy.The employees, too, are a source of terror, with their blank stares and soulless demeanors. They move through the aisles with an otherworldly grace, as though they are not quite of this world. I could sense that they were watching me, and that their motives were far from benign.In short, I would not recommend this Target store to anyone. The horrors that I encountered within its walls were beyond description, and I fear that others who venture inside may suffer a fate even worse than my own. It is a place to be avoided at all costs, lest one be consumed by the malevolent energies that permeate its very being.
S M: Cozy little target at the top of Beacon Hill. Space on the Hill is tight for businesses so it is nice they could squeeze a target here. Fresh groceries and all household things, what more do I need? People looking for target clothes accept this is a smaller target.Great prices for Beacon Hill tbh.

Like the ones in Medford, Fenway, Roslindale, Stoneham, and Burlington that are a smaller Target store that still has most items.But this is basically just a rebranded CVS. This is basically just a tiny grocery store with an aisle of electronics you could get at CVS.At least it’s a really short and easy walk from Bowdoin station

This is the equivalent of a Neighborhood Walmart, meaning it's a fraction of the size of the actual department store with a minimal selection of products. It's basically a Walgreens. Honestly this false advertising just hurts their name.
Patrick Callahan: Most unprofessional hiring experience I’ve ever been through.I filled out an application for a part time position at this location a few weeks ago. Initially I heard from a manager who asked me to interview that day with about 3 hours notice. I simply did not get that email in time.The next day I received an automated email asking for a pre recorded interview with only 48 hours to complete. I wasn’t sure which avenue to pursue so I responded asking what I was supposed to do. The hiring manager - who did not seem aware their was a request for the auto interview - said “I guess it’s up to you” which one I completed…hours after the dead line. Fortunately I decided to do the auto interview a few hours earlier because I did not want to miss my opportunity.The manager reaches out a day or so later deciding they want to do a live interview anyways. Proceed to ask if I was around Thursday or Friday after 4:00…only to cancel and ask to do Monday.I made accommodations to keep my schedule open and in the end I wasn’t hired. They were nice enough to send a passive aggressive email from HR.Obviously Target is not obligated to hire me. That’s fair game. They didn’t even pretend, however, to care about the interview process itself. The directions were extremely unclear, the replies last minute and vague, and multiple cancellations. I’ve been through multiple job interviews. Some I did not land and that’s ok. Never have I been so clearly shown I don’t matter beyond being a piece of human capital than Targets hiring process.
Margaret Anderson: I’m not usually one to write a review about something like a Target, but wow was this store a letdown! Just moved to the city and was happy to have a Target nearby. They have the most random assortment of things… and it’s maybe 1/8th the size of a typical Target. It’s essentially a CVS, but I think CVS even has a better selection.
Mike Wilson: I was with my 6 year old grandson and he had to use the restroom, so I asked an employee where it was and she said no bathroom. I was like he's a child and really has to go. It didn't matter, no restroom. Needless to say, I won't be back! I think certain exceptions can and should be made.
James R: they mislabel prices of items and then refuse to match what their advertised shelf prices are when you go checkout. My item rang up 82% higher than the shelf's listing price. Associate did not remedy the situation, left empty handed.
J Ciccone: NOT much of a store. They have a few things but they do not carry much selection of anything. They also run out of items ALOT! Very Disappointing addition. The Rite Aid that use to be here was so much better!
