Matt: Big target, good liquor selection and best prices around. However, it's locked in glass cases (to keep the inventory in stock, sure) but you have to ring for help because there are never any associates around to unlock the case. Went this morning and the help buttons didn't seem to be working. Found an associate who didn't have the key but radioed for someone to come with a key. Ten minutes later, nobody showed up. Disappointing to say the least.

Steve: Johnathan in the optical department at the Fenway Target is great! I was in need of a quick glasses fix before a Red Sox game so I stopped into this store. Johnathan was very friendly and helped repair my glasses quickly so I could make it to the game on time. I came in right before they closed so I appreciated them taking me. I would highly recommend Johnathan and the optical department at Target Fenway! Thanks again!

Zoe Lang: You have to spend $35 to get validated parking. There is extremely limited parking in this area, so you are pretty much stuck using the garage. The parking fee is $12. Don't drive to this Target!

Johnson MrBear: Tried to bought a American Tourist luggage here. But found out it is cheaper online. So I returned it the other day. It is very convenient to return with your receipt. The staff is friendly as well. But I am surprised it is more expensive here. That is why I took one ⭐️ out.But it is good place to shop around anyways. Had bought multiple gifts for my friends and they loved them.Plus, it has service to return Amazon items. Definitely a win win to the people nearby.

I was told that there was a buy 1 get 1 at 50% which I did not end up getting because the shirt I purchased was not supposed to be in the rack it was. They asked me if I want to swap but the checkout lines were long and I politely refused. I wish the store would respect the customer’s time a little more and resolve these matters at the checkout itself rather having to go back and pick between their inventory once again. I would value my 20 minutes over the $20 discount I would get. Please keep your store more organized.

celio gouvea: I bought a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses for $160 from Macy's, but unfortunately, one of the lenses broke in less than 20 days. When I took them back to Macy's, they quoted me almost the same price as a new pair to have them repaired. To make matters worse, there was no warranty to cover the damage, and I am extremely disappointed with the situation. The salesperson in the store was unhelpful and seemed to avoid me. I have decided that I will not purchase Ray-Ban sunglasses again, as even my cheaper $20 glasses have lasted longer than this.

I circled back report the employee and they told me in a very condescending tone that they'll reprimand him. Can't believe it's 2023 and I can't just walk into a store complete my purchase and get on with my very busy life. Teach your employees how to communicate to people respectfully. HairGurl HairGurl: Poorly run. Racist profiling at self-checkout. Hispanic Girl who took my in progress receipt while I got another item, re-rang up items to check price in collusion with black boys and manager at customer service, and I saw them passing the bag when I returned 20 mins later. This actually ending up reducing the total price when she scanned the receipt barcode after I returned (price when I returned was less than when I paused the transaction, and they couldn’t account for the fact that they didn’t have access to my target app wallet code) . Stupid.
Harrison Gleed: 15 minutes of phone tag for a simple yes or no question. I didn't get my answer, as ultimately no one answered my phone call. Pretty disappointed considering it would have taken a single person 10 seconds to answer the question I had.
Katherine Diamond: Worst target experience I’ve ever had hands down. I was planning a day of errands so to save time I placed an order for drive-up pick-up (which means I’m charged right when the order is placed). Yet 4 hours later I still hadn’t gotten a notification that it was ready… I was running out of time for my errands and thought it might be a glitch so I just went into the store where a customer service rep, while very kind, said she couldn’t help me? I’d have to come back in a few hours? No thanks… I asked if I could just go get the items myself, and she said yes, so I did just that. Then when I went back to validate my items before waking out of the store, she told me I’d have to cancel my order and then charged me again. So… because your store was slow to get my items, I have to pay AGAIN and wait for the other money to go back on my card … Why could she not pretend that a target employee got the items and fulfilled my order? I’m sure it wasn’t her policy which is why I walked right out to my car to write this horrible review. Target, I have 2 closing remarks, 1. Don’t promise something you can’t deliver. 2. If a customer solves their own problem that you caused, maybe you should let them. This whole experience has left a horrible taste in my mouth and I will be avoiding your stores for the foreseeable future.

Tavar Eisenhardt: I regret to report that the Target store located at 100 Cambridge Street in Boston, Massachusetts is a place of unspeakable terror. The layout of the store is confusing and disorienting, with aisles that seem to stretch on forever and a sense of foreboding that hangs heavy in the air.The products themselves are strange and alien, as though they were brought to this world from some other plane of existence. The packages are covered in bizarre symbols and indecipherable text, and the contents within seem almost alive with an eldritch energy.The employees, too, are a source of terror, with their blank stares and soulless demeanors. They move through the aisles with an otherworldly grace, as though they are not quite of this world. I could sense that they were watching me, and that their motives were far from benign.In short, I would not recommend this Target store to anyone. The horrors that I encountered within its walls were beyond description, and I fear that others who venture inside may suffer a fate even worse than my own. It is a place to be avoided at all costs, lest one be consumed by the malevolent energies that permeate its very being.
S M: Cozy little target at the top of Beacon Hill. Space on the Hill is tight for businesses so it is nice they could squeeze a target here. Fresh groceries and all household things, what more do I need? People looking for target clothes accept this is a smaller target.Great prices for Beacon Hill tbh.

This is the equivalent of a Neighborhood Walmart, meaning it's a fraction of the size of the actual department store with a minimal selection of products. It's basically a Walgreens. Honestly this false advertising just hurts their name.
Patrick Callahan: Most unprofessional hiring experience I’ve ever been through.I filled out an application for a part time position at this location a few weeks ago. Initially I heard from a manager who asked me to interview that day with about 3 hours notice. I simply did not get that email in time.The next day I received an automated email asking for a pre recorded interview with only 48 hours to complete. I wasn’t sure which avenue to pursue so I responded asking what I was supposed to do. The hiring manager - who did not seem aware their was a request for the auto interview - said “I guess it’s up to you” which one I completed…hours after the dead line. Fortunately I decided to do the auto interview a few hours earlier because I did not want to miss my opportunity.The manager reaches out a day or so later deciding they want to do a live interview anyways. Proceed to ask if I was around Thursday or Friday after 4:00…only to cancel and ask to do Monday.I made accommodations to keep my schedule open and in the end I wasn’t hired. They were nice enough to send a passive aggressive email from HR.Obviously Target is not obligated to hire me. That’s fair game. They didn’t even pretend, however, to care about the interview process itself. The directions were extremely unclear, the replies last minute and vague, and multiple cancellations. I’ve been through multiple job interviews. Some I did not land and that’s ok. Never have I been so clearly shown I don’t matter beyond being a piece of human capital than Targets hiring process.
Margaret Anderson: I’m not usually one to write a review about something like a Target, but wow was this store a letdown! Just moved to the city and was happy to have a Target nearby. They have the most random assortment of things… and it’s maybe 1/8th the size of a typical Target. It’s essentially a CVS, but I think CVS even has a better selection.
Mike Wilson: I was with my 6 year old grandson and he had to use the restroom, so I asked an employee where it was and she said no bathroom. I was like he's a child and really has to go. It didn't matter, no restroom. Needless to say, I won't be back! I think certain exceptions can and should be made.
James R: they mislabel prices of items and then refuse to match what their advertised shelf prices are when you go checkout. My item rang up 82% higher than the shelf's listing price. Associate did not remedy the situation, left empty handed.
J Ciccone: NOT much of a store. They have a few things but they do not carry much selection of anything. They also run out of items ALOT! Very Disappointing addition. The Rite Aid that use to be here was so much better!
Steven Vendetta: I called ahead to ask for help. Then when I showed up for that help they told me they could not help me. Impatient and rude store manager.

Daniel Harrison: I have purchased a couple of mattresses and a bedroom set from Macy’s in the past, and have always been very satisfied with their quality and service. I am writing this particular review to express my appreciation for my “brick and mortar” Macy’s, located in the Burlington Mall, Massachusetts.A couple of weeks ago I made the trip to Macy’s because I wanted some guidance in ordering a new sofa. On-line shopping has many advantages, but it does not have a Sales Associate named Jean! Jean was terrific: attentive, knowledgeable and efficient. I didn’t have much time, but Jean made my trip well worth while! She suggested a couch I would not have considered on my own, and after trying it out I decided to place the order (I somehow just trusted her!).Unfortunately, the color I wanted was not immediately available, but I decided I could wait until March for delivery. To my surprise, Jean called me last week to say my sofa was available, and it was delivered with white gloves last Friday (literally 11 days from the date of purchase!). I don’t know if the “under promise and over deliver” strategy is part of Macy's corporate culture, but I am one very satisfied customer!And Jean? 100 gold stars to her for her outstanding service and expertise. I love the sofa and I love Macy’s! Keep up the great work!
Kim Kowaleski: Very messy. If it wasn't for the after Christmas clearance, there would be no reason to shop there with so many Marshall's and tj max in the area. Overpriced and understaffed. The employees at the registers were great.

She went above and beyond going to different registers until she was finally able to solve my issue. They have multiple brand names and generally nice goods. The prices are decent if you catch a sale. My original sales person was new there he bundled a couple of things. I did have a poor experience calling to resolve my issue. I got bounced around once and then hung up on three times.
