Anastasia Yefremova: Absolutely fell in love with the clothes here, and this is a great location. The staff is super helpful, especially in the denim section. And I love their program that allows you to recycle old jeans for $30 off a pair of their own jeans. Their summer dresses are easy/breezy, and their fall/winter sweaters are some of the warmest and comfiest I own. I also got a pair of high top leather/velour sneakers that were worth every penny I paid. By far the most comfortable pair I currently own, though I had to break them in a bit first. Pricy, but a great treat from time to time. It's all just really good quality.

Karena Crawford: This store becomes crowded really fast depending on the times that you visit. I also don't like that the jewelry display is in an awkward place, which is in the waiting line. It makes it hard to browse the selection of jewelry with people impatiently waiting behind you. I was told once that I was holding up the line when that wasn't my intention.
Mish White: I love shopping at Old Navy especially for summer clothing. I love the fact that many of the items I buy are 100% cotton and usually not made in China!!! From my point of view, Old Navy is relatively inexpensive. In addition to tops for spring/summer, I love the flip flops, straw hats and bags for summer. It's a great place to shop if you need items for your vacay!!! I would recommend checking out Old Navy!!

For starters, the staff refuses to make eye contact! They are hasty and overzealous too for no reason! They have zero experience and don't understand the simple premise of customer service: you must be happy to be there for one, two, you must make eye contact with a customer! Then you are genuinely communicating and simply assisting someone with checkout. Simple. AND especially with an online order pickup: it's supposed to be easy, they say it is on website but when you get to this location it's a nightmare and you're made to feel awkward and uncomfortable as you're trying to reach in your bag for the phone that you need with the email & barcode, as well as the ID you need to bring (which is clearly stated on the email)..I mean hey we know how to shop, we know what to bring!;..but when you walk in you are demanded your ID immediately - as in one case from a girl who was not even doing the pickup she was going to go get somebody else - but she wouldn't shut up about the ID immediately after I walked in the front area..... TODAY Nov 28 '22 is the last day for me to pick up my extremely much needed items purchased online days ago!! Today's the last day, the 5th day to pick up by end of day (as my email clearly stated)! BUT the inexperienced, rude staffer overzealously (per usual) put it away ??? and I got notification that I'm getting a refund ?!? Well it's heartbreaking now.. We purchase stuff online at a discount..a great deal and the items are extremely useful and good quality and much needed!! The items I purchased are severely needed and I was looking forward to picking up today :( :( :( The person who put it back did wrong and provided a huge disservice to me! The management needs to make amendments by contacting me.. I will be contacting upper management in San Francisco.. I have had enough of this store and this needless rude behavior..this is not the Old Navy mission or practices across the Nation! The staff was super helpful and tried their best to do an exchange as it's more of a corporate policy. Just a word of caution when buying anything here just think of it more as a final sale.

atom tarragon: The regular-priced items are always a bit overpriced, as Urban Outfitters typically is - a vintage-style, distressed T-shirt cost $25-30, when it should really be about $15-20 max. And pants were a bit ridiculous at $80 a pop for cords!But the sale prices were great, the styles are reliably solid with a few fresh choices, and at 40% off, it's surprising how much variety there was to choose from. Nice quirky home goods selection at this location also, appealing to mostly teens and college students, fun to shop and reminisce.The layout is a bit confusing, what with clothing both upstairs and down and I wasn't sure what the differentiation was. But as I'm not the target demographic (anymore), I can't say if that makes sense or not.

There were no indication that the fitting room was closed so they went in to try on clothes. And then she said my friends “looked like thieves”? This kind of accusation is completely uncalled for and made my friends think it was targeted because they’re Asian (which is funny considering the staff herself was a POC) Customers came in to the store to SHOP not to get berated and humiliated. They left the store with no apology from the staff herself. I do not recommend fellow Asians to visit this store because you might be accused of stealing and harassed for no reason. Not to mention the extremely messy and dirty environment with trash laying around.

The shop assistant kept asking us to go out and the manager came in after 5 min and said that the assistant will not apologize to us and there is no solution to this unfair situation to us. This place was just so disorganized and dirty and drinks left by other people are everywhere on the shelves. DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!!

Simone: System was down so i was not able to order my jeans that i wanted. I called back the following day like they said to order my jeans on the phone... and the girl who worked on Monday morning 2/27/23 hung up on my face and turned off the phone for the entire day. I am calling back today and they are still not answering the phones. I'm really frustrated and wish they had better communication skills. They knew they were expecting a call from me!
gypsy girl: I had to return some pants that my sister ordered online for my brother. I never buy anything online so I wasn't too sure how it would go. Walked in and walked out in a matter of less than 2 minutes was the best experience I had my whole life easy peasy. The kids in the store that worked there and waited on me were wonderful I wish I had caught the girls name I returned them at Assembly Row in Somerville

Ariel Kuo: Last Sunday when I went to the store, one of the shopkeepers was there, and she was dressed nicely in a trucker jacket, it definitely matches her style. I’d want to buy the jacket. She is incredibly nice and lovely. What matters most is how inexpensive the jacket’s pricing is. I only paid 29 dollars for the jacket which the original price is 98 dollars. I highly recommend shopping at the Levi’s outlet.
Colleen Falzone: They discontinued my favorite Levi jeans so I went into the Levi Store at Assembly Square in Somerville not really feeling like I had the patience to find new jeans and I was also bummed out that they weren’t making that style anymore! The minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile and please let us know if we can help you find anything? They were so nice I decided to ask for their help. They were the best! They picked out styles that were similar to what I said I liked in my previous jeans, gave me advice on what looked better, ordered the color that they didn’t have in my size. I have never been in a store and received such Friendly, Caring, Comfortable Service! Skylar and Asia should be training every Employee you hire and also deserve a raise! I left there buying two pairs of jeans and a Jacket and if they didn’t help me I know I would have left after 5 minutes. Please give them the praise they deserve! Tiffany Chen: The most unfriendly return policy I've ever encountered in the U.S. I bought the shirt in the store a week ago, and I decided to return it because the fit is a little weird. I head to the store on my way home from work, so I didn't have the receipt with me. I thought it would be ok since I have my bank statement that shows the address of the store where the purchase was made, and the tag is still on the shirt. To my surprised, they said no. They explained that it's because they can't be sure that I bought the shirt at this particular location. You can't return things you bought at a different Uniqlo location??? That is absurd. I told them I have the bank statement with their store name and address on it. They still said no because I don't have the receipt. Uniqlo is not worth this hassle and wasting your money if you can't return it.
Frank Fretzel: The second-floor customer service was disappointing. I felt treated like a scammer when returning an item I bought recently. Despite providing the original receipt, I was told I needed the original hangtag, which was inconvenient. The frustration really came when the representative interrogated me about the item's condition, pointing out a faded color. When I explained it was already present when I purchased it, the representative called over colleagues to confirm if the item had been worn. I felt uncomfortable and doubted, as if they were gathering evidence against me for simply following their return policies. They claimed they couldn't get in touch with their own store, then kept me on the phone for 30 minutes while they kept trying. This could've been a 30 second conversation
William Sparks: It's super organized, laid out first by type, then by color.My wife got a really pretty 100% wool turtle neck for $40. That's insane. Checkout was a breeze.Isles are a little small, but I'm a big dude. In that same vein, they'll likely not have sizes beyond XL, so keep that in mind.

Theresa Poon: Customer satisfaction is not met. Employees rather lose a sale due to being “only a display for mannequin” rather than selling a Uniqlo item to a customer. Where as other uniqlo’s have gone above and beyond and just printed a ticket for an item to be sold. Customers don’t matter in this industry apparently displayed by their managers Florence and Chloe.

Brandon Harmon: I'm sitting here reading the reviews and honestly cant even begin to imagine some of the stuff people wrote...Let's start off with customer service, I've been shopping at Ricciardi for at least 5 years, and every time I've walked in, they've never once made me feel like I "don't belong in there" or rude. All employees have gone out of there way to help me find what I am looking for, explain and describe items/designers I was unaware of, and also provide alternatives or other pieces I may have interest in (over the years, they've kept an eye on what I like and know exactly what to offer me). Nowadays, Riccardo and the team are homies, I feel comfortable going in to browse, purchase, OR just say hi.I've been in Boston my entire life. I've traveled to major cities across the US and I can truly say that Riccardi is one of a kind. Boston doesn't get as much as NYC or LA, but Boston has Riccardi.P.S. I'm also Asian... Never experienced any of the BS claimed by other reviewers...

I wish they had a stronger online presence because sometimes I want select pieces and instead of buying online I could go to Ricardi and try it on, so I want to know what’s available beforehand. I suppose you can just call and ask because they are very responsive by phone. I like this place and have been a patron for a while now.

I explained what I was looking for and Ricardo jumped to the task. He was eager to help and very obviously passionate about his business. Christina Y: I came here on my birthday hoping to buy something to treat myself. Somebody with orange sunglasses "helped" me. I was interested in a certain item and I pointed one in particular and he said it was a $3k cashmere sweater. I could not tell if he was trying to be sarcastic but he sounded rude. If that was the case, how does he know what I can or can't afford.. I have never experienced this bad of customer service in my life. He was not friendly whatsoever and was not eager to help. People like him should not be working a customer service position at a luxury store. His kind of attitude is an embarrassment for the company.
John: If you’re into high fashion, this is the best store in Boston hands down. No reason to go to a mall for designer clothing, when Riccardi has it all. Been shopping here for years, and the customer service is always great. Can’t wait to shop the new 21’ collections, maybe get a CH new ring!

yippy “yippy” yippy: I bought a 500$ sweatshirt for a friend for his birthday but it was to big,so I brought it back to the store in exchange for a paper 'credit' receipt instead of a refund. That is fine with me;,but unfortunately, I lost the piece of the receipt a week later.I contacted the store in-person right away for a new credit gift card in hope that I could spend it on something else but Mr. Ricardi responded that they "don't" have my information in the system;therefore could not do anything. As a customer who have purchased many items for many years from Ricardi, this is unacceptable! I rather shop at Barney's or Saks where they could solve this problem professionally.

K Rob: I visited the store on Sunday 05/07/23. I was never acknowledged by any of the sales associates. A couple of them looked me directly in my face and walked on by. I initially thought they were customers. I had a couple of items in my hand that I wanted to purchase. After being totally ignored , I decided to go down to Polo Ralph Lauren and purchase a few items. The sales associates immediately greeted me and extended their help willingly. I love to shop at Madewell , but I will never shop at the Prudential Center location again.
