Tiffany Chen: The most unfriendly return policy I've ever encountered in the U.S. I bought the shirt in the store a week ago, and I decided to return it because the fit is a little weird. I head to the store on my way home from work, so I didn't have the receipt with me. I thought it would be ok since I have my bank statement that shows the address of the store where the purchase was made, and the tag is still on the shirt. To my surprised, they said no. They explained that it's because they can't be sure that I bought the shirt at this particular location. You can't return things you bought at a different Uniqlo location??? That is absurd. I told them I have the bank statement with their store name and address on it. They still said no because I don't have the receipt. Uniqlo is not worth this hassle and wasting your money if you can't return it.
Frank Fretzel: The second-floor customer service was disappointing. I felt treated like a scammer when returning an item I bought recently. Despite providing the original receipt, I was told I needed the original hangtag, which was inconvenient. The frustration really came when the representative interrogated me about the item's condition, pointing out a faded color. When I explained it was already present when I purchased it, the representative called over colleagues to confirm if the item had been worn. I felt uncomfortable and doubted, as if they were gathering evidence against me for simply following their return policies. While I acknowledge the importance of adhering to company policies, the way the customer service representatives acted towards me made me feel upset and uncomfortable.

Where as other uniqlo’s have gone above and beyond and just printed a ticket for an item to be sold. Customers don’t matter in this industry apparently displayed by their managers Florence and Chloe.

We did not have a lot of time, but he helped outfit us for my nephew's Dartmouth football game...(great hunter green options! ) It was raining and cold so we Floridians needed warm gear! Hal provided exceptional customer service, we will shop with him virtually in the future, even if we are not in Boston!

Karena Crawford: This store becomes crowded really fast depending on the times that you visit. I also don't like that the jewelry display is in an awkward place, which is in the waiting line. It makes it hard to browse the selection of jewelry with people impatiently waiting behind you. I was told once that I was holding up the line when that wasn't my intention.
Mish White: I love shopping at Old Navy especially for summer clothing. I love the fact that many of the items I buy are 100% cotton and usually not made in China!!! From my point of view, Old Navy is relatively inexpensive. In addition to tops for spring/summer, I love the flip flops, straw hats and bags for summer. It's a great place to shop if you need items for your vacay!!! I would recommend checking out Old Navy!!

For starters, the staff refuses to make eye contact! They are hasty and overzealous too for no reason! They have zero experience and don't understand the simple premise of customer service: you must be happy to be there for one, two, you must make eye contact with a customer! Then you are genuinely communicating and simply assisting someone with checkout. Simple. AND especially with an online order pickup: it's supposed to be easy, they say it is on website but when you get to this location it's a nightmare and you're made to feel awkward and uncomfortable as you're trying to reach in your bag for the phone that you need with the email & barcode, as well as the ID you need to bring (which is clearly stated on the email)..I mean hey we know how to shop, we know what to bring!;..but when you walk in you are demanded your ID immediately - as in one case from a girl who was not even doing the pickup she was going to go get somebody else - but she wouldn't shut up about the ID immediately after I walked in the front area..... TODAY Nov 28 '22 is the last day for me to pick up my extremely much needed items purchased online days ago!! Today's the last day, the 5th day to pick up by end of day (as my email clearly stated)! BUT the inexperienced, rude staffer overzealously (per usual) put it away ??? and I got notification that I'm getting a refund ?!? Well it's heartbreaking now.. We purchase stuff online at a discount..a great deal and the items are extremely useful and good quality and much needed!! The items I purchased are severely needed and I was looking forward to picking up today :( :( :( The person who put it back did wrong and provided a huge disservice to me! The management needs to make amendments by contacting me.. I will be contacting upper management in San Francisco.. I have had enough of this store and this needless rude behavior..this is not the Old Navy mission or practices across the Nation! I am devastated by the email today letting me know that I'm getting a refund when I extremely needed the Christmas gifts that I purchased a few days ago for "store pick up, bring this email & government ID"!! :( :( :(

Sintia Trinidad: Yesterday I had the worst experience that I have ever had in a clothing store. I went to Zara to return 1 item. After spending more than 20 minutes in line the girl at the register told me that returns are in the second floor (mind you there’s no sign whatsoever that returns are on the second floor). I go to the second floor, there’s is maybe10 people if front of me. There are two girls at the register taking forever. I was in line for more than 45 minutes. I approach one of the employees that is working on the floor ( all he was doing was standing in one spot and talking to two other employees), I asked if there is anyway that he can call for backup. (My parking sticker that I purchase for an hour and 28 minutes was going to expire, all in the process of return an item). His answer was “ no there’s nothing we can do, if you want to you can go to the Natick location.”This is beyond unacceptable, rude, and unprofessional!

Martha Schick: I usually don't shop at Zara for environmental reasons, but I had to pick something up there. The store was disorganized with boxes everywhere and clothing on the ground. I think they must have been understaffed, because it was hard to find anyone on the floor to ask for help, and the pick up sign was just in a corner next to an elevator with no one around. The employees themselves were pleasant, but it still took a long time to get my order after finding someone to check in with.
Deborah Jordan: Stood in line for about 15 minutes just to be told returns are on the second floor so I join the line upstairs and another 20 minutes went by and I finally got the front and I told her customer service said I could bring in my return and immediately she said I had to prove I talked to customer service in order to do the return! Sounds like she just picked any lie so she wouldn’t help me as she turned away the person before me for some other bogus reason. Last time I checked you scan the barcode on the receipt and the product barcode to do a return but she was playing gatekeeper. I went back downstairs and luckily the lovely people downstairs helped and did my return no issues :) overall if you have to do a return follow the policy online and just ship it back. Don’t. Go. In. They need support there or just shut it down!

Ojaswini Bakshi: Don't buy suits here if you need alterationWe wanted a suit and bought a set worth $920 dollars from Hugo Boss at Copley-Boston. They didn't have the pants in the size we needed so we tried another style. The pants of the correct size, they promised, would be shipped in. Both suit and pant needed alteration. We were supposed to pick it up after 1 week. We called and they said the tailor never delivered. We showed up the next day, again no show. We showed up the third day and we were made to go up to a third party tailor: who told us she got the suit the day before and needed some time. The measurements the Hugo Boss folks took were wrong. She needed to do some more work on the suit to fit it. We ended up spending 3.5 hours at the tailor's place. The pants that Hugo Boss gave her were also a size smaller. We had to travel on the last day and we had no choice but to take what we had.

I saw all these reviews and thought they’re not gonna be interested in helping me… well I called, Dunsten was positive in attitude, I was already parked and thought, I’m going in. The man at the door greeted me with a more than friendly manner, helpful actually. He escorted me to the counter where Dunsten and he looked at my sweatshirt together… the doorman came up with an idea, Dunsten implemented it and voila, the hoodie is was repaired. No charge. I was quite happy I went, more happy my hoodie works again!
Crab Cakes: Someone greeted me as I started looking around but he seemed to have his hands tied. I heard so much chattering in the back wonder what that’s all about. Sales floor looked stacked but barely anyone in-store. They only carry the Boss division of Hugo boss.

Otherwise, it is just a waste of time for the customers if they come to the store and hear the bad news.In addition, if you failed to contact the customers. You should admit that this is a fault and apologize. Do not tell the customers "I cannot do anything", just say "sorry". People should be ready to take responsibility but not excuses.

Runze Yang: I would give zero star if I could. I purchased a jacket in the store today and I remembered that I saw the price on the jacket in the store was $298. However, when I arrived home and checked my receipt, it is $398 plus $13.94 on the receipt. So I brought the jacket and wanted to check the price tag, but the price tag is GONE!!! I called the customer service of RL and explained the situation, the girl called the store and found out the price is indeed $298, so she asked the store to issued a refund for the extra money the store charged me. I wish the selection was a bit bigger, but otherwise a convenient and pleasant location to shop. Note that they have extra sizes available in the back for a lot of items.

Roaski 27: Very very very rude manager, these type of staff are the reason that people shop online rather than the store. A manager should be nice to customers and talk respectfully ”waer your mask I’m not going to ask again, or I’m going to make you leave the store” even though mask was on my face he still showed a really rude attitude which is unacceptable. This store will shut down if they hire managers that don't have the skill to help costumers and talk to the respectfully.

I am writing this particular review to express my appreciation for my “brick and mortar” Macy’s, located in the Burlington Mall, Massachusetts.A couple of weeks ago I made the trip to Macy’s because I wanted some guidance in ordering a new sofa. On-line shopping has many advantages, but it does not have a Sales Associate named Jean! Jean was terrific: attentive, knowledgeable and efficient. I didn’t have much time, but Jean made my trip well worth while! She suggested a couch I would not have considered on my own, and after trying it out I decided to place the order (I somehow just trusted her!).Unfortunately, the color I wanted was not immediately available, but I decided I could wait until March for delivery. To my surprise, Jean called me last week to say my sofa was available, and it was delivered with white gloves last Friday (literally 11 days from the date of purchase!). I don’t know if the “under promise and over deliver” strategy is part of Macy's corporate culture, but I am one very satisfied customer!And Jean? 100 gold stars to her for her outstanding service and expertise. I love the sofa and I love Macy’s! Keep up the great work!
