And pants were a bit ridiculous at $80 a pop for cords!But the sale prices were great, the styles are reliably solid with a few fresh choices, and at 40% off, it's surprising how much variety there was to choose from. Nice quirky home goods selection at this location also, appealing to mostly teens and college students, fun to shop and reminisce.The layout is a bit confusing, what with clothing both upstairs and down and I wasn't sure what the differentiation was. But as I'm not the target demographic (anymore), I can't say if that makes sense or not.

There were no indication that the fitting room was closed so they went in to try on clothes. This staff later came and told them to leave coz the fitting room was closed, which is fine but how would customers know this if no staff was at the fitting room?? And then she said my friends “looked like thieves”? This kind of accusation is completely uncalled for and made my friends think it was targeted because they’re Asian (which is funny considering the staff herself was a POC) Customers came in to the store to SHOP not to get berated and humiliated. They left the store with no apology from the staff herself. I do not recommend fellow Asians to visit this store because you might be accused of stealing and harassed for no reason. Not to mention the extremely messy and dirty environment with trash laying around.

And after me and my friends go out, the shop assistant came and asked us to leave in a very rude way. We did not know that the fitting room was closed at all and the assistant claimed that they put the sign all day. And the assistant asked us to either check out the clothes or give them to her and asked us to leave right away. And the shop assistant claimed that “you guys look like thieves” and she was racial discriminating us simply because we are Asian. The shop assistant kept asking us to go out and the manager came in after 5 min and said that the assistant will not apologize to us and there is no solution to this unfair situation to us. This place was just so disorganized and dirty and drinks left by other people are everywhere on the shelves. DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!!

There's always a gap on the waist and the thigh area feels to constricted.Some employees felt cold, though. Like they were judging us from afar. But if you ignore that, it's a pretty good store. Solid sale section.

Vinny LaPorta: Worst Urban I've ever been in! Not only are employees either clueless about their own products/inventory but they also don't communicate properly with each other. Had a question about potentially ordering some shoes to the store for pickup (a feature on their website btw) and not only did they say they can't do it (after 2 other employees told me they could) but then flat out said it could never happen anyways, and that theyd only ship to my home! (idk if the employees just aren't trained properly or whatever, but the quality of this particular Urban has dropped considerably over the years). Never going to shop at this location again ✌🏻

Frank Fretzel: The second-floor customer service was disappointing. I felt treated like a scammer when returning an item I bought recently. Despite providing the original receipt, I was told I needed the original hangtag, which was inconvenient. The frustration really came when the representative interrogated me about the item's condition, pointing out a faded color. When I explained it was already present when I purchased it, the representative called over colleagues to confirm if the item had been worn. I felt uncomfortable and doubted, as if they were gathering evidence against me for simply following their return policies. While I acknowledge the importance of adhering to company policies, the way the customer service representatives acted towards me made me feel upset and uncomfortable.

From my point of view, Old Navy is relatively inexpensive. In addition to tops for spring/summer, I love the flip flops, straw hats and bags for summer. It's a great place to shop if you need items for your vacay!!! I would recommend checking out Old Navy!!

For starters, the staff refuses to make eye contact! They are hasty and overzealous too for no reason! Then you are genuinely communicating and simply assisting someone with checkout. Simple. AND especially with an online order pickup: it's supposed to be easy, they say it is on website but when you get to this location it's a nightmare and you're made to feel awkward and uncomfortable as you're trying to reach in your bag for the phone that you need with the email & barcode, as well as the ID you need to bring (which is clearly stated on the email)..I mean hey we know how to shop, we know what to bring!;..but when you walk in you are demanded your ID immediately - as in one case from a girl who was not even doing the pickup she was going to go get somebody else - but she wouldn't shut up about the ID immediately after I walked in the front area..... TODAY Nov 28 '22 is the last day for me to pick up my extremely much needed items purchased online days ago!! Today's the last day, the 5th day to pick up by end of day (as my email clearly stated)! BUT the inexperienced, rude staffer overzealously (per usual) put it away ??? and I got notification that I'm getting a refund ?!? Well it's heartbreaking now.. We purchase stuff online at a discount..a great deal and the items are extremely useful and good quality and much needed!! The items I purchased are severely needed and I was looking forward to picking up today :( :( :( The person who put it back did wrong and provided a huge disservice to me! The management needs to make amendments by contacting me.. I will be contacting upper management in San Francisco.. I have had enough of this store and this needless rude behavior..this is not the Old Navy mission or practices across the Nation! I am devastated by the email today letting me know that I'm getting a refund when I extremely needed the Christmas gifts that I purchased a few days ago for "store pick up, bring this email & government ID"!! :( :( :(

The delivery took just 4 days to get, shipped from Ann Arbor, MI. the suits are absolutely AMAZING! Best fitting & feeling suits that money can buy. I guess I can return my stiff & heavy wool suit that I bought at Men’s Warehouse. Definitely worth the money to buy a suit from S&L, no dry cleaning, no ironing. I pulled the suits straight out of the box & no wrinkles. They are truly amazing suits!

When I went in for my final measurements, my suit was tailored within 24 hours. Every step along the way, they were ahead of schedule and exceeded my expectations. I'm going to shop there again.

OMG!! i never saw any employee of any other clothing store that behave this way. i was shocked! she was this black curly teen girl. she absolutely need training!! or replace her with somebody else please with a better personality!

edythe copeland: No disability access. Too many stairs for a disabled person. Asked if the store had an elevator and young man said no.

Ana Hebert: Upon checking out, the blonde girl at the register just balled up all my clothes & shoved them into my bag… neatly placing clothes into a bag is the bare minimum.The security guard roving the store is actually more friendly and helpful than the designated UO sales employees, go figure!

Hazel Sun: I frequent UO, maybe too often. This is a good store in terms of the friendly staff members. But the stock here lacks diversity in general, both sizes and items.

Timothy Meeker: Despite the store being blanketed in signs advertising a sale, employees didn't know what was actually on sale and were generally unhelpful. Prices are obnoxious given the quality as most Urban Outfitters, but this store also mislabeled the prices on multiple items.

Pearse Hillock: Overpriced clothing but the saving grace is that they are good quality, offer a variety of sizes including size 31 waist for men and have some trendy clothing. Not my first choice, but it's worth a visit. 👍

Barbara Higgins: Very expensive store. I was kind of shocked but maybe it was because it was in Boston. Pretty large, eclectic selection. You had to go in on one end of the store, climb to the second floor, that was where the majority of the store was and then go back down to the first floor at the other end of the store to pay.
