Macy's: what do users think?
Heidy Baret: Nice
Ajay Lokhande: Good experience of shopping, huge variety of all items
Emily Rose: Clean but it looked more like a discount store on the second floor. Didn't feel like macys
Abhijeet Bhandari: Easily accessible from the T. Parking can be a concern though.
dada maisha: Disorganised and no staff to help. Why are the stores understaffed
Petunia: This should be the place with the best price, many discounts and few people. The experience is very good
Kelly Chamblee: Friendly and helpful
Nimish Bendre: Great store and sweet staff!!!!
Veska Minkova: Голям магазин от известната верига.Много добре зареден с качествени стоки ,разнообразие от артикули за всеки вкус.Има и изгодни разпродажби
Christine Vargas: Very pleased with the associated talk to me with my purchase as well as finding quality and good price items
Rico Schiekel: Huge selection and decent prices. 👍
PJ Dias: Had an amazing time being helped by Peter in the watches Department. Knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, will definitely be back to get another Citizens watch.
Kelvin: Bought cologne, sales associate very helpful (could have included more samples). Store was a little mucky, could use some attention to detail.
Samin Pro: The workers were nice and they had decent stuff.
Sidney Fernández de Castro Tudela: you'll always find something you must buy, and what you're looking for.
David Paula: Upscale shopping at Macy's however great designer clothing can be found on a particular sale's rack, especially for ladies and a few things for men.
Gary Perry: I wish I could give 0 stars. The men’s restroom was the worst. Absolutely disgusting. Almost unusable.
Seth M: It's just a department store whose prices have gone up dramatically but their quality has not.
Katherine Horn: I looked online before I went shopping sat Macy's. I'm glad I did. I was easily able to find a nice Calvin Klein suit for an event. The prices are very reasonable here. There is limited help----that is why prices are low and why it was useful to figure out what I wanted before I entered the store. The woman who helped with with shoes was friendly and quick.
Giuseppe Tamilia: Grandi brand ma ottimi prezzi

Jos A. Bank: what do users think?
Rob Goodwin: Very good service
Robert Gagliano: Bought 8 sport and dress shirts on sale - sale said reduction to 17.99, but found many weny through 2nd and 3rd reduction to 12.99 and 4.95 coste about about 96 dollars not over 160 as expected
Miles Baird: The team at Jos A. Bank made my day. I needed a suit at the last minute and they helped put together a set which not only fits well without any tailoring but also looks great.
Keller Dinan: Stores closed today. Pipes burst and flooded the store. Call to see when open again. Found out the hard way.
Fábio ZontaKovalski: terrible attendance! Attendant who wears a beard, or was too lazy or thought I didn't have the money to pay !!!!
Ziaul I: I bought a suit last Saturday for a wedding today. I think the guys name was Jay and his help was much appreciated. The suit fits like a glove, I’ll definitely be back for more suits!
Naydelin Vaquerano: Lugar muy cómodo para comprar, buena atención y la ropa de muy muy buena calidad.
Carlos: The team at the Boston location came in clutch. I was fitted for a tux two weeks ago and needed to pick it up in Atlanta GA for the National Black Arts Festival Gala. Let me say the fitment was on point and the service was quick and efficient . Thank you guys as there was no room for error here. You made this happen and all my friends and colleagues were impressed. ( In the picture I’m second to left)
Andrew McWilliams: Have been here multiple times within the past year and have worked with Jay each time. He is super knowledgeable and has helped me in a pinch in the past. Honestly, I don't work with anyone else but him when I go in now. He deserves a raise at the least...
Epicsauce 46: Was a huge mess trying to get a rental suit had to use a different store instead.
Ravn Skog: After a long day of shopping and not finding what I wanted, I came here and ended up leaving very happy! Well stocked and the employees were very attentive and helpful, it was a breath of fresh air.The tailor gave honest feedback on the styles I chose and the store associate today (7/23 - James? Jason?) Was super helpful and polite. Will come back for future needs just because of today, honestly.
Charles Hicks: Excellent Mens clothing shop, and great sales
Thomas Merchel: Real bad experience at the Boston and Burlington stores. They messed up our suit rentals 3 months before the wedding. The guy at the Boston location was disheveled/homeless looking and the other lady was useless. Please go to men's wearhouse and save yourself the headache and wasting people's time.
Sam S: AVOID THIS PLACE. Bought 2 suits and a week before the wedding, they screwed up the tailoring. The manager tried to tell me because they used cheap centralized tailors in GA and sometime "things turn bad"!!!! They lied to me and ruined my wedding plans and wasted my time.I been a customer for over 6 years and I will never go back again. Worst customer service ever, and they had the guts to keep my money.
Brian Cusack: Pleasant staff...limited selection
Aaron Salcedo: I spent north of $1,000+ here, and my main take away is that the staff is either uninformative, unmotivated, or semi-passive aggressive. It makes one feel like needing assistance or asking questions annoys them.
Kit Parker: There's no place to park here but I came in there and they got me in and out with exactly what I needed in less than 5 minutes. And I was buying three clothing items.
d wray: Loved the store.
Jesse Messmer: Great help with fitting and service generally
Joseph Herrin: They did not have what I needed, but very nice staff.
Mia Jones: Super friendly and helpful staff

ZARA: what do users think?
Sintia Trinidad: Yesterday I had the worst experience that I have ever had in a clothing store. I went to Zara to return 1 item. After spending more than 20 minutes in line the girl at the register told me that returns are in the second floor (mind you there’s no sign whatsoever that returns are on the second floor). I go to the second floor, there’s is maybe10 people if front of me. There are two girls at the register taking forever. I was in line for more than 45 minutes. I approach one of the employees that is working on the floor ( all he was doing was standing in one spot and talking to two other employees), I asked if there is anyway that he can call for backup. (My parking sticker that I purchase for an hour and 28 minutes was going to expire, all in the process of return an item). His answer was “ no there’s nothing we can do, if you want to you can go to the Natick location.”This is beyond unacceptable, rude, and unprofessional!
Rainbow Ciel: Shopping area mid of gorgeous buildings in Boston- actually so many beautiful buildings all around. But no sales at all.
Jean Fort: Very good!
Elliot Mason: Always long queues in Zara, I was in one in Turkey a few months back long lines, the same in London and same in Boston ! Nice clothes tho
NPC: Can only comment on employee attitudes- 8/10
Virginie Cosset: Impossible to return items, lines are really long, worst customer experience
Katie Polum: Terrible Shopping Experience:Even when the store isn’t that busy I had a terrible time. The staff were so unhelpful and snappy, they had a long line for the dressing rooms downstairs and didn’t let me use the dressing rooms upstairs (closed), they wouldn’t grab different sizes while I was trying on, and did I mention they were just plain rude? Based off their average rating, seems like management just doesn’t care.
Marie Hyvernat: Worst zara i test in my life, sellers aredetestable, 0 help, no smile, no sympathy, it was pitiful
Dena: Love me some Zara ;)
Javier De La Madrid: Worst Zara store in the world.
Jeremy Brown: I like shopping in other Zara stores, but this store is scruffy, has rude staff, changing room closes an hour before store close, and has the slowest checkout
Jenna M: The longest lines to purchase/return in retail history.
Arpit Patel: Bad customer service
Valeriya Gutnik: I spent 1h waiting for the fitting room to be available just to try a few things. The fitting room upstairs wasn’t working and it’s not the first time I face this. There should be a little more respect for my time and energy.
Nanaama O'Hene: It’s always hot at this location i don’t understand! They should do something about this it actually makes me not want to go but it’s one of the few Zara location in Mass
Marc de Lecea: Lines for everything are way too long.
Jack Stenhouse: hell on earth, without fail, every single time. no changing rooms, horrible stock, understaffed, 30 min wait to checkout.
Jon Eaves: The slowest store in the world. Making the clothes is quicker ! Allow 1 hour !
Martha Schick: I usually don't shop at Zara for environmental reasons, but I had to pick something up there. The store was disorganized with boxes everywhere and clothing on the ground. I think they must have been understaffed, because it was hard to find anyone on the floor to ask for help, and the pick up sign was just in a corner next to an elevator with no one around. The employees themselves were pleasant, but it still took a long time to get my order after finding someone to check in with.
Deborah Jordan: Stood in line for about 15 minutes just to be told returns are on the second floor so I join the line upstairs and another 20 minutes went by and I finally got the front and I told her customer service said I could bring in my return and immediately she said I had to prove I talked to customer service in order to do the return! Sounds like she just picked any lie so she wouldn’t help me as she turned away the person before me for some other bogus reason. Last time I checked you scan the barcode on the receipt and the product barcode to do a return but she was playing gatekeeper. I went back downstairs and luckily the lovely people downstairs helped and did my return no issues :) overall if you have to do a return follow the policy online and just ship it back. Don’t. Go. In. They need support there or just shut it down!

UNIQLO: what do users think?
Tiffany Chen: The most unfriendly return policy I've ever encountered in the U.S. I bought the shirt in the store a week ago, and I decided to return it because the fit is a little weird. I head to the store on my way home from work, so I didn't have the receipt with me. I thought it would be ok since I have my bank statement that shows the address of the store where the purchase was made, and the tag is still on the shirt. To my surprised, they said no. They explained that it's because they can't be sure that I bought the shirt at this particular location. You can't return things you bought at a different Uniqlo location??? That is absurd. I told them I have the bank statement with their store name and address on it. They still said no because I don't have the receipt. Uniqlo is not worth this hassle and wasting your money if you can't return it.
Frank Fretzel: The second-floor customer service was disappointing. I felt treated like a scammer when returning an item I bought recently. Despite providing the original receipt, I was told I needed the original hangtag, which was inconvenient. The frustration really came when the representative interrogated me about the item's condition, pointing out a faded color. When I explained it was already present when I purchased it, the representative called over colleagues to confirm if the item had been worn. I felt uncomfortable and doubted, as if they were gathering evidence against me for simply following their return policies. While I acknowledge the importance of adhering to company policies, the way the customer service representatives acted towards me made me feel upset and uncomfortable.
Hanan Alkuwaiti: رائع واسعاره في متناول الجميع وخامة المنتجات اكثر من رائعه
Joel Shor: Related to company policy. Left an item in the changing room, I tried calling. The number on their website went to an international call center. They claimed they couldn't get in touch with their own store, then kept me on the phone for 30 minutes while they kept trying. This could've been a 30 second conversation
William Sparks: It's super organized, laid out first by type, then by color. My wife got a really pretty 100% wool turtle neck for $40. That's insane. Checkout was a breeze.Isles are a little small, but I'm a big dude. In that same vein, they'll likely not have sizes beyond XL, so keep that in mind.
Armin Heinfling: Expensive and just too Japanese
George Garcia: I am glad that I found a website that is helpful, has affordable prices, and friendly staff who answer my questions quickly and thoroughly. I will definitely be back again!
Kevin Wz: A beautiful store I'd never heard of before but my spouse told me about it and we visited while in Boston. Such a great range of product and really helped me add some great colour to my wardrobe 😊💚💜
Theresa Poon: Customer satisfaction is not met. Employees rather lose a sale due to being “only a display for mannequin” rather than selling a Uniqlo item to a customer. Where as other uniqlo’s have gone above and beyond and just printed a ticket for an item to be sold. Customers don’t matter in this industry apparently displayed by their managers Florence and Chloe.
Axel Lago: Me encanta la ropa de esta marca! Muy buenos precios por la calidad que ofrece
Victoria Kulieva: Found everything we needed. Clean and nice inside. Staff was great.
Gabriel Estrada: Awesome uniqlo store with friendly staff
Sam Elki: The worst exchange and return policies....see other people's reviews with one star going over many years. All with the same issues and they don't care.
Albert Tsai: Don’t trust the reviews. They don’t let you return merchandise and they don’t have size for you to exchange.
Clare Huang: Impolite staff suspecting customer stealing clothes with no reason.
Najaam P Lee: Awesome store!!
Harvey Talwar: The security guard said I couldn’t enter the store with coffee cup. I told him it’s empty and there’s nothing inside the cup and I was just holding it until I came across a bin.Told me I can’t enter and to leave it on the opposite side of the road. There’s no bin opposite. He refused to let me in, just pathetic!
Ronny Doering: Always a great shopping experience at UNIQLO.Staff is super friendly and goes out of their way to assist you.Thanks.
Raviv M-G: Terrible return process. You can't return items you pick up at the store at a store... You need to pay $7 to return items you got at the store by mailing them back.
Poornachandra Kongara: Most happening place in Boston
Jessica Acosta: One of our favorite stores since we learned about it. Especially with now living on the east coast.

Burberry: what do users think?
Adam Billings: The sales staff is hit or miss but the selection is the best in the area
KIM HOY: Staff has no idea what they are doing! Came in for a simple return. Had all items and recipes yet they still managed to return the funds on the wrong card! How?! Blamed POS system for it taking over an hour to process transaction, something about "communications". Then once I noticed and spoke with them about the funds being returned to the wrong card now I have to wait for Michael the store manager to call me back to resolve the issue that should of never happened in the first place! Keep it simple if going here, know what you want and hope you don't ever have to return or exchange.
Vlad R: The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at the Burberry store. All the two women at the store were very unpleasant! Nicole the general manager should be fired. A person like this should not work at a luxury clothing store especially at BurberryThey refused to accept my shoes for exchange because they had a little dust. I only tried them at home and never took them outside. They are just like they were at the store when I bought them.
Anthony: A pleasant upscale luxury store
David Chapin: Overpriced merchandise every one with a logo or signature plaid. Excellent customer service.
Oladapo Yeku: Great store. Very friendly, courteous and professional service.
Tran Bac: Thích đồ hãng này
Sam Medalie: Greatest
Joe Garcia: Great store, ask for Michael, great service!
Scott Humphrey: The experience of this store is unlike any other luxury store in the boston area. This stems from the design of the store, there are 5 floors. The ground floor has scarves, accessories, and some bags. The 2nd and 3rd are womens, with one being formal and another being casual. The 4th floor is mens formal wear while the 5th is mens casual wear. Breaking it up into multiple floors makes each floor an unique experience. I havent ever seen more than 3 customers/groups of customers per floor, it is not uncommon to have an entire floor to yourself, sometimes even at peak times. There are always plenty of people to help you when you walk in. While you can browse by yourself past the ground floor you'll usually be brought up in the elevator with an associate to help/guide you but also to pull items in another size that aren't out on the floor. All of the staff I've interacted with were very nice and always willing to help. Additionally, some of the associates speak Spanish while some others speak mandarin or cantonese.
Yvonne Payne: awesome staff
Tom Toner: Great upscale newbury street location, fine selection of mens, and women's suits and apparel and of course accessories, Tom is awsome great service, entire staff accommodating
Steven Almanzan: Very polite and helpful staff. Big multi-floor store with a huge selection of their amazing products.
Anna M. B.: Netter Service
Robert Teixeira: Great store
Avinash Hodlur: I just bought a trench coat from them. However wasn’t really sure about the size as a size smaller wasn’t available in the store (mostly 34 US isn’t available in any design in the store) and the size I bought was a tad bit boxy near the torso and waist. So went in for suggestion and styling advice and to see if I could tailor it to fit my needs. A sales associate took me in, named Jeremy, offered advice and he was fantastic. I commend him for the expertise in the area. I also appreciate that his goal was to ensure that I was satisfied with the product. Not many people do this. He was excellent at offering styling advice and I appreciate this a lot. However, he was getting irritated very easily by my questions. He was helping, but making it look like he was dealing and tolerating a bad customer. At some point he even said ‘may be trench coat is not your style’ 🤷🏻‍♂️. Not sure what he meant by that and why was he getting so irritated by me very easily. All I was trying to do was to see if I have options where it fits perfectly in the shoulders and tapered down through the torso and waist so I could swap the current one with something that fits my taste. Apart from that, when I was trying to tell him that the wool cashmere coat fit me well and trying to ask him if I could swap this with that, he misunderstood what I was trying to ask ( by cutting me off in the middle assuming he knew 100% what i was going to ask), and kept on repeatedly telling me that the wool cashmere fit me because of the fabric, like 5 times also showing a bit of peevish behavior while doing so :) of course I understand it’s due to fabric! I would have appreciated if I was given a chance to expound on the question if he wasn’t clear. All I was trying to ask him was if i could swap the current one with wool cashmere one. Not sure he had any issues with me in specific! Shouldn’t have, as I was seeing him help me for the first time. Someone else came in and he was nice to them and he even offered him water too! Lol. Anyway, may be it was a long day for him and a bit tiresome. I mean I didn’t say he wasn’t being helpful, he did help and throw in right styling advice, which I appreciate to the core, and he also called in the tailor and she advised me the same and hence validated Jeremy’s advice, but I just felt he was getting irritated easily when I was asking questions and was forcing himself to be nice to me. Something that I don’t expect from a brand like Burberry at least.
Andrew Flaxman: I have to update my review based on the experience we had post after my original visit. After purchasing a scarf and coat the coat required alterations estimated at two weeks.1. I never received a call notifying me the alterations where completed, after waiting three weeks I had to call in several times for an update2. I never received a card or follow up email thanking me for my business3. I informed Jeremy of this and he had taken the wrong phone number and address. That the thank you cards and phone call notification when to the wrong person.I do not think we provided the incorrect number / address and Jeremy was all excuses when responding. I thought that he would eventually correct this by sending another card or something to let my wife know her business is appreciated and make her feel special. This is why you shop at a luxury department store like Burberry, but it has been over a month since and no follow up.Original review:Top quality service as one expects from a prestigious brand such as Burberry. Give yourself the best experience and ask for Jeremy.
Alan: Fixed a button on my coat, great service. Highly recommend this store, extremely friendly staff.
Michael Katz: Burberry clothing is stylish, upscale and classic. If you're a fan of the brand, you're in luck. While many cities have small outposts, this Burberry is quite large and even offers two floors of clothing for men. Men enjoy the 4th and 5th floors of this old Brownstone building where there's a floor for suiting and tailoring and another for jeans, shirts, shoes and more. And of course you'll find many of their classic and well known trench coats. The staff is friendly and of course helpful in finding sizes or calling for the tailor where all tailoring is complimentary.
Jill Stewart: Good products that will last! The customer service is outstanding and they go overboard to make sure you are satisfied.
Kanwaljit Singh Mangat: A very very respectable British brand founded in 1856 .It sell luxury aperral and accessories . It is famous for it's Cashmere Scarfs ,trench coats iconic checks . There Customer service is great .The sale staff will generally walk you through the store so that you can pick and choose what do you want .They have 5 floors of clothing, bags and more.

Brooks Brothers: what do users think?
Jingle Huang: My favorite work clothing store now. Please stock women oxford shirts with similar shade logos or on the hem.
Michael Feinstein: Went here today to buy a suit for my son. They did not have his size in stock. Store has low inventory on many items. Sales person and tailor were very helpful though.
Asher Mayerson: Had the best customer experience I could ever ask for last Sunday. Was able to return an item that another store in another state had put me in a difficult situation on. The kindest staff that just wanted to help!
Will C: Don't Buy From unless you want your suit to arrive 2 days within Event, and enjoy not being able to call their store.TL;DR (Tailoring will take over a month to complete and will finish within 2 days from your event (so best to lie and say your event a week earlier to allow for adjustments). Their phone number does not work so you will always have to physically go to their store rather than call. Suits in-store are marketed-up so best to order on their website online)I went to Brooks Brothers to purchase a suit for a wedding event a month away.Only pro was employee there helped me find a nice suit and I was able to pay for the suit. The rest are cons of the store. For starters, the suit that was purchased in store appeared nice but was definitely overpriced for the quality (the online sale of this suit on their website was cheaper, and to get my refund I would need to purchase the suit online from their website and then cancel the one being tailored physically)Next negative, the suit tailoring took more than a month to finish tailoring. THEY FINISHED 2 DAYS WITHIN THE WEDDING DATE WHEN THEY HAD OVER A MONTH OF TIME. This is not because of busy schedule; this is because Brooks Brothers will move your slot of tailoring to be closest to the date of your expected event so that they would not re adjust / re tailor your suit if they happen to mess up. And even if they had to fix their mistake there would not be enough time to tailor again (this is a morally disgusting)Last their phone service does not work and it is better to get the number of one of the employees there. When you call the number, the line verifies and hangs immediately within 5 seconds (probably auto-set this way). Either this or you have to physically enter store to ask if your suit is ready.
David Logan: Do NOT shop here. Seriously. Spend the extra time to check out the one in Chestnut Hill or hopefully the Assembly Row one will reopen soon. Been a fan of Brooks Brothers for over a decade. I go to them for casual and business wear. We live in the Boston area and this is easily the closest store to us. This is the third time I’ve shopped here and I won’t ever be coming back. The service is terrible. Employees are straight up rude and condescending. Mostly dealt with upstairs in the men’s section. The one employee helping us was rude, slow, and uninterested. I wish we’d just been left alone instead of being “helped.” Saw another customer in the changing room be abandoned by the (condescending) employee who was helping him. The customer had to come out and wander the store looking for the employee who said they’d come back with different sizes and never did. My wife he and he shared a laugh about how ridiculous it all was. Didn’t help the situation that the service seemed (perhaps) to be driven by customers looked. The customer abandoned in the changing room was a young black man in jeans. I’m a young white man who looks even younger than I am and was wearing a t-shirt (a BB one!). My wife saw the same employee who’d abandoned the one customer cheerily helping another customer, this one an older white man in a suit. Who knows what accounts for differences in service—but it wasn’t a good look. Checking out, we tried to use a coupon we’d received from BB in the mail. Wouldn’t be active for a few days so my wife and I debated whether to wait and come back. The cashier literally rolled her eyes as if folks who use a coupon or try to get a deal shouldn’t be shopping there. Sad because BB clothes are still great. But the folks at this store aren’t.
John Dickson: The store has Very poor customer service. The associates have an unprofessional appearance at the Boston Newbury Street store. The men are not wearing suits and do not have a savvy professional understanding of the standard of the community within the locale of the store and the well dressed man. No bathroom for the handicapped and people with urinary medical issues. Told to use Starbucks and that’s what associates are to utilize also. The associates are rude and have unbelievably uncaring remarks. I got the same answer about the plumbing problem every time I went into this store for over a year about the restrooms. It’s unsatisfactory. I had to dash down to the Newbury Hotel formerly The Boston Ritz to use the Men’s room. I was embarrassed. Every time I mentioned a suggestive comment, the response was ok-ok- ok and ok. The associates walked away and I was ignored. Not going to happen again ever. I’m— Not returning ever again to Brooks Brother’s Newbury Street Boston. I have been a Customer since 1991.
Perry Papp: Brooks Brothers has slid so badly in recent years it is so sad. The best traditional clothing store with the best service that I remember has become an example of retail incompetence and indifference. Whoever bought this soon to be dinosaur (Nautica i think?) get your act together FAST!
Mehdi Rizvi: Excellent products
Jialan Zhang: The suits are fine, but the customer service especially the tailoring staff is very unprofessional. The tailor in the store was rude and said things to me very discriminating only because I didn’t choose her to do the tailoring (3 weeks waiting time at least). Also, they forgot to take the locks off from our suits. We had to go back and have them off. It was time wasting, but the staffs in the store were not sorry at all for their mistakes. If you are not in a rush to buy a suit, avoid this place. Expensive clothes with terrible customer service.
Chris: Be careful with their suit department. Don't use the tailor or expect quick and coherent service. I purchased a nice suit in December for my own wedding. The sales person initially told me that the tailoring is included and no extra charge. I came back in a few months to see if there are any tailoring size changes from the measurements initially taken. I came back end of February and after waiting a while, the tailor spent no time and said it was the same but also seemed confused by some of his own stuff he wrote down or forgot to write down. The same sales person then charged me for tailoring since I was getting the legs tapered, okay fine, would of been nice to know that when I first purchased the suit rather then tell me it was included when you knew the legs were being tapered. I paid for tailoring and it was 3 weeks later and supposed to be ready on the 21st Monday which is the earliest the tailor said he could make it ready by. I got no phone call. I called on Monday and they said they would need to get back to me, but no call back. I call back (Tuesday) and the same woman answered and said she forgot to call me back as she got busy the other day. She then tells me that they can't find the suit in the store. I tell her my wedding is in a few days. She then tells me the suit was already marked as picked up by someone, and am I really sure that no one came to pick it up for me? Are you telling me my $1000 suit was lost? Then I call back some hours later and am told there was a mix up and they have found my suit, but needs to confirm with what happened and when I can pick up. Finally the tailor/assistant manager calls me and tells me they have the suit but it was "not in the right place" so they never tailored it. They wil rush it for the next day for Wednesday. I need this for my own wedding so it's unbelievable. The good news is the suit was really nice, but the service at this store with the tailor was bad. They did refund the tailoring fee after due to the circumstances.
Richard Greensted: I love this place. Very friendly staff. Beautiful building, inside and out. Lots of lovely clothes but I was looking for their wonderful men's handkerchiefs, and they were out of stock.
Brandon Sharp: Frankly, the worst consumer service of any retail store I’ve visited in a while. They won’t help you no matter how bad you are trying to buy something.
M1225 Decemberist: Tried to call this particular store on Newbury Street numerous times and dates to ask if they had an item in stock . No one picks up. The store must be closed permanently.
Jared Schultz: This Brooks brothers store should be avoided if you can go to another location. The organization for finding sizes is poor. And the staff cannot be bothered to provide customer service. This store has a sense of pretentiousness in it.
Jonathan Wang: Extremely friendly and helpful staff made the shopping experience seamless.
Amelia Bedelia: My husband and I had a good shopping experience, other than learning that Brooks Brothers is ending its women’s line of clothing. There weren’t many options left for me since they didn’t seem to be restocking any of the womenswear.
Ryan Milgrim: I had a suit tailored here, I figured I would call and ask if it was ready since I had not heard from the store in 5 weeks. Ralph picked up the phone and instantly put the phone on the counter while helping other customers so I had to wait while overhearing their entire checkout conversation. Once this was over I tried to give Ralph my name and ask if my suit was ready, but this proved to long of a task and Ralph again put the phone down to check out more customers. At this point I had been waiting for 15 minutes to ask if they had my suit. Obviously he was too busy to help me so I asked for somebody else. To this, Ralph told me that was not necessary because he was the store's manager, then confirmed he was too busy to help me, and hung up the phone. 30 minutes later I received a call from ralph telling me my suit was ready for pick up by saying "Hey this is the new friend you just made" in a sarcastically rude tone of voice. That was the most unprofessional employee I have ever interacted with in my life, despite the fact that I was picking up a golden fleece suit from their own store.
Venkata Krishnan C: If you want to buy a suit, Brooks brothers has great material and selection. But if you can avoid this location it will save you a lot of trouble. If there is a location that's 6 hours away with the same choices, i would have chosen that over this location. The staff were not very helpful in helping me select a suit. I was not even acknowledged for the first 30 mins and I was invisible to them. And they gave me very little recommendations or suggestions through the process. I had been to the Brooks Brothers at an outlet mall and received great customer service before visiting this store location. They didn't have the size that would fit me and recommended I order something bigger. When they went to order it they got it in the wrong color. Their inefficiency and mistakes cost me a week and 6 hours of driving to and from the store. Having a need to call them for information or help is not something i would wish on my worst enemy. I was trying to track down my suit and see when it would be ready. But after 3 days and 30 attempts of calling them and leaving multiple messages i got no response and no call back.So in short, choose Brooks Brothers but avoid this location. Will save you a lot of time and heart burn and save you some money and time.
Lawrence O'Connor: They’re still the best for quality suits that fit perfectly.
Sheb Shumar: Great store Great price’s especially on Newbury Street and on line
Joe Celusta: More Fashionable, less classic

Burlington: what do users think?
Maritza Rodriguez: Very good prices
JEra Newton: So apart from this store being unorganized, you can't even try on any clothes you're trying to buy. They close off the fitting rooms and we were told it's been "closed off for almost 3 months now". You'd think they'd put up a signed to warn customers of this. The staff doesn't come across as friendly. They need to work a bit more on customer service.I don't know if it's going out of business, but I get that vibes from seeing most of the shelves empty. This is my first and last time coming by this establishment.
Estuardo Vasquez: I give it a three because i bought a nerf gun today at that store it came with the gun but no bullets and i saw another nerf gun but no gun and no bullets i dont know if people are taking it out or just please prevent this from happening
Mike Powers: Never walk out empty handed. Something for every deal hunterz
Linda Medina: Omg this place is super messy. No dressing room ro try on clothes things were scattered everywhere. They don't fix items in the evening. Cooperate must intervene.
K H: Need more slection of clothes. They barely have things to choose from compared to other Burlington Coat Factory stores.
Anna Draper: There is no public bathroom, and I was directed to go to the store next door, which happened to be closed by the way. There is no excuse for a store to not have public facilities. I was shopping for a couple of hours and to my amazement, no bathroom. I had a forty minute drive ahead of me and I had to drive until I found a gas station. Unacceptable.
Tawanda Rhodes: Love Burlington the lines are too long they have no staff get good deals there if you want to wait in line just don't wear heels
Brenda Liz Pabón: Me gusta mucho comprarle los trajes a mis hijas aquí, son hermosos y hasta para mi también. Y cosas para decorar mi hogar.
sindy belizaire: That place have nothing. They need to hire people to work there. Merchandise is all over the place. It's not organized at all. It's a shame
ZaNetta Purnell: Anthony is an awesome manager. I was bothered by the registers open vs. how many of us were in line. He handled it gracefully and swiftly!
AUDU Sandra: I just left this store. Very bad experience, my baby's car seat and walker was stolen right in the store. We informed the "LOSS PREVENTION TEAM" and we were being tossed around. We later got to a manager and we were told they will go and check the CCTV. After several minutes there was no response, this was something that happened within few minutes. When we asked what will happen next, we were told we will need to file a report at the police station.Fortunately for us the person who took the car seat and walker was right in the store and close to the loss prevention team. He owned up to us, took us to his car at the car park and gave us the seat and walker. My shock and question was how he was able to leave the store with a stolen item.Just to mention that the manager was rude to us, she left us while we were still looking for the car seat and walker and said she had a conference meeting. This is unacceptable.I was able to make my purchase but I thought to share this for people to know. Sorry for my long post.
Najela Israel: Me encanta mucho
CherRiotAct CcherTvZadeh: What a mess ! I go to size small find the best shirt . To find out it's a large. Get help ! The clothes are pretty cool.
Bill Dougherty: Dreadful. Poor selection, a total mess. (I'm told other stores are much better, and that the chain was solid for coats 10 yrs ago.)Hard Pass!
malikah grier: The store looked like a tornado went thru it. But actually found what I wanted in that messy store tho
Stefanie Nunes: This is the messiest store I have ever been in. No comparison to the other Burlington locations I have been to. Everything is everywhere very disorganized. It makes you not want to shop there. I bought nothing and left
Drew Linds: Has some great finds if you look.
Peta gaye thompson: Very unorganized
FREDDY D Pena Sanchez: Buenos precios
Regina Kang: I have been at many Burlington store and this one was insanely messy!!! Everything was everywhere!!! Carts, baskets, all over the store, clothes were all mixed up, children clothes in men's section, women's shoes in kids section, women's clothes all over men's section!!! Wow!!! That was scary 😨

Sterlingwear of Boston: what do users think?
Conni Haley: Going back for Christmas!! Wouldn’t buy a pea coat any wear else!!!!
D Bennett: Showed up durring business hours when on travel to Boston before COVID- the manager (?) was locking up an hour early and made a run for it when she saw our car pull up. If you dont mind buying online only,.... well the website is "under construction"and so sign of that changing. They make alot of fuss about being a U.S. company, vetetan associated, disability bla bla...but if a company doesn't stick to actualy doing the business with customers won't stay in that business.
Scott Levine: This place is fantastic! Not only are the products top shelf, but they are made right here in the USA! Ended up with three amazing coats.
Vanithoth: I own a black Trench Coat from this company and it's marvelous. It fits perfectly and the quality is very good.
Ron Silverstein: Got a great authentic coat high quality.
Ron Locklin: Bought a few coats here .... an authentic pea coat, and a canvas coat. Great selection, great prices. Highly recommend it.
Cody Damon: Opened 20 minutes late (for a 10:00am opening). Non-apologetic manager and pretty poor selection. You're better off shopping on their website (which isn't that great either).
Gregory White: Great quality outerwear.
Aris Family Blog: muy bueno para trabajar
Kirk Nesbitt: Their hours of operation are not correct. They close at 17:00. Was a long way to travel put to East Boston to find them closed
Elizabeth Bastian: BEST long coats and pea coats for the cold and rainy winters. They are also reasonably priced, and very well made. I absolutely love my long coat. They also have smaller sizes for us petite folks.
Charles Bastian: Excellent coat store. The only place to get a real peacoat in Boston. They definitely know their stuff.

Burberry: what do users think?
Jaime Cruz: Wonderful 😊
Ling: 服务态度亲切友好,提供了很多穿搭上的建议,很喜欢。
Katrina Tantoco Kopcha: Very helpful staff. Shout out to Jessica Chen for helping me with an exchange with an item I purchased online that didn't quite fit right in person. She gave me good alternatives.
V Vel: Jessica was very helpful 👏
Tran Bac: Lần này tiếc là đi ra tay không
Christine Rader: Friendly staff and they understood my aesthetic and helped me in selecting the right everyday bag. Ask for Christian! The rest of the staff was great too.
alfonso Romano: Great service by Valerie and the whole team…attentive without being pushy. Highly recommend!
Spencer Tsai: Good
Marco Estevam: Great selection and staff. They had a pair of sneakers I couldn't find for quite a while.
curtis rasmussen: Workers dont know how to do their job drive 2 hours to get a pair of sweatpants for $700 and they forgot to take security tag off and wont even comp me for my time or inconveniences highly recommend not going to this Burberry store
Zohura Begum: lovely place to shop, very welcoming stuff.
Tom Wu: Phenomenal level of service and never any pressure from the staff. Best luxury shopping experience every time.
Amal Mohamed: LOVE ❤️My friend Sara in Burberry store helped me in choosing this bag , stunning 🤩Please always ask about SARA WILSON 💕
Yoshi Jbzy: Not a lot to pick from! Employees are kind of unfriendly! Got a very cold vibe in the store!
Jonathan Rodriguez: New display installed by accurate graphics.
John Moore: The service was excellent!!! All smiles and inviting, all while providing a safe shopping environment..
Patricia Shaaban Michaud: Cool
Elizabeth Becker: Very pleasant shopping experience. The staff was so delightfully helpful. Unfortunately I couldn’t find the item I was looking for but it is definitely a store I’ll be coming back to.
John Goguen: Shary and Lauren were both so helpful, polite, and intelligent. The jacket I wanted was only available online, so they had me try on multiple jackets to make sure I could figure out the right size. The jacket got shipped extremely quickly and there were no issues picking it up. On top of the great costumer service they all have a wide variety of timeless pieces in both men’s and women’s. If you are looking for designer clothes in or around the Boston area I don’t think there’s a place that will top Burberry Copley.JQ
Aakash Vadalia: Angel was delightful and helped me pick out a great jacket
D: Helpful staff, very courteous! Love the visual and store cleanliness! Great place to go and shop!
