Fair warning to PoC-- I don't know what it is about this l store but expect to be cut in line of or jostled here by non-PoC. I haven't had a bad experience with employees but the customers create a very unwelcoming vibe (iykyk).

Anastasia Yefremova: Absolutely fell in love with the clothes here, and this is a great location. The staff is super helpful, especially in the denim section. And I love their program that allows you to recycle old jeans for $30 off a pair of their own jeans. Their summer dresses are easy/breezy, and their fall/winter sweaters are some of the warmest and comfiest I own. I also got a pair of high top leather/velour sneakers that were worth every penny I paid. By far the most comfortable pair I currently own, though I had to break them in a bit first. Pricy, but a great treat from time to time. It's all just really good quality.

Sintia Trinidad: Yesterday I had the worst experience that I have ever had in a clothing store. I went to Zara to return 1 item. After spending more than 20 minutes in line the girl at the register told me that returns are in the second floor (mind you there’s no sign whatsoever that returns are on the second floor). I go to the second floor, there’s is maybe10 people if front of me. There are two girls at the register taking forever. I was in line for more than 45 minutes. I approach one of the employees that is working on the floor ( all he was doing was standing in one spot and talking to two other employees), I asked if there is anyway that he can call for backup. (My parking sticker that I purchase for an hour and 28 minutes was going to expire, all in the process of return an item). His answer was “ no there’s nothing we can do, if you want to you can go to the Natick location.”This is beyond unacceptable, rude, and unprofessional!

Martha Schick: I usually don't shop at Zara for environmental reasons, but I had to pick something up there. The store was disorganized with boxes everywhere and clothing on the ground. I think they must have been understaffed, because it was hard to find anyone on the floor to ask for help, and the pick up sign was just in a corner next to an elevator with no one around. The employees themselves were pleasant, but it still took a long time to get my order after finding someone to check in with.
Deborah Jordan: Stood in line for about 15 minutes just to be told returns are on the second floor so I join the line upstairs and another 20 minutes went by and I finally got the front and I told her customer service said I could bring in my return and immediately she said I had to prove I talked to customer service in order to do the return! Sounds like she just picked any lie so she wouldn’t help me as she turned away the person before me for some other bogus reason. Last time I checked you scan the barcode on the receipt and the product barcode to do a return but she was playing gatekeeper. I went back downstairs and luckily the lovely people downstairs helped and did my return no issues :) overall if you have to do a return follow the policy online and just ship it back. Don’t. Go. In. They need support there or just shut it down!

Tiffany Chen: The most unfriendly return policy I've ever encountered in the U.S. I bought the shirt in the store a week ago, and I decided to return it because the fit is a little weird. I head to the store on my way home from work, so I didn't have the receipt with me. I thought it would be ok since I have my bank statement that shows the address of the store where the purchase was made, and the tag is still on the shirt. To my surprised, they said no. They explained that it's because they can't be sure that I bought the shirt at this particular location. You can't return things you bought at a different Uniqlo location??? That is absurd. I told them I have the bank statement with their store name and address on it. They still said no because I don't have the receipt. Uniqlo is not worth this hassle and wasting your money if you can't return it.
Frank Fretzel: The second-floor customer service was disappointing. I felt treated like a scammer when returning an item I bought recently. Despite providing the original receipt, I was told I needed the original hangtag, which was inconvenient. The frustration really came when the representative interrogated me about the item's condition, pointing out a faded color. When I explained it was already present when I purchased it, the representative called over colleagues to confirm if the item had been worn. I felt uncomfortable and doubted, as if they were gathering evidence against me for simply following their return policies. While I acknowledge the importance of adhering to company policies, the way the customer service representatives acted towards me made me feel upset and uncomfortable.

Karena Crawford: This store becomes crowded really fast depending on the times that you visit. I also don't like that the jewelry display is in an awkward place, which is in the waiting line. It makes it hard to browse the selection of jewelry with people impatiently waiting behind you. I was told once that I was holding up the line when that wasn't my intention.
Mish White: I love shopping at Old Navy especially for summer clothing. I love the fact that many of the items I buy are 100% cotton and usually not made in China!!! From my point of view, Old Navy is relatively inexpensive. In addition to tops for spring/summer, I love the flip flops, straw hats and bags for summer. It's a great place to shop if you need items for your vacay!!! I would recommend checking out Old Navy!!

For starters, the staff refuses to make eye contact! They are hasty and overzealous too for no reason! Then you are genuinely communicating and simply assisting someone with checkout. Simple. AND especially with an online order pickup: it's supposed to be easy, they say it is on website but when you get to this location it's a nightmare and you're made to feel awkward and uncomfortable as you're trying to reach in your bag for the phone that you need with the email & barcode, as well as the ID you need to bring (which is clearly stated on the email)..I mean hey we know how to shop, we know what to bring!;..but when you walk in you are demanded your ID immediately - as in one case from a girl who was not even doing the pickup she was going to go get somebody else - but she wouldn't shut up about the ID immediately after I walked in the front area..... TODAY Nov 28 '22 is the last day for me to pick up my extremely much needed items purchased online days ago!! Today's the last day, the 5th day to pick up by end of day (as my email clearly stated)! BUT the inexperienced, rude staffer overzealously (per usual) put it away ??? and I got notification that I'm getting a refund ?!? Well it's heartbreaking now.. We purchase stuff online at a discount..a great deal and the items are extremely useful and good quality and much needed!! The items I purchased are severely needed and I was looking forward to picking up today :( :( :( The person who put it back did wrong and provided a huge disservice to me! The management needs to make amendments by contacting me.. I will be contacting upper management in San Francisco.. I have had enough of this store and this needless rude behavior..this is not the Old Navy mission or practices across the Nation! I am devastated by the email today letting me know that I'm getting a refund when I extremely needed the Christmas gifts that I purchased a few days ago for "store pick up, bring this email & government ID"!! :( :( :(

Jessica H.: This is a review for the Copley Place location. I visited on Apr 14 around 5 pm, and experienced the worst employees out of any Aritzia I've ever shopped at. I've visited several Aritzia locations across Canada, and a few in the US (NYC, LA), and I'm honestly appalled at how horrible the customer service was here.The employees will not greet you unless they recognize you (a friend, a client that has shopped there previously, whatever), and they will talk about customers in the most incredibly obvious way. I always thought that rumors about Aritzia employees being condescending was false considering the fact that I've always been treated pleasantly by employees at any other store, but the Copley Place location is an anomaly. Don't expect a greeting, because god forbid you interrupt the conversations that the employees are having while ignoring you.The selection is miniscule, they carry approximately 2 in-house brands and what variety they do have is repeated throughout the store. Don't waste your time by visiting this location. The employees don't deserve the commission, and there are about 4 pieces of clothing you can look through. Order online and return in store, or wait for the Prudential location to reopen. Extremely disappointed in my experience here.

I got the super world sweats and a matching sweatshirt that i was literally in loveee with and the sweatpants are completely discolored after i put them in the wash :( not to mention the first time i got the set it had a stain so i had to return it. for the price i was really expecting better and not for it to lose all color. now i can’t wear them together because the sweatshirt and sweatpants are 2 completely different colors and i am just really sad :(

C. Baechler: I recently went to this store and I was very sad about not being able to find my size (XL). I saw that they carry small sizes all the way down to 2XS at the store! But when I asked an employee about a size XL she said that for any size bigger than L I will have to go online to buy it. I guess I’m not welcome at their stores for being heavy.
THOMAS BAEK: This store should fire the concierge who prioritize customers who buy a lot versus customers like me who wants to buy one item. I watched for more than 15 minutes people cut me off at the line per this person's direction simply because they were buying 5+ items.Highly recommend ordering online and avoid this store like a plague.

Nancy Maldonado: HORRIBLE FITTINGROOMS, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, while the service is the best and the girls are the sweetest people, the fitting rooms are really bad. WHY? Because there are no mirrors, there is just one big mirror outside the fitting room where all people is there looking at you, employees, people in line waiting, other people trying clothes, it’s like you are inside the FR and you just hear people saying to each other “Woooow it’s so cute, you look great, I’m in love” SORRY but I am an introvert and I don’t want to come out to the world without knowing how clothes look on me. I BET you will INCREASE YOUR SALES if you put mirrors inside the fitting rooms, I took 7 jeans to try them on but I was really embarrassed to come out with all people around looking at you. Clothes are great quality and have a perfect fit.

Rosie: The return policy should be the same across online and in-store returns. I read the 30 day policy thinking that my return would be within range, but in store returns are 21 days. The first associate was very apologetic and nice but the second person that she double checked with was just plain rude. I work in retail as well and I understand enforcing return policies is difficult, but there was no reason for the extremely loud and embarrassing explanation that my return was “WAYYY over the return date” (6 days). I wasn’t trying to push the return whatsoever and it was completely unnecessary, especially if the woman knew my confusion was based upon two different return policies within the organization. It was not explained to me and I didn’t know until after I left the store and looked it up. Thank you.

When I asked for a mirror I was met with annoyance and mean girl energy. Needless to say never shopping in store again.

They asked me if “any of these items looked familiar” and had lost a few of my items in the process. It felt super unprofessional. If I ever come back, I’ll be holding onto my things

K Rob: I visited the store on Sunday 05/07/23. I was never acknowledged by any of the sales associates. A couple of them looked me directly in my face and walked on by. I initially thought they were customers. I had a couple of items in my hand that I wanted to purchase. After being totally ignored , I decided to go down to Polo Ralph Lauren and purchase a few items. The sales associates immediately greeted me and extended their help willingly. I love to shop at Madewell , but I will never shop at the Prudential Center location again.

Dave Cersosimo: Interesting encounter I had at the store today. I'm partially deaf and wear an earing aid device. I sat by the window and one of the girls working there ( for identification purposes: she is Afro-American with long curly black hair, they said her name is Alicia) in an extremely rude way told me: "you don't sit by the window" she had to repeat it 3 times as I was trying to read her lips and at the same time trying to understand why she was being condescending for absolutely no reason. She then proceeded to make fun of me with her colleague as they were both laughing like children. Needless to say that I had my wife drop every piece of clothing she was going to buy because of what just happen. If you're reading this young lady, learn some respect, you work in retail not in prison

Isabelle: Extremely rude staff. The door was stuck from both ways- one customer was trying to open it from the inside and couldn't get it open, and us from the outside. A worker (young girl) pushed open the door rudely, and then laughed with her coworker about how the girl trying to open the door was stupid so they will "respond with being rude bc it's 2023🤪🤪". We almost turned around and left. So rude. One of the girls was named Alicia, I think. Get better employees

Timothy Meeker: Despite the store being blanketed in signs advertising a sale, employees didn't know what was actually on sale and were generally unhelpful. Prices are obnoxious given the quality as most Urban Outfitters, but this store also mislabeled the prices on multiple items.
Pearse Hillock: Overpriced clothing but the saving grace is that they are good quality, offer a variety of sizes including size 31 waist for men and have some trendy clothing. Not my first choice, but it's worth a visit. 👍
Barbara Higgins: Very expensive store. I was kind of shocked but maybe it was because it was in Boston. Pretty large, eclectic selection. You had to go in on one end of the store, climb to the second floor, that was where the majority of the store was and then go back down to the first floor at the other end of the store to pay.

Julia Brau: I've been shopping at this Madewell for about a year now as I live nearby and love their clothing. Today I went in to look for a blazer and pants for a conference I'm going to in less than a week. Their associate, Marissa, was AMAZING. As I was trying things on, she gave her honest opinion about all the clothing combinations and was quick to provide me with other options. I found a pair of pants that was perfect except that they were too long. She suggested a petite and that she could order them online. When we figured out they were sold out online, she called multiple stores until she found one that had them in stock. From there, she was able to ship them to me overnight for free. Not to mention, I got a decent discount and a free candle for being a star status member. Thanks Marissa! Your attention to detail and persistence did not go unnoticed! :)
Mia Coleman: Great store with great customer service…. People that return damaged goods and don’t get a refund shouldn’t be surprised!
Leah Freeman: I bought a necklace and tried to return it less than 24 hours later and even though the necklace wasn’t damaged the packaging was cut with scissors very CLEANLY (it’s considered damaged) and now I have to deal with a $40 necklace that I have no idea what to do with because I couldn’t try it on in store. The manager was super unhelpful and rude and made me never want to shop at that stupid place again.
