Matt: Big target, good liquor selection and best prices around. However, it's locked in glass cases (to keep the inventory in stock, sure) but you have to ring for help because there are never any associates around to unlock the case. Went this morning and the help buttons didn't seem to be working. Found an associate who didn't have the key but radioed for someone to come with a key. Ten minutes later, nobody showed up. Disappointing to say the least.

I was told that there was a buy 1 get 1 at 50% which I did not end up getting because the shirt I purchased was not supposed to be in the rack it was. Mish White: I love shopping at Old Navy especially for summer clothing. I love the fact that many of the items I buy are 100% cotton and usually not made in China!!! From my point of view, Old Navy is relatively inexpensive. In addition to tops for spring/summer, I love the flip flops, straw hats and bags for summer. It's a great place to shop if you need items for your vacay!!! I would recommend checking out Old Navy!!

AND especially with an online order pickup: it's supposed to be easy, they say it is on website but when you get to this location it's a nightmare and you're made to feel awkward and uncomfortable as you're trying to reach in your bag for the phone that you need with the email & barcode, as well as the ID you need to bring (which is clearly stated on the email)..I mean hey we know how to shop, we know what to bring!;..but when you walk in you are demanded your ID immediately - as in one case from a girl who was not even doing the pickup she was going to go get somebody else - but she wouldn't shut up about the ID immediately after I walked in the front area..... TODAY Nov 28 '22 is the last day for me to pick up my extremely much needed items purchased online days ago!! Today's the last day, the 5th day to pick up by end of day (as my email clearly stated)! BUT the inexperienced, rude staffer overzealously (per usual) put it away ??? and I got notification that I'm getting a refund ?!? Well it's heartbreaking now.. We purchase stuff online at a discount..a great deal and the items are extremely useful and good quality and much needed!! The items I purchased are severely needed and I was looking forward to picking up today :( :( :( The person who put it back did wrong and provided a huge disservice to me! The management needs to make amendments by contacting me.. I will be contacting upper management in San Francisco.. I have had enough of this store and this needless rude behavior..this is not the Old Navy mission or practices across the Nation! Tavar Eisenhardt: I regret to report that the Target store located at 100 Cambridge Street in Boston, Massachusetts is a place of unspeakable terror. The layout of the store is confusing and disorienting, with aisles that seem to stretch on forever and a sense of foreboding that hangs heavy in the air.The products themselves are strange and alien, as though they were brought to this world from some other plane of existence. The packages are covered in bizarre symbols and indecipherable text, and the contents within seem almost alive with an eldritch energy.The employees, too, are a source of terror, with their blank stares and soulless demeanors. They move through the aisles with an otherworldly grace, as though they are not quite of this world. I could sense that they were watching me, and that their motives were far from benign.In short, I would not recommend this Target store to anyone. The horrors that I encountered within its walls were beyond description, and I fear that others who venture inside may suffer a fate even worse than my own. It is a place to be avoided at all costs, lest one be consumed by the malevolent energies that permeate its very being.

This is the equivalent of a Neighborhood Walmart, meaning it's a fraction of the size of the actual department store with a minimal selection of products. It's basically a Walgreens. Honestly this false advertising just hurts their name.

Patrick Callahan: Most unprofessional hiring experience I’ve ever been through.I filled out an application for a part time position at this location a few weeks ago. Initially I heard from a manager who asked me to interview that day with about 3 hours notice. I simply did not get that email in time.The next day I received an automated email asking for a pre recorded interview with only 48 hours to complete. I wasn’t sure which avenue to pursue so I responded asking what I was supposed to do. The hiring manager - who did not seem aware their was a request for the auto interview - said “I guess it’s up to you” which one I completed…hours after the dead line. Fortunately I decided to do the auto interview a few hours earlier because I did not want to miss my opportunity.The manager reaches out a day or so later deciding they want to do a live interview anyways. Proceed to ask if I was around Thursday or Friday after 4:00…only to cancel and ask to do Monday.I made accommodations to keep my schedule open and in the end I wasn’t hired. They were nice enough to send a passive aggressive email from HR.Obviously Target is not obligated to hire me. That’s fair game. They didn’t even pretend, however, to care about the interview process itself. The directions were extremely unclear, the replies last minute and vague, and multiple cancellations. I’ve been through multiple job interviews. Some I did not land and that’s ok. Never have I been so clearly shown I don’t matter beyond being a piece of human capital than Targets hiring process.

They have the most random assortment of things… and it’s maybe 1/8th the size of a typical Target. It’s essentially a CVS, but I think CVS even has a better selection.

The store is clean and the store associates are nice and very helpful Especially Marie who is usually at the returns/service counters. She’s very patient, professional and extremely helpful. I gave 4 stars because as with everything else, the prices are higher.

And super convenient for me but I will drive to another store because I definatley felt unsafe at that one. Also the two stupid managers were discussing that I STOLE an item. Instead of asking me. I heard them! I was soo annoyed. But I didn't say anything. I just left. 😔 😟 I payed for BOTH my creams!

Ibex Souther: Had an employee cut me off at the exit I had to ask him to remove himself from the door. Just because I'm a person of color it doesn't mean I'm stealing. I circled back report the employee and they told me in a very condescending tone that they'll reprimand him. Can't believe it's 2023 and I can't just walk into a store complete my purchase and get on with my very busy life. Teach your employees how to communicate to people respectfully. I provided a photo of my receipt not that I should have to.

I’m from out and needed so much much with me and my 5 kids. He literally pushed my cart with baby and showed me the exact items I was looking for. Target you should really be happy with this worker. He really cares for his job. Thanks Norman. Will definitely be back when I come to Boston.

HairGurl HairGurl: Poorly run. Racist profiling at self-checkout. Hispanic Girl who took my in progress receipt while I got another item, re-rang up items to check price in collusion with black boys and manager at customer service, and I saw them passing the bag when I returned 20 mins later. This actually ending up reducing the total price when she scanned the receipt barcode after I returned (price when I returned was less than when I paused the transaction, and they couldn’t account for the fact that they didn’t have access to my target app wallet code) . Stupid.

Harrison Gleed: 15 minutes of phone tag for a simple yes or no question. I didn't get my answer, as ultimately no one answered my phone call. Pretty disappointed considering it would have taken a single person 10 seconds to answer the question I had.

Katherine Diamond: Worst target experience I’ve ever had hands down. I was planning a day of errands so to save time I placed an order for drive-up pick-up (which means I’m charged right when the order is placed). Yet 4 hours later I still hadn’t gotten a notification that it was ready… I was running out of time for my errands and thought it might be a glitch so I just went into the store where a customer service rep, while very kind, said she couldn’t help me? I’d have to come back in a few hours? No thanks… I asked if I could just go get the items myself, and she said yes, so I did just that. Then when I went back to validate my items before waking out of the store, she told me I’d have to cancel my order and then charged me again. So… because your store was slow to get my items, I have to pay AGAIN and wait for the other money to go back on my card … Why could she not pretend that a target employee got the items and fulfilled my order? I’m sure it wasn’t her policy which is why I walked right out to my car to write this horrible review. Target, I have 2 closing remarks, 1. Don’t promise something you can’t deliver. 2. If a customer solves their own problem that you caused, maybe you should let them. This whole experience has left a horrible taste in my mouth and I will be avoiding your stores for the foreseeable future.
