Disappointing to say the least.

Johnathan was very friendly and helped repair my glasses quickly so I could make it to the game on time. I came in right before they closed so I appreciated them taking me. I was told that there was a buy 1 get 1 at 50% which I did not end up getting because the shirt I purchased was not supposed to be in the rack it was. They asked me if I want to swap but the checkout lines were long and I politely refused. I wish the store would respect the customer’s time a little more and resolve these matters at the checkout itself rather having to go back and pick between their inventory once again. I would value my 20 minutes over the $20 discount I would get. Please keep your store more organized.

Karena Crawford: This store becomes crowded really fast depending on the times that you visit. I also don't like that the jewelry display is in an awkward place, which is in the waiting line. It makes it hard to browse the selection of jewelry with people impatiently waiting behind you. I was told once that I was holding up the line when that wasn't my intention.
Mish White: I love shopping at Old Navy especially for summer clothing. I love the fact that many of the items I buy are 100% cotton and usually not made in China!!! From my point of view, Old Navy is relatively inexpensive. In addition to tops for spring/summer, I love the flip flops, straw hats and bags for summer. It's a great place to shop if you need items for your vacay!!! I would recommend checking out Old Navy!!

For starters, the staff refuses to make eye contact! They are hasty and overzealous too for no reason! They have zero experience and don't understand the simple premise of customer service: you must be happy to be there for one, two, you must make eye contact with a customer! Then you are genuinely communicating and simply assisting someone with checkout. Simple. AND especially with an online order pickup: it's supposed to be easy, they say it is on website but when you get to this location it's a nightmare and you're made to feel awkward and uncomfortable as you're trying to reach in your bag for the phone that you need with the email & barcode, as well as the ID you need to bring (which is clearly stated on the email)..I mean hey we know how to shop, we know what to bring!;..but when you walk in you are demanded your ID immediately - as in one case from a girl who was not even doing the pickup she was going to go get somebody else - but she wouldn't shut up about the ID immediately after I walked in the front area..... TODAY Nov 28 '22 is the last day for me to pick up my extremely much needed items purchased online days ago!! Today's the last day, the 5th day to pick up by end of day (as my email clearly stated)! BUT the inexperienced, rude staffer overzealously (per usual) put it away ??? and I got notification that I'm getting a refund ?!? Well it's heartbreaking now.. We purchase stuff online at a discount..a great deal and the items are extremely useful and good quality and much needed!! The items I purchased are severely needed and I was looking forward to picking up today :( :( :( The person who put it back did wrong and provided a huge disservice to me! The management needs to make amendments by contacting me.. I will be contacting upper management in San Francisco.. I have had enough of this store and this needless rude behavior..this is not the Old Navy mission or practices across the Nation! I am devastated by the email today letting me know that I'm getting a refund when I extremely needed the Christmas gifts that I purchased a few days ago for "store pick up, bring this email & government ID"!! :( :( :(

We did not have a lot of time, but he helped outfit us for my nephew's Dartmouth football game...(great hunter green options! ) It was raining and cold so we Floridians needed warm gear! Hal provided exceptional customer service, we will shop with him virtually in the future, even if we are not in Boston!

Tavar Eisenhardt: I regret to report that the Target store located at 100 Cambridge Street in Boston, Massachusetts is a place of unspeakable terror. The layout of the store is confusing and disorienting, with aisles that seem to stretch on forever and a sense of foreboding that hangs heavy in the air.The products themselves are strange and alien, as though they were brought to this world from some other plane of existence. The packages are covered in bizarre symbols and indecipherable text, and the contents within seem almost alive with an eldritch energy.The employees, too, are a source of terror, with their blank stares and soulless demeanors. They move through the aisles with an otherworldly grace, as though they are not quite of this world. I could sense that they were watching me, and that their motives were far from benign.In short, I would not recommend this Target store to anyone. The horrors that I encountered within its walls were beyond description, and I fear that others who venture inside may suffer a fate even worse than my own. It is a place to be avoided at all costs, lest one be consumed by the malevolent energies that permeate its very being.
S M: Cozy little target at the top of Beacon Hill. Space on the Hill is tight for businesses so it is nice they could squeeze a target here. Fresh groceries and all household things, what more do I need? People looking for target clothes accept this is a smaller target.Great prices for Beacon Hill tbh.

This is the equivalent of a Neighborhood Walmart, meaning it's a fraction of the size of the actual department store with a minimal selection of products. It's basically a Walgreens. Honestly this false advertising just hurts their name.
Patrick Callahan: Most unprofessional hiring experience I’ve ever been through.I filled out an application for a part time position at this location a few weeks ago. Initially I heard from a manager who asked me to interview that day with about 3 hours notice. I simply did not get that email in time.The next day I received an automated email asking for a pre recorded interview with only 48 hours to complete. I wasn’t sure which avenue to pursue so I responded asking what I was supposed to do. The hiring manager - who did not seem aware their was a request for the auto interview - said “I guess it’s up to you” which one I completed…hours after the dead line. Fortunately I decided to do the auto interview a few hours earlier because I did not want to miss my opportunity.The manager reaches out a day or so later deciding they want to do a live interview anyways. Proceed to ask if I was around Thursday or Friday after 4:00…only to cancel and ask to do Monday.I made accommodations to keep my schedule open and in the end I wasn’t hired. They were nice enough to send a passive aggressive email from HR.Obviously Target is not obligated to hire me. That’s fair game. They didn’t even pretend, however, to care about the interview process itself. The directions were extremely unclear, the replies last minute and vague, and multiple cancellations. I’ve been through multiple job interviews. Some I did not land and that’s ok. Never have I been so clearly shown I don’t matter beyond being a piece of human capital than Targets hiring process.
Margaret Anderson: I’m not usually one to write a review about something like a Target, but wow was this store a letdown! Just moved to the city and was happy to have a Target nearby. They have the most random assortment of things… and it’s maybe 1/8th the size of a typical Target. It’s essentially a CVS, but I think CVS even has a better selection.
Mike Wilson: I was with my 6 year old grandson and he had to use the restroom, so I asked an employee where it was and she said no bathroom. I was like he's a child and really has to go. It didn't matter, no restroom. Needless to say, I won't be back! I think certain exceptions can and should be made.

Michele Millar: This store is a disgrace to the Macy's brand. Little to no help. Suit department was a mess. Clothes on the floor, men allowed in the womens dressing room. Aweful experience. Shoe dept had one employee manning the register only. I walked out after 1 sale took 20 min.

Gentleman at far register was the best ever, helpful polite, just a great customer service person!! I buy a lot of merchandise at Macy's, but will stay out of Saugus store, both should be taught to treat customers better!!

She listened to me carefully with attention to tiny details of issue I had and immediately resolved it. She was patient, helpful and very friendly.At my mature age and high demand to quality of services it's not easy to make me smile. But she did! As a heavy world wide traveler I would like to say that with her high professionalism and excellent communication skills JoAnn could be a valuable employee in the best stores of the USA and Western Europe in Paris, London, Vienna. Macy's management is lucky having her.

Tristan Leeds: This store may be a large building but the strangely shocking thing for me was seeing lazy employees glued to their phones or roaming around, security was lax, undesirables scattered in between aisles looking like theft was committed, and plus, too much of the merchandise appeared empty or poorly inventoried! Quite sad to see!
Kevin Nieves: Beware of this location if you’re using a debit or EBT Card. At the self-checkout, someone is putting something that steals your money. It has happened twice. They record your pin and card number so that they can drain your accounts.
Joseph Chow: Perfect for waiting the 16 bus to Andrew or Forest Hills station. They sell UNO Ultimate card game.
Margarita Pineda: This is for the South Bay Target. This is by far the cleanest, nicest, most Organized store I have been to. Any chance I get to go there(I live in north shore) I do!! BEST SELECTION OF everything. Some unique finds as well not found in other targets. Staff is cordial and constantly paying attention to detail!

Shanta Simmons-Farley: The homeless population has taken over the store people are nodding off, stealing walking around stinking so bad you will 🤢. It's a very beautiful store. And super convenient for me but I will drive to another store because I definatley felt unsafe at that one. Also the two stupid managers were discussing that I STOLE an item. Instead of asking me. I heard them! I was soo annoyed. But I didn't say anything. I just left. 😔 😟 I payed for BOTH my creams!

I circled back report the employee and they told me in a very condescending tone that they'll reprimand him. Can't believe it's 2023 and I can't just walk into a store complete my purchase and get on with my very busy life. Teach your employees how to communicate to people respectfully. I provided a photo of my receipt not that I should have to.

Hispanic Girl who took my in progress receipt while I got another item, re-rang up items to check price in collusion with black boys and manager at customer service, and I saw them passing the bag when I returned 20 mins later. This actually ending up reducing the total price when she scanned the receipt barcode after I returned (price when I returned was less than when I paused the transaction, and they couldn’t account for the fact that they didn’t have access to my target app wallet code) . Stupid.
Harrison Gleed: 15 minutes of phone tag for a simple yes or no question. I didn't get my answer, as ultimately no one answered my phone call. Pretty disappointed considering it would have taken a single person 10 seconds to answer the question I had.
Katherine Diamond: Worst target experience I’ve ever had hands down. I was planning a day of errands so to save time I placed an order for drive-up pick-up (which means I’m charged right when the order is placed). Yet 4 hours later I still hadn’t gotten a notification that it was ready… I was running out of time for my errands and thought it might be a glitch so I just went into the store where a customer service rep, while very kind, said she couldn’t help me? I’d have to come back in a few hours? No thanks… I asked if I could just go get the items myself, and she said yes, so I did just that. Then when I went back to validate my items before waking out of the store, she told me I’d have to cancel my order and then charged me again. So… because your store was slow to get my items, I have to pay AGAIN and wait for the other money to go back on my card … Why could she not pretend that a target employee got the items and fulfilled my order? I’m sure it wasn’t her policy which is why I walked right out to my car to write this horrible review. Target, I have 2 closing remarks, 1. Don’t promise something you can’t deliver. 2. If a customer solves their own problem that you caused, maybe you should let them. This whole experience has left a horrible taste in my mouth and I will be avoiding your stores for the foreseeable future.
