When I complained about waiting for so long to get helped in the fitting room, being locked out of the room, the responsible staff told me that "the buzzers are broken, we are short on the staff, we can't put an associate on every corner of the store"!!!! Do not waste your time here, find another store.

Lizzy Jenkins: Absolutely awful. The lady working there was so rude. (Blonde lady in the Natick mall). I was desperate for a bathing suit and this was the only store that had any during the winter months, but I was so disgusted by how rude she was that I decided not to buy one from her. Terrible customer service. I was the only person in the entire store. Instead of helping me, she took a few phone calls. I clearly was searching for a bathing suit and at one point she paused her phone call to scold me and told me me to stop looking through drawers (probably because she didn’t want to fold all of it afterwards). I left immediately. The bathing suits looked decent but way overpriced for what you’re getting.

Therefore I immediately took the dress to be returned. At the register the manager acknowledged the smell but did not apologize. She proceeded to say maybe the scent was from the person who packaged it. Which is ridiculous

Lisa E was wonderful at picking suits most suitable for my shape. They also have great lighting in the fitting room. Awesome experience for an activity that is not always great.
Maddie Conway O'Reilly: Best selection of swimsuits anywhere. The associates are helpful but will also give you privacy to try on. I appreciated that they helped me order a size I needed and had it shipped to my house. The inventory might seem expensive if you're used to buying from Target or similar, but a high quality swimsuit is worth it (especially for more supportive tops!)

Esther's Daughter: Athleta is great athleisure clothing. I am personally a fan of their pants options that include pockets. The great thing about buying at the store is that you can try things on and there is a free alterations/hemming service. The staff here is fabulous--very helpful, kind and patient. The only downside is that the store is relatively small and much of the clothing available online cannot be found here. But staff will help you order online or find at another store.

atom tarragon: The regular-priced items are always a bit overpriced, as Urban Outfitters typically is - a vintage-style, distressed T-shirt cost $25-30, when it should really be about $15-20 max. And pants were a bit ridiculous at $80 a pop for cords!But the sale prices were great, the styles are reliably solid with a few fresh choices, and at 40% off, it's surprising how much variety there was to choose from. Nice quirky home goods selection at this location also, appealing to mostly teens and college students, fun to shop and reminisce.The layout is a bit confusing, what with clothing both upstairs and down and I wasn't sure what the differentiation was. But as I'm not the target demographic (anymore), I can't say if that makes sense or not.

K Y: My friends had an extremely unpleasant experience at this UO store caused by a very rude, unfriendly and unprofessional staff. There were no indication that the fitting room was closed so they went in to try on clothes. This staff later came and told them to leave coz the fitting room was closed, which is fine but how would customers know this if no staff was at the fitting room?? And then she said my friends “looked like thieves”? This kind of accusation is completely uncalled for and made my friends think it was targeted because they’re Asian (which is funny considering the staff herself was a POC) Customers came in to the store to SHOP not to get berated and humiliated. They left the store with no apology from the staff herself. I do not recommend fellow Asians to visit this store because you might be accused of stealing and harassed for no reason. Not to mention the extremely messy and dirty environment with trash laying around.

And after me and my friends go out, the shop assistant came and asked us to leave in a very rude way. We did not know that the fitting room was closed at all and the assistant claimed that they put the sign all day. And the assistant asked us to either check out the clothes or give them to her and asked us to leave right away. And the shop assistant claimed that “you guys look like thieves” and she was racial discriminating us simply because we are Asian. The shop assistant kept asking us to go out and the manager came in after 5 min and said that the assistant will not apologize to us and there is no solution to this unfair situation to us. This place was just so disorganized and dirty and drinks left by other people are everywhere on the shelves. DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!!

There's always a gap on the waist and the thigh area feels to constricted.Some employees felt cold, though. Like they were judging us from afar. But if you ignore that, it's a pretty good store. Solid sale section.

(idk if the employees just aren't trained properly or whatever, but the quality of this particular Urban has dropped considerably over the years). Never going to shop at this location again ✌🏻

Karena Crawford: This store becomes crowded really fast depending on the times that you visit. I also don't like that the jewelry display is in an awkward place, which is in the waiting line. It makes it hard to browse the selection of jewelry with people impatiently waiting behind you. I was told once that I was holding up the line when that wasn't my intention.
Mish White: I love shopping at Old Navy especially for summer clothing. I love the fact that many of the items I buy are 100% cotton and usually not made in China!!! From my point of view, Old Navy is relatively inexpensive. In addition to tops for spring/summer, I love the flip flops, straw hats and bags for summer. It's a great place to shop if you need items for your vacay!!! I would recommend checking out Old Navy!!

For starters, the staff refuses to make eye contact! They are hasty and overzealous too for no reason! They have zero experience and don't understand the simple premise of customer service: you must be happy to be there for one, two, you must make eye contact with a customer! Then you are genuinely communicating and simply assisting someone with checkout. Simple. AND especially with an online order pickup: it's supposed to be easy, they say it is on website but when you get to this location it's a nightmare and you're made to feel awkward and uncomfortable as you're trying to reach in your bag for the phone that you need with the email & barcode, as well as the ID you need to bring (which is clearly stated on the email)..I mean hey we know how to shop, we know what to bring!;..but when you walk in you are demanded your ID immediately - as in one case from a girl who was not even doing the pickup she was going to go get somebody else - but she wouldn't shut up about the ID immediately after I walked in the front area..... TODAY Nov 28 '22 is the last day for me to pick up my extremely much needed items purchased online days ago!! Today's the last day, the 5th day to pick up by end of day (as my email clearly stated)! BUT the inexperienced, rude staffer overzealously (per usual) put it away ??? and I got notification that I'm getting a refund ?!? Well it's heartbreaking now.. We purchase stuff online at a discount..a great deal and the items are extremely useful and good quality and much needed!! The items I purchased are severely needed and I was looking forward to picking up today :( :( :( The person who put it back did wrong and provided a huge disservice to me! The management needs to make amendments by contacting me.. I will be contacting upper management in San Francisco.. I have had enough of this store and this needless rude behavior..this is not the Old Navy mission or practices across the Nation! I am devastated by the email today letting me know that I'm getting a refund when I extremely needed the Christmas gifts that I purchased a few days ago for "store pick up, bring this email & government ID"!! :( :( :(

She told me that there were issues with my credit card and tried to ring me up twice, and it went through twice. But the register was out of paper for the receipts and she didn’t realize this before she changed me to another cash register and rang me up a third time that she said went through. She confirmed multiple times that she cancelled the first two charges but she didn’t!! Now I have two $40 charges that they will not take off because the receipts weren’t available. Family Matters: Nice items however, cashier had poor customer service and when I asked her about the lip gloss sale she told me they were regular price when they actually had a buy 2 get 1 free sale going.
Brianna Durand: Worst experience and customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. Would not recommend going to that store. When I had an issue and made a phone call they hung up on me. Did not provide a solution to my problem. Employees are rude.

Vule Jankovic: The most rudest workers , especially black girl with the afro,closed the register in front my nose while I was waiting for 15 min, while she was checking other customers. If management hires this kind of people, or doesn't train them that says a lot about the whole store. Worst store ever , should be closed.
Luisa Gomes: Ok, I had a beach trip planned and I got a cute swimsuit. Nevertheless, the clerk didn't remove the security tag from the bottom piece and I only noticed it on the day of the trip. Since I didn't have a backup, I couldn't swim. I was forced to return to the store to get the tag removed and I didn't receive a proper apology for the inconvenience. It's really sad since the swimsuit is cute.Advice: before leaving the store, check if they didn't keep the security tag

Elena Ahmed: I spend so much money at this store since probably the day it opened over 15 years ago. For the last couple of years the customer service at this store has been nothing but terrible. I never had to return anything until I purchased an order online which customer service told me to go into the store and return since the size was wrong. I went in today to the CambridgeSide Galleria store and again had a very unpleasant experience with the same associate I believe his name is Carlos the only gentlemen that it seems to work there. I simply wanted to return two items and go about my day. He finished the customer in front of me and didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing for a good 5 minutes, didn’t even bother to greet me just looked at Me I guess that meant he was ready for the next person. Instead of asking politely he literally raised his voice with so much anger and said give me a good reason why you are returning? I have never been treated like this in any other stores. Another day when I was in the store purchasing an item and I had a E-gift card that someone gifted me. Apparently according Mr. Carlos this store does not accept E-gift cards. Which is interesting because I have purchased at this store with a e gift card in the past. Mr. Carlos walked over and looked and me and spoke in Spanish with the associate and told her not to accept it. I understand Spanish even though I am not Hispanic. I don’t know what his problem is but it seems he is not a fond of people of my culture or religion yes I had a scarf on my head. I would really appreciate it if someone or management could review this email and actually speak to the associate of his unethical behavior he has towards loyal customers. Honestly it is not nice to walk to a store where you are not welcome and be treated differently just because so am brown and the women in front of me was clearly Caucasian and he treated her perfectly fine.
