TcLe: The Tourneau store at Copley Place deserved a 5 star. Not because of it location but due to their professional and excellency. I have the best first impression with John Winer (Jack) and Mohamed Moselhy, these two professional sellers are very attentive to detail and very knowledgeable about Rolex history. I learned a lot from them within the first hour and I was very impressed that they are not just answered my questions but they also showed me products that they currently have. Despite I did not get the watch that I am looking for (Oyster Perpetual Day-Date 36mm in 18K yellow gold), but I end up bought a Date-Just 31mm two tone for my wife and she love it!In addition, I also met with Mr. Cameron the store director and he was very pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend anyone thinking buying watch especially Rolex brand, you should try out this place and you won’t be regret. You may not get what you want but the service that you will receive is top notch. I will visit this store more often to meet the people work there because they are not just professional but they make me feel like one of their family member. Thanks to the security man as well, sorry can’t remember his name but he was nice and open the door for us! Feel blessing! I served 4 combat tours in Afghanistan, Iraq and Kosovo. I am in a place to afford such a watch and if she could please help me with procuring one. Daniel Lavoie: Waiting in a line to get into this store is outrageous. Get more employees or figure it out. There’s no reason to lose money because it takes 30 minutes to wait for other people to browse. There are better watch stores with more impressive history, selection, and knowledgeable employees within walking distance. Skip the line. Skip the BS and shop anywhere else. Even prefer online.

JASON CLARK: Shopping before the holidays and decided to stop in just to browse. I was met by Anna. She was honest about the availability of some of the watches I was looking at but took all my information, didn’t make any promises but said “you never know”.Fast forward a couple weeks later, Anna texted me a couple of models. Honestly I was shocked. I was still waiting 18 months at another Rolex dealer for a watch after buying numerous watches and jewelry from them in the past. It wasn’t exactly what I was looking for but how could I say no? I came to the store met with Cameron. I learned more about Rolex in the hour with him then I ever did with the jeweler. I had the watch shipped, I had some issues with delivery. Cameron and Anna both reached out to me by text and email, to help with getting the watch to me. Finally today I received my new watch. Aaron Rothbard: I have bought several times from this store in Copley. I work close by and the other day I meandered in for a browse. Kinda just loved how a specific panerai wore on me. I was really back and forth on making that final decision to purchase. I decided I would wait and see if I could find one pre owned because my friend told me he got his for far less brand new and at a discount. The sales associate got really upset. He called me out saying I wasted his time and that he could have been helping someone else and I kept them waiting. It was incredibly uncomfortable to the point I almost bought it! definitely won’t be going back here again. Just scary and unpleasant, not the experience I expect when Purchasing a luxury item. Funny enough looking back several times a have felt shooed off or made uncomfortable by staff there. I ended up buying the watch 2 weeks later…… but online from the panerai website. I felt compelled to leave this review because I was genuinely concerned for my well being in that store by one particular salesman. He was menacing, and flew from smile salesman to what honestly felt devil like. Goosebumps thinking about him and my experience with him. Stay far far away, at least during the work week……… I was there at lunchtime.

I have been working hard all my life to purchase a true luxury Swiss timepiece.I walked in with my wife and our 1 year old daughter Hailey.We were treated as if we were long time friends by Mohamed, who has the most wonderful and charming charisma, simply wonderful.I wanted to purchase a DJ41 but after trying it on, I felt it was a smidge too big, I ended up going with what was technically my third option - a yacht master 40 in SS/Platinum.I am so happy Mohamed allowed me to try it on without making me feel rushed or pushed to purchase, I took my time while being conscious of other customers in the store.Since I bought the watch I’ve had a gleaming smile on my face that I just cannot get over, I am completely smitten by my “yachty” as I lovingly call it. William Russell: I have been looking for a specific Rolex for over a year. I have missed several once in lifetime events to celebrate. I told him I am looking for a surprise. I had been to 3 stores in Boston on vacation and was on “waiting list” at 4 of my local ADs. Every AD has always told me they have NOTHING in stock, exhibition only.They have the exact one I wanted but on exhibition. Polar Explorer 2!!! This is first I have seen since I began my search. When I asked Hugh if they have ANYTHING in stock he mentioned the Cellini Moonphase. This is first time seeing in person and I had to try it on. It had all the checks of a nice watch I was interested in. White dial, solid rose gold, alligator strap, meteorite on the face. So even though it was not a high interest item for most, I loved it. Once on my wrist I had to get it.So this was my first Rolex purchase and first of my now started watch collection.Hopefully not too long I can finally get the polar I have been chasing!!!Hugh and Tourneau, thanks for the beautiful timepiece. It will be my daily until I get the polar. Also, my Toddler daughter loves it as well. One day she will wear it too!!!Thanks again

Since I knew the drill, I walked up to the door and was about to ask if we could get in line behind the gentleman by the entrance to enter. The door guard only pointed and said "line" gruffly. Stephen Mccolpin: I want to say first you're only getting five stars because of Mohammad. I came to Boston for my daughter's surgery at Boston children. I was looking for a Rolex and trying to set a time via email with no luck or reply. Where I am from we don't have a Rolex AD anymore and the closest is over 4+ hrs away. So my family and I went to the Boston store location and no one would chat with me. Mohammad saw us and came over to chat. He informed me that they had no new men's Rolex in stock but had a few women in stock. I told him I was looking for me and he showed me the pre-owned area. Mohammad immediately opened the boxes and let me try on a few different Rolex watches. I decided on one and he went to ring it up and go thru all the information with me. He sized the watch and made it a perfect fit for me. When I was about to leave I suggested to him to show me the new women's Rolex watches and he did so very promptly and let me hold and decide if I wanted it and answered all my questions. You know what I did next? I bought my wife a Rolex from Mohammad. He did the same and went thru everything with my wife. Mohammad made the experience amazing. I also explained how I don't have an AD and he said no problem you can call us and we will send a box and service your family Rolex no problem. Mohammad is an amazing person and great value to your company and this location!
Lauren Jorgensen: My partner and I went here today to try a watch he was interested in. We were greeted by an incredible rude doorman, and when we asked if they had a specified brand before waiting on the 20 minute line, said “I don’t answer questions about inventory.” We then tried to call the store on line to ask the question and no one answered. So low and behold we get into the store finally, no one was available to answer a question, and none of the watch brands we wanted were available. I don’t typically leave Google reviews, but truly the doorman left such a bad taste in our mouths that we will not be returning.

Matt: Big target, good liquor selection and best prices around. However, it's locked in glass cases (to keep the inventory in stock, sure) but you have to ring for help because there are never any associates around to unlock the case. Went this morning and the help buttons didn't seem to be working. Found an associate who didn't have the key but radioed for someone to come with a key. Ten minutes later, nobody showed up. Disappointing to say the least.

I was told about the 0% financing option however I was not told this was infact signing up for a credit card...now I have a credit card being sent to an address on my I.D. which is not the address I currently live as I just moved here.
Rashed Alananzeh: I dropped off my watch for a battery change and glass shine. I was told that it would only take 4-6 weeks. They said they would have to send it out and I would hear back soon. Weeks went by and I had to call on multiple occasions, they always informed me that we were still waiting to get a quote. They finally called me with a quote in 7 weeks and I approved. I informed that I needed it by a specific date and was told that it would be done by then. As the date approached, I would call and ask if it was done, I was told they haven't received it, but that they would call and get BACK to me. On numerous occasions, no one would answer the phone. I was told so by THREE different employees and a manager they would call to check on it and get back to me. I never received a call back. I had called after the date passed and they said it was ready where they stated "we just received it." I asked if someone is able to pick it up for me because it took longer than 10 weeks and I was out of state at that point, they refused. I also complained of the time it took and they said they could offer a 10% discount. I personally think that I should get more off as their time line was completely off and they NEVER called back when they said they would. This was a disappointment, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Do not waste your time and money to never get called back or have your watch fixed on time.

After retracing my steps I gave up hope and returned to Kay to buy another necklace. I got there right before they closed and told them what had happened and was helped by an employee named Amanda. Now I work in the service industry and I’m amazed at how helpful she was. Not only was she EXTREMELY knowledgeable in helping me pick out a new necklace, She took down all my info so she could have mall security check the cameras to see if my original purchase could be found. She also got me the best price possible on a new necklace. She was so helpful that I can’t even list every way she came up in the clutch.The thing I appreciate the most is that they were in the process of closing so I expected everyone to be annoyed I was there but everyone (especially Amanda) went above and beyond. I never write reviews but Amanda went above and beyond to help me out when she could of just told me to come back tomorrow .Thank you Amanda! If I could give more stars I would. celio gouvea: I bought a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses for $160 from Macy's, but unfortunately, one of the lenses broke in less than 20 days. When I took them back to Macy's, they quoted me almost the same price as a new pair to have them repaired. To make matters worse, there was no warranty to cover the damage, and I am extremely disappointed with the situation. The salesperson in the store was unhelpful and seemed to avoid me. I have decided that I will not purchase Ray-Ban sunglasses again, as even my cheaper $20 glasses have lasted longer than this.

Tavar Eisenhardt: I regret to report that the Target store located at 100 Cambridge Street in Boston, Massachusetts is a place of unspeakable terror. The layout of the store is confusing and disorienting, with aisles that seem to stretch on forever and a sense of foreboding that hangs heavy in the air.The products themselves are strange and alien, as though they were brought to this world from some other plane of existence. The packages are covered in bizarre symbols and indecipherable text, and the contents within seem almost alive with an eldritch energy.The employees, too, are a source of terror, with their blank stares and soulless demeanors. They move through the aisles with an otherworldly grace, as though they are not quite of this world. I could sense that they were watching me, and that their motives were far from benign.In short, I would not recommend this Target store to anyone. The horrors that I encountered within its walls were beyond description, and I fear that others who venture inside may suffer a fate even worse than my own. It is a place to be avoided at all costs, lest one be consumed by the malevolent energies that permeate its very being.
S M: Cozy little target at the top of Beacon Hill. Space on the Hill is tight for businesses so it is nice they could squeeze a target here. Fresh groceries and all household things, what more do I need? People looking for target clothes accept this is a smaller target.Great prices for Beacon Hill tbh.

This is the equivalent of a Neighborhood Walmart, meaning it's a fraction of the size of the actual department store with a minimal selection of products. It's basically a Walgreens. Honestly this false advertising just hurts their name.
Patrick Callahan: Most unprofessional hiring experience I’ve ever been through.I filled out an application for a part time position at this location a few weeks ago. Initially I heard from a manager who asked me to interview that day with about 3 hours notice. I simply did not get that email in time.The next day I received an automated email asking for a pre recorded interview with only 48 hours to complete. I wasn’t sure which avenue to pursue so I responded asking what I was supposed to do. The hiring manager - who did not seem aware their was a request for the auto interview - said “I guess it’s up to you” which one I completed…hours after the dead line. Fortunately I decided to do the auto interview a few hours earlier because I did not want to miss my opportunity.The manager reaches out a day or so later deciding they want to do a live interview anyways. Proceed to ask if I was around Thursday or Friday after 4:00…only to cancel and ask to do Monday.I made accommodations to keep my schedule open and in the end I wasn’t hired. They were nice enough to send a passive aggressive email from HR.Obviously Target is not obligated to hire me. That’s fair game. They didn’t even pretend, however, to care about the interview process itself. The directions were extremely unclear, the replies last minute and vague, and multiple cancellations. I’ve been through multiple job interviews. Some I did not land and that’s ok. Never have I been so clearly shown I don’t matter beyond being a piece of human capital than Targets hiring process.
Margaret Anderson: I’m not usually one to write a review about something like a Target, but wow was this store a letdown! Just moved to the city and was happy to have a Target nearby. They have the most random assortment of things… and it’s maybe 1/8th the size of a typical Target. It’s essentially a CVS, but I think CVS even has a better selection.
Mike Wilson: I was with my 6 year old grandson and he had to use the restroom, so I asked an employee where it was and she said no bathroom. I was like he's a child and really has to go. It didn't matter, no restroom. Needless to say, I won't be back! I think certain exceptions can and should be made.
James R: they mislabel prices of items and then refuse to match what their advertised shelf prices are when you go checkout. My item rang up 82% higher than the shelf's listing price. Associate did not remedy the situation, left empty handed.
