Tiffany Chen: The most unfriendly return policy I've ever encountered in the U.S. I bought the shirt in the store a week ago, and I decided to return it because the fit is a little weird. I head to the store on my way home from work, so I didn't have the receipt with me. I thought it would be ok since I have my bank statement that shows the address of the store where the purchase was made, and the tag is still on the shirt. To my surprised, they said no. They explained that it's because they can't be sure that I bought the shirt at this particular location. You can't return things you bought at a different Uniqlo location??? That is absurd. I told them I have the bank statement with their store name and address on it. They still said no because I don't have the receipt. Uniqlo is not worth this hassle and wasting your money if you can't return it.
Frank Fretzel: The second-floor customer service was disappointing. I felt treated like a scammer when returning an item I bought recently. Despite providing the original receipt, I was told I needed the original hangtag, which was inconvenient. The frustration really came when the representative interrogated me about the item's condition, pointing out a faded color. When I explained it was already present when I purchased it, the representative called over colleagues to confirm if the item had been worn. I felt uncomfortable and doubted, as if they were gathering evidence against me for simply following their return policies. While I acknowledge the importance of adhering to company policies, the way the customer service representatives acted towards me made me feel upset and uncomfortable.

Where as other uniqlo’s have gone above and beyond and just printed a ticket for an item to be sold. Customers don’t matter in this industry apparently displayed by their managers Florence and Chloe.

Finally decided to purchase. Wore it a couple of days and returned to ask if they would ship it to Toledo. Was told that it could be returned and they would ship a new one.Jeeze it sounded like a waste. Then it was demonstrated how to pack, and had to almost twist an arm for a bag. Seriously, Canada Goose needs to rethink the return and shipping policy costs factor. Rethought my purchase.

Craig Lewis: Bought my first Canada Goose when Concepts did a collaboration with them back in 2018. Decided to pick up a wool Langford despite my MacMillan still being in brand new condition. When I arrived I noticed a 3 person line outside. When I asked the door person I was told it was a 40 minute wait. Is that a joke? I gotta wait 40 minutes for the privilege of dropping over $1500 on a jacket? There wasn't even that many people in the store. What a ridiculous policy. Boston doesn't have the theft problem other cities do. I'll never buy from the company again.

If you listen closely, you can even hear their banter which centers around their profligate patrons. When I did receive help it was given at DMV speeds. I bought a vest to add to my collection, but that will be the last piece of Canada Goose I ever spend money on as I refuse to support a company which gives so little attention to their shoppers. This store is a terrible reflection on the Canada Goose brand and has turned me off forever. Moncler it is.

Kathryn Moore: It's a good thing I wasn't actually trying to buy a coat when I visited the store because literally NO ONE helped me when I was looking at different styles nor when I finally actually was able to get a sales person's attention, they didn't actually know if they had the different styles I was looking for in the store and talked as though they were bored and didn't want to be there. This is a luxury brand store, in an area in Boston that is surrounded by other luxury brands. You would think the level of professionalism and customer service, especially for products that are higher priced, would be up to par. If you're a shopper who is going in knowing exactly what they want and the size they want it in and you don't mind just doing it on your own, then this store is fine. The only reason I am giving it the stars I am is because at least the products were clean and organized. But seriously, do better.

Sintia Trinidad: Yesterday I had the worst experience that I have ever had in a clothing store. I went to Zara to return 1 item. After spending more than 20 minutes in line the girl at the register told me that returns are in the second floor (mind you there’s no sign whatsoever that returns are on the second floor). I go to the second floor, there’s is maybe10 people if front of me. There are two girls at the register taking forever. I was in line for more than 45 minutes. I approach one of the employees that is working on the floor ( all he was doing was standing in one spot and talking to two other employees), I asked if there is anyway that he can call for backup. (My parking sticker that I purchase for an hour and 28 minutes was going to expire, all in the process of return an item). His answer was “ no there’s nothing we can do, if you want to you can go to the Natick location.”This is beyond unacceptable, rude, and unprofessional!

I think they must have been understaffed, because it was hard to find anyone on the floor to ask for help, and the pick up sign was just in a corner next to an elevator with no one around. The employees themselves were pleasant, but it still took a long time to get my order after finding someone to check in with.
Deborah Jordan: Stood in line for about 15 minutes just to be told returns are on the second floor so I join the line upstairs and another 20 minutes went by and I finally got the front and I told her customer service said I could bring in my return and immediately she said I had to prove I talked to customer service in order to do the return! Sounds like she just picked any lie so she wouldn’t help me as she turned away the person before me for some other bogus reason. Last time I checked you scan the barcode on the receipt and the product barcode to do a return but she was playing gatekeeper. I went back downstairs and luckily the lovely people downstairs helped and did my return no issues :) overall if you have to do a return follow the policy online and just ship it back. Don’t. Go. In. They need support there or just shut it down!

Karena Crawford: This store becomes crowded really fast depending on the times that you visit. I also don't like that the jewelry display is in an awkward place, which is in the waiting line. It makes it hard to browse the selection of jewelry with people impatiently waiting behind you. I was told once that I was holding up the line when that wasn't my intention.
Mish White: I love shopping at Old Navy especially for summer clothing. I love the fact that many of the items I buy are 100% cotton and usually not made in China!!! From my point of view, Old Navy is relatively inexpensive. In addition to tops for spring/summer, I love the flip flops, straw hats and bags for summer. It's a great place to shop if you need items for your vacay!!! I would recommend checking out Old Navy!!

TODAY Nov 28 '22 is the last day for me to pick up my extremely much needed items purchased online days ago!! Today's the last day, the 5th day to pick up by end of day (as my email clearly stated)! BUT the inexperienced, rude staffer overzealously (per usual) put it away ??? and I got notification that I'm getting a refund ?!? Well it's heartbreaking now.. We purchase stuff online at a discount..a great deal and the items are extremely useful and good quality and much needed!! The items I purchased are severely needed and I was looking forward to picking up today :( :( :( The person who put it back did wrong and provided a huge disservice to me! The management needs to make amendments by contacting me.. I will be contacting upper management in San Francisco.. I have had enough of this store and this needless rude behavior..this is not the Old Navy mission or practices across the Nation! I am devastated by the email today letting me know that I'm getting a refund when I extremely needed the Christmas gifts that I purchased a few days ago for "store pick up, bring this email & government ID"!! :( :( :(

Jessica H.: This is a review for the Copley Place location. I visited on Apr 14 around 5 pm, and experienced the worst employees out of any Aritzia I've ever shopped at. I've visited several Aritzia locations across Canada, and a few in the US (NYC, LA), and I'm honestly appalled at how horrible the customer service was here.The employees will not greet you unless they recognize you (a friend, a client that has shopped there previously, whatever), and they will talk about customers in the most incredibly obvious way. I always thought that rumors about Aritzia employees being condescending was false considering the fact that I've always been treated pleasantly by employees at any other store, but the Copley Place location is an anomaly. Don't expect a greeting, because god forbid you interrupt the conversations that the employees are having while ignoring you.The selection is miniscule, they carry approximately 2 in-house brands and what variety they do have is repeated throughout the store. Don't waste your time by visiting this location. The employees don't deserve the commission, and there are about 4 pieces of clothing you can look through. Order online and return in store, or wait for the Prudential location to reopen. Extremely disappointed in my experience here.

Rosie: The return policy should be the same across online and in-store returns. I read the 30 day policy thinking that my return would be within range, but in store returns are 21 days. The first associate was very apologetic and nice but the second person that she double checked with was just plain rude. I work in retail as well and I understand enforcing return policies is difficult, but there was no reason for the extremely loud and embarrassing explanation that my return was “WAYYY over the return date” (6 days). I wasn’t trying to push the return whatsoever and it was completely unnecessary, especially if the woman knew my confusion was based upon two different return policies within the organization. It was not explained to me and I didn’t know until after I left the store and looked it up. Thank you.

atom tarragon: The regular-priced items are always a bit overpriced, as Urban Outfitters typically is - a vintage-style, distressed T-shirt cost $25-30, when it should really be about $15-20 max. And pants were a bit ridiculous at $80 a pop for cords!But the sale prices were great, the styles are reliably solid with a few fresh choices, and at 40% off, it's surprising how much variety there was to choose from. Nice quirky home goods selection at this location also, appealing to mostly teens and college students, fun to shop and reminisce.The layout is a bit confusing, what with clothing both upstairs and down and I wasn't sure what the differentiation was. But as I'm not the target demographic (anymore), I can't say if that makes sense or not.

K Y: My friends had an extremely unpleasant experience at this UO store caused by a very rude, unfriendly and unprofessional staff. There were no indication that the fitting room was closed so they went in to try on clothes. This staff later came and told them to leave coz the fitting room was closed, which is fine but how would customers know this if no staff was at the fitting room?? And then she said my friends “looked like thieves”? This kind of accusation is completely uncalled for and made my friends think it was targeted because they’re Asian (which is funny considering the staff herself was a POC) Customers came in to the store to SHOP not to get berated and humiliated. They left the store with no apology from the staff herself. I do not recommend fellow Asians to visit this store because you might be accused of stealing and harassed for no reason. Not to mention the extremely messy and dirty environment with trash laying around.

And the shop assistant claimed that “you guys look like thieves” and she was racial discriminating us simply because we are Asian. The shop assistant kept asking us to go out and the manager came in after 5 min and said that the assistant will not apologize to us and there is no solution to this unfair situation to us. This place was just so disorganized and dirty and drinks left by other people are everywhere on the shelves. DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!!

Had a question about potentially ordering some shoes to the store for pickup (a feature on their website btw) and not only did they say they can't do it (after 2 other employees told me they could) but then flat out said it could never happen anyways, and that theyd only ship to my home! (idk if the employees just aren't trained properly or whatever, but the quality of this particular Urban has dropped considerably over the years). Never going to shop at this location again ✌🏻

Store purchases can only be returned to the SAME store you purchased from, not any other store.May 3, 2023 Update:Most employees are nice and a few are extremely nice. Unfortunately, this location had a rude male working on May 3rd at noon who needs some training in customer service; I didn't catch his name as he didn't introduce himself. I asked to make a return for an online purchase and he said that wasn't possible in-store; I had to pay $7 and print my own return label. When I said that the same item was sold in the store, he reiterated that it was the return policy and I cannot return an item to the store regardless of whether the item was in the store or not. I walked away after confirming there was nothing I could do but lose $7 on a $20 T-shirt if I chose to return it. Everything was fine with the employee until then since I understand he could not have changed the poor store policy. However, as I walked away, he immediately started *laughing*, which not only made me upset by the poor return policy but also appalled by the customer service. That's a great way to lose some business, Uniqlo! This isn't the first time I've had unprofessional customer service at a Uniqlo store so it seems like an issue that continues to slip by their hiring or training processes.April 2023 review:In general, Uniqlo is a great brand with a large variety of clothing. Not everything is high quality and prices are average unless there is a sale, but you can find great deals or unique clothing here.Most of the workers I have had the pleasure of being greeted or assisted by have been great at this location. I reviewed the poor reviews of this location and my experience was not unique. I tried to return an item to this store (from a different store) and the employee was simply unkind, nasty and dismissive. The employee may have had a bad day, but we were really offended by their delivery and our treatment. We subsequently went to the Natick store, and their employees were very nice, supportive and appreciative.I do NOT recommend this store, and I will now actively inform my friends and family to avoid this store. I recommend going to the Back Bay and Natick store.

Went back with my receipt few days later and now they can't give store credit unless I go back from Newbury street to Natick where the original sale happened. Their manager has the worst customer service skills which is why she was probably hired in the first place since their policies are intended to make it as inconvenient as possible for you. Never again.
Maura Glandorf: Quality of clothing is terrible. Wore a shirt once and after one wash it developed a large hole. I brought it along with the same shirt unworn with tags on back to store with my original receipt but they refused to take them back because it was beyond their 14 day return policy. I was even willing to take a merchandise credit for the unworn one but they still refused. Horrible customer service as bad as their quality. Stay away.
