Jessica H.: This is a review for the Copley Place location. I visited on Apr 14 around 5 pm, and experienced the worst employees out of any Aritzia I've ever shopped at. I've visited several Aritzia locations across Canada, and a few in the US (NYC, LA), and I'm honestly appalled at how horrible the customer service was here.The employees will not greet you unless they recognize you (a friend, a client that has shopped there previously, whatever), and they will talk about customers in the most incredibly obvious way. I always thought that rumors about Aritzia employees being condescending was false considering the fact that I've always been treated pleasantly by employees at any other store, but the Copley Place location is an anomaly. Don't expect a greeting, because god forbid you interrupt the conversations that the employees are having while ignoring you.The selection is miniscule, they carry approximately 2 in-house brands and what variety they do have is repeated throughout the store. Don't waste your time by visiting this location. The employees don't deserve the commission, and there are about 4 pieces of clothing you can look through. Order online and return in store, or wait for the Prudential location to reopen. Extremely disappointed in my experience here.

I got the super world sweats and a matching sweatshirt that i was literally in loveee with and the sweatpants are completely discolored after i put them in the wash :( not to mention the first time i got the set it had a stain so i had to return it. for the price i was really expecting better and not for it to lose all color. now i can’t wear them together because the sweatshirt and sweatpants are 2 completely different colors and i am just really sad :(

I BET you will INCREASE YOUR SALES if you put mirrors inside the fitting rooms, I took 7 jeans to try them on but I was really embarrassed to come out with all people around looking at you. Clothes are great quality and have a perfect fit.

Rosie: The return policy should be the same across online and in-store returns. I read the 30 day policy thinking that my return would be within range, but in store returns are 21 days. The first associate was very apologetic and nice but the second person that she double checked with was just plain rude. I work in retail as well and I understand enforcing return policies is difficult, but there was no reason for the extremely loud and embarrassing explanation that my return was “WAYYY over the return date” (6 days). I wasn’t trying to push the return whatsoever and it was completely unnecessary, especially if the woman knew my confusion was based upon two different return policies within the organization. It was not explained to me and I didn’t know until after I left the store and looked it up. Thank you.

Peter Lakov: Refused a return for a jacket and a sweater ($600 total) because the labels were not attached to the items. Of course they won't be, as I bought them for presents, and I didn't want the price tags to show - even though they could check and find them in their system. I've shopped many times there in the past, but this experience leaves me wondering if I should continue. If you're going to shop there, proceed with caution, and read very (VERY) carefully their small print - don't expect the common courtesy of typical stores.

Every one I had spoken to either hung up on me or never transferred the call. Once I finally got a hold of someone, they seemed reluctant to even check and see if the item i wanted was in stock. After telling me what was in stock, they abruptly said ‘bye bye’ and hung up with out any thing else being said.
Stefanie Charity: After leaving Neiman’s decided to pop in the Longchamp women’s handbag section after a long Saturday at work, Anthony did an excellent job and helped me select a new Longchamp women’s handbag .Unfortunately it wasn’t on sale forfriends & family but the whole customer service was sincere, professional and refreshing, he seemed genuinely interested in helping me. Sabej Tahan: This isn’t the first time i’ve had a bad experience here, first was the Chanel Beauty inside the Saks store, I went to see what foundation I wanted but I wanted to try a sample of it to make sure it’s my shade but the lady said they couldn’t do samples so i bought the shade she colour matched me. Tried it at home, it wasn’t my colour so I went back to return it and it was the same lady that sold me the foundation, she seemed very upset and just grabbed the receipt out of my hand and then just shooed me away, Now the second time I went to buy a twilly at the Dior store, was greeted nicely but once i went back to return it they told me to go away and couldn’t return it because it was “used” even though the sales associate wrapped it in around my bag. Don’t know but I think this store is very racist because i kept getting looks up and down and judged because i was struggling with my english pronunciation. Very disappointed. Won’t ever be coming in again
Nhung Nguyen: Do not recommend this department store! Terrible service! I bought a bottle of perfume and got it shipped to my house in NH. The associate claimed it would take 3-5 days to recieve and even 6 days later, I heard nothing from thr store regard my order. Sak’s online system does not connect to the store purchase which I could not track my order because there is no order number on the store receipt! Too much complications to chase cat tails, manager to manager that we have called 3 time and no one resposible for my order, even the lady on fragrance section who sold it to me shave it off. I was really upset. The assc also forced me to open a credit card to receive 10% off instea of just sign up for my email online.

I ended up putting a claimed for my money and now I have to wait 10 days for my refund. For a big company like this, they need to revisit their service because they have none. Yimeng Wang: purchased a YSL Nikki from Saks last year and found out that the YSL head quarter weren't able to authenticate that, resulting in me not able to receive any warranty or other after service. This is very bad and disappointing plus surprising situation, but Saks continue to refuse to provide ANY solution, not a refund, nothing. They just kept telling me they are authorized retailer regardless my email from YSL saying they were not able to authenticate that. Makes me question the quality of all other items they sell.

I seen a Beautiful skirt though and couldn't resist, so I ordered 2 online. One of the skirts were out of stock and I was refunded right away. Keisha also went the extra mile of sending my skirt priority mail and added some earrings in the package *which was Well packaged* as well as 2 15% off coupons. Sintia Trinidad: Yesterday I had the worst experience that I have ever had in a clothing store. I went to Zara to return 1 item. After spending more than 20 minutes in line the girl at the register told me that returns are in the second floor (mind you there’s no sign whatsoever that returns are on the second floor). I go to the second floor, there’s is maybe10 people if front of me. There are two girls at the register taking forever. I was in line for more than 45 minutes. I approach one of the employees that is working on the floor ( all he was doing was standing in one spot and talking to two other employees), I asked if there is anyway that he can call for backup. (My parking sticker that I purchase for an hour and 28 minutes was going to expire, all in the process of return an item). His answer was “ no there’s nothing we can do, if you want to you can go to the Natick location.”This is beyond unacceptable, rude, and unprofessional!

Martha Schick: I usually don't shop at Zara for environmental reasons, but I had to pick something up there. The store was disorganized with boxes everywhere and clothing on the ground. I think they must have been understaffed, because it was hard to find anyone on the floor to ask for help, and the pick up sign was just in a corner next to an elevator with no one around. The employees themselves were pleasant, but it still took a long time to get my order after finding someone to check in with.
Deborah Jordan: Stood in line for about 15 minutes just to be told returns are on the second floor so I join the line upstairs and another 20 minutes went by and I finally got the front and I told her customer service said I could bring in my return and immediately she said I had to prove I talked to customer service in order to do the return! Sounds like she just picked any lie so she wouldn’t help me as she turned away the person before me for some other bogus reason. Last time I checked you scan the barcode on the receipt and the product barcode to do a return but she was playing gatekeeper. I went back downstairs and luckily the lovely people downstairs helped and did my return no issues :) overall if you have to do a return follow the policy online and just ship it back. Don’t. Go. In. They need support there or just shut it down!

AALIS: Variety of selections in term of running gear. Mostly shoes, but it also provide shirts, acceries, other stuff, running related.Staffs are excellent, very helpful. They act as a consultant to help us find the best decission suits our running need in the store.They have those machine that helps to determined your foot type so it can give recomendation of best shoes type suits you the best.
Alex Bernstein: what can I say, when you need new athletic shoes there’s no one that comes close. All the staff were friendly and professional, Christina explained what the measurements from their machines translated to and had me in and out with a perfect fit in no time at all.

Charlotte Laane: DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH, they have no knowledge on shoes for your goal, injuries and how to perform feet analysis. Buy the shoes you researched and try the shoes for 30 days, their customer service regarding changing shoes within 30 days is a GEM and makes up for the wrong advice.Elaboration;Have been helped by two people from the staff. They are unable to give you good advice. They gave me an unexperienced runner, training for a marathon, a zero drop shoe! That is the last thing you would give to an unexperienced runner especially when they are training for a marathon. Moreover, the analysis of my feet was off. I've had insoles for flat feet as long as I can remember and the first neutral shoe they advised me gave me posterior tibial tendon dysfunction and Achilles issues. The second time I came in they stuck with the advice for the shoe I currently owned with no heel-to-toe drop and no correction, even after I told them the issues I got with these shoes. Fortunately, I didn't listen to them, got shoes with extra heel-toe drop and correction with extra! corrective insoles which resolved my injuries.
Brenda Guan: I had a great experience here. I got my feet scanned here, and based off those scans I was given several recommendations. They made it easy for me to find a pair of great running shoes and everyday shoes that fit my specific needs and preferences. This is one of those places where you feel comfortable buying whatever they say you need because they obviously know what they're doing.

He reassured me that employees are continuing to learn and grow, and that situations like I encountered should not occur regularly in the future.It was extremely busy when I returned to replace my shoes, which gave me time to observe that the employees working there were genuinely helping customers…and everyone was leaving with a smile (including me). Talk about great customer service! As a novice runner, I am confident I was provided the perfect shoes to tackle my training and even given some advice along the way. Thanks for helping me prepare for my first marathon!Original Post:I do not recommend. I visited three years ago and had an amazing experience - but went back in October looking for new shoes as I am training for the Marathon again. The employee who assisted me was inattentive and clearly more interested in getting credit for purchases than helping me. At one point she blatantly left to help another customer while I was in the middle of talking to her!The only reason I didn’t leave was because I was in dire need of shoes - but now that I’m four months into training, my feet have been uncomfortable more than in the past and I have developed a terrible blister on my toe, which is a clear indication of poor fitting shoes. I believe some employees can be helpful, but they should do a better job screening in their hiring process especially when tailoring to clients running major distances. It should not be “luck of the draw” in who is helping you that day.
