Macy's: what do users think?
Heidy Baret: Nice
Ajay Lokhande: Good experience of shopping, huge variety of all items
Emily Rose: Clean but it looked more like a discount store on the second floor. Didn't feel like macys
Abhijeet Bhandari: Easily accessible from the T. Parking can be a concern though.
dada maisha: Disorganised and no staff to help. Why are the stores understaffed
Petunia: This should be the place with the best price, many discounts and few people. The experience is very good
Kelly Chamblee: Friendly and helpful
Nimish Bendre: Great store and sweet staff!!!!
Veska Minkova: Голям магазин от известната верига.Много добре зареден с качествени стоки ,разнообразие от артикули за всеки вкус.Има и изгодни разпродажби
Christine Vargas: Very pleased with the associated talk to me with my purchase as well as finding quality and good price items
Rico Schiekel: Huge selection and decent prices. 👍
PJ Dias: Had an amazing time being helped by Peter in the watches Department. Knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, will definitely be back to get another Citizens watch.
Kelvin: Bought cologne, sales associate very helpful (could have included more samples). Store was a little mucky, could use some attention to detail.
Samin Pro: The workers were nice and they had decent stuff.
Sidney Fernández de Castro Tudela: you'll always find something you must buy, and what you're looking for.
David Paula: Upscale shopping at Macy's however great designer clothing can be found on a particular sale's rack, especially for ladies and a few things for men.
Gary Perry: I wish I could give 0 stars. The men’s restroom was the worst. Absolutely disgusting. Almost unusable.
Seth M: It's just a department store whose prices have gone up dramatically but their quality has not.
Katherine Horn: I looked online before I went shopping sat Macy's. I'm glad I did. I was easily able to find a nice Calvin Klein suit for an event. The prices are very reasonable here. There is limited help----that is why prices are low and why it was useful to figure out what I wanted before I entered the store. The woman who helped with with shoes was friendly and quick.
Giuseppe Tamilia: Grandi brand ma ottimi prezzi

UNIQLO: what do users think?
Tiffany Chen: The most unfriendly return policy I've ever encountered in the U.S. I bought the shirt in the store a week ago, and I decided to return it because the fit is a little weird. I head to the store on my way home from work, so I didn't have the receipt with me. I thought it would be ok since I have my bank statement that shows the address of the store where the purchase was made, and the tag is still on the shirt. To my surprised, they said no. They explained that it's because they can't be sure that I bought the shirt at this particular location. You can't return things you bought at a different Uniqlo location??? That is absurd. I told them I have the bank statement with their store name and address on it. They still said no because I don't have the receipt. Uniqlo is not worth this hassle and wasting your money if you can't return it.
Frank Fretzel: The second-floor customer service was disappointing. I felt treated like a scammer when returning an item I bought recently. Despite providing the original receipt, I was told I needed the original hangtag, which was inconvenient. The frustration really came when the representative interrogated me about the item's condition, pointing out a faded color. When I explained it was already present when I purchased it, the representative called over colleagues to confirm if the item had been worn. I felt uncomfortable and doubted, as if they were gathering evidence against me for simply following their return policies. While I acknowledge the importance of adhering to company policies, the way the customer service representatives acted towards me made me feel upset and uncomfortable.
Hanan Alkuwaiti: رائع واسعاره في متناول الجميع وخامة المنتجات اكثر من رائعه
Joel Shor: Related to company policy. Left an item in the changing room, I tried calling. The number on their website went to an international call center. They claimed they couldn't get in touch with their own store, then kept me on the phone for 30 minutes while they kept trying. This could've been a 30 second conversation
William Sparks: It's super organized, laid out first by type, then by color. My wife got a really pretty 100% wool turtle neck for $40. That's insane. Checkout was a breeze.Isles are a little small, but I'm a big dude. In that same vein, they'll likely not have sizes beyond XL, so keep that in mind.
Armin Heinfling: Expensive and just too Japanese
George Garcia: I am glad that I found a website that is helpful, has affordable prices, and friendly staff who answer my questions quickly and thoroughly. I will definitely be back again!
Kevin Wz: A beautiful store I'd never heard of before but my spouse told me about it and we visited while in Boston. Such a great range of product and really helped me add some great colour to my wardrobe 😊💚💜
Theresa Poon: Customer satisfaction is not met. Employees rather lose a sale due to being “only a display for mannequin” rather than selling a Uniqlo item to a customer. Where as other uniqlo’s have gone above and beyond and just printed a ticket for an item to be sold. Customers don’t matter in this industry apparently displayed by their managers Florence and Chloe.
Axel Lago: Me encanta la ropa de esta marca! Muy buenos precios por la calidad que ofrece
Victoria Kulieva: Found everything we needed. Clean and nice inside. Staff was great.
Gabriel Estrada: Awesome uniqlo store with friendly staff
Sam Elki: The worst exchange and return policies....see other people's reviews with one star going over many years. All with the same issues and they don't care.
Albert Tsai: Don’t trust the reviews. They don’t let you return merchandise and they don’t have size for you to exchange.
Clare Huang: Impolite staff suspecting customer stealing clothes with no reason.
Najaam P Lee: Awesome store!!
Harvey Talwar: The security guard said I couldn’t enter the store with coffee cup. I told him it’s empty and there’s nothing inside the cup and I was just holding it until I came across a bin.Told me I can’t enter and to leave it on the opposite side of the road. There’s no bin opposite. He refused to let me in, just pathetic!
Ronny Doering: Always a great shopping experience at UNIQLO.Staff is super friendly and goes out of their way to assist you.Thanks.
Raviv M-G: Terrible return process. You can't return items you pick up at the store at a store... You need to pay $7 to return items you got at the store by mailing them back.
Poornachandra Kongara: Most happening place in Boston
Jessica Acosta: One of our favorite stores since we learned about it. Especially with now living on the east coast.

ZARA: what do users think?
Sintia Trinidad: Yesterday I had the worst experience that I have ever had in a clothing store. I went to Zara to return 1 item. After spending more than 20 minutes in line the girl at the register told me that returns are in the second floor (mind you there’s no sign whatsoever that returns are on the second floor). I go to the second floor, there’s is maybe10 people if front of me. There are two girls at the register taking forever. I was in line for more than 45 minutes. I approach one of the employees that is working on the floor ( all he was doing was standing in one spot and talking to two other employees), I asked if there is anyway that he can call for backup. (My parking sticker that I purchase for an hour and 28 minutes was going to expire, all in the process of return an item). His answer was “ no there’s nothing we can do, if you want to you can go to the Natick location.”This is beyond unacceptable, rude, and unprofessional!
Rainbow Ciel: Shopping area mid of gorgeous buildings in Boston- actually so many beautiful buildings all around. But no sales at all.
Jean Fort: Very good!
Elliot Mason: Always long queues in Zara, I was in one in Turkey a few months back long lines, the same in London and same in Boston ! Nice clothes tho
NPC: Can only comment on employee attitudes- 8/10
Virginie Cosset: Impossible to return items, lines are really long, worst customer experience
Katie Polum: Terrible Shopping Experience:Even when the store isn’t that busy I had a terrible time. The staff were so unhelpful and snappy, they had a long line for the dressing rooms downstairs and didn’t let me use the dressing rooms upstairs (closed), they wouldn’t grab different sizes while I was trying on, and did I mention they were just plain rude? Based off their average rating, seems like management just doesn’t care.
Marie Hyvernat: Worst zara i test in my life, sellers aredetestable, 0 help, no smile, no sympathy, it was pitiful
Dena: Love me some Zara ;)
Javier De La Madrid: Worst Zara store in the world.
Jeremy Brown: I like shopping in other Zara stores, but this store is scruffy, has rude staff, changing room closes an hour before store close, and has the slowest checkout
Jenna M: The longest lines to purchase/return in retail history.
Arpit Patel: Bad customer service
Valeriya Gutnik: I spent 1h waiting for the fitting room to be available just to try a few things. The fitting room upstairs wasn’t working and it’s not the first time I face this. There should be a little more respect for my time and energy.
Nanaama O'Hene: It’s always hot at this location i don’t understand! They should do something about this it actually makes me not want to go but it’s one of the few Zara location in Mass
Marc de Lecea: Lines for everything are way too long.
Jack Stenhouse: hell on earth, without fail, every single time. no changing rooms, horrible stock, understaffed, 30 min wait to checkout.
Jon Eaves: The slowest store in the world. Making the clothes is quicker ! Allow 1 hour !
Martha Schick: I usually don't shop at Zara for environmental reasons, but I had to pick something up there. The store was disorganized with boxes everywhere and clothing on the ground. I think they must have been understaffed, because it was hard to find anyone on the floor to ask for help, and the pick up sign was just in a corner next to an elevator with no one around. The employees themselves were pleasant, but it still took a long time to get my order after finding someone to check in with.
Deborah Jordan: Stood in line for about 15 minutes just to be told returns are on the second floor so I join the line upstairs and another 20 minutes went by and I finally got the front and I told her customer service said I could bring in my return and immediately she said I had to prove I talked to customer service in order to do the return! Sounds like she just picked any lie so she wouldn’t help me as she turned away the person before me for some other bogus reason. Last time I checked you scan the barcode on the receipt and the product barcode to do a return but she was playing gatekeeper. I went back downstairs and luckily the lovely people downstairs helped and did my return no issues :) overall if you have to do a return follow the policy online and just ship it back. Don’t. Go. In. They need support there or just shut it down!

Anthropologie: what do users think?
Priyanka Pande: My favorite store on Newbury, Boston is now permanently closed. :(
Bey Blade: Good but overpriced
Jonathon Murphy: Great store!
HaBoSh Al: I love it . Thier outfit always unique and colorful .But a little expensive
Dianne Bryce: I visited this store today and wow!! I was treated to exceptional customer service across the board. I was searching for an outfit for a specific event and was so lucky to receive 1:1 attention from Jeanne, the personal stylist on staff. She and others made great suggestions, hunted for different options and styles, and even called a nearby store to reserve an item in my behalf. What a welcoming group, I can’t recommend them enough!!
Kiley Bates: Absolutely love this company, however I wish there was more variety in home products rather than mainly candles and mugs
Nicholas Estes: This is a nice clothing and accessory store in a great location. It also has a very large sale room with discounted items.
J: Home decor has a lot of joyful and artistic things to bring life into your home. We often find things we really love there!
Ειρηνη Πυθαμιτση: Good quality, interesting designs but a bit expensive
Sergey Bebenin: Biggest Anthropologie you will ever find.
skippy n: My wife really likes this store. They let us take in our small dog which is awesome. I like the dishes we got, very cool.
Charissa Maguire: Super helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful store
Kate Goldberg: Love it. Sale section rocks.
Walker Freeman: Closed early on standard weekday. Drove all the way in to fine a hand written note on the door. Was coming to do an exchange. Will be sure to come back and do a return instead.
KingKong Megatron: As a tourist from out of town, I wanted to take my daughter here to shop for clothes. We frequent the store in Scottsdale, AZ so wanted to see this store’s selection. The saleswoman (who opened the store) was really snotty right off the bat. I guess we interrupted her breakfast as she was eating Dunkin’ Donuts and drinking coffee at the counter right out in the open. Pretty unprofessional, if you ask me.My daughter approached her a couple times to ask questions, but again she seemed very put off by our mere existence in her store. I guess she needed time to finish her breakfast and process that coffee before interacting socially with other people. We will continue to shop the store in Scottsdale, where customers are treated very well. In hindsight, it never occurred to me that the sales person is probably unhappy because she can’t afford the clothing that she sells. Still, Anthropologie could probably do a better job of selecting their employees.
Evan Marx: Very cool Boston store
Behnam Shahossini: Difficult to find merchandise
I D: Clothing store with great selection and style. You can always count in some great finds.
Jasmine Badani: The rudest and most uncoordinated staff out of all the Anthropologie locations. Noticed a product was defected after paying and the sales woman was in a huff that I asked them to replace it. Only the changing room staff were helpful.
Abby Clifford: I love Anthropologie, been shopping in many different stores but for some reason every time I enter the Newbury street store I am profiled(every God damn time).
Star Queen: I love everything in this place. Boho global vibe. High quality unique.❤🙌Clothing Furniture Candles Jewelry. Special everywhere you look

Free People: what do users think?
Ana Gabriella: The girl who is the manager who is pregnant is ssoooo rude 0 stars
Eoin Kenny: Very nice people at very reasonably priced.
tt L: I love free people and this location. Unfortunately I can never find anything at this location bc they cater styles to really young student girls but I just shop online and I come here if something doesn't fit, to return :) the workers are extremely polite and sweet 💗
Heike Arneth: Really cool things to find! Great customer service. Very good atmosphere.
Kiran Dickey: Amazing customer service! After receiving poor help making at return at Aritzia, it was refreshing to receive outstanding help at Free People! After walking over 2 miles to make a return, I was disappointed to find out that I brought the wrong receipt. However, Ivy, the sale associate, was able to look up my purchase. I am extremely thankful to have received such great service. It truly made my day. Thank you Ivy! I will be purchasing more from free people in the future
Vivi Geyerhahn: Lovely place. Great customer service. Shaun helped me find certain pieces and started a dressing room for me. Claudia was very nice and helpful as well. I enjoyed shopping here.
Lina P: Not super big, a bunch of white free people without a mask.
Lauren Parker: You guys should probably communicate to customers that you’re accounting for midday breaks on your site. I understand that you must allow this, because you’re short staffed, but it’s communicates nowhere except a hand written sign on your physical door. Not exactly convenient when you commute in and have to wait around. Poor customer service
Jess Graham: I love this place. Although the prices are very expensive (as with any boutique), the clothes are beautiful and usually hold up well over time. ALWAYS check the sale rack-- prices are affordable! The service is great and always helpful and nice.
Emma Lejeune: Basically the tiniest store ever, I don't think it is worth going there as opposed to shopping online. The clothing is pretty though and sometimes they have sales. I don't think it has a better selection than anthropoigie though.

alice + olivia: what do users think?
Alex Cabral: Lovely shop! They don't have a huge selection but the clothes are all gorgeous and employees are really helpful in finding sizes and placing orders. Kyle helped me put together a cute outfit with some sale items and was overall just great to work with. I'll definitely be back again
ravit Nahar eliaz: Its my second time this year visiting Boston, and I had so much joy to shop in this shop . I really had such a good experience with both of the sellers: Steffanie and second one who were do kind, helpful, understanding, and especially were there for me.I came this visit twice to the store snd felt wonderful.
Deena QK: Love the brand overall, staff at this location are extremely helpful and honest!
Colleen McHugh: Second trip to Boston and the manager Mike remembered who I was from the last time I stopped in the store. Super sweet and knowledgeable, store was immaculate, always beautiful pieces to choose from. Finally made my first purchase there and I couldn’t be happier. Definitely going back to Boston soon and look forward to running into him again
Carol Paking: They have a very good selection, he staff was not overwhelming and was able to direct us to what we looking for.
Leon Shirley: Love this brand!! A couple of weeks ago I went to the store in Boston and the staff is so nice they were very helpful trying to find my size in stock and Online. Beautiful clothes and wonderful attention. Thanks! I love my jacket and denim 🤗 Thank you Monica for the kind card I just got it!
MIN BU: Worst service ever. I was trying to return an online order, but they said you can’t return it here you’d better go home and print the label yourself and return by yourself. And their attitude is really bad, a man talk to you without any eye contacts. They’d better learn how to provide good service to customers.
Ran Cui: I went there to pick a dress for a wedding. I was in a hurry, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. I ended up getting a great dress on sale in half an hour. I will definitely go there again.
robyn b: I agree with the last review. I also have bought Alice and Olivia clothing at department stores, and was happy to think they have a store in Boston. The people who work here when not ignoring you are just obnoxious and overly attentive. Usually they ignore you while they kibbutz between themselves at the the counter. Really unappealing attitude. People if I met them or were at the next table I would cringe away from. Selection of Alice & Olivia clothing is better at retail stores and online.
Xianhui Li: I love this brand so much but unfortunately I had the worst shopping experience in this store. I chose a clothes, and since my size was out of stock, they ordered it for me and promised they will send me the tracking number in 2-3 days. However, it’s been a week and I haven’t received anything except the receipt. So I called today to check my status and a woman told me it was already delivered. She was not helpful or friendly. For example, when I said “you should have sent me the tracking number when it was sent”, and she said “I can give you the tracking number now, it’s the same tracking number, no difference!” No difference? What can I do when I receive a tracking number when it shows the package was delivered 5 days ago? Moreover, when this woman said “hold on”, she immediately hung up the phone. She was so rude and impolite. I can give more examples but I’m too angry and tired and sad to do this. She didn’t even say one sorry during the entire conversation. The clothes is 250+ dollars. I really don’t know where to complain about this. I will never come to this store anymore and hope you won’t as well.

Neiman Marcus: what do users think?
Edward Kadelski: Up class mall .picked up a Fendi bag and
Y Song: I wish I can give 0 stars cause after 22 days waiting they just cancelled my order without any explanation. Worst shopping experience
Angel Reveron: Awesome.
Clif Maner: The employees actions towards people of color is unprofessional and disgusting! I would strongly suggest avoiding the store and going somewhere else.4 month update: Still no response from whoever runs the email address don’t bother even stepping near this store.
Stefanie Charity: I’m writing this review at 10:11 pm Saturday night after a long day and a long week. I’m a Dental Professional in private practice and take care of elite and the less fortunate in two different practices in the Boston area. I started my day in my FIGS green monogrammed scrubs into the S.End and was exhausted so I stopped and grabbed lunch from a really nice Indian restaurant and decided to eat it in the Copley, Back Bay entrance near Cafe Nero..there were no trash cans to toss my items to discard. So… I’m walking around with backpack, Mask, head cover.. and I decided to check out Neiman’s Family & Friends sale but especially Longchamp bags; love their leather bags.I walk in with my items to discard, no trash barrels in sight, no nearby restrooms & proceed to ask an Employee “ where are your Longchamp bags?” He says “oh to the back, Anna can help you “ . I went to the back , mind you I currently use a medium sized caramel blush Longchamp crossbody.I walk to the section and see Anna a full figured woman who was checking Inventory with her male Asian “American” colleague and asked “ by chance do you guys have a trashcan as I’ve been looking for one, Anna responded “ they didn’t have one in the Mall? I said “ no they didn’t have one and she said they should have one.. “ I said “ well they didn’t, I looked and do you really think I’d be walking around with trash if I could have thrown it away”?She did not offer to toss it.. not that she had to but hey…. It was the “accusatory side eye”Anyway with trash in hand andAgainst my better judgment, I stayed in the store looking at the bag IWanted to purchase, brought it over to Anna who gave me the price but I decided Not to purchase it, the bag costs over $200.I didn’t splurge because I didn’t want her to get commission on the sale.I went to Saks where I was treated with sincere dignity and respect and Purchased the bag that made my whole shopping experience worth it after such a long work week.I’m truly tired of the shenanigans of Customer Service.Either you are sincere and professional or you are not on the first shot..I love it when people show you Who they are… Respectfully..Strive to do better.. Always..my current bag & the Saks Bag 🎯
AALIS: Provides a wide range of well know fashion brands to fill your fashion desire. The items is uptodate. Friendly staffs as well.
Meagan Leahy: I purchased a pair of manolo blahnik shoes for my brothers wedding but they didn’t fit. I brought the unworn shoes back with receipt in hand looking to return them and purchase a pair of louboutins however the woman was almost immediately put off that I would even approach her. Once I said I was in need of exchanging the shoes she took my receipt and immediately handed it back stating it was outside of the window and I should have read the text “right in front of me” on the receipt. I began to try and explain I was looking to exchange and purchase a shoe of greater value but she cut me off and told me to refer to my receipt. I still plan on purchasing another pair of shoes but will look to purchase elsewhere as this woman didn’t have an ounce of customer service or willingness to work on the solution.
Big Baybee: They run out of certain sizes but the backup styles are very doable especially for the fashion.
Lee Estabrook: There's no doubt NM is a high-end shop with really nice things. That said, Neiman Marcus Boston must be the absolute worst shopping experience. Not only is the selection not so great, not even close, but the level of customer service in the mens department today was bleak and just plain rude. Bought a tie to wear to work and while looking at several suits the supposed customer service rep walked away, and went to the register around the other end of the mens area and stood staring at us as it we were an terrible inconvenience to him. It literally made no sense. So we paid and when asked why we were being rushed his response was he had other customer to attend. Ok no problem just explain that and we would have gladly waited. Upon checking out and paying, he then announced he did not have a bag for the item and we would need to get one up-stairs. This has to be the most crazy experience particularly at such a high-end shop, known for service. With service like this, It's no wonder NM is nearly out of business and companies like Chanel have removed their product lines from the stores. This type of treatment and lack of customer service to match its supposed exclusivity truly explains everything.
Gilly Yoush: Very rude employees, and bad costumer service
Sunade thegreat: No longer open😭
frank perry: Placed an order on Monday for overnight delivery. Was said to have by Wednesday and of Wednesday evening it hadn't even shipped. They were told it was for a medical device and was needed prior to my vacation. Now I won't have it for my vacation. Canceled order and will no longer purchase from them!!
Adam Silber: This store is actually suing the mall owner cause it sales are low meanwhile they ripped off thousands in bankruptcy..low class ....guttersnipe. Hopefully Simon will evict them..They already closed Natck due to low sales..Boston is better served by Saks and Bloomingdales.never trust known corporate criminals Neiman Marcus
John Kosartes: Didn't carry briefs with a penile flap.
Giulia Manfredini: We had a wonderful shopping experience with Antonina Di Mauro at the Neiman Marcus Copley Square! Antonia has been wonderful in assisting us!
Adham Youssef: I had the most uncomfortable experience of my life here. Do not come in if you aren’t white. I had read the other reviews that mentioned the same thing and didn’t understand until I went in. I was followed for 45 minutes by a bald sales rep, bob who stood 2 feet away watching me the whole time. When I asked him for help he asked a question about cotton out of nowhere and refused to help me my rest of the time there. This store is explicitly racist, and even though management knows, nothing is going to be done.
V: Quality
Justin H: I hate your youtube ads. Have a bad day, all of you.
Tom Range: It's where I choose to get bridal attire. Their collection is the best there is. You have to go there.
August Rabe: Who TF would want to go here? If you want to spend sixty times too much money on a $0.10 lipstick, or buy an ugly pair of plastic green high high heels, then I guess this might be the place.
Tran Bac: Thích shop này, ai cũng có gì đó khi ra khỏi.

H&M Newbury: what do users think?
shawnm618: How many people can stand around doing nothing. Come here and find out. Probably 2/3 of the staff "hanging clothes". No cashiers upstairs and two downstairs. 25 minutes to check out. AVOID THIS STORE
Kyara Manago: Kamari & shaila best employees HANDS DOWN 💚
Nat Werth: “H&M ❤️ BO” A fitting misnomer for the global treachery this corporation has unleashed upon our precious orb of life. My shopping companion stated, “the poor textile quality caused dermal abrasions.” I bestow upon this institution five stars.
Ramses Riviere: The cashiers never care at all about moving the line along quicker. Any time of day, they just chat away and take their sweet time. I come here all the time, same every time
aniketh prakash: Cashier forgot to remove the magnetic security tag from the clothes I bought and one of them popped and got dye all over my new sweater
HeySani: The sales associate was so sweet. I understand the hectic day, retail and behaviors and everything but a guy who works there maybe supervisor or manager or whatever shouts at you and makes you nervous like the situation which I didn't even create which the associate asked him to help her but that guy is like DO YOU HAVE THE APP ON YOUR PHONE on top of his lungs. Like....he needs to be fired. This was around 6:10 pm exactly do...find it
Karan Sachan: Not profesisonal associate (Ariana) at the counter wasted my time and tested my nervous during a recent shopping encounter. She left the security tag on my apparel and had to go back to get it fixed. I'd highly encourage them to hire sales associate more carefully.
Collin Hongze Chen: They offer horrible service. They can’t refund with Apple Pay and the guy told me to get a temporary physical card from the Apple Store. But the guy lied because Apple Store doesn’t have such service. I will never buy anything from the H&M.
Kjkjkj jm: Store manager assume costumers as liar
CJW: Absolutely fantastic customer service!
Regan Wilkins: I loved these pants like loved them. I literally wore them a few times and just purchased them a month ago. But this morning when i already had my jeans on and ready to go I bent down to grab something and they ripped right by the pocket. I tried calling customer service but they said it would be difficult to do an exchange because i didn’t have any tags(but i have the receipt). So yeah I won’t be purchasing these or any of these again.
Kit Parker: It's retail on Newbury Street.
John Am: It’s a Sweden brand, which we boycott because their racist double standard government they let extremist burn the holy book
Sindy: Just heads up they don’t do price match so if you’re looking for something in store might have to go somewhere else or order online
Axel Lago: Mucha oferta y buenos precios
Madeline M: H & M has just what you need if you are into the 2000s aesthetic or need practical clothing. Although, the quality is not great. This store is great for new trends but it doesn’t last a long time.
Solanye Camargo: Genial Estilo, ropa muy linda
Prashant Singh: Good place to buy clothes
Ana Romanelli: Only 2 cashiers working in the busiest time of the year. ABSURD
Drew Linds: Stylish items for affordable pricing. Repeat customer.
Jonathon Murphy: Very big HM store.

Urban Outfitters: what do users think?
Dave Cersosimo: Interesting encounter I had at the store today. I'm partially deaf and wear an earing aid device. I sat by the window and one of the girls working there ( for identification purposes: she is Afro-American with long curly black hair, they said her name is Alicia) in an extremely rude way told me: "you don't sit by the window" she had to repeat it 3 times as I was trying to read her lips and at the same time trying to understand why she was being condescending for absolutely no reason. She then proceeded to make fun of me with her colleague as they were both laughing like children. Needless to say that I had my wife drop every piece of clothing she was going to buy because of what just happen. If you're reading this young lady, learn some respect, you work in retail not in prison
itsjustmeg: Unfriendly staff
Joe Tatar: Under construction
Gemma: This employee just yelled at me for no reasons. Better hire someone who is not unleashing their misery on customer.
Isabelle: Extremely rude staff. The door was stuck from both ways- one customer was trying to open it from the inside and couldn't get it open, and us from the outside. A worker (young girl) pushed open the door rudely, and then laughed with her coworker about how the girl trying to open the door was stupid so they will "respond with being rude bc it's 2023🤪🤪". We almost turned around and left. So rude. One of the girls was named Alicia, I think. Get better employees
Sean Snelders: Not a lot of product on the shelf, and store was super dirty.... floors, stairs, windows.
Ahmad Ehsan: Nice selection and good service
E L: It's Urban Outfitters!Cool stuff complimented with Cool staff 😎
Shinta Rosari: clothes are great but the worker there was very rude. when i went to the fitting room she kicked the door open and when i return the shirt she throw the hanger away infront of me. OMG!! i never saw any employee of any other clothing store that behave this way. i was shocked! she was this black curly teen girl. she absolutely need training!! or replace her with somebody else please with a better personality!
Peter Emery: Space store, won't go back
Mohammad Apagarthi: 0 stars I was shopping for myself when a group teenager of boys attacked me i tried to get away but they didn’t stop hitting me the security didn’t care less and the sale Girl didn’t care thankfully I didn’t get hurt but I hate you urbanThe didn’t even call the cops it was at 8:45 pm me and my mom and sister I hope you boys see this I just want to say I hope the worst for you and for your family to die
Ronald de Meester: Prima voor dochter lief....
edythe copeland: No disability access. Too many stairs for a disabled person. Asked if the store had an elevator and young man said no.
Pamela John: WTH?
Ana Hebert: Upon checking out, the blonde girl at the register just balled up all my clothes & shoved them into my bag… neatly placing clothes into a bag is the bare minimum. The security guard roving the store is actually more friendly and helpful than the designated UO sales employees, go figure!
Hazel Sun: I frequent UO, maybe too often. This is a good store in terms of the friendly staff members. But the stock here lacks diversity in general, both sizes and items.
Timothy Meeker: Despite the store being blanketed in signs advertising a sale, employees didn't know what was actually on sale and were generally unhelpful. Prices are obnoxious given the quality as most Urban Outfitters, but this store also mislabeled the prices on multiple items.
Pearse Hillock: Overpriced clothing but the saving grace is that they are good quality, offer a variety of sizes including size 31 waist for men and have some trendy clothing. Not my first choice, but it's worth a visit. 👍
Barbara Higgins: Very expensive store. I was kind of shocked but maybe it was because it was in Boston. Pretty large, eclectic selection. You had to go in on one end of the store, climb to the second floor, that was where the majority of the store was and then go back down to the first floor at the other end of the store to pay.
d wray: Not much typical urban outfitters inventory. Nice staff
Liam McDermott: They used to sell cool clothes. Now they just sell weird clothes.
