Akzhan Muzdubayeva: I brought my husband’s winter jacket for the warranty repair in December 2022. I filled out the form, and was told that I will receive confirmation e-mail shortly. I didn’t take picture of the drop off form (my mistake but no one told me to do so either). It has been almost 6 weeks, and I don’t have any confirmation e-mail. Called the store multiple times and received the worst customer service. Their answer is basically we don’t see it at all in our warranty bin, so there is no record of me dropping it off (it’s a $400 jacket that had broke zipper!) I was told they can’t help me at all, and I need to deal with the customer service directly.Unpleasant customer service experience, I was told manager will call me back asap and never heard back from them. Very disappointed with the store and the way things have been handled. I will have to try their main customer service line and see if someone can help me there.

Walker Freeman: In 2023, The North Face is unable to process routine gift exchanges in store. The associate informed me he could either exchange the item for their limited in-store merchandise OR he could process a return whereby the funds would be returned to the individual you gave me the gift. There was literally no option to exchange the item for merchandise not carried in the store OR for store credit. I will also note that customer service for The North Face online referred me to the Newbury store for my gift exchange. Waste of time! Ridiculous! Likely the last time I will shop at The North Face.

Tiffany Chen: The most unfriendly return policy I've ever encountered in the U.S. I bought the shirt in the store a week ago, and I decided to return it because the fit is a little weird. I head to the store on my way home from work, so I didn't have the receipt with me. I thought it would be ok since I have my bank statement that shows the address of the store where the purchase was made, and the tag is still on the shirt. To my surprised, they said no. They explained that it's because they can't be sure that I bought the shirt at this particular location. You can't return things you bought at a different Uniqlo location??? That is absurd. I told them I have the bank statement with their store name and address on it. They still said no because I don't have the receipt. Uniqlo is not worth this hassle and wasting your money if you can't return it.
Frank Fretzel: The second-floor customer service was disappointing. I felt treated like a scammer when returning an item I bought recently. Despite providing the original receipt, I was told I needed the original hangtag, which was inconvenient. The frustration really came when the representative interrogated me about the item's condition, pointing out a faded color. When I explained it was already present when I purchased it, the representative called over colleagues to confirm if the item had been worn. I felt uncomfortable and doubted, as if they were gathering evidence against me for simply following their return policies. While I acknowledge the importance of adhering to company policies, the way the customer service representatives acted towards me made me feel upset and uncomfortable.

Jessica H.: This is a review for the Copley Place location. I visited on Apr 14 around 5 pm, and experienced the worst employees out of any Aritzia I've ever shopped at. I've visited several Aritzia locations across Canada, and a few in the US (NYC, LA), and I'm honestly appalled at how horrible the customer service was here.The employees will not greet you unless they recognize you (a friend, a client that has shopped there previously, whatever), and they will talk about customers in the most incredibly obvious way. I always thought that rumors about Aritzia employees being condescending was false considering the fact that I've always been treated pleasantly by employees at any other store, but the Copley Place location is an anomaly. Don't expect a greeting, because god forbid you interrupt the conversations that the employees are having while ignoring you.The selection is miniscule, they carry approximately 2 in-house brands and what variety they do have is repeated throughout the store. Don't waste your time by visiting this location. The employees don't deserve the commission, and there are about 4 pieces of clothing you can look through. Order online and return in store, or wait for the Prudential location to reopen. Extremely disappointed in my experience here.

I got the super world sweats and a matching sweatshirt that i was literally in loveee with and the sweatpants are completely discolored after i put them in the wash :( not to mention the first time i got the set it had a stain so i had to return it. for the price i was really expecting better and not for it to lose all color. now i can’t wear them together because the sweatshirt and sweatpants are 2 completely different colors and i am just really sad :(

I BET you will INCREASE YOUR SALES if you put mirrors inside the fitting rooms, I took 7 jeans to try them on but I was really embarrassed to come out with all people around looking at you. Clothes are great quality and have a perfect fit.

Rosie: The return policy should be the same across online and in-store returns. I read the 30 day policy thinking that my return would be within range, but in store returns are 21 days. The first associate was very apologetic and nice but the second person that she double checked with was just plain rude. I work in retail as well and I understand enforcing return policies is difficult, but there was no reason for the extremely loud and embarrassing explanation that my return was “WAYYY over the return date” (6 days). I wasn’t trying to push the return whatsoever and it was completely unnecessary, especially if the woman knew my confusion was based upon two different return policies within the organization. It was not explained to me and I didn’t know until after I left the store and looked it up. Thank you.

Sintia Trinidad: Yesterday I had the worst experience that I have ever had in a clothing store. I went to Zara to return 1 item. After spending more than 20 minutes in line the girl at the register told me that returns are in the second floor (mind you there’s no sign whatsoever that returns are on the second floor). I go to the second floor, there’s is maybe10 people if front of me. There are two girls at the register taking forever. I was in line for more than 45 minutes. I approach one of the employees that is working on the floor ( all he was doing was standing in one spot and talking to two other employees), I asked if there is anyway that he can call for backup. (My parking sticker that I purchase for an hour and 28 minutes was going to expire, all in the process of return an item). His answer was “ no there’s nothing we can do, if you want to you can go to the Natick location.”This is beyond unacceptable, rude, and unprofessional!

I think they must have been understaffed, because it was hard to find anyone on the floor to ask for help, and the pick up sign was just in a corner next to an elevator with no one around. The employees themselves were pleasant, but it still took a long time to get my order after finding someone to check in with.
Deborah Jordan: Stood in line for about 15 minutes just to be told returns are on the second floor so I join the line upstairs and another 20 minutes went by and I finally got the front and I told her customer service said I could bring in my return and immediately she said I had to prove I talked to customer service in order to do the return! Sounds like she just picked any lie so she wouldn’t help me as she turned away the person before me for some other bogus reason. Last time I checked you scan the barcode on the receipt and the product barcode to do a return but she was playing gatekeeper. I went back downstairs and luckily the lovely people downstairs helped and did my return no issues :) overall if you have to do a return follow the policy online and just ship it back. Don’t. Go. In. They need support there or just shut it down!

Kameron Kalmar: Have been an avid Filson fan for many years, sending family and friends their way providing a lot of business. Slowly loosing faith in this great brand by the loss of American made quality. Paying top dollar for goods made in Bangladesh and Vietnam for a target audience of Hipsters and trend setters that don’t stack up to the vintage Filson heirloom quality we all grew to love. I still Duck hunt in my grandfathers Filson jacket from the 60s. Something the new Asian made clothes could never do. And the cherry on top is when it is an American made good they jack the price sky high. I try to put my money in an Americans pocket before anyone else, a sentiment I believe the old Filson believed in as well. Hopefully there is a management change or a new direction fast because the Filson loyal are taking there money elsewhere.

Moeed Malik: I worked with Asia from this boutique and had a pleasant experience in locating a jacket.She was very polite, patient and responsive from the start and went above and beyond to make sure I received the jacket I was interested in. She also made sure the jacket was free of manufacturers defects before sending it out and did and awesome job packaging it for the shipping as well. I look forward to working with you in the future Asia thank-you very much.
Marina Zaslavskaya: I had very good experience there. I bought a vest online, but the size didn't work well. So, I came to the Copley mall, and amazing Asia helped me to pick up another one. It was actually a jacket, not a vest. :) She was very professional, very pleasant and efficient. We tried different stuff to see if I would like something esle besides the jacket I already picked, perhaps, for the future. :). I have only possitive feelings and words to say about Moncler store in Copley Mall.
Haylee S: If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Purchased a jacket the end of December and 2 weeks later the feathers started coming out excessively. Brought it back and one of the employees tried to say the reason for it was because I used the pickets…even though where the feathers were coming out was nowhere near the pockets and her excuse made no sense at all. They took it and exchanged it for another one which had to be ordered and sent to the store which was no problem. My boyfriend went to pick it up and when I took it out I noticed the stitching was coming out in a few places, and on the arm the material almost looked like it was pulling. We brought it back again this time the same women helping huffed and puffed about it and then came up with a new excuse from the first time which was because the chain from my purse which again made no sense because I clearly stated to her that the jacket is put over the purse and again her reasoning wasn’t even making sense to the areas on the jacket having issues. She told us we can exchange it again but this time will be final sale. We got our money back instead because $2100 for a jacket that is horrible quality in less than 1.5 month. No thanks. Back to the first visit one of the employees had rang up the exchange wrong and I brought it up and she must have not liked it because decided to mumble in the back so as we go back there to complete the refund she decides to get loud and confrontational about her mistake which lead to arguing back and forth with her and her saying we were lucky they even took the jacket that wasn’t even 30 days old the first time with no tags Lol what??. Her name was Amy. Don’t recommend this location most the employees are idiots and don’t know what they’re talking about save yourself the headache and go to a different location :)

Kim Holt: Customer service at a mass chain such as Target is far more superior than what you get here, at a "luxury" brand.I had purchased a vest online, it did not fit so I went into the store to do an exchange. Apparently the sales associated did not do the exchange properly and I was charged twice for the same item. I have been in touch with your Customer Support team and they confirmed that the transaction did not go through properly and have emailed the store to redo the transaction and provide the refund. Which to date they have not done. I have reached out to the store directly as well and I keep getting text messages that they are investigating into the issue. I am not sure what they are investigating as the support team has already done so and have all the proof needed. This has been going on for over a week and I just want my almost $2K refunded back to me.They are very quick to take your money but it's a different story if you are trying to get your money back.

yippy “yippy” yippy: The worst customer service! I felt neglected by this one salesperson and was treated with no respect(maybe because i just got out of work and under dressed?!) He was an asian guy with curly hair. The salesperson did not want to help me to order a jacket ,which was sold out in store. His excuse was "i am busy taking care of other customer, please wait!?" with a raised voice. There was literary only 1 other customer in-store checking out a jacket who is being assisted with another sales lady. This is very unacceptable from a luxury brand like Moncler. I decided to order the same jacket through Neiman because i was treated with respect and dignity. Manager needs to check in with his staff if you dont want to lose a customer like me. I've been a loyal customer by Moncler and have bought at least 7 jackets through different boutiques around the world. This is totally unprofessional and needs to get addressed!

But this morning when i already had my jeans on and ready to go I bent down to grab something and they ripped right by the pocket. I tried calling customer service but they said it would be difficult to do an exchange because i didn’t have any tags(but i have the receipt). So yeah I won’t be purchasing these or any of these again.

Andrew Huang: BEWARE OF THEIR NONSENSICAL RETURN POLICY!! Online purchases can only be returned online, and you must pay $7 for any return. Store purchases can only be returned to the SAME store you purchased from, not any other store.May 3, 2023 Update:Most employees are nice and a few are extremely nice. Unfortunately, this location had a rude male working on May 3rd at noon who needs some training in customer service; I didn't catch his name as he didn't introduce himself. I asked to make a return for an online purchase and he said that wasn't possible in-store; I had to pay $7 and print my own return label. When I said that the same item was sold in the store, he reiterated that it was the return policy and I cannot return an item to the store regardless of whether the item was in the store or not. I walked away after confirming there was nothing I could do but lose $7 on a $20 T-shirt if I chose to return it. Everything was fine with the employee until then since I understand he could not have changed the poor store policy. However, as I walked away, he immediately started *laughing*, which not only made me upset by the poor return policy but also appalled by the customer service. That's a great way to lose some business, Uniqlo! This isn't the first time I've had unprofessional customer service at a Uniqlo store so it seems like an issue that continues to slip by their hiring or training processes.April 2023 review:In general, Uniqlo is a great brand with a large variety of clothing. Not everything is high quality and prices are average unless there is a sale, but you can find great deals or unique clothing here.Most of the workers I have had the pleasure of being greeted or assisted by have been great at this location. Cassy in particular helped me find options for pants I was looking for. Despite not seeing her again as I continued to browse and try on clothes, she came up to me at the checkout when she saw me and enthusiastically asked what I had decided to purchase.

The store associates could not understand plain simple English, not that I care but it's not efficient.
Christopher Nguyen: I consider myself a very loyal Uniqlo customer. I now understand that Uniqlo has a specific return policy that is not unique to this location. I reviewed the poor reviews of this location and my experience was not unique. I tried to return an item to this store (from a different store) and the employee was simply unkind, nasty and dismissive. The employee may have had a bad day, but we were really offended by their delivery and our treatment. We subsequently went to the Natick store, and their employees were very nice, supportive and appreciative.I do NOT recommend this store, and I will now actively inform my friends and family to avoid this store. I recommend going to the Back Bay and Natick store.

f F: The worst customer service and policies. They would not give store credit without a receipt. Went back with my receipt few days later and now they can't give store credit unless I go back from Newbury street to Natick where the original sale happened. Their manager has the worst customer service skills which is why she was probably hired in the first place since their policies are intended to make it as inconvenient as possible for you. Never again.
Maura Glandorf: Quality of clothing is terrible. Wore a shirt once and after one wash it developed a large hole. I brought it along with the same shirt unworn with tags on back to store with my original receipt but they refused to take them back because it was beyond their 14 day return policy. I was even willing to take a merchandise credit for the unworn one but they still refused. Horrible customer service as bad as their quality. Stay away.
