Every one I had spoken to either hung up on me or never transferred the call. Once I finally got a hold of someone, they seemed reluctant to even check and see if the item i wanted was in stock. After telling me what was in stock, they abruptly said ‘bye bye’ and hung up with out any thing else being said.

What a relief!!

Sabej Tahan: This isn’t the first time i’ve had a bad experience here, first was the Chanel Beauty inside the Saks store, I went to see what foundation I wanted but I wanted to try a sample of it to make sure it’s my shade but the lady said they couldn’t do samples so i bought the shade she colour matched me. Tried it at home, it wasn’t my colour so I went back to return it and it was the same lady that sold me the foundation, she seemed very upset and just grabbed the receipt out of my hand and then just shooed me away, Now the second time I went to buy a twilly at the Dior store, was greeted nicely but once i went back to return it they told me to go away and couldn’t return it because it was “used” even though the sales associate wrapped it in around my bag. Don’t know but I think this store is very racist because i kept getting looks up and down and judged because i was struggling with my english pronunciation. Very disappointed. Won’t ever be coming in again
Nhung Nguyen: Do not recommend this department store! Terrible service! I bought a bottle of perfume and got it shipped to my house in NH. The associate claimed it would take 3-5 days to recieve and even 6 days later, I heard nothing from thr store regard my order. Sak’s online system does not connect to the store purchase which I could not track my order because there is no order number on the store receipt! Too much complications to chase cat tails, manager to manager that we have called 3 time and no one resposible for my order, even the lady on fragrance section who sold it to me shave it off. I was really upset. The assc also forced me to open a credit card to receive 10% off instea of just sign up for my email online.

Franty Cleophat: DON’T order online. You will Never get your item. I ordered from them on December 27th and delivery date expected on January 3rd. Shipping label created on December 28th for next day delivery. Now January 6, and you guessed it right; i never received my order. Mind you it was supposed to be a gift. I ended up putting a claimed for my money and now I have to wait 10 days for my refund. For a big company like this, they need to revisit their service because they have none. You can get better service from Dots then them. Don’t waste your time and money shopping there. Horrible experience.

Yimeng Wang: purchased a YSL Nikki from Saks last year and found out that the YSL head quarter weren't able to authenticate that, resulting in me not able to receive any warranty or other after service. This is very bad and disappointing plus surprising situation, but Saks continue to refuse to provide ANY solution, not a refund, nothing. They just kept telling me they are authorized retailer regardless my email from YSL saying they were not able to authenticate that. Makes me question the quality of all other items they sell.

I started my day in my FIGS green monogrammed scrubs into the S.End and was exhausted so I stopped and grabbed lunch from a really nice Indian restaurant and decided to eat it in the Copley, Back Bay entrance near Cafe Nero..there were no trash cans to toss my items to discard.So… I’m walking around with backpack, Mask, head cover.. and I decided to check out Neiman’s Family & Friends sale but especially Longchamp bags; love their leather bags.I walk in with my items to discard, no trash barrels in sight, no nearby restrooms & proceed to ask an Employee “ where are your Longchamp bags?” He says “oh to the back, Anna can help you “ . I went to the back , mind you I currently use a medium sized caramel blush Longchamp crossbody.I walk to the section and see Anna a full figured woman who was checking Inventory with her male Asian “American” colleague and asked “ by chance do you guys have a trashcan as I’ve been looking for one, Anna responded “ they didn’t have one in the Mall? I said “ no they didn’t have one and she said they should have one.. “ I said “ well they didn’t, I looked and do you really think I’d be walking around with trash if I could have thrown it away”?She did not offer to toss it.. not that she had to but hey…. It was the “accusatory side eye”Anyway with trash in hand andAgainst my better judgment, I stayed in the store looking at the bag IWanted to purchase, brought it over to Anna who gave me the price but I decided Not to purchase it, the bag costs over $200.I didn’t splurge because I didn’t want her to get commission on the sale.I went to Saks where I was treated with sincere dignity and respect and Purchased the bag that made my whole shopping experience worth it after such a long work week.I’m truly tired of the shenanigans of Customer Service.Either you are sincere and professional or you are not on the first shot..I love it when people show you Who they are… Respectfully..Strive to do better.. Meagan Leahy: I purchased a pair of manolo blahnik shoes for my brothers wedding but they didn’t fit. I brought the unworn shoes back with receipt in hand looking to return them and purchase a pair of louboutins however the woman was almost immediately put off that I would even approach her. Once I said I was in need of exchanging the shoes she took my receipt and immediately handed it back stating it was outside of the window and I should have read the text “right in front of me” on the receipt. I began to try and explain I was looking to exchange and purchase a shoe of greater value but she cut me off and told me to refer to my receipt. I still plan on purchasing another pair of shoes but will look to purchase elsewhere as this woman didn’t have an ounce of customer service or willingness to work on the solution.

Lee Estabrook: There's no doubt NM is a high-end shop with really nice things. That said, Neiman Marcus Boston must be the absolute worst shopping experience. Not only is the selection not so great, not even close, but the level of customer service in the mens department today was bleak and just plain rude. Bought a tie to wear to work and while looking at several suits the supposed customer service rep walked away, and went to the register around the other end of the mens area and stood staring at us as it we were an terrible inconvenience to him. It literally made no sense. So we paid and when asked why we were being rushed his response was he had other customer to attend. Ok no problem just explain that and we would have gladly waited. Upon checking out and paying, he then announced he did not have a bag for the item and we would need to get one up-stairs. This has to be the most crazy experience particularly at such a high-end shop, known for service. With service like this, It's no wonder NM is nearly out of business and companies like Chanel have removed their product lines from the stores. This type of treatment and lack of customer service to match its supposed exclusivity truly explains everything.

Adham Youssef: I had the most uncomfortable experience of my life here. Do not come in if you aren’t white. I had read the other reviews that mentioned the same thing and didn’t understand until I went in. I was followed for 45 minutes by a bald sales rep, bob who stood 2 feet away watching me the whole time. When I asked him for help he asked a question about cotton out of nowhere and refused to help me my rest of the time there. This store is explicitly racist, and even though management knows, nothing is going to be done.

harini yelamanchi: Worst customer service.. Didn’t delivered what we requested for. The sales associate is not at all interested in giving us time as we went around at closing time. Never visiting them again.
Jonah Ohn: Was in there yesterday 12/15/2022, no other customers were in the store. An employee, a women of darker skin was standing there on her phone the entire time. Obviously not work related. I find this behaviour in a retail store unacceptable. She made no effort to be helpful. Obviously here social media contacts were what was important. Hard to believe you would pay an employee like this. Strangely on my return pass by of this store, they had a black band closing off the entrance, like do not enter, once again no one in the store. It was about 2:30 and no customers appeared welcomed with this black band crossing the entrance. Please get some new helpful employees.

Gayle Ehrlich: Worst customer service I have received from any retail store in a long time. Went to Copley store to buy a pair of sneakers for a friend. The manager looked up availability on the web pronouncing them sold out. She didn’t offer to reach out to individual stores. When I suggested same she retorted that the sneakers were sold out and wouldn’t just appear. I left and did my own research that the sneakers were available at several stores. When I returned the manager was belligerent and unhelpful. Funny, the internet barely works in the store, but the management is indifferent. I suggested to a clerk that they call Manhasset and Tampa. She tried Manhasset twice and told me she couldn’t get through. She questioned whether Tampa was in the U. S. I got through to both stores. After locating a pair of the sneakers , placing the order through Boston was equally frustrating. I told them the order had to arrive in Chicago by the next Friday. They sent the order into Manhasset late that day, Friday, with UPS overland instructions. This was after the packages had already left for the day from Manhasset and the next pickup would not occur until Tuesday. How do I know this? I called up Manhasset the next day to make sure they had in fact received the order and instructions. Manhasset was very helpful. They took the instructions down and said they would make sure it went out overnight mail.

Nancy Taicher: I purchased a new Louis Vuitton bag with zipper and shoulder strap. It cost over $2,000 and it became misshapen within the 1st year. When I brought it back with my receipt, the Louis Vuitton store refused to try to fix it or help in any way!!!!For approximately $2,500, you would think their customer service would be more helpful!Unhappy Louis Vuitton former customer.

Christian Snow: Would give less than one star if possible. I came to this store to exchange an undersized belt I had received that very same day from their website. The store associate looked at the belt for less than 10 seconds before turning to me and telling me she would not exchange or return the belt because the first notch seemed a little stretch. I tried explaining to her I had the belt for only a few hours and even tried showing her the delivery email to which she was clearly not interested in seeing. The belt was in perfectly new condition and I was able to return it online. I was going to exchange this belt at first but this situation has deterred me from ever shopping here again and I will be spending my money somewhere else.

I walked through the store hoping someone would offer to help me but no one ever did. I thought they might be short staffed but there were three consultants helping one customer so it was clear that they weren’t interested in my business.

Greecian Koukla: I booked an appointment online via the main site of Louis Vuitton. I highly recommend doing this, to avoid waiting in long lines outside the store if it's busy. If you have an appointment, they're very good about letting you bypass the line for your set appt time. I had a 5 star experience from start to finish. I had my wishlist ready and knew what styles of bags I was interested in trying on. My Client Advisor Jeff provided exceptional service and was very personable and a pleasure to work with. I found everyone to be very nice. I'll be back to grab my luggage next.

I stopped by since there was a problem with my online purchase, but the manager and client advisor were fast to resolve the issue. Miss Meg: Could I give less than one star? I went into the store without a reservation, but own multiple Louis Vuitton pieces, and received the worst customer service ever. Upon entering I was looked up and down, and what I assumed was an assessment on what I was wearing. We we're assigned to a sales associate as we walked around the store, and as we browsed were mocked and laughed at. My husband noticed before I did, and saw the sales associate point and laugh at us, while our assigned sales associate laughed back. Never have I experienced worse customer service, and I was close to purchasing an item and quickly decided against it. I know Louis Vuitton is a high end luxury brand, but if its a high end brand with snooty customer service I don't want anything to do with it.
Pamela Abbott: Worst LV experience ever. We were assigned a salesperson after waiting. I knew exactly what I wanted, and they did not have it in stock. Instead of looking it up, she said they don’t make it anymore. I had stated it was a popular bag, but she was sarcastic and said it’s been out a year. I looked a few other bags, which she tried to pressure me, but it wasn’t what I wanted. The selection at this location is very poor. I asked who else sold LV in the area. She let me know Saks did , but stated “the selection is very small”. I was done dealing with her horrible service. I went to Saks. They found my exact bag online and ordered it. We also bought more while we were there. Shame on you Copley for the poor training of your staff. LV is supposed to be an experience. Pass on this location. Don’t waste your time.

360 MAGAZINE: Coach in Boston had unrivaled client service. Carolline was an expert on leather. What's more, she introduced us to the membership program, vanity labels and the personalization platform with pendants. We are eager to put our sense of design at the service of our new camo courier. 20 years back, our first briefcase was a Coach. On that particular day, we flew a Tailwind Air floatplane from NYC to B-Town. Had it not been for bad weather, we would have stayed longer and bought another beloved piece. At last, the security guard opened the door, "Thanks for coming, good day, good bye!" We could all take a page out of the new Coach's playbook.

I told the shop assistant I would like to check the new wallet first before monogram and he said ok. And tell me I should have let them known earlier if I want to check the wallet first, with very bad attitude also! That’s what every other shop do!Finally, they agreed to exchange and telling me that it’s only for this time, no exception next time.For the whole situation, these two man and female shop assistants have been providing a very bad attitude and not even give an apology.However, there’s a Taiwanese shop assistant has been very helpful and trying to solve the problem. Really appreciate her help.

C C.: The woman who helped me was extremely rudeand racist……She frequently ignored me when I was in her store and asked her about their products. She gave me her phone number and asked me to contact her if I had any questions when the first time we met. After I returned a bag because I found the bag has so many scratches on the bottom buttons. She never replied me when I texted her to ask whether her store had a certain bag. When I visited the shop again,she even pretended cleaning a table and reluctanted to look at me when I was talking to her. It's very rediculous to seems like I was begging her to sell me a bag. As a seller, she was not supposed to treat her customers like that. Would Never be there.

She pointed me towards the Flagship store for fragrances I wish they had them available in this store.
