V: I have been shopping at this specific location for 10+ years. They have a wide variety of shoes for both men and women. It’s always organized & the staff are friendly. FIRST FLOOR: Men & Women sneakers. SECOND FLOOR: womens heels, boots & Clarence section. If the escalator going down to first floor isn’t working. There is an elevator & stairs to lead you back down. Happy shopping!

I ordered a pair of boots online for pickup at this location for the first time and wanted to ask a few questions regarding the pickup. I made three different phone calls. The first one was put on hold forever (10 mins+) and never heard back. The next two calls got picked up and hung up immediately without saying anything. This is super rude. I totally understand that they are busy. They can just leave ignore the calls in the first place. So, I didn't have to wait for them.Anyhow, due to its prime location, I will probably shop here again.

I was on vacation visiting Boston, needed a better pair of walking shoes and found a pair I really liked but when I asked a simple question, this elderly sales person started to freak out and waving her hands in the air walking away telling me my questions are ridiculous. It's bad enough I suffer from extreme anxieties but to have a bully like that woman make fun of my mental health, it totally ruined me entire day. So thank you, I hope you're proud of yourself!!

First we got our feet checked and as I suspected my left foot and right foot had different probations. My left running shoe wore out much quicker than right! Second I got the right shoes!! 1080 or 860!! We were helped by many, including Ben (Penn alum!) And Calvin. Sorry I forgot the name of the gentleman who measured my feet. HE WAS THE BEST! Delay no more and go get your feet tested. NB got it right! Watch out Nike! You are boring now.

Robert: They sold two pairs of Sneakers both red. And both had dye that ruined the sneakers as well as 4 pairs of socks I had. The guy offered me a discount on a new pair of sneakers. No other sneakers I've ever had had dye that ran like this. Pretty awful experience. $160.00 spent and they wouldn't give me one red cent back, just a discount on new sneakers.
Key Patterson: I went to this store to exchange a gift that was purchased online, that I had been told by text/talking to customer service that I couldn't do via telephone or in person. Since I've been a New Balance customer for 20+ years I highly doubted that I wouldn't be able to do the exchange in store with my packing slip in hand. Text/talking to customer services solution was for me to either keep the unwanted items or return them and have the purchase go back to my relatives credit card which I didn't want. When I walked into the store I was greeted warmly by Monty. I explained my situation and he was more than happy to help me. He helped me pick out new items in store and when all of the items were not in stock in the size I needed in his store he hopped online and ordered the correct size and had it delivered to my home. He also returned the items to a gift card and made the new purchases with the gift card just in case something went wrong with the shipping(which it did not the item arrived the next day!) So I wouldn't have another negative experience with talking/texting customer service. Monty went above and beyond in my humble opinion and he deserves a raise or at least employee of the month!

But I would need to get the size 9 which they still had so I called saying if I could just swap out same exact shoe same color just change the sizes and was told absolutely not..,, I never heard of somewhere saying know for you just exchanging something on a size... I bought something from your store where’s some decentcy to the customers around Christmas time ..

David Danner: This store is a totally different store from the other one up the street. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming. It’s also very small store. You can quickly see every thing they have. The set up of the store is awesome. The people are awesome even if you don’t like Adidas, I would recommend just taking a walk through something by jump out at you. The staff was extremely personable and willing to help with any question you might have. I wish I would’ve taken some pictures. My apologies, but go check it out. It’ll be well worth it.

Arturo: An employee straight up stole my shoes. I ordered online and it came from this store. Now, I work in shipping for a living so I know exactly how this scheme works and exactly what happened but the company won't admit to it and probably wont fire the person who did it.The order was supposed to arrive to me 2 days after it was placed. The tracking says a shipping label was created, and 2 weeks later it never updated. The other employees at the store are telling me they shipped it out while FedEx is telling me they never received it. Do you know what that means? I know exactly what it means.It means someone processed my order, created the shipping label, put my shoes in the box with the shipping label and marked the order as shipped. They then either took the box home with them, or took my shoes out of the box and sold them to another customer. That is literally the ONLY way to lose a package between label creation and FedEx pickup.Their customer support is absolutely useless. They take 3 days to respond and tell you something you already knew. There is no chat feature on their website, just an annoying, useless bot. The only way to get an answer today, is to call and sit on hold for 2 hours. You can tell they are lazy because they wont do the bare minimum for you. They could have asked the shipper directly, checked the cameras, contacted FedEx with proof that they shipped it.... Literally anything. These people suck.

I just won't go back to that one and bring my $$ somewhere else. The whole exchange took 5 mins at another location and I also asked that associate. Like why lie and lose business...
