Rashawn Diallo: Very poor customer service. The employees almost never answer the phones. They say they'll keep records of my purchases, and I called about that, and they could find no such records, even when given the dates of my purchase, and producing the exact same credit card that was used. I was told to call corporate, and I did. They said they couldn't find records either, and would call me back within 3 days. It's been about 16 days and no one has contacted me. Zero incoming calls. Zero voice mails. Zero emails.It's best to just buy directly from the brands they sell here instead. With service so poor, that's exactly what I'll do instead of buying through a 3rd party like Sunglass Hut. It's not like they sell them for any cheaper either. The same day I bought my Oakley sunglasses from here last September I walked over to the Oakley store minutes later and saw the exact same pair of sun glasses in the exact same color for the exact same price. Just buy direct. They'll lose your receipt, and extra warranty and protection purchase you made that they say they'll keep records of forever.

Arthur Leader: Nice design. Cold unfriendly sales persons. Overpriced mediocre glasses lenses. Have OP lenses - coating on lenses coming off after 4 years! First time 50 years that this has happened! Warranty is for 2 years. Our family has bought 6 pairs of glasses from OP. WE WERE TREATED LIKE WALK-INS. Advice: Buy frame if you like it. Buy lenses elsewhere.

I brought them in to replace them but Katherine was able to work her magic and fix them. She was so incredibly friendly and helpful. I explained to Katherine that I hadn’t bought my glasses there and wondered if they had a nose cushion I could buy. Not only did she replace both for me, she tightened the lenses and adjusted them and even cleaned them! Best part was that she wouldn’t take any money! Awesome service and super friendly.

Had to process my purchase over the phone. Allison was so kind and worked with me, going as far as texting me images of the frames my husband was interested it. Allison also shipped the frames we purchased quickly to our new home out of state. Once we received the frames, we opted to exchange one of the frames for a different model. Allison again very quickly had a fed ex label ready for us to ship the frames back to her store. The new model of eye frames we picked arrived quickly as well. It really put a sour taste in my mouth - pass on this one and find yourself some Etnia Barcelona glasses at Envision near the seaport.

However, today, I had an interesting experience... I am not sure what was going on but the sales associate would not stop staring or following me or my partner through the store, which made us incredibly uncomfortable. His behavior was distracting and alarmed me so much that I left immediatly. I didn't realize this type of behavior was condoned by store managment. It is unacceptable and incredibly poor customer service. I hope I do not have this experience again.

The male staff is very rude. and racism mock accent and Asian bullies Most importantly, the customer's name on the receipt, Hao Yumi, is not my name, and is not name my boyfriend, a male staff, typed this name on the receipt. Later my boyfriend bought glasses and after that I told him we shouldn't pay for them. This kind of racist behavior my boy friend Decided to request a refund immediately.

Arman Gohil: Faced a sense of racism today. I am an Indian American and today when I was at the store I was looked at by the security guard at all times as if I was going to rob/steal something. I was looked at every second when I was at the store and When I was leaving I thought about talking to the guard so I just approached him and told him that I did not appreciate him looking at me at all times. Again I just wanted to inform him that I did not appreciate and like it. The girl working at the store ran from the counter towards me and started shouting at for the fact that I was even talking to the guard, she approached me as if I did something wrong when all I was doing is was just talking to the guard. I did not feel comfortable shopping at this store for even one second today. If all this doesn’t make sense you’ll can even ask for security cameras and see what exactly happened. Today is the 25th of may and I was there around 1:45-2:00 and you can spot me in an essentials hoodie in the footage.

But when I shared my Great Grandmother had just passed, Brenna took a step back from the role of “sales” and stepped into genuine human being. So Sunglasses Hut. You have your self not only a 10/10 employee, but also a 10/10 person... I’ll be stopping by there today just to say thank you... Aaaaaaand probably but some sunglasses... Maybe.. probably... okay I already know which ones I want.
maria rivera: WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE DEALING WITH A COMPANY THAT IS SO LARGE!! I purchased a pair of Gucci sunglasses on July 29 for just under $500. A week later I returned the glasses and they put the return through on my card, a week and a half after that the money was still not in my acct. The general manager gave the ok for me to recieve a cash refund. The following day the money went through on my card. So now I had a cash and card refund. I contacted the store and a few days later they took it out of my acct again. We were all even. A week and a half later on September 1st, without any authorization they took out 2 more payments for the glasses! Almost $1000! I immediately contacted corporate who told me because purchase was made in store there was nothing they could do ( Excuse me?!) I have made numerous calls to resolve this situation. They were very apologetic but that does not make the situation better. They assured me money would be in my acct within 5 days. Its was not. I just drove into Boston on my day off so they could issue another return to my card. I have been MORE than patient. Here is where I am just disgusted by sunglass hut and who they employ... My boyfriend who is 100% disabled veteran and a war hero was upset with the continuous run around the store has been giving me, when is enough a enough? The clown security guard named CJ went up to my boyfriend while he was discussing the issue with the manager and told him to conduct himself like a Marine. Huh?? Who are you CJ? When I confronted CJ about what he said to my boyfriend he said yes we are both marines and held to different standards, ya ok CJ your a reserve you 🤡 ! How DARE you insult him that way! You have no idea what he has been through and it had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the store taking almost 1000 dollars out of my bank acct on the 1st of the month! Im disgusted with this company on so many levels and will promptly be contacting the Attorney Generals office 1st thing in the morning to file a formal complaint.Finally, the manager suggested I file a fraud claim. Can you believe that? All to get my money back that they had NO right taking in the 1st place. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER!!!
