Tiffany Chen: The most unfriendly return policy I've ever encountered in the U.S. I bought the shirt in the store a week ago, and I decided to return it because the fit is a little weird. I head to the store on my way home from work, so I didn't have the receipt with me. I thought it would be ok since I have my bank statement that shows the address of the store where the purchase was made, and the tag is still on the shirt. To my surprised, they said no. They explained that it's because they can't be sure that I bought the shirt at this particular location. You can't return things you bought at a different Uniqlo location??? That is absurd. I told them I have the bank statement with their store name and address on it. They still said no because I don't have the receipt. Uniqlo is not worth this hassle and wasting your money if you can't return it.
Frank Fretzel: The second-floor customer service was disappointing. I felt treated like a scammer when returning an item I bought recently. Despite providing the original receipt, I was told I needed the original hangtag, which was inconvenient. The frustration really came when the representative interrogated me about the item's condition, pointing out a faded color. When I explained it was already present when I purchased it, the representative called over colleagues to confirm if the item had been worn. I felt uncomfortable and doubted, as if they were gathering evidence against me for simply following their return policies. While I acknowledge the importance of adhering to company policies, the way the customer service representatives acted towards me made me feel upset and uncomfortable.

Joel Shor: Related to company policy. Left an item in the changing room, I tried calling. The number on their website went to an international call center. They claimed they couldn't get in touch with their own store, then kept me on the phone for 30 minutes while they kept trying. This could've been a 30 second conversation
William Sparks: It's super organized, laid out first by type, then by color.My wife got a really pretty 100% wool turtle neck for $40. That's insane. Checkout was a breeze.Isles are a little small, but I'm a big dude. In that same vein, they'll likely not have sizes beyond XL, so keep that in mind.

Where as other uniqlo’s have gone above and beyond and just printed a ticket for an item to be sold. Customers don’t matter in this industry apparently displayed by their managers Florence and Chloe.

atom tarragon: The regular-priced items are always a bit overpriced, as Urban Outfitters typically is - a vintage-style, distressed T-shirt cost $25-30, when it should really be about $15-20 max. And pants were a bit ridiculous at $80 a pop for cords!But the sale prices were great, the styles are reliably solid with a few fresh choices, and at 40% off, it's surprising how much variety there was to choose from. Nice quirky home goods selection at this location also, appealing to mostly teens and college students, fun to shop and reminisce.The layout is a bit confusing, what with clothing both upstairs and down and I wasn't sure what the differentiation was. But as I'm not the target demographic (anymore), I can't say if that makes sense or not.

There were no indication that the fitting room was closed so they went in to try on clothes. And then she said my friends “looked like thieves”? This kind of accusation is completely uncalled for and made my friends think it was targeted because they’re Asian (which is funny considering the staff herself was a POC) Customers came in to the store to SHOP not to get berated and humiliated. They left the store with no apology from the staff herself. I do not recommend fellow Asians to visit this store because you might be accused of stealing and harassed for no reason. Not to mention the extremely messy and dirty environment with trash laying around.

And after me and my friends go out, the shop assistant came and asked us to leave in a very rude way. We did not know that the fitting room was closed at all and the assistant claimed that they put the sign all day. And the assistant asked us to either check out the clothes or give them to her and asked us to leave right away. And the shop assistant claimed that “you guys look like thieves” and she was racial discriminating us simply because we are Asian. The shop assistant kept asking us to go out and the manager came in after 5 min and said that the assistant will not apologize to us and there is no solution to this unfair situation to us. This place was just so disorganized and dirty and drinks left by other people are everywhere on the shelves. DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!!

There's always a gap on the waist and the thigh area feels to constricted.Some employees felt cold, though. Like they were judging us from afar. But if you ignore that, it's a pretty good store. Solid sale section.

Had a question about potentially ordering some shoes to the store for pickup (a feature on their website btw) and not only did they say they can't do it (after 2 other employees told me they could) but then flat out said it could never happen anyways, and that theyd only ship to my home! (idk if the employees just aren't trained properly or whatever, but the quality of this particular Urban has dropped considerably over the years). Never going to shop at this location again ✌🏻

He provided plenty of options and suggestions, and I didn’t feel pressured to buy the most expensive thing there. Very professional, and great fitting suits! My boyfriend bombed into the Ludlow Shop half an hour before the store closed, drenched in sweat, carrying his bike, with me sheepishly trailing behind in my post-barre clothes (I'm posting this review from his account). Joe didn't bat an eye, he just offered us both water and started making calm, cool-headed recommendations. My boyfriend needed a suit for a client meeting tomorrow, and walked out with a full ensemble from suit, to shoes, to pocket square. I will be recommending the Ludlow Shop at Copley to everyone I know from now on. The clothes are modern, debonair and impeccably made. The service was unparalleled. I'll be sending my boyfriend here from now on, and I know he'll be in good hands.

Sintia Trinidad: Yesterday I had the worst experience that I have ever had in a clothing store. I went to Zara to return 1 item. After spending more than 20 minutes in line the girl at the register told me that returns are in the second floor (mind you there’s no sign whatsoever that returns are on the second floor). I go to the second floor, there’s is maybe10 people if front of me. There are two girls at the register taking forever. I was in line for more than 45 minutes. I approach one of the employees that is working on the floor ( all he was doing was standing in one spot and talking to two other employees), I asked if there is anyway that he can call for backup. (My parking sticker that I purchase for an hour and 28 minutes was going to expire, all in the process of return an item). His answer was “ no there’s nothing we can do, if you want to you can go to the Natick location.”This is beyond unacceptable, rude, and unprofessional!

I think they must have been understaffed, because it was hard to find anyone on the floor to ask for help, and the pick up sign was just in a corner next to an elevator with no one around. The employees themselves were pleasant, but it still took a long time to get my order after finding someone to check in with.
Deborah Jordan: Stood in line for about 15 minutes just to be told returns are on the second floor so I join the line upstairs and another 20 minutes went by and I finally got the front and I told her customer service said I could bring in my return and immediately she said I had to prove I talked to customer service in order to do the return! Sounds like she just picked any lie so she wouldn’t help me as she turned away the person before me for some other bogus reason. Last time I checked you scan the barcode on the receipt and the product barcode to do a return but she was playing gatekeeper. I went back downstairs and luckily the lovely people downstairs helped and did my return no issues :) overall if you have to do a return follow the policy online and just ship it back. Don’t. Go. In. They need support there or just shut it down!

The saleswoman (who opened the store) was really snotty right off the bat. I guess we interrupted her breakfast as she was eating Dunkin’ Donuts and drinking coffee at the counter right out in the open. Pretty unprofessional, if you ask me.My daughter approached her a couple times to ask questions, but again she seemed very put off by our mere existence in her store. I guess she needed time to finish her breakfast and process that coffee before interacting socially with other people.We will continue to shop the store in Scottsdale, where customers are treated very well. In hindsight, it never occurred to me that the sales person is probably unhappy because she can’t afford the clothing that she sells. Still, Anthropologie could probably do a better job of selecting their employees.

Jessica H.: This is a review for the Copley Place location. I visited on Apr 14 around 5 pm, and experienced the worst employees out of any Aritzia I've ever shopped at. I've visited several Aritzia locations across Canada, and a few in the US (NYC, LA), and I'm honestly appalled at how horrible the customer service was here.The employees will not greet you unless they recognize you (a friend, a client that has shopped there previously, whatever), and they will talk about customers in the most incredibly obvious way. I always thought that rumors about Aritzia employees being condescending was false considering the fact that I've always been treated pleasantly by employees at any other store, but the Copley Place location is an anomaly. Don't expect a greeting, because god forbid you interrupt the conversations that the employees are having while ignoring you.The selection is miniscule, they carry approximately 2 in-house brands and what variety they do have is repeated throughout the store. Don't waste your time by visiting this location. The employees don't deserve the commission, and there are about 4 pieces of clothing you can look through. Order online and return in store, or wait for the Prudential location to reopen. Extremely disappointed in my experience here.

Colleen O’Malley: I normally don’t do reviews, but i’m honestly really really disappointed. I got the super world sweats and a matching sweatshirt that i was literally in loveee with and the sweatpants are completely discolored after i put them in the wash :( not to mention the first time i got the set it had a stain so i had to return it. for the price i was really expecting better and not for it to lose all color. now i can’t wear them together because the sweatshirt and sweatpants are 2 completely different colors and i am just really sad :(
TIM KELLEY: The girls went shopping here for a coat. Beautiful place. Had very nice clothes reasonable prices. The staff was very professional and friendly and very helpful

C. Baechler: I recently went to this store and I was very sad about not being able to find my size (XL). I saw that they carry small sizes all the way down to 2XS at the store! But when I asked an employee about a size XL she said that for any size bigger than L I will have to go online to buy it. I guess I’m not welcome at their stores for being heavy.
THOMAS BAEK: This store should fire the concierge who prioritize customers who buy a lot versus customers like me who wants to buy one item. I watched for more than 15 minutes people cut me off at the line per this person's direction simply because they were buying 5+ items.Highly recommend ordering online and avoid this store like a plague.

Nancy Maldonado: HORRIBLE FITTINGROOMS, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, while the service is the best and the girls are the sweetest people, the fitting rooms are really bad. WHY? Because there are no mirrors, there is just one big mirror outside the fitting room where all people is there looking at you, employees, people in line waiting, other people trying clothes, it’s like you are inside the FR and you just hear people saying to each other “Woooow it’s so cute, you look great, I’m in love” SORRY but I am an introvert and I don’t want to come out to the world without knowing how clothes look on me. I BET you will INCREASE YOUR SALES if you put mirrors inside the fitting rooms, I took 7 jeans to try them on but I was really embarrassed to come out with all people around looking at you. Clothes are great quality and have a perfect fit.

Rosie: The return policy should be the same across online and in-store returns. I read the 30 day policy thinking that my return would be within range, but in store returns are 21 days. The first associate was very apologetic and nice but the second person that she double checked with was just plain rude. I work in retail as well and I understand enforcing return policies is difficult, but there was no reason for the extremely loud and embarrassing explanation that my return was “WAYYY over the return date” (6 days). I wasn’t trying to push the return whatsoever and it was completely unnecessary, especially if the woman knew my confusion was based upon two different return policies within the organization. It was not explained to me and I didn’t know until after I left the store and looked it up. Thank you.

Emma Wilson: Confused why dressing rooms don’t have mirrors in them. Extremely weird and uncomfortable experience. Not everyone feels comfortable trying on stuff in front of everyone. When I asked for a mirror I was met with annoyance and mean girl energy. Needless to say never shopping in store again.
Elizabeth Tuten: They offer to “start a fitting room for you” but then your items get put on a rack and you have to wait in line once you’re ready to try on. They asked me if “any of these items looked familiar” and had lost a few of my items in the process. It felt super unprofessional. If I ever come back, I’ll be holding onto my things
Jade Dionna: I’m a regular but I won’t be going back after they made my friend uncomfortable. I don’t understand what’s wrong with being a regular customer as they make commission. A few of the associates huddled into a corner to gossip about how often we shop there. Mind the business that pays you ladies.Update:It’s only gotten worse :(

Dave Cersosimo: Interesting encounter I had at the store today. I'm partially deaf and wear an earing aid device. I sat by the window and one of the girls working there ( for identification purposes: she is Afro-American with long curly black hair, they said her name is Alicia) in an extremely rude way told me: "you don't sit by the window" she had to repeat it 3 times as I was trying to read her lips and at the same time trying to understand why she was being condescending for absolutely no reason. She then proceeded to make fun of me with her colleague as they were both laughing like children. Needless to say that I had my wife drop every piece of clothing she was going to buy because of what just happen. If you're reading this young lady, learn some respect, you work in retail not in prison

Isabelle: Extremely rude staff. The door was stuck from both ways- one customer was trying to open it from the inside and couldn't get it open, and us from the outside. A worker (young girl) pushed open the door rudely, and then laughed with her coworker about how the girl trying to open the door was stupid so they will "respond with being rude bc it's 2023🤪🤪". We almost turned around and left. So rude. One of the girls was named Alicia, I think. Get better employees

Timothy Meeker: Despite the store being blanketed in signs advertising a sale, employees didn't know what was actually on sale and were generally unhelpful. Prices are obnoxious given the quality as most Urban Outfitters, but this store also mislabeled the prices on multiple items.
Pearse Hillock: Overpriced clothing but the saving grace is that they are good quality, offer a variety of sizes including size 31 waist for men and have some trendy clothing. Not my first choice, but it's worth a visit. 👍
Barbara Higgins: Very expensive store. I was kind of shocked but maybe it was because it was in Boston. Pretty large, eclectic selection. You had to go in on one end of the store, climb to the second floor, that was where the majority of the store was and then go back down to the first floor at the other end of the store to pay.
