Francesco Tedesco: Just to start off Chris the president of ESL Townhouse is an extremely accommodating and pleasant person to deal with. The service that was providing to me when answering questions/concerns/booking never went ignored and I always received an answer. I highly recommend staying at ESL Townhouse if you want your time in Boston to be a fun one as my experience is only positive with this company. Prices are also competitive considering the amount of living space you get. You will not be disappointed take my advice and if you stay in Boston book with ESL Townhouse.

Ross Geller: I don't recommend this place for living more than 1-2 weeks. Its not worth the price in the long run. The apartments are very old and squeaky. Kitchen is very small, can't have more than 1 person at a time. Things used to stop working randomly. One day the stove isn't working or there is no warm water. On top of the very expensive rent, you have to pay extra for laundry. The location and staff are decent. That is all they have going for them. I have had my packages stolen a couple of times as well.

Savion Crawford: Good facilities, tasty food options, and a vast amount of options. My only gripe with this dining hall compared to International Village is that there are not many diverse options in food, meaning that the menu is primarily American in its content.
Lauren Williams: AC works, rooms are clean and the common area is bright and beautiful. Centrally located. Great projector rooms in the basement.
Dip Talukdar: It's a huge high rise building with nice accomodations for students dorms. This building is new with latest technology.

R Brow: Amazing moving in experience. Pulled up and students circled the car and unloaded telling us we don't have to lift a finger. Proceeded to checked in without a hiccup. Up stairs loading bin was all unpacked for us. Extremely clean, airy, beautiful vibe. Lots of exciting, smiling students.Small dorm room but bright and workable. Every floor has a nice and relaxing student lounge. No work out facilities or food in this building but really see it as a plus....forced you to go out and no unnecessary traffic. I didn't like not having any toilet paper! Although we brought toilet paper I went to the toilet without it so had to call for someone to bring it in 🤭

Jailene Mojica: horrible to live here, there's never any hot water the a/c was out for 4 days and they kept saying "we are actively working on it" When they weren't. And wouldn't even compensate when I had to stay at a hotel for 2 nights due to no a/c.

Also be careful when you move out, They will charge you a lot of cleaning fee even the room is clean (but not charge themselves when there's leaking water and breakdown AC). It's garbage, please do NOT consider here if you don't want to regret in the end!
May Alkhafaji: Amazing. Safe. Comfortable. These are just a few adjectives that can describe this apartment complex. The perfect student living environment.When we initially considered this complex for my kid, it was okay- a step above college dorms. When we actually came to move in late August; we were/are ecstatic on the level of cleanliness, professionalism, reliability, and environment. The units are well maintained, have been deep cleaned, the bed/mattress was very clean, same with the other furniture. We had some special circumstances when moving in, and found the manager, Mr. Camacho & Jeanette, CA to be extremely accommodating and helpful! They both went extra miles out of their way to accommodate us and make our move in smooth.As for the unit, after being here for a week, the unit is extra comfortable, clean, AC working great! Internet is working extremely well for my daughters study needs and for TV streaming as well! The room has a beautiful large view window with the ability to open and that has screen. The full bathroom looks as if it’s new. All appliances are clean and functional.
Yushentong Fang: The air conditioner broke down twice in August, and no one came to repair it immediately. My room is 89 degrees. I can't live at all. 😡 The service in this apartment is terrible.

Mel: With no security, the apartment constantly has people break in late at night and when the residents report the questions to the management, no one takes any action. I DON'T FEEL SAFE WHILE this whole building are studio with people living by themselves. Also, we had a water leakage problem two days ago with water flooding the lobby and also the 2nd and 3rd floor. Some of the residents have to move out. The biggest problem is that the management does not respond to problems quickly. However, not all the staff members are like this. Most of them are nice, but just when it comes to the higher level of staff members, they just ignore the problem that the apartment exists.
Ken Sama: I am getting tired of this ultra slow internet connection. It is about 500kps~3MB/s, and the Wi-Fi connection is not stable. Also, this building has a beautiful landscape waterfall newly introduced yesterday. The only thing that I love is our maintenance staff. Frankie is the best.
Asdfx: Overall nice but1 curtain is almost transparent. It's convenient location makes it VERY public. Feel extreme unsafe about privacy2 very slow Internet and do not allow to install private Internet device3 easily access and have no security at all. Have homeless breaking in several times4 have random inspection or maintenance fixed by just opening the room door whether you are home or not because office has key to all. Don't think it's okay at all.

Can't believe the apartments come fully furnished too! Huge plus being a student and not having to worry about buying new stuff! I can't wait to live here next year!

Franck Dernoncourt: When I first arrived in my SP room, it had bed bugs, and the house manager (not Brian but the previous one) first didn't believe me (he wanted to place some traps instead of immediately treating the room), then accused me to have brought them in (a claim I was able to disproved, showing the blood marks on the mattress…).In September and May, some rooms become extremely warm ( 29 degree celsius) and the AC is often disabled yet at that time of the year. Room windows are badly designed: the air flow is next to 0, so it doesn't help cooling the room.After leaving SP, they never forwarded to me my mails, despite the fact I had set up mail forwarding on the graduate housing website (as instructed by the SP front desk). Amongst lost mails were immigration (USCIS) notices and medical bills (enjoy the late fees…).Aside from this, great residence.
