Baker Chocolate Factory Apartments: what do users think?
Angel Hart: What a wonderful experience I had touring Baker Chocolate Factory apartments. The complex is beautiful, the staff were so friendly and helpful. What a great experience. I highly recommend taking a tour and checking out this complex.
malachi williams: We love baker! We worked with Victoria,She was wonderful; very responsive and helpful.Thank you Baker for wonderful staff and place to call home
Diane Cebulski: My son was intending to move into the Chocolate Factory, site unseen, but when we got there he decided it wasn't exactly the right fit for him. The complex was under renovation, but he wasn't aware of that prior to the move in day. We spoke to Victoria in the leasing office about his decision. Victoria reached out to the management office, and called 2 days later to tell us that management would honor his request. Throughout the process, Victoria was so friendly and professional, and we really appreciated that she heard us. Thank you for everything Victoria!
Naj Dot: Victoria is an astonishing property manager. I have never felt like I was in better hands until now. I don’t believe anyone can do it like her. She’s so helpful, so quick, very kind, and she knows how to get things done precisely in a time sensitive manner. I’m so happy to call her my property manager. The old managers were terrible. I had to wait forever to get one simple thing done. I appreciate all of your hard work Victoria and I pray you will always be the property manager of the Baker Chocolate Factory! Awesome customer service 10/10!!! :)
stacie milos: Was really unfortunately a huge disappointment moving in here. We were promised so many amenities that really aren’t even available. We were told parking was included both times we voted the place. Then smacked with a $200 bill every month $100 for each car! Was sold on the dog park yet it was in the winter and couldn’t tell that it’s just a fenced in mud/dirt pit that tenants are constantly pulling glass shavings out of it. Children are left unattended in the back patio area late at night while screaming and playing with little or no supervision leaving garbage everywhere for everyone else to pick up before their animals do! I can’t even count how many times we had to take our laundry to a laundry service because the machines don’t ever work, people leave their items in there for days or they leak all over the place. Water has been shut off so many times that I can’t even count. Management has changed 4 times in the past 8 months. Tenants are dropping like flies. Many tenants have expressed their concern about getting charged for utilities when it’s supposed to be included in rent and have been paying them since they moved in and many errors of rent ledgers amd payment mistakes. Or they REQUIRE payment due on the first yet don’t process it for over two weeks. I came into this community hoping to find a long term home where the grounds and amenities were always taken care of and living in a clean fresh environment but it’s the total opposite and has been very stressful. I’ve seen at least 5 people in the past month that states they were breaking their leases early to get out of there! It’s sad because these apartments can be beautiful and run properly if they can maintain staff and long term tenants maintenance is about the only thing consistent around here. They guys are always on top of things, extremely polite and go out of their way to make you feel at home.
Debbie Deas: I love where I live. No one bothers me. Maintenance is very gd.
France Brady: Love living there great management excellent location walking distance to restaurants pharmacy Grocery store. The ladies in the office are friendly extremely helpful and the maintenance people are the best
Reni Cadigan: The Baker Chocolate Factory apartments are newly renovated and in a great location. Richie, who is in charge of maintenance and repairs, goes above and beyond to help residence with any problems that may occur. It’s great knowing you can count on him.
Danielle Rolfe: Very friendly staff and beautiful building and location! Elizabeth is great to work with.
Danielle Parish: Great location, convenient to the red line & the patio sits on the Neponset. 5 min walk to restaurants & grocery store, River Trail is nearby.Nice apartments that look good. I have high ceilings & architectural tidbits leftover from the chocolate factory that add character. There are amazon lockers.
Shanna Marie: If you like peace and quite then this place definitely ISN’T for you. The walls and ceilings are super thin and you can literally hear everything your neighbors are doing all around you. We’ve lived here going on three years now and the first two years we really liked living here. Our neighbors above were super friendly and very considerate but now we have new neighbors and it sounds like Big Foot is living directly above us. We’ve lived in numerous apartment buildings and the noise we encounter here is insane. We constantly hear stomping, banging and furniture sliding across the floor at random hours of the day and night. We’ve had pictures fallen off of a certain wall multiple times because of the vibration from all the stomping, eventually we just stopped hanging them back up. Early every morning we are woken up because it sounds like this person is marching right in our hallway - from the bathroom to the kitchen. I sleep with a pillow over my head and a fan running on high to drown out the noise but I can still hear this person stomping back and forth. The stomping starts up again every evening around 7pm, not sure if this person is angry when they get home and taking it out on the floor or maybe they are working out. I will say that after numerous complaints the leasing office was nice enough to offer us a transfer to another apartment but we declined since we will not be renewing our lease here. I’m pretty sure the person who takes this apartment after we leave will complain about the exact same issue. Other then the noise the neighborhood has gotten a lot worse over the last year as we’ve recently had our car broken into and we’ve also had numerous packages stolen over the last couple of months. Please do no let the aesthetics of this place fool you. I guarantee you can find a better place to live and a safer place
Elaine Totten Davis: We had a really good experience there with management. They were always trying to be supportive where they could. We had a quiet apartment in the back close to the river. Lots of light and super cozy. Close to everything and although busy during the day, very quiet at night. Heard and saw a lot of wildlife along the river which was a beautiful sight to watch the sun rise and see along the waters edge.
Jay Bautista: The place smells like sea water. Property manager Elizabeth is rude and judgmental right off the bat. They truly need better people to communicate with if she cant do it properly and a caring way. My cousin has lived their for a few and thinks its a great area but they definitely don't care about the apartments.
Jessie Dunbar: I’ve lived in Baker for 5 years and what was once a beautiful historic chocolate factory turned to barely livable housing. The leasing office truly does not care about their grounds or their tenants. They raise the rent every year to only give less and do less. When I first moved in, the grounds were beautiful, they had people cleaning the outside windows, doing landscaping, washers and dryers actually worked and that was rent was $2,400. Melissa who use to run the leasing office was so polished up and expected the same for Baker. Now, these are photos outside my door (attached). Please don’t let the website that most likely hasn’t been updated in a few years fool you. The standard dropped when they switched over to Chartwell quite honestly, they need to just sell it and allow someone else to make it beautiful again.Several residents have complained about mold in their apartment, you bring it up to management and it goes hush hush or they slide it in likes normal in your lease. The AC units barely work, the washer and dryers, you are lucky if you can get 6 pieces dried fkr $2.49 a load. I’m telling you, it’s not worth the money, especially because they will just raise the rent every year. They say the rent prices are based off competitors when I’ve done the research, we have no competitors because everyone blows Baker out of the water. Every resident talks about moving, that should tell you something. It’s very sad to see what Baker turned into. They have no plan, no solutions and strictly surviving hoping they can pay the bills but give nothing back to residents.
Quy Nguyen: Very easy process, Christina was quick with the application. Very friendly.
Kristina Gorman: Terrible !! This building has significantly fallen off within the past year. Everything is constantly breaking, management has an attitude with you when you complain, the parking lot has been robbed four times, maintenance literally will leave your door open with the key still in the door and they will refuse to do anything about it! I will be moving out ASAP!
BE Gonsahn: We're settled into our new digs here at Baker and are pleasantly surprised for how quiet and tucked away it is given its central location to everything!Lots of options nearby for food, fun and drinks. It's made up of a variety of folks so you never know who you're going to bump into for a quick hello or what cute pet you're going to see! Leasing office is very responsive which is very helpful! I'd recommend this complex for anyone getting started or needs temporary housing with great amenities.
Andrea Benavides: Lived there for 3 years. Great experience we did have 2 different owners but both were awesome. Easy for public transportation. Have all you need nearby gym, restaurants, supermarket. I do recommend having a dog, we realized that too late. The dog's parents were all friends. Everyone was nice but I guess we missed meeting more of the neighbors due to schedule, Covid and no dog 😅.
Robert Ralston: Dog friendly and beautifully set on the river. Great places to walk nearby, including the Neponset River Trail. Fun restaurants nearby and walking distance to convenient places like CVS and Star Market.
Toyah G: I wish I had good things to say about this place but I don't. A family member lives there and in the beginning they were thrilled to live there but that is not the case anymore. It's been less than a year and for the last 5 to 6 months she has been run out of place due to rodent infestation in her apartment. Management has been unsympathetic and unsuccessful with resolving this issue. She being a handicap tenant it breaks my heart that she is scared and traumatized to be in her own apartment alone. Everyone deserves to be happy and feel safe in the place they live in.
Anneeda Waiters: Nothing to say

The Eddy Apartments: what do users think?
AKLesins: I’ve been at The Eddy for a little over two years now and have enjoyed my experience. The front desk staff has always been incredibly helpful, I cannot compliment the maintenance team enough, and the leasing office (especially Christian) has been easy to contact. I appreciate that at least one member of the leasing team is typically in the building so that I can talk face to face if need be.
Lexi Wang: Strong weed smell everyday, multiple times WITHIN apartment units and hallways. Been happening for 6 months and management is incapable to resolve/alleviate despite consistent complaint from residents
Duygu d: There is always weed smell in the building. Although we told the management many times, they did not care about that. We have a kid and, even though we got a doctor’s report. They didn’t let us move out earlier. I strongly recommend that do not rent a unit in this building.
Borui Li: I would highly recommend this apartment. I have lived here for a year and relocated now. The time living here was great, the environment was super nice, they seem to clean the public area every day. Staffs at the leasing office are great. Kayla, the manager was the best! She is very friendly and helpful.
Randy Z: If you have a big car don’t live here, cause parking in here is like a nightmare. Your cars width can’t exceed 74 inches because their parking matrix can only fit cars under 74 inches wide. Tried to contact the leasing office when I was on vacation, but no one reply for two weeks. After I return, visiting the leasing office at 4 pm which is the business hours. There is no one in there. If you lived here, you will have nightmares for every night. By the way, there is no way to reach out the leasing office by calling them. They won’t call you back, and you couldn’t leave a message in the voicemail box.
kc2apj: I cannot express how much I enjoyed spending almost five years at the Eddy. The gorgeous harbor and park views and access to shopping and Maverick station are wonderful, but the way the Eddy is managed made my apartment feel like home. The building is beautiful, with trash and recycling chutes on each floor, a fitness center, an outdoor pool, and two decks with seating and fireplaces. The areas around the building are beautifully landscaped and clear of debris. The residents are friendly. There is a grooming bay for dogs. All members of the 24-hour concierge team are appreciated. Thank you to Kamal and Aramis, who so reliably maintain the building, and thank you to all involved in keeping the building clean. And a huge thank you to Christian, Destinee, and Kayla in the property's leasing and management team, who do a tremendous job while being professional, accessible, and genuinely nice. If I have the opportunity to return to East Boston, I hope to stay at the Eddy.
U. Ayisumo: I supervise the Concierge Services
Harshil Patel: I moved here recently and it has been fantastic, from the superb concierge desk to leasing office staff to maintenance staff, they definitely understand customer service. Even before moving in, they were very helpful and ensured I was at ease. This definitely translated after I moved in, it was not like what one would assume where most management personnel do not pay attention once lease is signed. Very genuine team! The apartments themselves are very nice, and really cannot beat the Boston skyline view; most certainly the best view of the skyline is at The Eddy. I cannot wait for the summer once there is more set up and the weather is nice for the amenities offered here. One other thing I love is the safety you feel here, it is in a new area and the building does have things in place to ensure all is safe. Overall, love it here and cannot wait to keep living here.
Tim Joseph: I recently booked a tour of The Eddy. After checking in with the concierge, I was asked to wait in the lobby. After 25 minutes I pressed the concierge to contact the leasing office, and I was told they would be unable to give me a tour and that I would need to reschedule. Despite having a confirmation email for the date and time, I was told they had another meeting and that I would need to reschedule. I had taken time off work, rented a ZipCar, and drove 40 minutes each direction. They did not apologize for their mistake. I’m disappointed because I was really excited about this property, but needless to stay I will be moving to one of the neighboring properties that treated me with respect.
Zhen Chao: Amazing ocean view & amenities! Staffs are super kind as well!
Rita Ding: I was picking up lens from a friend in Jun 2021, and from that time, I plan to move in here in 2022.And yes, I 'm about to moving in, really excited to see DT Boston through my window. This can't be achieved without leasing professional Christian's help. I signed the lease within a week. And he responses quickly, was patient with swift emails. He response our every question in positive tone! That I didn't worry about if I asked a lot.Looking forward to move in. Amazing staff and location!
Winnie Liu: This is definitely the best place I have lived in Boston for the past four years. The apartment is amazing, not only with all the amenity, the great views and also the best leasing office I have worked with. Maintenance is very fast to react, the 24 hours concierge are very friendly and helps me with all the things I need, and also the leasing office is fantastic. When I need to have someone take over my lease, Kayla is amazing helping me with the process smoothly. I really appreciate her effort. The Eddy definitely is worth 5 star and highly recommend to anyone!!
Siyi Shangguan: Lived there for 3 yrs and it was absolutely the best renting experience ever! Not only its stunning view, amenities, reasonable price, easy street parking, as well as its convenient and quiet location, but also their management. The 24 hr concierge is the best part, and they have done a wonderful job recruiting the most friendly staff who are always warm and ready to help. I've locked myself outside multiple times and they are always there to save my life! My neighbors are quite happy living there too. There has never been an unpleasant hidden fee in my case. They offered unimaginable flexibility for my move-in (I picked up the date working best for me, and arrived at the building at 1AM, and the concierge was there with the door key ready) and move-out (the new place I bought had a profound delay in project completion due to the pandemic, and I was unable to provide a definitely move-out date, in which case they extended my lease month-by-month for 4 months without any extra charge or penalty). They absolutely care for their tenants and are doing their best to help, which I'm extremely grateful for. Definitely would highly recommend them!
Erin Canon: I've lived here for four years and over the past year the management has been HORRIFIC. The management in the building has been awful about communication, doesn't respond to emails or calls. The upkeep in the building has completely fallen off. You pay way too much money for a place that isn't available when you need them and cannot be bothered to respond to residents. I would NOT recommend moving here now.
David Gonzalez: The Eddy is a fantastic spot to live in. The complex’s ox beautifully maintained.
Sammy L: Someone in the building keep stealing my food delivery!!! Can building management PLEASE do something about it!!!
Ellie Sweet: I lived here for two years and loved it! George was extremely helpful on everything when I moved in. Best apartment in Boston.
valentina bozzetti: I love living here.. the apartments are amazing and staff extremely kind. The service is perfect, the community areas are clean and comfortable
B B: All three elevators are consistently out of service or being used by people moving in. Yes, even during a heat wave you must walk down very hot and humid stairs to exit the building. Pray you live on the 1st or 2nd floor. You'd think they would make special considerations and ask people moving in to wait as well but once they have your money, sadly your welfare doesn't mean as much. I saw a man having to carry his newborn down 12 flights of stairs in the July heat. Very inconsiderate of the residents.
K R: Awesome building. Staff is fantastic, from leasing to concierge to maintenance. Super responsive when the few issues that do arise (though rare) need attention. Would buy a place here if I could!

Oak Row Apartments: what do users think?
Greg Whitney: I lived at Oak Row for almost 2 years and thoroughly enjoyed the environment. Close enough to most activities I like to do be it the beautiful park near the location, local eating options or easily getting downtown. Matt in particular was very helpful with any questions or issues I had.
Renee R: Didn’t bother to get back to me. I legit work next door at Home Depot… so it’s not like I don’t have a job /security nor do I have bad credit. If I could give it zero stars I would. They judged me without getting to know me. Didn’t even bother to email me back. Wouldn’t want to live here. Looks like thin walls and no privacy anyway. I noticed that they do have grills that everyone has to share out front of the facility. Perfect example of a small overrated overpriced place in the Boston area. It’s fine I’ll find a nicer place for less than whatever the price is here (Idk since they never told me anything)
Amit Khare: We had a wonderful time living at Oak Row, the location is very convenient, a very short walk to Millennium Park. The building management was super helpful and proactive, specially Matt, Ryan and Rick. They organize various events throughout the year, which was a bonus.
John Doran: Have been at Oak Row for about a month now and definitely recommend it. Living here for about six months while our house is renovated. We got a two bedroom which is good space for my spouse, two seven year old twins, and our dog. Ryan and Matt have been very responsive with touring the apartment, signing the lease, move in, random issues that come up, etc.
David Rollins: Location is great being next to an awesome park and near the highway. Matt and Ryan were helpful for any problems I had - they were reliable and professional and tried to help as best they could.Rooms have tall ceilings, great layout, the design is modern and appliances work well.My only complaints are from the design of the building/property. Ceiling and floor soundproofing are poor and perhaps only an issue if your room is situated between a gym and a playroom. Parking spaces are small and there are no signs indicating resident parking only. If you are looking at renting here pay close attention to what your room is next to.Overall management was helpful to respond to and provide solutions to my issues.
Leah Jodoin: My husband and I have lived at oak row for two years and unfortunately this is the last. We currently pay 3,000 dollars for a unit that is completely falling apart, mind you this building is basically brand new. Cabinet doors don’t close correctly, bathroom door doesn’t lock, molding near our shower due to lack of circulation, baseboards are sloppy and have cracks where ants have now made a home, vinyl plank flooring coming up in some spots, the list goes on. I personally really enjoy Ryan the assistant property manager and Rick the maintenance man, if there is a problem they are the people to go to. Matt, the property manager, on the other hand is anything but professional. He’s arrogant, belittling, and just plain rude.Save your time and your money at the end of the day all they care about is the pay check.
Chris Davis: This apartment complex was great when Peabody properties owned it. The new management here has been terrible since taking ownership. The property manager is incompetent lacks people skills, cannot communicate effectively, and overall has zero clue how to do his job.
Beau Guinyard: My wife and I recently moved in and we love the place. The building and amenities are great. Ryan and Matt have been extremely helpful from the initial tour until now.
Rajesh Kulenthirarajan: From start to finish Ryan made moving to Oak Row smooth. We were able to to do everything online and out of Boston since we were moving from NY. Ryan and Oak Row has been a great place to live in so far.
Dan Kent: Matt and Ryan were both very accommodating to us when looking at Oak Row for our next home. We were looking to find a new home closer to our job locations fairly quickly and soon, and they both helped make the process easy and efficient. We were running late to our tour and Matt took the time to show us everything without feeling rushed. The community seemed very clean, friendly and welcoming to dogs. They have a decent sized dog park/run outside, a pet washing station in the garage, millennium park is close by for long walks, and there’s also a doggy daycare right across the street! Perfect home for our Golden-doodle Ollie. They even had doggy treats in the club house we noticed. Very pet friendly community it seems. We cannot wait to move to Oak Row in a few months!
Jordan Gomolin: Ryan is the best! Very hard working and always available when you need him!
Susan Brotter: Since Ryan King began working as a leasing consultant for Oak Row the building has never felt more like home. He is very friendly and acknowledges each person by name when they walk into the lobby. He goes above and beyond his position, assisting in any way possible. As an elderly resident this has been extremely helpful and has given me a greater sense of security. The residents of Oak Row are lucky to have him.
Barbara Holmes: I recommend Oak Row Apts. I am starting my third year. It is generally quiet. The public areas are spotless. The management employees are great. I find no faults at all
Hannah Lurier: Oak Row is a great apartment complex! It has all the amenities I wanted such as a Balcony, washer/dryer units and best of all Gas stoves (since I am a professional chef, such a plus!). Having a complete gym for residence use only has been such a plus- especially during covid. The staff has been equally as wonderful, maintenance is always there within the hour to fix any issues and the leasing office staff is so accommodating and friendly. It is very rare to find such an upbeat filled apartment complex and they exceed expectations.Special shoutout to Ryan who is always ready to answer any questions and support the residences! He even posted flyers for a baking competition I was in to help spread the word! A+ Rating!
Avery Bonina: Oak Row was a great community when my girlfriend and I toured this past week. It had many of the amenities we were looking for and also seemed like a great place for my new dog! The area was convenient to my work, but my girlfriend just got a job offer in Western Mass. We will still consider Oak Row as a possibility!
Jashvanth Allareddy: This is only apartment I have seen in my lifetime that has a AC unit inside. When turned on I feel like living next to the train tracks. It’s a nuisance and pretty annoying. TV volume goes up, scream when talking on the phone, etc
Beth Anderson: Ryan showed us each of the 3 bedroom options yesterday during an early tour! Thanks for being accommodating to our early-riser schedules! Oak Row is certainly at the top of the list!
Hillary Tipping: Great location and amazing brand new apartments! The staff is so nice and accommodating. The move in process was so easy, even during Covid. Love living here and such a great value for an awesome neighborhood that is close to everything you need.
Phyllis Tobin: Who says you can’t go home again?Bob and I were both born, raised and educated in Boston. After years elsewhere, we moved to Oak Row last May. We loved the new, sleek building and the modern, minimalist details in the apartments. As a retired caterer, I was thrilled with having gas cooking. As an exercise addict, Bob adored the state of the art gym. Both of us enjoy the central location. We find the management team very accessible and responsive. Any problems in our unit are addressed quickly and completely. We are delighted with life here and have just renewed our lease.
Keisha Jones: Great Management and excellent amenities. Very Tranquil and friendly environment!
James: Lack of credibility And procrastination , shameless and rudeness By dealing with people who want to stay in the apartment from the oak row Management .. Distinction between people in terms of prices , privacy and rules .The have two elevators one is not working from long time ago and the second one not working from 2 days ago and have not been repaired till now and there is no internet in the building !! I don’t advise anyone to deal with them straight away from the website will be much better to know exactly your rights !!

660 Washington Apartments: what do users think?
Kat Eschel: My roomate and I were looking for a lease in downtown and met with Alex M. His listings ended up being above our budget but he was still super helpful and nice! He gave us advice and other places to contact! Really appreciated him
Patrick Assioun: HelloI have my name and my social as a guarantor on a lease . No payment was missed for 2 years. The lease has been over for over 2 months now . They should have removed the mention from my credit report. however , they have not to date. I called and explained that my credit is still showing that I am guarantying and responsible for a lease that has been terminated . they keep yesssing me in the fact that will be done next week and still , 8 weeks later nothing is done . 660 washington does not do honest and adequate accounting.
quezia desouza: Alex Morales was amazing! I was helping my friend that had just moved here from Venezuela find an apartment and he made us feel welcome and heard all of our concerns. She loves her apartment and Alex always goes above and beyond to ensure she is welcome.
oliviapetronio: Lisa and Zam are the best concierges!
Vanessa Nn: If you are a professional or graduate student avoid living here! it's not worth it at allthis place is mostly occupied by undergrads, so lots of partying and loud noises throughout the building. I have been complaining about the noise and the last time I went to the leasing office one of the agent was extremely rude to me as if i'm the one causing an issue until someone else stepped in and tried to help/solve my issue. which is still unresolved btw.I hear loud music in my bedroom and you can't tell where it's coming from i guess. The concierge didn't believe me so they had to come in my bedroom at 2 am...... anyways save yourself from trouble and live somewhere else! every single time I have an important exam I cannot sleep from the excessive noise.Honestly all these good reviews are shocking lol
Lauren Toth: We have had a great experience touring and signing a lease with 660 Washington. Our family has visited the building multiple times over the course of several months to get a sense of the different units available and to find the right unit for us. Stephanie in the leasing office has been a fantastic help, ensuring we had great experiences viewing the building/units and answering our MANY questions as we look ahead to our move. Great experience thus far!
Amirhossein Ghafari: I lived at 660 Washington Street for a year and a half and I wanted to share my thoughts on the pros and cons of this apartment complex.Pros:Management: One of the biggest pros of 660 Washington Street is the professional management team. They were always available to address any concerns or issues that arose during my time there. I felt like my needs were being met and that my voice was being heard.Amenities: This building probably has the best heated swimming pool in Boston. The gym is decent and has enough equipment to get in a good workout. The roof deck is fantastic, providing amazing views of the city and a great place to relax.Location: The location of 660 Washington Street is also unbeatable. It's located in a great area with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and shops. If you like a crowded city life you will enjoy it.Maintenance: The maintenance team is also fast and efficient. Any issues or concerns I had were resolved promptly and professionally.Special thanks to Alexander Morales Community Administrator for his excellent service and professionalism during my time at 660 Washington Street.Cons:Unfortunately, there are a lot of undergraduate students who are willing to pay a premium to live here, and maybe that is the reason they think they have the right to do whatever they like. There is often trash and debris in the common areas, and some residents can be quite noisy. Finally, there are almost always parties happening in the building, especially on weekends. While the management team does their best to handle the load, it can still be disruptive for those who prefer a more peaceful living environment.Tips:Make sure to ask the management team if you prefer a more quiet unit. There are some floors that they don't rent to undergrads.Overall, I would recommend 660 Washington Street to anyone looking for a great location with decent amenities and a professional management team. Just be aware of the potential cons and be prepared to deal with some noisy neighbors.
Omar Zaire: Fantastic team! Very accommodating and welcoming this is my second year at this building, i have worked with the very friendly team on different occasions .. from the concierge to maintenance to the leasing office. Amazing people, shout out to Alex from the leasing office.Looking forward to another year!
Paul Turcott: Always professional and eager to help, Alexander went above and beyond to keep us happy as long term tenants.
Nico Feliciano: The leasing team at 660 is exceptional - Jacquelyn in particular went out of her way to ensure the moving process was smooth and fast. Highly recommend to anyone looking to live downtown!
Edward Mcghee: I love this apartment building. The lobby staff is available to assist residents 24/7. The doorman Chuck is happy to help with things like calling for a taxi, carrying groceries, and facilitating deliveries. Maintenance staff is friendly and always go out of of their way for residents. I have been living or worked at 660 Washington St. since it opened. The location of the building is great. It's in the middle of downtown, so it's close to things like the Boston Common and Downtown Crossing. Transportation is convenient because it's so close to the green, orange and red lines also, the Commuter Rail. It's close to the highway, too.
Rod Le Serve: My husband and I rented an apartment at 660 Washington Street in Boston.Yana Huang from management was assigned to facilitate the process. There were numerous repairs that needed to be made to our unit and other annoying logistical issues to be resolved and questions to be answered. Yana personally viewed our unit and was genuinely concerned with the matters we raised. She compassionately answered our questions and personally oversaw ensuring all repairs were made. We had been so disappointed we were going to cancel our lease but Yana single-handedly turned our move-in process into a very positive experience. Because of Yana’s management skills, we recommend our building to our friends who are looking to rent an apartment. We will definitely stay here again. The facilities are second to none.
Willy Barakat: As a local Guide for Google, I always hesitate to write a review, unless I'm fed up with BAD or GOOD, unfortunate, this is is BAD!This building turned down to "dirty/rude" student housing!not to mention, last year those students and their friends/colleagues whatsoever broke down the main entrance and got inside the building where they had to call the Cops for!Fire Alarm kicks off every week since this building became such students housing, all you get apologies when you wake up at 2am, 3 am, middle of the day!I heard fire fighters said more than once (I got sick of this building)!
Alejandra Berdegue: Amazing experience, Andrew is incredibly helpful and everyone is very nice!
A M: Been a resident for many years and love it. Leasing office and concierges have always been helpful.
Sara Rushiti: I had scheduled a tour and I got canceled 1 hour before the tour, because there was just one person working today. She told me that there were two people that had booked for the same slot and she decided to cancel my booking...This is unacceptable and I will not pay more than $3k for this kind of service. So even though I liked the location & pics of the apartment/building, I will not live there.
Yifei Zhang: I lived there for a year and it's a beautiful building with several newly renovated spaces, and I think they are working on a rooftop facility as well. The gym is also quite large. The staff is very courteous, quick to respond to questions, and extremely helpful. However, the drawbacks are that often there were fire alarms - I would say there was one every 2-3 weeks and most of the time it happened in the middle of night, which is not ideal when you have to get up early the next morning for work. An additional thing is that there were frequently water repairs and pipe shutdowns, though they do give advanced notice for these. Overall I would say it's a pleasant place to live, and I would recommend it.
Taesung: Andrew was especially communicative with me moving in. Really appreciated the effort he made. Super professional and again very honest about every step of the way making sure nothing is missing when applying!
Piano Lise: Avoid.
Konstantinos Papadakis: UPDATE: After 7 years living there, left because we bought a condo. An unknown woman did a 'statement' and reported us to credit bureau for being 30 days late. Very bad way to do business. All the good idea I had for this place (except the concierge) is gone.------------------------There are many young people who unfortunately break the rules and smoke. Concierge guys are amazing.
Yuxin Deng: Try to call the office but they will only answer u by email.I was preparing all the staff for the application and almost finish the progress with my personal information provided. However, after they know I will live with an undergraduate student they adjust the rental fee to 30% more per month and not allow to live a couple in a one bedroom. Then, just as I tried to clarify these issues by email, the rudest person I have ever met in my life appear-Andrew, the officer who did not give me a chance to edit the application or even ask my option; if I should change my plan etc, but give a sentence like “I will go ahead and cancel your application. Best of Luck” what a holy terrible experience :)If you r a graduate student or worker, may take a look at other ones such as AVA theatre.:))))

315 on A Apartments: what do users think?
Anuj Gupta: The area is fun and safe. We love going to seaport, the restaurants, trader joes and abundant parking garages/lots.The building is on the older side, but still has most new amenities with smart locks just installed, nest & others. We found the property manager Kaitlyn to be very nice and friendly. We enjoy much of the concierge staff.Nice place to live.
David McHugh: Great job
A J: the most obnoxious and deranged neighbor, and the management is quite reluctant to take any real actions. they are good at deflecting and apologies, but not at solving issues. given the high prices, be very careful of renting here!
F1 Jackman: Extremely rude staff. Although I had scheduled a tour no one was available for 30 minutes.
Timothy Kirkpatrick: Loving 315 on A! The staff is terrific and look out for you. The building is a nod to the past and a look to the future with modern amenities, a great gym and terrific public spaces including the 20th floor with spectacular views.
Tessa Hamilton: We lived at 315 on A for almost 4 years. We had a great experience and ultimately transferred to another Equity building for more space and for a change of pace, but felt well taken care of the entire time we lived there. It’s an expensive area, which is the only real downside, but living so close to the water was amazing, and there is close access to so many things, which in pre-pandemic life, we made a lot of use of. They seemed to take the pandemic very seriously and we always felt safe and supported throughout the pandemic and during winter snow storms and the like. We’ve now lived in four Equity buildings across Boston and New York and had good experiences each time.
Jonathan martin: I toured this apartment two years ago and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately the timing wasn't great for my roommate and we ended up in a different building. My girlfriend and I are looking into moving in together and this apartment building was still at the very top of my list. She scheduled a guided tour for Saturday and received an email confirming who we would be meeting with. We took the time out of our day to make the trip over to Fort Point. The front desk staff handed us the keys to a small studio and one bedroom apartment and told us to check them out ourselves. These were not the units that we wanted to see and the service was a complete 180 from the tour I had two year ago.If you can't give guided tours to renters looking to live in your luxury build and pay a luxury building rent, I can't imagine how the day to day service is.
Kelly Baker: We have an ongoing water problem in our apartment (over a year now), where the ceiling in our master bedroom leaks. I understand water issues are hard to solve, but the team handling the issue is slow to reply to emails or provide updates and little has been done to compensate us for the issue.
Sam Cyanide: Did not respond to any inquiries or my voicemail I left after over a week. Very unprofessional.
Shaun Greenlaw: I was part of the construction of this building. All the building material from cabinetry, countertops, sinks, faucets, light fixtures, doors and everything else is top of the line. The end result come out looking amazing! It is also in a great location! It is one apartment complex I am definitely proud to say I was a part of building it.
Bobby Guliani: Owned by EQR properties. Formerly by Greystar. This place is like living in the W Hotel. Just without having to check out :) Love how convenient the location is and in a month condition after 5 years. They don't rent to undergrads so it's clean and quiet :)
Meredith Topol: 315 A is the best! Friendly people run the building and whenever we need something they are there for help. As far as going above and beyond - Scott on the Facilities Team was kind enough to hang curtains in our apartment for us - I think that speaks for itself! We have been here for just over a year and super happy with our choice. We are looking forward to the holiday party in a couple weeks!
Lauren Dumont: Love living here! The aesthetics are beautiful and calming from the lobby, to the rooftop, to the apartment itself. All areas are usually clean and tidy. The residents here are very friendly and warm, and there is a nice sense of community. All of the folks who work within the building are personable, professional, and caring. Love the events they put on like Pumpkin Carving for Halloween and a BBQ for the end of the summer party. Its a great place to live.
Jill Zwetchkenbaum: Love this apartment building (location, staff, amenities, view, etc.)
Yvette Alexander: I have been living at 315 on A for almost 4 years and find all of the staff to be very professional, helpful and always friendly. The building is very well maintained and secured. I like the area also because it is accessible to public transportation. I also like living here because I feel safe in the building and on my floor it is always very quiet.
Ari Hurst: Nothing feels more like home than 315 A. From the second I started my search, the leasing staff was tremendously friendly and accommodating. The maintence staff does an impeccable job keeping the building clean and safety is a priority with strong security measures. Not to mention, the building is pet friendly which made this choice a shoe in for me and my furry friend. Thank you 315 A for all youdo for this community!
Amanda Shapiro: We’ve lived in the building for 3+ years. The neighborhood and staff are excellent!
Peter Moskowitz: I have lived at 315 on A for 6 months after living at another building downtown for 2 years. The Fort Port neighborhood is becoming really vibrant, with great restaurants and bars. The location of the building is perfect for walking to work in the financial district or hopping in a quick Uber to the airport. The building has beautiful common spaces, including an outdoor roof deck with grills and amazing views. The building has a nice community feel, with lots of younger professionals. I would highly recommend living here.
Gaston Kelly: I've been living here for about 6 months and it's really been a total pleasure. I got a puppy a month in and everyone has been very welcoming and helpful as the puppy got used to the new surroundings. Service requests are answered promptly, the concierge are always quick to smile and answer any questions, and the lobby area is always comfortable and welcoming. The leasing office and community folks do a great job maintaining a strong sense of community in the building. A real gem in one of the hottest areas in Boston!
Colin Kingsbury: I was one of the first five people to move into the building in 2013, so I've seen it through many changes. While many new buildings have opened in the area, I think 315's location and overall design are still better. There are many unique floor plans with neat touches in the building that give it more personality than most of its peers. Common spaces and amenities have been maintained well and reconditioned when needed. Noise isolation is excellent so I've never felt like I'm back living in a dorm. The current generation of management is the best yet and has worked with me on everything I've asked for. Definitely worth checking out if you want to live in this part of town.
Isabella Rocha: I have been a resident at 315 on A for a year and a half and love living here. The staff is very friendly and warm, the views are amazing, the building is dog friendly and its always really clean. The service is awesome and any service requests are resolved within 24 hours. Scott and Sam are always willing to help and resolve any issues. I would recommend this building to any potential future resident.

Girard Apartments: what do users think?
LaJordan H: Living at the Girard has been a great and positive experience for me and my partner. The leasing and service team here a very accommodating and always happy to help. :)
Rusha Majumder: Danico did a great job with some maintenance work we needed!!
Edgar Ruiz Aragon: Zack the leasing office did a great job showing me the apartment. Very friendly environment!
AK: I recently moved into the Girard Apartments back in March. It’s been an amazing move in experience overall. The team here is great we’re happy to be here!
Jared Seeger: Renter beware. I toured a 2 bedroom and was given a particular rate, but the listing was pulled and then re-emerged a day or two later with a $200 per month increase. Rates are subject to constant volatility and the lower rate may be a bait-and-switch tactic to get folks in the door, only to raise prices in the ensuing couple of days.
Gustavo Moncada: Apartment is great and the staff is friendly and helpful. The service at Girard is quick and efficient. Danilo makes sure things are working and running smoothly in the building and is quick to respond to service requests.
Joe Federico: Dishwasher went down on Sunday evening. Danilo showed up here first thing Monday morning. Very courteous, professional and had it running within an hour. Thank you🙏
Jacob Wilner: Danilo did an excellent job!! Thank you so much, Danilo!
Estela Lacombe Franca: Zack was absolutely wonderful in introducing us to the Girard and showing us around! We had a great experience seeing the building and we hope to be back and make this our home. Could not have asked for a better introduction! Thank you!!!
Henry Kessler: Took a tour. The staff was very nice. Seemed very quiet/calm in the building and is cheaper than the other options in the area.
Daniella Adaobi: Had a maintenance job in the apartment and the gentleman that they sent- Dinelo, was quick and efficient! He cleaned up after the job too.
Sirley Vasquez Cardona: It was excellent attention, thank you very much for such good service from Danilo.
Marta Martínez Fernández: Zach Hurt was wonderful! 10/10
Shreya Bhatia: Zach was excellent, professional and very accommodating. He did a great job showing the building and amenities and answering questions
Mylène Goei: Moved into Girard about a month ago and it has been great living here. Damion and his staff (concierges, mechanical) etc are all super nice and helpfull. Especially me coming from outside the US and having lots of questions on how things work here, they have been super accomodating. The place itself is beautiful, actual floor to ceiling windows so a lot of light coming in. Amenities are great: gym, communal living room, package delivery and rooftop terrace. Very clean as well. Happpy I decided to lease here.
Katherine Win: I absolutely love living at Girard apartments! The rooms are incredibly spacious and the entire team at Girard are great. The community manager, Damion is awesome! He is always available to answer any questions I have and goes above and beyond to ensure that I have a pleasant living experience. I highly recommend Girard apartments to anyone in search of a comfortable and spacious living space with exceptional management. Thank you Damion and Girard for creating such a wonderful living environment."
Greg Ingram: Damion is amazing! I appreciate all his help.
Mary Ann Polad: A great and engaging experience touring the Girard building. Thanks to Damion for being so informed and helpful!
Hayley Gifford: Had a great time meeting with Damian, he was friendly, professional, and thorough.
Carolyn Jones: I love it here at Girard; 2019 I became a part of The South End Community there are tons of exciting things & events to get involved in whether here at Girard or taking a stroll around town and mind you Downtown Boston is only a 27-30 minute walk away from here. There are all kinds of eateries, art shops, Whole Foods my fav, as well as Foodies, CVS, Walgreens Etc; It’s too much to put down here ya just gotta come live here at Girard and you will see for yourself. Kaitlyn the office manager? She’s very supportive your concerns matters to her. she’s not on sight as much But someone else has no problem stepping in while she’s away? And that person is Troy what an awesome guy he is. He’s the go to guy for leasing a beautiful apartment here at Girard. If need be he could easily do Management & still do Leasing with no problem? He’s content, always clicking away on his computer and handling business bye phone. Curtis at Concierge is a great guy very helpful easy to chat with, works to the end of his shift, keeps things tidy and put away. Kenny he is so respectful I always have great conversations with him, He listens to your concerns and give good feedback and he also works very hard keeping things tidy clean and put away. Maintenance when it comes to getting the job done Ergin is the man… He works very hard making sure that everyone? what ever problems a tenant might have in their apartment all ya gotta do is put in a work order and you will be pleased of how fast the work gets done. Thank you Team.
Patrick Mahoney: Very beautiful location. Kaitlyn was helpful and answered all of our move in questions quickly. Some things in the building don't work however. Grills on the rooftop aren't functional, which is a huge bummer

I normally don't do reviews but I could not help myself this time he was outstanding.
