Cathleen Karam: My go to place for oozy gooey yummy pizza. The slices are huge and have a great price to quantity ratio. The onion rings and the fried chicken (freshly made in front of you) have the perfect amount of crunch and seasoning. The subs are also a good option if ure very hungry. But the winner is definitely the Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza!!!! The crust is thin yet crunchy, the cheese is stretchy, and the toppings generous.

Scott: When I got hungry at midnight with room service closed, the hotel reccommended Supreme. I could not find on Yelp a well-rated pizza place that delivered past 11 PM. I think the current three star rating is too low. This place is definitely above average. The crust was the highpoint. It had that perfect crunch and charring with soft cooked dough on the inside of each bite. The sauce and toppings were good but not remarkable. Admittedly, my more enthusiastic review may be because I am from the Land of Sad Pizza - South Florida. I'm sure there is better pizza than Supreme around Boston but I was still very pleased with my traditional pie mushroom. I recommend Supreme.

Syrene Reilly: I have been going here almost 2 years for regular mani pedi an occasional facial. They always take their time and never rush. Though I do not order any special treatment, they massage, use scrubs, and hot rocks, especially if they know you as a good customer. I have a problematic toe nail that is prone to pinching and ingrowing, and they always do what is needed to make it right. A mani/pedi for $50-$60 in Boston is a great deal. Gary Snavely: Called and they quoted $35.00 for a "Spa Pedicure" just like it's stated on the website. After service she charged me $40.00 on my credit card. I questioned the amount and she said it was to clean!??? Is that not what a pedicure is for? Beware: Confirm the price before you begin!!! Pedicure was average at best, nothing to write home about...
Highly Productive: They did a really amazing Job. Try to get there a little early so you can find meter parking. Pricey but worth it.
Carolyn Ross: I want to love this place. It's convenient, has lots of color options, and they do a thorough job on the manicure. But my manicurist was so rough and made every single cuticle bleed with the dremel. Not only is it painful, but it can't be hygienic either.

Wendy Law: I wish I had read the reviews before ordering online. The first order confirmation said up to 21 days for processing, but then when I contacted customer service, I got a generic response of “we’re extreme busy, orders taking 21 days or more to process” and they could not give me any other updates. It’s been almost a month now and still no update on delivery. 😡***Wow! After your response yesterday stating that my order would be shipped by the end of the week, now I get an email saying my order has been cancelled???!!! What kind of business are you running here!? This seems a bit retaliatory? I just wanted the products I ordered, never asked the order be cancelled! Horrible business! I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General’s office!***

Mo Shen: Horrible online customer service. I bought a birthday gift for a friend which did not even ship out 2 weeks after placing the order. I emailed them to cancel since it wouldn’t arrive on time. They gave a rude response as if I was at fault for not reading their FAQ about sale items (the FAQ made no mention of cancellations about sale items, and based on a few of the reviews below this store has no problem with randomly cancelling items even after an order is placed). Honestly, if they had just apologized and gave me an estimated shipment date I would have been fine even if they didn’t allow cancellations. But the customer service was abysmal, responses were obviously super low effort or copy-pasted, and still no update on when my order will even be SHIPPED, let alone delivered.

Was told that since the purchase I made was "in high demand" I cant have my order cancelled. All sizes are in stock still for both shoes. What demand? Customer service email is absolutely useless. You get the BS canned answer that they cant do anything. The truth is that they can and they dont want to.Disputing this with my card company. Most of the recent reviews on this place are negative, I wish I knew that before. Cue the owner somehow blaming this atrocious customer service and bad business practice on me below. Do the right thing and process my refund and I'll change my review.UPDATE: After disputing the transaction with my card company I was able to finally get a cancellation notice and refund. I would advise anybody in the same situation do the same thing. They make it difficult on purpose.Bodega could be the last shoe store on Earth and I'd go barefoot. Never again.

Not only did I have to wait 2 weeks for any order confirmation to be sent to me, I received an email this morning that my order was canceled. I REALLY wanted those sneakers. Quentin Tucker: Finally received my order after exactly one month. I purchased 3 pairs of shoes , at a great price. But I soon realized “you get what you pay for”Opened my box to find one shoe box damaged. I ignored that part in my complaint because you can’t wear the shoe box. But the way my box was packed , was wild in itself. If a company is so busy that you must wait 21 business days for an order to ship , you would think said company would be invested in proper packaging.I checked the first box and found a clearly worn pair of shoes. Clearly worn with scuff marks, toe box stains , outsole stains and all. When I reached out I was told I can keep the shoes and get 15% off or return them for a full refund , and then make another order. But then at that point I must wait another 21 BUSINESS days for my shoes. All of this FOR BODEGA’S MISTAKE.Not only am I asked to be patient for extended shipping times , I’m also asked to tolerate and be understanding of Bodega’s poor processes and execution.Why is there no urgency in fixing your mistake ? Why is there no formal exchange process? Why no accountability, here as a business ?Whoever reads this be careful shopping online here. If you buy any sales items you’re not going to be treated like a regular customer 🤯🤯.

Blank Facee: DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY ! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & NO PROFESSIONALISM!I ordered 3 shirts from them recently . In the initial confirmation email they informed me due to high volume order would ship within 21 days. I was fine with that… After about 4 full weeks(28 days) and not being sent , I contacted them to see if I could cancel my order, they told me I couldn’t because my shirts were sale items. Not ideal but this isn’t even my issue.. it gets worse.The issue is the items still weren’t shipped for another few days and all of a sudden they told me one of my shirts would be canceled & refunded.. they did process a partial refund. However, one email said a specific shirt would be canceled but the shipping info said that same shirt had been sent. From there I knew something was fishy but I had no option but to wait until my package arrived for final results. Upon receiving my package today ,I noticed they only sent ONE SHIRT.. I waited over a month for a package, which was almost 2 weeks longer than they told me , just to only receive 1/3 of what I originally ordered !! Never again!! This has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had .
DJ: Should've of read the reviews before making a purchase online regarding their unreasonable fulfillment time. Ordered my item a week ago (6+ business days), and it still hasn't been shipped out yet. WHY NOT PUT OUT A DISCLAIMER BEFORE MAKING THE PURCHASE THAT THE FULFILLMENT MAY TAKE UP TO 21 DAYS ( why on earth is this your online order policy? just stop doing online orders period if this is the case). Anyways when I reached out their response was "Thank you for reaching out DJ and for your patronage. Your last order is currently being fulfilled. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it leaves our facility."..........that was four days ago.INCOMPETENT

Paul Keady: Leaving one star because I have to. Absolutely ridiculously rude bouncer. The bouncer randomly thought I’d been drinking so didn’t let me in, even though I was not drunk. Every single person that enters bodega has been drinking. I was disrespected and even when my girlfriend told him she was drunk he said she could go in but I couldn’t. The bouncer just decided to single me out for no reason, again I was not intoxicated. He would not give us an explanation and wouldn’t even let us speak to a manager when we asked to. I have never encountered someone so rude and entitled in my life. I will never go here again and I highly suggest no one else ever attempt to go here. I quite literally was completely fine and told I could not enter for no reason and was not even allowed to talk to anyone. I highly suggest you do not waste your time here

Joshua Parker: This might be a great place to shop “in store.” Please be warned though for all that read this - their customer service is absolutely atrocious. I’m not just being hateful when I say that it really shouldn’t even exist. They literally never give a personal response. It’s just automated garbage that is completely unhelpful. And I seriously wish anyone good luck buying from them online. My first experience ordering online was a 3 week wait period before waiting to ship. It never did so I finally cancelled. I tried again a few months later. Surprisingly, it went well. So I thought, I’ll give them another try. Well, same as before. Waiting for weeks on a shipment with no updates or customer service help of any kind. In a world that is substantially based on e-commerce, this kind of service is absolutely unacceptable. They need to do away with online orders and stick to selling in shop, I’ve heard the shop is a good experience.
