Alejandro Bohorquez: The place is a zoo. Employees were shouting at the top of their voice from the moment we entered the place, through our entire meal, to the moment we crossed the door to leave. If this is a company strategy to get customers to spend a shorter time in the premises, it’s working. However, I’m not coming back. I came in with my elderly mother at 2:15pm on a Thursday, and sat to have our bowls at the very back but could not have a normal conversation because the noise was unbearable. Can the company not offer proper training to employees about professionalism?

We happened to be there while they were not too busy so we had a relaxing dinner without large crowds on a rainy evening in Boston.

Staff are very accommodating to long wait times (it’s a very popular place so of course it’s busy), however I’m not a huge fan of ordering in person because communication is not always the best. Some staff seem to speak primarily in another language, which is amazing because I speak Spanish as well, but I often have to get a little pushy to repeat up to three times to get the toppings I’d like. I’ve asked for two portions of chicken before and even held up my two of my fingers to help, but was only given one scoop and was given a face when I clarified what I meant. Nothing serious, just remember to have some patience ; )

Natalee Braun: I did not realize that online ordering was the only option, even if you're at the restaurant. After trying to juggle logins, passwords, etc. without success the manager kindly offered to make our two salads and provided them free of charge to compensate for our difficulty ordering - excellent customer service. She also noted that she would suggest to management that online ordering offer a "checkout as a guest" option rather than customers being required to set up an account. I'll definitely be patronizing this location for their excellent salads when I return to Boston.

Michelle Lee: It's officially six minutes after their opening time and they have customers waiting in the cold outside as they were late with checking inventory. One was even having breakfast on the side and all were aware that the door was locked, and again, it is incredibly chilly outside. I genuinely wish they at least acknowledged the delay, apologized, and offered for customers to wait inside. I wish I could give zero stars because that was truly unprofessional beyond belief. They add too much sauce, often forget the bread for online orders, and didn’t know the recipe in the chicken tostada bowl.

Nadia Neil: I went in to get some food but to also return a drink I bought 2 days ago when I was there. The taste was way off like it had gone bad and had a weird bitter bite to it. They kept trying to brush it off like it was just because the tea is unsweetened. I know the tea is unsweetened. I drink Unsweetened tea, that is not the problem. Offered me a refund or replacement- then promptly rescinded the offer, demanding my receipt.I also ordered the hot honey chicken plate. My plate was made and waited next to her at the register next to her as I looked for the receipt. Then as I am at the register, looking for the receipt for the drink someone comes from the back to swap out my already proportioned and covered plate. I look up at the woman, a manager who came out to speak to me about the drink, and she just laughed.I leave. I go to eat, food definitely does not taste as good as usual but on top of that there is a weird suddenly strong bad flavor I cannot identify. I spit it out and throw the rest of the plate away. I later feel sick and super out of it later.So if drugging people or contaminating the food is how they treat customers who were not rude, but just had a complaint, you may want to save your money and go elsewhere.

Michael Chen: One of the worst locations of sweetgreen I’ve ever been to. I ordered on Postmates and when I arrived to the location, they said they didn’t have it. Either someone stole it or it was thrown out. Shouldn’t employees make sure the orders reach the hands of the right customer? They were unwilling to remake my order. They act like the food they serve comes directly out of their pay checks. No wonder why the place was empty. Terrible service, unwelcoming, and irresponsible. When I worked at sweetgreen my manager would never allow this kind of behavior.

Kelly Thompson: I placed an order through SweetGreens for a client meeting that my boss was hosting. Everything was confirmed - even received an email this morning letting me know my order was being prepared.When it came time for the food to be delivered, i was tracking the delivery person and kept getting an update that the order was delayed. The order now delayed 45 minutes and I keep getting an update that it will be delivered in "15 more minutes". Of course, the delivery person doesn't pick up my calls. I tried contacting the store, but they make it impossible to get ahold of anyone directly at the store by sending you through 20 prompts.Long story short after waiting 45 minutes and letting my boss know that the meal is delayed, I get a lovely message saying the store has cancelled my order...Nothing to explain the cancellation and no call from the store to explain directly.I have no issues with Sweetgreen for my boss in California, so I don't know if it's for this one location in Boston. However, I think cancelling an order when you already have a delivery person onsite waiting for the order, is a bit of an upset for this store.

Jay Dupont: Any salad with romaine lettuce is consistently sandy. They don't was their lettuce thoroughly. If you enjoy eating a teaspoon of sand with your salad then this place is for you. If you are like me and don't want to visit a dentist every time you eat lunch here, then avoid this place. SweetGreen don't send me an automated reply asking that I reach out to you, just wash your sandy lettuce.
Marcus Sanders: It was my first time eating at a sweet greens and I must say that the food was fresh and the staff was exceptional. My server was Christian, he did a great job being patient while I built my own salad. I’d definitely recommend this location and will indeed return!
Jones Mckenley: I'm late but I told him I wouldn't forget, and I didn't. Christian was THE BOMB! Granted he just made me a salad right, but it was his energy. His friendliness salesmanship and his willingness to upsell for the shop with no incentive was great. Place a QR code at the register so you guys can get more reviews. He was 👌 Awsome.

I just had my third salad in probably the past 6 mo that was either undressed or failed to include meat and they don’t respond to any feedback tickets which is just unacceptable for mistakes like that. I pay $12, leave, then find out I didn’t get what I paid for, then get no response from the company and eat a lackluster lunch. I feel this location is going downhill. Each time I pulled up the menu in the past month, they’re missing so many ingredients. So, no customer service whatsoever, lack of care in preparing orders, and a failure to keep a consistent menu. Not great

Asked for Brussels sprouts in place of the missing item and she said "no that doesn't come with the salad it's a premium item." But of course it's full price for a salad that's missing an ingredient god forbid you throw five brussel sprouts on the damn thing to make up for lacking all the original ingredients. Wouldn't have been so bad if she hadn't been rolling her eyes at me the whole time.

Mona Jalal: Kale Caesar salad from this place is my favorite health food at around 450 calories. The staffs are very polite and friendly and there’s not much wait time. The only caveat is the store does not have a water machine. Addition of water to the store would be really great. I love sitting on the chair outside the store and do people watching at Copley Sq. The store is conveniently located right off Copley Square green line MBTA. The prices are reasonable. The portions are filling.Update: today I tried guacamole 🥑 greens with green goddess dressing and I really liked it. Highly recommend it.

Behzad NP: My wife and I are big fans of sweetgreens and have tried the new york and boston branches quite often. This one branch, however, was, sadly, a terrible experience. The portion of salad and dressing was too small, and the quality was nowhere near the other branches we've tried. Sad to see a good brand losing its quality like this.

M: This location sees a lot of traffic, but they do not make pickup easy. Every time I've come, I've had to go to counter to get my order, and they don't attend to you in a timely manner, they will stare for several minutes without communicating, and then gesture towards the back of the line, as if they don't know they have pickup orders held behind the counter. Why not just put them in the designated drop-off area, since you clearly don't want to be bothered? The staff are rude. I haven't experienced rudeness at any other location. Only this one, and it is consistent.

I walked in to this sweet green location and asked Kamal if it was possible to make 20 salads on the spot and he agreed! Best customer service ever! Would give this 6 stars if I could!

The blackened chicken was deliciously charred and spiced, paired with the warm mushroom mix making such a tasty and hearty bowl. I love fresh citrus squeezes and being able to get that was amazing!Now I know why everyone raves about this place. Consider me impressed! Definitely coming back for more of these warm bowls!
Avuj Spada: The portion size was like eating a half bowl. Salad, chicken, tofu was like scooped correct amount and emptied to half before pouring into the bowl. And they won’t replace empty food containers so for example quinoa ran out so you will need to eat whatever is left like e.g. rice. At the end, i ate half bowl and i ordered 5. All mixed up, incorrect ingredients in my order. Ripping off NE students everyday who won’t talk back. Hated this place.
