MTSL METRO: Metro Transport uses Hajiani Services since 2014.Everything was so far great, But Now I just noticed many problems with the taxes that he did fill for the company. when I tried to contact him he does not call back or text back or email back untill he feels want to do it, and still you can not get a clear answer.Please try to check the accuracy of your taxes.I appologize for recommending him in the past but when I found problems and finally got a chance to discuess them with him, he simply said: oh this is long time ago!!! and also tried to blame me because he said to me : " you gave permission to file your taxes" Like blame yourself for not double checking?!!!please double check.

Once that was finished they transferred the work to a senior tax associate.The senior I have been working with has stayed the same over the two years and Tuan Huang is so good I am giving him a shout out here! The partnership return was even more seamless the second year because I was able to immediately start working with Tuan, since the basics had been covered the previous year. He had my return done a couple weeks faster than they previously estimated when I paid the invoice upfront, and well ahead of the deadline.Long story short, this is a great tax firm! I would recommend using them no matter where you live in the US because they are 100% online and have a few offices around the country.

Ari Weiland: I paid Dimov Associates $720 for help filing quarterly taxes for me and my wife. They did not help us file quarterly taxes, and their estimations for our 2022 taxes were off by tens of thousands of dollars. One of the biggest wastes of money I've ever spent.

Ryan Morris: I worked with a rep here who suggested that I wave certain penalties and fees last year (2021) related to health insurance. After doing so, I was penalized and asked to pay almost $2k to the MA dept of revenue. I have reached out multiple times to this branch and they said that rep would call me back by EOD. never happened. I reached out 3 times without any assistance. My "professional" led me in the wrong direction and didnt have the decency to call me back and resolve the issue. Wont be using HR block again, especially at this location in southie

Manuel González: The cost of my return was not what I expected. I was never given an accurate cost estimate until after I had completed the Tax Return. It was extremely expensive and I will submit my Tax Return on Turbo Tax next year. I also did not like that I had to write multiple messages to get a phone/video consult. I received 2 calls but never felt like I went through my Tax Return to really understand it. I never got any questions so everything fell on me to tell HR block about my potential deductions (e.g., my wife's a teacher and took a lot of classes last year).
