Alicia White: Husband and I have been living in North Carolina since October of last year. They sent me an excise tax bill at my new residence. I sent an abatement letter, nobody ever got back to me. But they had no problem tacking on another $30. I will pay it out of the frustration of not wanting to continually dealing with this state. Get out of Mass while you can!
Sebastian Anchea: Your rep, Yahsaiah or whatever his name is so stupid. Couldn’t even locate the right account, I was trying to speak about. Put me on hold and then hung up since it seems he can’t even do something as simple as locating an account, felt like I was losing brain cells during my whole conversation with him.
Jason Mazar-Kelly (YogiJay): Representative lied about closing time because he felt like our conversation was going too long. I asked for kindness and respect in regards to a confusing tax matter. I didn't swear and kept a calm tone throughout. Shame on you and shame on this state. How can anyone be expected to pay taxes if the state can't provide the promised services.

MTSL METRO: Metro Transport uses Hajiani Services since 2014.Everything was so far great, But Now I just noticed many problems with the taxes that he did fill for the company. when I tried to contact him he does not call back or text back or email back untill he feels want to do it, and still you can not get a clear answer.Please try to check the accuracy of your taxes.I appologize for recommending him in the past but when I found problems and finally got a chance to discuess them with him, he simply said: oh this is long time ago!!! and also tried to blame me because he said to me : " you gave permission to file your taxes" Like blame yourself for not double checking?!!!please double check.

Marriott Starbucks: The WORST. It’s IMPOSSIBLE to get a representative on the phone. Even if the options are there it’ll then say NO ONE is currently taking that line for EVERY LINE. There’s issues that can’t be discussed with a dumb automated voice. I tried calling a different office too but they “transferred me” and my call was hung up bcs it’s busy? What happen to waiting otp until it’s me turn? Hate it! who tf even watches over these people!?They purposely even delete reviews on google!
