Madeline Kosse: I tried to call this service for a ride, they accepted it and charged me for it. Only when the driver arrive did it become clear that they had misunderstood and were only expecting to take me 5 miles for quite a high price. When I told them where I wanted to go, they quoted a ridiculously high price that I was unwilling to pay. I know it was a misunderstanding and said that I did not want the ride at all and apologised. Would have been fine if they accepted that, but they wasted a lot of time and made me miss the bus because they refused to give my money back for a journey that I did not want to take. Eventually they did agree to reimburse, but I shouldn't have had to argue! If you tell someone you will provide a service and take their money but then fail to provide the service, you need to give the money back right away.

Howard Kimball: I've used this service for the last two years and couldn't be happier! They are always prompt, the car is always VERY clean, and the driver consistently courteous. Whenever I need a ride to or from the airport (and I travel frequently), this is the company I call. They are good drivers, and are personable, reliable, and safe in my opinion.

Molly Sullivan: Had a really negative experience. Got into the Taxi from the airport at midnight and let him know I was going to Chelsea. He almost refused me because he wasn’t going to make any money from the trip but I told him I’m really sorry I’m just trying to get home. It’s a 15 minute drive and it wasn’t like I could walk home. The whole drive he was moaning and groaning and I was feeling uneasy just felt I needed to share.
Joy: I just had a fantastic experience with this company. They are conscientious and trustworthy. They were picking up my son at Logan Airport and taking him to meet a bus in Framingham that was delivering him back to his school. My son's flight came into Logan late and it took forever for him to get his bags. The driver stayed in touch with my son and me the whole time until he got out to the curb. Then, the driver got him to Framingham in the nick of time (while still driving safely). What I really appreciated was, if they had missed my son's bus connection, the driver was prepared to drive my son all the way to his school, which was 2 additional hours away. The communication was excellent and I felt the driver (and the company as a whole) cared about my son's safety and well-being. I will use this company every time he has to go back to school.Service:Limousines
