Royaltea Boston: what do users think?
Alex C: We really enjoyed our Brown Sugar Milk Tea, and this place has cheese foam as a topping, which we love. Service was quick too. It's tucked away down stairs, so it can be easy to miss.
Thomas Vasili: Love this place!
Jean Chin: Must go place. Love love love
Ju: Royaltea, where you’ll have some royalty boba! I always have such a joyful time at Royaltea and exploring all their boba options. There is some indoor seating and plenty of boba options to choose from. Staff is friendly and the boba comes out quickly. Definitely recommend Royaltea!
Jose Solares: Really great tasting and good variety
Ed Chen: Great flavor and affordable price. Just like what I had in Taiwan.
Anne Chao: 不會太死甜的好喝珍奶,但其實我最常點的是西柚之美,酸酸甜甜真好喝! 店裡面座位不多也蠻窄的,建議外帶。
Gia Huy Hoang: Today i had a really bad experiment at this place. We entered the store at 9:40 p.m. We ordered 2 Taro Fresh Milk Tea and 3 different drinks. But a Chinese woman who was an employee made wrong order for us. She was using a phone while made order for us. We ordered 2 Taro Fresh Milk Tea but she made 1 Taro Milk Tea, and it was the mistake. When we received the drinks, we told her that we ordered two Fresh Taro Milkteas instead of one Taro Milktea. But she was angry with us when we complainted about that. That was the worst experiment in my life.
Pavel Schmitt: The quality of the tea is pretty good, however it's gotten ridiculously expensive. The cups got smaller but the prices went up, you are paying almost $10 for a tea and you can barely see any bubbles in it. Disappointing
samar .a: Such delicious drinks, and they're not overpriced. Loved the cheese lychee one. Good thing that you can regulate your sugar level. 30% sugar for was sweet 😁
Shannon Sickler: Love there lemon green tea
Tommy Sands: excellent fruit tea. So AZN
Maria R: Just delivering
J L: Waiting 40 mins and still waiting with absolutely no acknowledgement from staff. Someone ordered after me left with their order and we are still waiting. They have no idea how to prioritize. They literally start making our drinks after we inquired.Response: we completely understand under staff and holiday however, that is no excuse for customers ordering after us receiving their orders before us. If busy and understaffed, perhaps pausing your multiple online ordering systems so attention is given to your customers in the store.
Ashley Qu: Our go-to spot in Chinatown. Lots of variety, fresh teas (not powder), and rather efficient service. We love their fruit teas, and the boba is decent. Even when they were super busy pre-pandemic, I don't think I waited for too long (10-15min). Only downside is that the place is tiny and a little hidden away - I would recommend takeout/delivery.
Pin-Chieh Chen: 3/5
Giselle Torres, Esquire: Teas are fit for a King and/or Queen, but don’t expect the royal treatment.
Deena QK: Good variety and lots of options to customize your order
Alaze: The bubbles aren’t good but the tea is decent
Kelly Doan: Found a nice small place for fruit tea. Was craving for a fruit tea that I had in China, so I had to try this spot.

LimeRed Teahouse (Boston): what do users think?
Ariel Kuo: Very recommended! The boba is fantastic! The tea flavor is authentic and robust. The milk is whole milk, not powder. You can modify the sugar level, and it tastes precisely like a classic Taiwan boba tea shop; in fact, I think this boba tea shop is better than Teazzi in Chinatown (can compete). Please come and try if you take the T pass by Packards Corner.這間珍奶超級好喝!可以與中國城的慈禧匹敵!想念臺灣的珍奶一定要來喝!茶味香奶味濃(不是奶粉)珍珠Q,環境優又乾淨!重點是價格超甜啊啊啊啊啊!
Josephine Lee: Approved by Taiwanese. It’s so good and authentic compared to Taiwanese boba milk tea. Luv it so much!!! Feel like home 🤩🤩🤩
bri G: Yummy bobaFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Evgenïa Moisseeva: Poorly done :( I ordered a hot matcha latte. I emphasized that I wanted it hot, although cashier didn't ask me how I wanted it. Imagine my surprise when I saw an iced coffee in front of me. Instead of correcting her mistake and preparing a new dating young lady simply poured over iced drink in a new jar without ice and warmed it up. I got a lukewarm milk with a vanishing taste of matcha for 5 dollars.
Elaine Zheng: My favorite teahouse / cafe to go to for their organic drinks and delicious desserts, it’ll be hard to find an empty table later in the afternoon. Going there early in the morning is always a good solution ;) the matcha icecream, honeycomb waffle, butter mochi and cheese cake are SOOO GOOOD
Thalia Iturriaga: I had a concern with my rewards and it was addressed with politeness. The tea in this place is very good .
Lucy Reed: Excellent lychee jasmine tea - both the tea and lychee flavor are strong and complement each other well. I also enjoyed the Assam milk tea and the red velvet cake. You get great value for what you pay.
avery ruffle: my absolute favorite place for bubble tea :) the tea itself is so delicious. and the waffles are so yummy!
Avni Sharma: Milk tea is excellent. Tried nearly every variety and none of them disappoint!
V Si: It's OK, the eggpuff(waffle) is soft, no flavor. I am disappointed....the drinks are also the same
Adam Adedoyin: this is one of the best coffee shops I’ve ever been to everything was amazing the boba is a must try
John Lopez: Went in and took over 2hrs for a few Boba drinks and stale frozen and covered in ice cake. My family member hyped this place so much, but I’ll personally never be going back. Spent way too much money for what I got, I honestly felt ripped off. Even after spending over $70 ends up staff didn’t included everything since staff missed part of my order, I rather just have coffee and cake at home where I know my cake is fresh and not frost ridden.
Pedro Cueva: By far the best Boba tea I've had in the Boston area, especially for hot tea options. Pastries also don't disappoint, especially their macaroons.
Cheymony Fennell: Ordered the brown sugar milk boba & it was perfect! The sweetness was not too overpowering sometimes I usually get a headache if it is but it was just the right balance. A huge plus because the straws weren’t actually plastic but they were biodegradable straws!
Conor Cara: Well I would have loved it, as I visited recently and had a tasty drink but it was closed this time?
Alyssa: The jasmine milk tea with boba is amazing!! I also love that they have a rewards program.
Minidot Studio: one of the workers (the long hair girl) has bad attitude and do not respect customer!
Mo Araghchini: Nice, cosy coffeeshop :)
Gary Ho: Favorite Coffee to Go!
E T: Friendly staff. Love their boba texture
Ayush Pandey: Got a delivery from these guys and made our birthday boy's special. Thanks guys!!

Tsaocaa Boston: what do users think?
Trang Mai: We got mango yogurt and colorful passion fruit. The drinks are great! Very refreshing! But this location looks run down...
Joe L: Drinks were good but the cashier are very rude.Food: 5/5|Service: 1/5|Atmosphere: 1/5 …More
Alvin Lin: great tea and snacks!
zhenhua li: Ewwwwww disgusting dirty everywhere
Chandra Sekhar Deepala: Nice tea, great customization?
ecmie luki: We love the drinks at tsaocaa so much we come here almost every time we’re in Chinatown! We always make a point to try something new and are very rarely disappointed! Staff are friendly and open to making adjustments on drinks to fit your taste. We personally really like their coconut slush drinks! The interior isn’t the best for hanging out—it looks nice on the surface but it’s kind of dark (probably because underground) and the furniture is kind of dirty.
Summer Wang: Tea was tasty but the place was a bit too dirty for my taste. I was planning to sit down for 5 mins while waiting for a friend to arrive - end up leaving the place since the table was super sticky. I like the self-serve machine in store. All the products have its own picture so it was easy to pick the tea I wanted. However, picking up the order was confusing again as the staff didn’t call our name nor providing a order number. Anyway, it could be a nice shop if they keep the store clean.
Erik Chou: It’s boba.
Audra W: One of the best bubble tea spots in Chinatown especially if you like fruit teas. I personally like the grapefruit peach tea which comes with jelly but have tried other flavors which are also great. Vast menu selection with customizable ice/sugar levels that are accurate so you can get drinks that are not too sweet and you can taste the real fruit. Quick service but not much seating inside the shop.
samara dozier: Love the iced grapefruit green tea and the colorful fruit tea they are my favorites.
Julie Zhao: Forgot my order until I went up and checked again - waited for 15 min. Zero organization.
Derek Nguyen: Don’t come here, customer service is terrible
nhu: Place has scammed many people. Tells customer that the receipt machine is broken and forces you to wait an hour, then tells you that if you don’t have the receipt, they cannot make you a drink. Has happened on multiple occasions. Don’t waste your money👍🏼
Alyssa Ruan: If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My friend and I came into the shop and ordered the Hong Kong Egg Waffle. When we were handed the drinks, we were told it’d be 15 minutes. After patiently waiting for 25 minutes, we asked again if it would be any longer and the girl working up front said 2-3 more minutes. We waited again, except we had been there for over 45 minutes now. We ask again and she goes “Do you have a receipt?” And their machine didn’t even print a receipt for us to begin with. Then she refused to refund us without a receipt, even though we were told on two occasions that the food was still being prepared. Utterly frustrating. We left without our correct items and weren’t refunded.I’m not sure of the names of the workers. But we were there on 6/21/2022 from 8:15 PM - 9:20 PM.
L Yvonne: I don't know why the young ladie who work there have a bad attitude? I’m the customer and she’s being rude? And this happened not only ones! Before I love this place and the worker who work here before is really nice and friendly, But after those few time Never coming back again
JIN Y: The worker from there cancel my order for no reason and after she canceled my order she didn’t tell my why she canceled the order. I ordered no just one drinks and she just cancel it and I don’t know why. I was waiting there for five minutes, when I look up, she is on her phone , I was so confused so I walk up and ask why she is not doing my drinks, she said: sorry , you order has been canceled . It’s a very bad experience in this place 😅😅 never again It's stupid.
Hieu Nguyen: Is Gongcha is too much for u try some Tsaocaa. They have some seasonal drinks so you have more options. No tables and seats to stay in.Drinks are good for the price.Takeout: Yes …More
Trancy Zhu: I went to their Pittsburg store and had a great experience, but unfortunately it’s not as impressive here… Most of their items were sold out on a Weds afternoon (many of them are milk tea) so there were only fruit teas available pretty much. Got the mango grapefruit tea 杨枝甘露 but it felt watered down, the fruits were also cut in irregular shapes that can’t be picked up by a straw. The size is quite small for a $6.5 total drink too…
Goushi Kubota: Tsaocaa always has the best fruit drinks. If you ever need a refreshing fruit tea or smoothie definitely go give this place a try.
Yaya Ku: Very impressive! The tea they used is in high quality, and the milk tea series really stand out to me (as a tea addict!). If you prefer milky milk tea, you might need to order some specific items, with assist of the staff. But if you are like me who enjoy tea-y drinks, then you will enjoy most of the drinks. By the way, I found the staff very friendly and helpful.

Mem Tea Imports: what do users think?
Jonathan G. Westerling: Excellent store for "tea snobs" like me. Loose leaf tea with knowledgeable sales people. Best part is that the generous "sample" size bags are 10g, which is enough to make 3 cups. You can either 1) share a tasting with someone else and/or 2) take two servings to decide that you want to come back and take the plunge for a much larger bag. Thanks for being there!
Patricia Jibben: My favorite tea is Jasmine pearls. It can be brewed several times and has a wonderful smell while brewing. They have several varieties of teas both herbal and tea leaf blends. They have multiple sizes to choose from including a sample size. I usually get 4 oz bags and then try a new tea.Fun place to visit and helpful staff. Clean and well organized and the teas are always high quality.
Beth Gaudette: so helpful and great selection
Nathan Camerlin: Literally everyone who works here is so incredibly nice! Great place to shop for anyone interested in tea. You can buy nearly any tea in a little sampler size if you just want to try something new :)
Gilbert Tsang: Great place for all things tea related.
Alex P: Stepping into this shop noticeably separates you from the hustle and bustle of a busy city. Great customer service. Please continue selling the Wakoucha tea forever! Many high end restaurants around Boston serve Mem Tea, a nod to the quality.
T Pham: Best tea shop in Massachusetts! They offer a wide selection of all different types of tea that are delicious and of the highest quantity. Customer service is top-notch as well. Highly recommended!
Sunny Qin: I love this tea place! Huge selection of loose leaf tea!
Jessica Silva: If you love tea, or if you want to try tea but don't know what to get, this is the place to go! You can get sample sizes of literally everything they have in there, and larger sizes for when you find something you really enjoyed. Everything is organized very neatly and in sections (black tea, white tea, oolongs, herbals etc) so it's not very overwhelming. If you visit while Jason is working there, you are in for a treat! His enthusiasm for tea is very infectious and he knows the answer to just about any question you might have - he is a fantastic salesman and very fun to talk to! MEM recently brought back carafes of hot tea samples for you to try while you browse. I love visiting MEM Tea and all of the tea I've purchased from here so far!
Toby Rockwell: If you're a tea drinker, this is Mecca, a place of pilgrimage. Vast assortment of tea of all kinds white green black pu-ehr and of course matcha. It's a great place to talk to the staff to expand your horizons on the tea front. If you have a couple favorites let them know you're inclinations you will come out with half a dozen new good friends in the tea world.
Stephen Keen: Best tea place in Massachusetts! Fantastic range of loose teas.
Sheel Patel: Great offering of teas and knowledgeable staff. They supply many Boston/New England cafes and restaurants, and for good reason!
Alina Simerzin: Best tea store in Mass! Purchasing for more than 3 years now, always good!
Dimitri Seremetis: Popcorn and spinach tea.
Frederick Copeman: This store has the most inconvenient hours in the world. Closed three days a week, 11-4 on Saturday’s?!?! I would’ve spent hundreds of dollars here over the past few years but their loss!
Ricky Shaffer: Great variety, delicious teas, and very knowledgeable staff
Joyce mann: I purchased mem tea from a store. I tried to find the amount in grams for the tea, but it appears they think their customers are too stupid, to understand if the box said either a tsp or 3 gramsI looked it up online and they only gave general information. I have green tea, for example with different amounts, different brewing times. I called and the woman who said I'm sorry you are confused. I said I'm not, I'm annoyed. She then gave me the bums rush and basically said have a good day in the middle of my next question and hung up. The tea was good, but I would buy it elsewhere, where they understand tea
L Zsolnay: Love love love their “Duchess Earl Grey” something like this. It is the only time I have ordered from a cafe (London fog from 1369 coffee house) and called back to find out their supplier. Rather expensive though 😕
Rich Morrissey: Great tea store! Love it and will become a regular!
USA College Sport Italia: Great tea!
Benjamin K: Good tea variety and some nice tea sets.

Lucia Bee: Two days ago I loved this place. Now I will probably never enjoy bubble tea again. Yesterday I got my regular tea order here and there was a dead baby cockroach in it, which I discovered because I had to pull it out of my own mouth. Checked their history of health code violations and was absolutely horrified. Repeated instances of cockroaches, mice, drain flies, unsanitary conditions, you name it. I am BEGGING you not to get food here. I can't fathom how they're still allowed to operate. If you don't believe me please look up their health code violations yourself as it's publicly available information. Do not under any circumstances patronize this establishment.EDIT: I've added a photo of the cockroach as well. I will not be emailing Kung Fu Tea's feedback team as the restaurant has already been made aware of the issue through its several failed health inspections (seven out of the eleven conducted.) I have reported the incident to the Massachusetts Department of Public Health instead.

Vivi Bubble Tea Mass Ave: what do users think?
Julie Chow: First time trying out Egg Puffs Ice cream. The egg puffs tasted good. The only downside is that they put a paper under egg puffs. The ice cream melted onto the paper so I have to lick the ice cream from the paper. It wasn't satisfying. They should consider removing the paper since they have a cup to support the egg puffs ice cream.Food: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Passion Fruit, Taro, Wings, Fried, Thai, Tiramisu Milk Tea …More
jamaih: Wow, the other location that was closed down was better. The quality has gone down hill, I ordered a large honeydew milk tea, and large taro milk tea with popping boba. For one, if you’re a boba tea fan, you can taste the cheapness in it. It doesn’t taste the same at all. The ingredients definitely have changed / less sugar is being used. You barley get any boba for what the cost is now. It’s $1.25 for popping boba. That’s expensive. They don’t even fill it with boba like king fu tea would. Overall, I’m all set. You can literally go up the street (china town) (walking distance) to several boba tea places and find much cheaper price for better quality. Boba tea shouldn’t be $18. Use to be $14. It’s a drink. Not food!
Adriana Reyes: Ordered the popcorn chicken and was not impressed. The chicken pieces are mostly fat and it looks undercooked at times when you bite through the meat…
Joe Kostigen2: So happy I found this place 😋Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Takoyaki …More
Martin Chan: nice
Jea Kim: Great place to get some rice bowls and chicken.Vivi’s has been one of my go-to spot for a quick lunch. Although, their specialty seems to be bubble tea, they do an amazing job with the popcorn chicken and the rice bowls. All the rice bowls have the same classic Japanese bowl toppings - seaweed salad, pickled ginger and pickled radish. Among the 4 bowl options, beef and onion bowl was my favorite, and the combination of pickled ginger and greasy beef and onions was especially satisfying. Their popcorn chicken was also very tender, and I would recommend getting either the basil or the curry flavor.
Salem Tompkins: Everyone was very nice and the food was delicious. I got the lychee oolong tea and it was heavenly.
Charles Blakeman: Great bubble tea and Onigri. My favorite is Passion Fruit tea with Mango Pop.
Sophie Kristie: The two Boba teas were fine. The black milk tea was pretty good I thought it was strange that you had to include a bubble in the topping with extra costs but that’s OK it was pretty good anyway. The honeydew was very good as well but it did taste a slight bit of artificial flavoring. The barbecue sausage was very good but a little pricey.
Zulu Adam: It's very delicious
Rebecca Chen: I normally go to vivi bubble in quincy one ordered popcon chicken all the time, thought vivi at Mass ave would be the same. But the Popcon chicken is not crispy and the tarot crepe is even worse, melt and the crepe is not soft at all. I would recommend lady M if u ever gonna order crepe.
Dilan G.: Brown sugar and coffee jelly tea was great!
Ada Shaw: I like the kumquat tea. Their fried chicken is delicious, they offer multiple flavours as well.
Caro G: Rude staff

Mehedi Ahasan: I am so upset. My popcorn chicken was cold was I received it. And even worse, the female worker had the audacity to tell me it was suppose to be like that because they take it out! I have been to the Vivi here at Mass Ave many times, as well as the one in Brighton, and it’s never been cold. You’re hot food is never suppose to be cold.I ordered so much today too. I ordered popcorn chicken, two rice bowls, two large drinks, the egg waffle, and an onigiri. So while my popcorn chicken was being reheated or redone (I don’t know which), my egg waffle was cooling down and wasn’t going to be as crispy.

Desiree Gannett: Ordered bagel with cream cheese toasted. Bagel was at least a day old, extremely hard. Little to 0 cream cheese on bagel. It was barely toasted it was cold in the middle and hard as a rock. Was inedible in a waste of $3.50.

Rick Wardell: Lived in the South End for many years but had never been to Jaho, was walking by this morning and decided to check it out. That was a mistake! I ordered an asiago bagel toasted with cream cheese. The woman who helped me, was no help at all with attitude. The worst part was the bagel. When I got home and tried to cut the bagel in half, I knew I was in trouble, it was hard as hell. I honestly had to use 2 different knives to cut it, squishing the most of cream cheese out. Then, I tried to take a bite, at least 3 times, I couldn't..... It was a big mess. I just threw it away There is a good reason I have never been here!

Simp: It's a very relaxing place, they have multiple delicious options and I definitely would recommend this cozy little spot to all of my friends. I'm sure they'd all love it just as much. I can't wait to go back again, be sure to add Tea-Do on your list of places to go, whether you live in the Boston area or just visiting! It's worth it I promise!I very specifically had the Baked Salmon Onigri and a Passion fruit green tea with mango boba. The tea was sweet and smooth, and exactly what I hoped it would be, and the Onigri is served with a spicy mayo cup to dip in, MAN it was just fantastic. I really wanna go there again as soon as I can it was amazing.
