Lookout Rooftop and Bar: what do users think?
David Previti: Fun atmosphere
Chris Bravo: I Broke up with my GF there. That sucked . But the services was awesome sauce!
Deyvid Rocha: Chris M, the bartender, the most funny and amazing guy at this place! Amazing views, amazing drinks! Always a good time here!
Ty H.: Probably my favorite rooftop spot in the City.☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️
Andrew B: Great views
nicholas kaffl: Save your $$$$. We were in town for a family event and reserved a roof top igloo which turned out to actually be an enclosed glass room. Although it has a nice view of the city, its way overprice for what they offer. Even the bar is at best average.
Yeri Taveras: I loved the place, I had a great time, for me it was a good time but it's only for drinks and some snacks, not for dinner.
Jeffrey Cabrera: Amazing view of the city at night, great selection of lounges to reserve, (Fire pit was warm and cozy even under windy circumstances), and 10$ drinks to 20$ cocktails. Food was fairly priced, sliders were delicious! Kayla had great sprints, good laughs and very attentive. PS… be careful not to burn your menu in the firepit.
Arnav Jain: Amazing place. Beautiful view of Boston Harbor
Lolita L: Nice views! The staff are friendly and helpful,
Christopher V: Come here for the view and the apps. The cocktails are okay. Overall, it is hard to recommend the Lookout with the okay cocktails for the exorbitant prices they are charging and little atmosphere. There are other options with good views and a better atmosphere nearby.
William Follett: Too noisy, nice view
Shaday Williams: Very poor service
toni dankova: The rooftop Lookout is not kids friendly, they are not letting us inside, becauce we have kid with us. There was a lot of space but stil...
Antonia Ortiz-Grace: Awesome view and great atmosphere
Jocelyn Boucher: Nice experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The truffle fries were my favorite.
Nathalie M0202: Entrée libre, pas besoin de réserver. Magnifique vue sur downtown et barman au top. Très belle adresse
Jack Kollars: Really good lobster rolls
Ruth Akierman: Great spot for after work or pre-dinner cocktail. Views are beautiful. And they do have warming lamps to help out on a cold day.
eliza gil: My partner surprised me to this place and safe to say it's one of those experiences where I wouldn't come again. It was nice don't get me wrong but i don't get the hype. I can however see coming here with a group can be fun if you want a nice view and just appetizers and drinks. The fries where the best part. Also I'm a vegetarian so the selection was like two items for the food.
Jeet Trivedi: Cool place to Hangout with friends and with a good view had fun time during new year’s eve.

Rooftop @ Revere: what do users think?
bharat agrawal: Good place
Jade Sweeney: Closed for the season but still let us book reservations! So glad I looked the place up again to show my wife where is was located a week before our trip! We made reservations in advance (when they were open) to have dinner here for our honeymoon. No indication anywhere that they would be closing for the season! Their website will even still let you book a table. What a mess!
Michael Shumway: One of Boston's greatest views from over 20 stories high!!!! So beautiful 😍
Enrica Finotto: Beautiful view and atmosphere at the sunset, very good cocktails.
Jeremy Friedman: Lower your expectations. Made a reservation, met the hostess and they pointed us towards our barstools at a high top table. Not cleaned of the last table's mess, the drink situation was a small, crowded walk-up bar. The drink was okay, but the vibe of looking over a parking garage plus the overall dingyness was lackluster
Evelyn Ann: Maybe we went on an off night, but overall the experience was sub-par. It was our first time there and we got a pitcher of their sangria, which they filled fully with ice first and just a fruit juice mixture and what looked like Prosecco, so only got about 3 drinks out of it and would’ve cost less to get 3 individual drinks. Definitely overpriced for what we got, but can’t speak to other drinks as that’s all we got. And then they told us they’d be closing early because it was cold… however, good thing was there was plenty of seating and different types of seating. Sadly, we won’t be returning but it does have potential to be a cool spot and probably worth stopping by if you are staying at the hotel!
Julie Smith: Awesome atmosphere
Katie McHatton: Food took forever and wasn't good. Service was super slow. If you come just get your own drinks at the bar they were the only saving grace
Jessica Ann: The Rooftop @ Revere was on my bucket list for a while. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed by the service. We had a 6:30 reservation for their nicest table. When we arrived they sat us at these patio chairs with a small glass table, barely big enough for the two of us. We had waited 30 almost 40 minutes for service before we left. The staff had made eye contact and walked by us multiple times, honestly very upset about our experience! Probably wouldn’t recommend, wish I had gotten better service to provide a better review.
elma murataj: We had a great time , hostess stand amazing ! She was able to assign us a table right away with the best view and i loved it! Her name was Antonella and she made sure we were feeling comfortable and being served properly !I highly recommend it , the food and drinks ,great !We will be back next week for my friend birthday.
Juan Carlos Aguirre Borchardt: We were welcomed by customers asking for a manager. Wating staff leaving customer stranded. We gave them 30 min. Walked out. End of story.
Karim Jouini: Really not politeWe booked 3 weeks ahead, came from farAnd they cancelled on us without any notice when we arrived: "we have private event sorry"Wow... sorry couldn't put minus 5 stars ;)
Mariana Brugman: Spent my birthday there really cool chill vibes waitress had a cool tattoo and was helpful with drink options. Lobster rolls are super good
Michele Pelgantini: Top
John in LB Mallory: You can see far, but not the best parts of Boston. Food is very limited and the service is definitely substandard. Not worth going back to.
Mariana Agostinelli: The service in general is bad. Waitresses don’t seem to see you. At the bar the attendant was rude. The food takes more than an hour. Being the kitchen open they told us because that because of the big delay we couldn’t order food. It’s a pitty and a shame. We are staying at the hotel but we don’t have the desire to came back.
Samantha Graffam: This place was a nightmare. One star.is generous. I've lived in Boston for 14 years and this is by far the worst experience i've ever had. We were forced to make a reservation 2 months ago since we couldn't be seated thenThere was not a single redeeming part of our experiance. Had to wait in line for directions to the 'roof' (patio). Was sent up the elevator to the check in/host area on arrival which was empty for the 10 minutes we waited. Finally waited in line to ask the bar staff about the reservation and they laughed and told us to take any table and "for faster service, order at the bar". Proceeded to find a table that was the least soiled however very sticky with drink rings, crumbs and paper bits. Went to the bar for 'faster' service and the 3 drink order attempts were unable to be made since the premade batch blends ran out the night before. There were bees everywhere on the bar, which whatever, but if you wiped the bar occasionally you could at least clean off the dead ones. Finally settled on a couple drinks (batch made) which were jarringly sweet. Ordered apps as well as our main meal since the drink process was taking so long. Waiting... no bottled water available... second round of drinks, 1 beer and a gin&tonic (safe bet). G&T seemed heavy poured but was very obviously watered down gin. Beer that I ordered was not available but found one my husband liked which was not of the listed options. Still waiting for food... finally checked in on the food and the staff seemed shocked we hadn't received any yet, said they would ask the kitchen. Eventually got to the manager that 'called the kitchen' and walked away. Another large group that arrived 30-40 mins after us received food and we were still left waiting. Finally tracked down the manager again and they said they called it in personally. Still waiting for food... we finally closed our or tab without the food which was removed from another bartender since an hour+ had passed and we still had not received and app, never mind the entree. Finally as we were packing to leave almost 75 mins after ordering, food showed up but was somehow still messed up. The expensive (mkt price) lobster was prepared opposite to the option we ordered. We were comped this but at this point were laughing at the farce we were going through. Every person that works here needs to assess their career at this point. Complete fail on all levels. Never again. Avoid at all costs. We had ran into friends that had also rented the cabana option this same day and they had a worse experience than us and paid obscene amounts for wait staff that didn't show up for 2 hours after their reservation as well as all of the issues we went through. This place holds true to the Revere name. Gross.
MKC Productions (MKC productions): Literally the most snotty staff. I left and spent money anywhere but there. Gross hotel but the staff acts like it’s 5 star definitely my 1 and only stay
Harsh Chheda: Pretty decent place. Very limited options when it comes to food and especially vegetarian food. Only fries and flat bread is available
Alsu Traveler: The place itself was nicely planned and decorated, but the whole experience did not match the experience. Food, security and hospitality services requires management’s attention. We came there to grab a few drinks with appetizers, and we were surprised they let a party of more than 10 people to crowd our table (the guests from other party literally stopped at our table a few times, putting their drinks on our table). We shared that info with our server but it was more like sharing our thoughts with him, no actions were taken.

Over the Charles Rooftop Bar: what do users think?
Debbie Quijada: I had a great birthday celebration at this restaurant. Joe and Maria were extreme accommodating and made me and my partner feel well taken care of. The food is 9/10 but the view of the city at night is a 10/10.
Spoken Truth: I've been in Boston for 4 years and never actually had bad food(things around here are generally really good).... Well, that has finally changed.Food our party tried were abysmal and an insult to food and my taste buds. Pasta had ZERO flavor and the sandwich tasted like it was frozen/microwaved. I've cooked top ramen better than this nonsense.Do yourself a favor and only get drinks/enjoy the views.
Vedant Agarwal: If you're looking for a unique dining experience with a stunning view of the Charles River, look no further than this rooftop spot in Boston. Even though it was raining during my visit, the igloos provided a cozy and comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the view. But what really made this place stand out was the amazing service. Maria, our server, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the meal, making our experience that much more enjoyable. And speaking of the meal, the food was simply fantastic. Overall, I highly recommend this rooftop restaurant for anyone looking for delicious food, impeccable service, and a breathtaking view.
Vincent Errichetti (Taste of Massachusetts): With views of the Boston Skylineand featuring large igloos on the 16th floor,Over the Charles at the Hilton Boston-Cambridge will impressDrinks are designed to wow like The Jack Frost, hot cocktails like the Toasted Slou Cider,Or year round classics like the Margarita tower. We loved the Garganelli pastaand Mediterranean platterThe BBQ Chicken Flatbread was topped with @jacksabbycraftlagers Braised onions. And the Ahi Tuna Tartar was my favorite. We finished with the dense flourless chocolate torteAnd the NY CheesecakeOver The Charles
Kristy Johnson: The food was delicious, the view was exceptional, and I loved that each igloo could play its own music! Also, the flashing lights was bothering me. So they made ours rest on one color :-).Oh! And parking is free if you remember to validate your ticket, which makes this place INCREDIBLY more desirable than many other fancy restaurants in the area! Where else do you get parking included?!?!
Kayla Joseph: Maria was our server for the night and she was fantastic! Amazing sense of humor and personality. She made sure we were comfortable in our igloo and every request we had she did it!
Jesus Macias: Great food and vibes! Got a speaker to play our own music and make my sister bday that more special. How waitress was also AMAZING!Maria attended to every need and made sure we were happy with every item. Our first time in Boston in highly recommend this location
Kianna Romano: Such a great dinning experience. The view was spectacular and the food was delicious. The igloos were very warm and over looking the beautiful Boston skyline. The staff took great care of us, Maria was especially kind and made our experience 100x better:)
Sarah Brooks: Such a treat - especially if you’re staying at the hotel! We had excellent service from Maria, who gave us both an umbrella for the quick 5 second walk to our igloo, AND a portable bluetooth speaker to play our own music! Even while it started to rain a bit, we were totally dry and warm. A great date night experience and close to so many things.
tanya bustos: Soooo amazing to have dinner with the beautiful views of Boston. We had a great waitress, Maria and delicious food & drinks!!
Samantha Delaney: Maria was great, amazing view!
jon don: Not much on the menu No appetizers Very $$$ You are paying to the nice view of Boston
Court Noyes: Great drinks, but make sure to make reservations or you may not get a view! 5 star cocktails and bartender service but the door person and surrounding service folk are very strict. The food was expensive as were the $18+ drinks, but you are getting a strong one that is made well:) I recommend the flatbread if you want a nibble! We did not stay for dinner, but it looked delicious.Greatest advice is to book online and also call ahead to request a table with a view, or you will be facing a concrete wall for half of the members in your group!
Natali: The view of Boston is fantastic!!! The prices are a bit overpriced (cocktails cost about $18), but it's worth it :)
Kristin Fick: Maria was a fantastic server! Great view as well and enjoyed the drinks
Keena: This was a terribly underwhelming dining experience! You are lured here by the promise of nice Boston view, which was cute, but also free if you just walk up (some did), look around and snap a pic.The food was mediocre at best, and mocktail was also pretty flavorless. I'm so disappointed by the people who rated this overpriced and bland food highly. The food's presentation (again, not taste) was nice; that plus the view earned the 2 stars.
Jatin Kolluru: Maria helped me pick a unique beer which totally blew my mind! Awesome views and charming service. They even gave us blankets cause it got chilly.
Carolline Pontoppidan: Just the staff alone is enough for me to give it 5 stars. Everyone is super friendly, and they all greet you with a smile on their face. :) Maria, who was our waitress, is amazing! Oh, and they provide blankets when it gets chilly there!
Stephen Miller: The best reason to come here is the view, and here's what you need to know about that. Only the tables along the outer walls have a view of the river. You can see the Boston skyline from all of the tables, but not the scenic river. What's more, they refused to seat our party of 2 at any of the perimeter tables, saving them all for larger parties. If you're a party of 2 and you arrive later than 5:00, don't count on getting a good seat.[I will say that the stressed out hostess did finally give us a good seat for our 6:00 reservation ... after I swore we would stay only for one cocktail and be gone by 6:30. Which we were, for the record.]
Monica Tuccella: Very nice view overlooking a great part of Boston. I think it’s the most complete view of Boston you can get. However, expect to pay around $20 for a cocktail. Still worth the view though.
Mayara Rédua: I loved this place! Everything was great! My friends and I had a great time!

Deck 12: what do users think?
Yuqian Lin: View is great but food is just ok
J B: Nice Igloo set up for nice rooftop view of the surrounding cityscape. Service was warm and inviting as well. Food was surprisingly good.
Samhita Saquib: Great rooftop seating with a lovely view of Boston. I love taking my visitors here. The food is pretty good, and they have a butterfly pea drink (I think called Like a Bird or something) that is SO GOOD. My friends and I get this in their giant shared fishbowl. Photos turn out great from here (see attached).
Sarah Mills: Molly was the absolute best! She made sure we had everything we needed and then some! Definitely worth sitting at the bar ♥️
Shayna Joyce: We booked a reservation at 1 PM on 3/4 for the apres fondue, and they said they changed the menu that day and the apres was not until 3:30 PM. I checked their website to see if I missed something and it still says "APRÈS · BRUNCH · ALL DAY." Drinks are crazy expensive, the meals we got were OK. We aren't super close to Boston so we came all the way here for a mediocre lunch. They advertise the fondue all over their instagram, so we weren't thrilled. I wouldn't come back here.
Katie Milliken: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. We had a really awful experience here. We were excited to come for the fondue for my byofriends birthday, but despite being the second table seated in a 45 minute period, we didn't get our drinks until 20 minutes in. We looked around at around 30 minutes and everyone else who had been seated after us was served drinks and meals. At about 45 minutes we gave up and were putting our coats on when the server finally came with our appetizer. We asked for the check immediately as we were eager to get out of there since the mood was spoiled and the server drew a big circle around the 18% mandatory gratuity. Which fine, whatever. Normally Id be totally fine with that, but after ignoring us for 45 minutes we were not interested in ANY gratuity. We asked for a manager and the hostess sent the server over who began yelling at us that it wasn't his fault! IT WASNT HIS FAULT! The manager never came. We were forced to deescalate the situation due to the servers behavior and were forced to pay the gratuity. 0/10 experience and I do not recommend anyone take the time to give them your business.
Joseph Keenan: Me and my girlfriend came in for my birthday dinner and boy was it a disappointment. Sebastian was very slow to come and get our drinks. Past that he took our order for fondue, then the surrounding tables. 25 minutes later all the other tables have their orders. 45 minutes after we put in the order, Sebastian tells us that our order is probably talking so long because it's in the elevator, which is a pretty poor excuse. The dining room was maybe half full, no real reason that it should take so long to put some raw meats and cracker on a place. There is an automatic 18% gratuity, the service does not warrant the fee
Trevor O Sullivan: Amazing view of Boston seaportBusy
Ilya Yurchenko: Good fondue, cool experience. Cheese was served to us cold. Water tasted off. Avoid the pork belly lollipops, small portion and not well balanced between meat and fat.Overall, enormously overpriced. Spend your money elsewhere.
KandI Megahan: Just about everything with our experience was over the top wrong. My tacos, my husband's steak were cold, and our appetizer only semi warm. We spoke to them about this, and they offered some remedy with the bill but no hot food. A glass of wine we ordered brought sticker shock at $19.00, another drink on the menu they were unable to prepare, and our bill included an 18% gratuity. I will never make the mistake of returning here again and hope I have saved others from ever having to pay for servings of insult and injury, with a supersized portion of mediocrity. I will include this review with the one about Yotel, so their guests can also know for sure "buyer beware big time!"
Bruno Preis: worst customer service at all, we was waiting 30 minutes for our order and nobody shows up, when we asked about that, they haven't the order , they don’t care about you
Carnival of Flavors: The extra star is only for the location and the cleanliness. The food is bad, the staff is not attentive. I was also charged two times for my bill and they said the first one didn’t go through and so I had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. The deck is stinky. Not sure if it is the vent or the heater as it was really cold when we went. Do not recommend this place
Rey Rodriguez: I love this deck!! Best views!!
Katie Sylvia: Great service and great food. Unbeatable view. Will be back!
alex johnsons: All about the view. Charging 20 bucks per shot and not making them correctly?Followed by wondering why I only gave a 5 dollar tip.
Jiali Zuo: The environment is elegant, the service is warm, and the products are first-class. It is a good place for friends to gather.
Robert Hidalgo: Good view, bad service, bad food, lackluster drink menu
Behnaz Hatami: Very good cocktails
Tapan Rajpura: Super busy place with amazing view of Boston which you can also see from lookout rooftop bar. I loved the cocktails, very tasty and refreshing and the food was delicious. We ordered Salmon tahini and Farro bowl, Smoked salmon toast, Caribbean nachos, thai chicken bowl, chocolate cake and everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. Check it out if you are in seaport area also check of your table is outside as ours were inside.
Shannon Oshaughnnessey: Awesome little rooftop restaurant. Definitely recommend dining outside.
Julie K: I had a terrible experience at the rooftop bar here that was largely the result of an absolutely awful interaction with the manager Andrew. Honestly one of the hands-down worst experiences I've ever had with management at a restaurant. He was rude, inconsiderate, and demeaning. I have no idea how he was running what is otherwise a lovely spot in Boston. Even the staff there clearly seemed to feel sheepishly and apologetic about the way he was treating us and other guests. It was one of those rare beautiful summer nights in Boston and we had made a reservation in advance specifically to sit outside on their roofdeck. Unfortunately, our table wasn't available because they had double-booked a private party for the patio at the same time, and instead of calling us in advance or even apologizing when we arrived or even trying to make other accommodations for us in the rest of the restaurant, Andrew was incredibly rude, aggressive, and terrible to me and my two girlfriends and made it seem like it was our fault. I would have loved to love this place, but wouldn't go back any time soon or recommend it to anyone based on the experience we had.

Coppersmith: what do users think?
Naomi Schumacher: Headed this way and found it closed and abandoned; it looked like it's closed permanently. There are articles online stating that it closed in January.
Bill Wise: Busy place, but the friendly staff managed. Food was good.Dine in: Yes …More
Marina Krusz: Waitstaff super friendly, the hot breakfast we ordered was cold. Ordered the waffle and chicken, the waffle was frozen not homemade.. I could have toasted my own frozen waffle, Absolutely horrible.

Cyndi C: This place is great! Delicious food and cocktails and friendly staff, was a great place to meet with friends for an early happy hour. Highly recommend!
Wolfram Schulze: A random find while walking the streets of South Boston. A great place! The food truck is surely an attraction - the open space has been decorated nicely. I can recommend the bone-in wings.Dine in: Yes Outdoor seating: Yes Takeout: Yes Curbside pickup: Yes …More
Kim Davis: Rating for overall service. We walked in trying to sit down for 6 - just getting drinks and apps. No bar spots available. Entire building was empty. We got asked 2 times if we had reservations and we said no. It was 4/5pm on a Thursday. Normally, I would understand. However, we felt the waitstaff was extremely rude and weirded out by our request to just have a few rounds of drinks and apps so we left. Took 4 people to figure it out: No room at the bar to squeeze in. Turned away about $100 worth of customers. One thing if it’s reservation only, but say that. Don’t make it weird/rude.
David Lizama: Brunch goes on a little too long(5pm) so didn't get to try items on menu that were unavailable during the time we arrived (3pm). However the food is great. Wings were amazing!
Andrew Pasquariello: Service was ok. Food was fatty not what I expected drinks were ok. It's a good neighborhood bar, food not so much. Maybe the summer is better
Mike C: Great southie bar, good food and drinks, lively, very large space and rooftop with games, no cover and rarely a line which is nice-but does get packed on weekends
Joshua Green: Fantastic food great music big open space good service!! They never let me down.
Mary Sheehan: Waitress wasn't very attentive. Brings coffee with no milk or cream. Took forever with order. Never checked to see if we need anything. Stopped serving us when we had to go search for cream. Half the food was room temp when we got it
Jordan Nolan: Tried the Chicken and Waffles. Waffles was very over cooked and hard. Chicken was low quality Chicken strips. Everything was so dry like my plated was sitting in a warmer for a long time.
jeff prouty: Great drinks and cool atmosphere. It can get a bit crowded, it's very popular.
Ian McMahon: Yarrick and his crew were great service. The place is quick and kind
BOBBY FALLAVOLLITA: Very Good Food,
MeanJean productions, Knowledge and entertainment: If your looking for that loud southie bar experience..this is it..food was retty good too
John Edwards: I had the chicken BLT and it was great.
Beca M: Love the place. Except that we had made a reservation, and we were only seated 45mins after.
Maharshi Bhattacharjee: Service was terribly slow. Chips and salsa which takes 2 minutes to get arrived in about 40 minutes. The burgers took around 1hr. Maybe more.
Suzette Villalobos: Nice spot to sit and have a drink while in town. Friendly staff who made us Cali tourists feel welcomed

Pier 6: what do users think?
nicole bellinger: I’ve only ever left positive reviews on Google until now, and I honestly wish I could give it 0 stars. This experience was hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my entire life. It was like pulling teeth to get something as simple as a napkin (which we had to ask for twice). We never even got silverware! After being done with our food and drinks for I would say 45 minutes, nobody had come to check on us to get the bill, so we once again had to flag someone down. We had to flag someone down for everything from ordering drinks, to ordering food, to asking for silverware (which we never got), to even when we needed napkins - and like I said, we had to ask for those twice. I’m not sure I’ll ever eat here again - it was that bad, and I’m really not a petty person. Last thing I’ll say is our group of 4 was by no means being rude, rowdy, off putting, or anything like that. If anything, we were being super nice to try and defuse the tension that was being exhibited by the servers. This experience was akin to doing the splits on a crate of dynamite - simply atrocious.
Purvik Patel: The place and vibe is really good. But the cucumber martini is horrible!! Order anything other than this. ;)The drinks taste good but it didn’t had any alcoholAnd also we had to wait more than 30mins for just 4 cocktails

Drink: what do users think?
Karina: Asked to be surprised with a whiskey based drink, got a whiskey sour. So innovative 🤦‍♀️
Devdav Newar: This is place was recommended by a lot of people and we were finally able to get a spot. You need to come in early and wait in line to get in but its all worth the wait. The concept of this place is great. A bartender asks you the alcohol base and flavours you like and then he works his magic and mixes an amazing cocktail. There is no menu so you can ask for anything. We were 5 people and everyone gave their own wish list for the bartender to work his magic. Our favourite was this vodka and saffron based drink that he made and it was one of the best cocktails I have had ever. The other ones were also great. There was nothing that we did not like. They have a small menu for food as well. We got the fries and churros to go along with the drinks and its the best combination ever. Its a great place for a night out.
Sara Ansari: The bartenders here are gifted. There’s no drink menu, you tell them what you want and they make their concoction. Say what you want - vodka, lime, agave, whatever - and the drinks they make are unbelievable. And if you don’t know what you want and say something like a dirty martini, it still comes out better than any other place.
Bert Thurlo-Walsh: We came tonight and requested a specific bartender (gentleman with beard) and the response from the bartender was less than respectful. When asked for drinks we were met with facial disdain and attitude. The response about our request was to go elsewhere. Well, we did and will NEVER return or recommend Drink again. Barbara Lynch prides herself on quality and this was much less than that…rather unfortunate. Our friends said it had gone downhill and we felt that was not true; however, they were correct. We cannot and will not recommend Drink!!! We have been to other restaurants of Barbara Lynch’s and the treatment and attitude was unwelcome at Drink.
Courtney Klein: I love this place!!! Luke made my friend and I the best drinks we’ve ever had in our lives 🤩 will definitely be going back!
Mika: Very cool experience! Waited about 10 minutes in line on a Friday night to get in. The atmosphere was very nice. The experience of explaining what kinds of flavors/liquors you like then getting a customized drink was very unique and fun! The bartender was professional and knowledgeable. Admittedly, the drinks were not my favorite, but they were so different and quirky that they felt specially designed for me.
Jim Ratliff: Over crowded. Over loud. Over priced. Long wait at 4:30 pm on a Saturday. No seating available, had to stand. Decent custom $20 cocktails.
Alexandros Zervos: Service is way too slow despite the good drinks.
Emily Hamman: Super cool experience at Drink! The bartender, Frederic, had a great personality and his extensive knowledge on drinks was crazy. We had to wait over an hour to get in (arrived at about 8 PM on a Saturday) but it was worth it! Drinks were awesome.Updating my review:Came back here when I had guests in town. Another great experience - didn’t have to wait at all on a Thursday evening, drinks & food were great. Churros were tasty but the chocolate sauce they were served with was weird with them. Fries were really good and large. My guests said it may be the best espresso martinis they’ve had!
Yehonatan Meshali: Nice place,The concept is so cool! They will ask you what kind of tastes you like and creat the perfect drink
Joseph Doyle: Great drinks. Had two very different and very excellent riffs on an old fashioned. Also great burgers and fries. Looking forward to coming back.
Raj Sheth: Such a fun spot.I'll always love a bar where creativity is king. Hunter was our bartender and he was fantastic. Making drinks based on flavor profiles is hard and he really just hit the nail on the head with a lot of his drinks. The biggest winner was definitely our last drink, he made a bananas foster kind of espresso martini - it was amazing,
Sarah: Overall a really fun and different experience than your typical bar. I was with a group of 6 and we were invited in to standing room only and then moved (by the staff) to stools when seating became available thus changing the bartender who was serving us. Our new bartended ignored us to the point it was comical with others around us acknowledging that we were addressing him to no avail. When we finally got his attention to order he would only listen to one person before turning away and hearing the rest of our orders. At one point one of us ordered and then he took and made multiple orders of others. We waited to so long for this drink that we had to tell him not to make it because we had to leave for a dinner reservation. When we got our bill, we were charged for one extra drink. I addressed this with the bartender and he was unwilling to help. Granted, we switch bartenders in the middle of our visit so it’s understandable that a mistake happened but he simply insisted that he made us 2 drinks and that was our bill. Pretty infuriating given the price of the drinks and the automatically added 20% tip. I think the bar itself has amazing potential, but please address the downright rude employee who was working in the large center bar on the side furthest from the door on the night on 3/8.
Jonah Weitzel: Different concept
Roberto Cibrian: Fantastic experience with great drinks an food. Line can be long but it is totally worth it.
R: I was so excited to bring my wife to my favorite bar in Boston, Drink, for her birthday. We got to the place and waited in line for about an hour, but I assured her it would be worth it. We eventually made it in, 30 minutes later, someone came by with water and asked us for our drink preferences. He made us a drink each and then left. We were there for 3 more hours and no one even looked in our direction, let alone asked us if we would like another drink or even to close out our tab. They were, however, extremely friendly with the groups around us - to the left and right of us- joking around, refilling their waters, others were even on their 3rd or 4th round. It honestly felt like they were avoiding us the entire night. No one acknowledged us at all. I've never felt so unwelcome before.I will not be coming back here. The idea was fun but the service was extremely unwelcoming and definitely not worth the $32 I paid for 2 drinks. This experience seems consistent with other 1 star reviews.
Mike DeLuise: Apparently Sportello and Drink have the same ownership, one could not tell from the experiences we had. The waitress at Sportello was fantastic and offered to get us into Drink downstairs. As soon as we entered Drink, we went to the bar to order a …. drink. The bartenders basically told us to F off. So we left and will never return.
Sara Wolfe: We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Drink. Our party of three waited about 15-20 minutes on a Saturday night around 7. Completely worth it. Roberto took care of us and was amazing. He was so friendly and really helped make our experience. We loved each drink, and they really did seem tailored to whatever we asked for. The fries were also killer. Highly recommend!
John Beebe: Took my girlfriend for a couple drinks before dinner. It’s impossible not to have a good time here. This was the best spot to start the night. In fact, we had such a great time, we returned for a nightcap. Staff is unbelievably awesome - Thanks, Alan!
Tom McManus: Potentially the best cocktail bar in Boston. This place is carefully staffed with fantastic, highly creative mixologists. The drinks are outrageously good and there are some decent food options. The line can get really long so plan to come early.
John Wiesemann: Food options are much better than they were before 2020. Drink options are great as always, it's fun to play the game and explore new drinks with the bartenders.

rick acres: We were a little disappointed eating there, the service although a pleasant server was extremely slow. In fact after 45 minutes of waiting I went to the restroom and saw our meal on a tray in the hallway. The $42. Lobster ravioli was skimpy portions, tasted more like something you buy from Costco and heat up in the microwave. Not knocking Costco, love the place, but at a restaurant you expect better.

Six West: what do users think?
mvpdeotmx: Regrettably, my visit to the rooftop venue was a major letdown. Despite having a reservation, we endured a lengthy wait to be seated, and it took an astonishing 30 minutes for a server to even take our order once we were seated. Adding insult to injury, it took an additional 30 minutes for us to receive a single drink.Compounding the issue, the service we received was abysmal. Although numerous managers and bouncers were present, none of them appeared interested in addressing our concerns. Overall, I cannot recommend this venue to anyone, and in my view, it ought to be shut down.Although the rooftop location has potential, the terrible service we encountered negated any potential benefits. I advise others to avoid this establishment until significant improvements are made to their service.
follow Hg: I'm sorry to say that my experience at this rooftop place was extremely disappointing. Despite making a reservation, we still had to wait a long time to be seated. Once seated, it took an astonishing 30 minutes for someone to even take our order. To make matters worse, we then had to wait another half an hour just to receive a single drink. To make matters worse, the service we received was terrible. Multiple managers and bouncers were wandering around, but none of them seemed interested in addressing the issues we were having. Overall, I can't recommend this place to anyone, and in my opinion, it should be out of business. While the rooftop location has potential, the abysmal service we experienced negated any positives. I would advise others to steer clear of this establishment until they drastically improve their service.
Imani Breneus: John really made the whole experience. Unfortunately, we were not served for over 30 minutes until John noticed our bare table. He made sure we were being taken care of and continuously checked up on us. Beautiful views, amazing drinks, okay food. I will definitely be back!
Devyn Yingling: Great brunch experience! The rooftop deck is gorgeous. Food was delicious, and John and Mark were amazing!! Will definitely be coming back.
Erica Furtado: Booked a rooftop reservation igloo for a party of 7 birthday celebration a month in advance. When we arrived no igloos to be found. We were expected to sit outside in the freezing cold in April. Was never notified of the change to my reservation and my large group was unable to find another place to go other than the downstairs bar. The hosts barely offered an apology. The downstairs bar had slow service and overpriced drinks. When I emailed management about this issue they acted extremely sorry offering a gift card… the gift card was never sent. Terrible management clearly. will never return here.
Sandra Armand: Was not pleased with the service nor the food. I will not be a returning customerFood: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Joe Morris: I had dinner and drinks with a friend on the roof deck the other night the service was really great we both ordered steak, they were really tasty and the drinks were flavorful! The view from the deck is a added bonus to great food and service!
Sonia Ware: I had an extremely disappointing experience with Six west recently. I had made a reservation well in advance for my birthday celebration, only to have it abruptly canceled by the business They confirmed with me the same day that i was going and i said yes, I was 5 minutes away and they cancelled on me.Not only did this ruin my plans and cause me unnecessary stress, but the lack of communication and disregard for their customers left a sour taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable and respectful service.
Angela P: I think we caught them on a busy day... They were very friendly but you could feel an overall "confusion" among the staff. Food took an hour and we just ordered appetizers, but they had an event on the rooftop that they were catering to, thus everyone in the very busy restaurant got the short end of the stick. This seemed a little unacceptable for a hotel restaurant charging decent prices. The food and drink was very good and the bar tender was very friendly. But the stress and confusion within the building couldn't be ignored and didn't make the customers feel welcome. On a less busy day, this may be a great spot. $77 for 2 drinks and 3 "small plate" appetizers.
Ty H.: Dope view, nice vibes.☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️
Marcela Builes: super bad service! Last night I went to my sister's birthday party in the lobby and a host with red hair goes to our table asking us to leave in 20 minutes in which we say that we have been waiting for food for an hour, she goes to the kitchen He takes our plates telling us that we have 20 minutes to eat, what service is that? we got out of the place canceling the food what a bad experience and bad service
Werlaine Badio: This place is horrible. The staff and manager are very unprofessional. Would never set foot in this place ever again. Would recommend anyone who cares about the money they make to NEVER set foot in this place. Btw . They STEAL YOUR CASH that you put towards your bill and then gaslight you .
C. B.: New management is needed. They are extremely unprofessional, rude, and I cannot believe they are still in business.Food: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Atmosphere: 1/5 …More
Alex C: We stayed at the hotel here and made reservations to have drinks and appetizers. I wish guests could just come and go, at least to the bar, but reservations were easy enough to make. We enjoyed the view and the vibe. The beer selection was better than some of the bars around the city, and my partner enjoyed her cocktail. The apps were decent, but overpriced, as expected.

Gabrielle Schirber: Sammy was the best server ever. Made the meal 100x better! Definitely coming back
Liz Pasquale: Sammy was the best server I have ever had, and I am a frequent diner in the Boston area. The food was amazing but the service is what I will remember the most. I went with a group of friends and we all could not get over how enjoyable she made our night. Can’t wait to come back!!
Emma Farber: Sammy was the best server of all time. Amazing good, service, and atmosphere. 100% coming back
yuk yip: I don’t usually like to do reviews but thought sometimes it’s important to share the feedback. We hope this may help others that might find themselves in the same situation. First we wanted to share we always love Boston, especially the eateries!! There’s so many wonderful varieties, and whenever we come to visit our college child last couple of years we do like to try different places and sometimes we return to ones we love. No matter it’s a restaurant or a cafe, we usually never get disappointed. Being it’s a college town, they need to keep it very competitive yet good quality. This time we’re back to pick up the younger child for thanksgiving, my older child was super excited and wanted to try Earls Kitchen + Bar for the first time. We know this place is bit pricey but one of her internet star raved about this place & she also saw the reviews online had many high marks. So we can’t go wrong right? Well, we’re a bit of foodies, we simply “live to eat”, we appreciate good food! We like to seek out the good food, good service if possible. Well let’s start with the positives, we had dinner reservations and were seated in a timely manner, the ambiance is nice, we were seated at the far back with lots of green plants, loud with bar & TVs but that’s the ambience. Most dishes were plated very nicely. We just arrived after driven serval hours, had to use their bathroom first floor and the toilet was quite gross (they need to have better cleaning crew). The server Isac was nice (but maybe he had an off night)..we’re a party of three, had ordered two appetizers, three dinners, one side order of fries, no drinks. After we ordered, the server came back later to reconfirm the order again. Ok. But then 20mins “after” we placed the order, he came and asked us how do we like the dishes to be served. Seems like our order hasn’t been process yet?! We understand things can get a bit overwhelmed. We told him no particular order , bring out whatever is ready first, we’re easy but hungry. The appetizers took a while to come out and were good. Main dishes finally came out and let’s just say we’re all quite disappointed! Vegan Mother Earth salad $17 portion were so small look more like a appetizer size. My older child never complained, she’s not picky, she likes everything, but her Thai curry shrimp has four very nice size shrimp with “two” pieces of barely cook mushrooms & few small pieces of uncook bok-choy & a mini bowl of rice. She was so disappointed the curry sauce was not flavorful, very bland. My sirloin steak with sushi combo (order crispy shrimp roll), sauce on steak was way too rich and too salty, crispy shrimp sushi roll was very mediocre. After we were almost done we still didn’t get the fries so we asked about it and he had to put it in. So glad so many of you have such a wonderful experiences this place. But $120 later on a food tap (with no drinks), way over price for what they put out. (P.S.) we did mention our server was nice, but he didn’t once come and check on us if everything or the food were ok during our entire meal. He did manage to refill our water once. But we know it’s a tough time for everyone, we left him a fair tip (18%). One of my child was reading their increment on their plates “eat a little eat a lot”…she said it should be “ eat a little pay a lot”. But it’s ok, we had try it, won’t be back. After this dinner we needed to feel better so we went for gelato at “Eataly” which we have had amazing gelato at “IL Gelato” that will not disappoint us. We made it just in time before they were closed. So it’s a sweet ending. Bon appétit!
