Jane Oh: I was referred to BIDMC through HUHS but I will attest to all these other reviews. DO NOT GO HERE. I was under the care of Zachary Taxin and he was condescending, patronizing, and constantly pressured me to do treatments I was not comfortable with (I would later find out that I never had to have these treatments done). He also scheduled an appointment without notifying me and I found out I had an appointment the day of because I received a call??? Not only this but when I finally relented and decided to go through with the treatment, he told me he would send me an email but he never did. I even called him asking for follow up and by that point I was so sick of it I transferred.
Annie Boman: Did one initial over the phone appointment back in March and was told they would send in lab requests and then from there would get me back on medications that I needed a new prescription for. They never sent in the labs and I have called more than a dozen times, left a message every time, and haven’t heard back. It’s been 4 months.
Sophia Pruett: If I could give this place no stars I would. You see, we’ve been attending this place for over a year now. Dr.hennesy and his assistant are HORRIBLE. My husband has a thyroid issue, that’s very apparent in my eyes and in his PCMs eyes. I had been doing a lot of research on the thyroid and had been talking with my friend who has unfortunaltey suffered from thyroid cancer and she had helped me understand a lot of the thyroid functions and how the thyroid actually works. I figured I had a good source of information, I also brought a book with me into the office highlighting the concerns I had and the biggest concern in the assistants eyes (the assistant to dr.hennesy) was that he “may not have a thyroid condition” even though his hcg levels were high? LOL and that’s where I got upset. After we talked and he very unhelpfully answered all of my questions, he goes and talked to the doctor. The doctor comes in and acts all nice and says “oh well if the levothyroxine isn’t helping then you don’t have a thyroid condition” okay, FIRST OF ALL YOUVE ALREADY DIAGNOSED HIM WITH HASHIMOTOS AND THEN YOU ARE TELLING US THAT IT IS BECAUSE HE DOESNT HAVE A THYROID ISSUE? Excuse me?!?! Then he continues to say that we shouldn’t be “looking things up on the internet” even though I got all of my research from a friend who has been through hell and back with her thyroid cancer and then he continued to act like there was no issue and only did a simple thyroid panel and didn’t even check his vitamin d levels but said on the way out the door “try some vitamin d3 that may help your cause”..... so after a few days we get a call back and the doctor said that actually his levels are way high and they gave us the wrong prescription of medicine FOR OVER A YEAR... I am NEVER RETURNING!! Save your money, save your time, just because these doctors had studied at Harvard doesn’t mean they know jack s**t!!!!! HORRIBLE DOCTORS

barbara bejko: Receptionist not helpful at all. Called 3 times to try if I can talk to my doctor no answer. Left me an appointment in August and was rushing to hang up the phone. Terrible service and they don’t make the slightest attempt to try find something closer for the patient. Absolutely terrible.

Madelyn Bonnot: I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Randolph and his entirestaff and medical team! I had a large tumor/goiter encasing my thyroid and searched the East Coast for the BEST and luckily found him through the help of my medical advocate. He is the first Dr. that has ever taken the time to explain my CT scan, why other modalities were not for me and exactly how the surgery would go removing the goiter and probably half of my thyroid.Dr. Randolph is that rare combination of brilliant, skilled AND kind and compassionate, everything that you would want in a surgeon! As my husband dropped me at the hospital (Covid restrictions) I entered confidently with my head held high and happy to face surgery with him and to get this invader out of me! Laurie Berkowitz: I would recommend Dr. Randolph highly and feel so lucky that I had him perform my parathyroid surgery. Everyone and everything was so professional and perfectly performed. All the surgical staff that took great care of me yesterday were so reassuring, kind, down-to-earth and very professional. Since Dr. Randolph is meticulous and takes all the time needed for surgeries (and consultations with patients), my actual surgery time was delayed by several hours. But since surgeries ahead of mine turned out to be lengthier than expected, it was necessary and I just stayed patient and calm. I knew I could expect the same careful, expert attention to my surgery. My surgery went beautifully and my recovery is easy, a day after surgery. I am relieved it is over but I am thrilled that all went well. Just the best!

Elizabeth Hobbs: Dr. Randolph did my parathyroidectomy in November 2019. He answered all of my questions and was very informative. Having hyperparathyroidism at my age is sort of uncommon and he made that reality much less daunting. He made me very comfortable going into the surgery. He's kind and trustworthy. The surgery went very well. My scar is nearly gone just 8 months later. He did an amazing job. Thank you Dr. Randolph!Although I forget her name, the fellow that was working with him at the time did a fantastic job as well.

I was seen within 2 weeks of calling and he helped me weigh the options of either having the partial thyroidectomy or continuing to monitor. After deciding to have the surgery, my pathology report unexpectedly came back with 2 different kinds of cancer and he fit me in within 2 days to make a plan and answer all of my questions.
