AR Mattoo: Near to my home in Arlington MA.Visit this store at least once in a week since 2014.Make 80 per cent purchases of clothing and home goods from this store.Have a great impression of this store and staff.Most recently on01/19/2023 visited this store and purchased a Bulova wrist watch at $149.99 plus taxes.Always found their stock upto satisfaction and am very much impressed.
julian schulz: This is always a well run & organized store, but i was even more impressed with the friendly woman, helping me today with a return.I missed her name, but i believe she said she was from the Slovak Republic.Her customer service skills were exceptional.She really went above and beyond, and made my experience in the store extremely positive.
Raymond Ng: Expectations of a boston tjmaxx were low but man did it not stand apart from any other dive bar bathroom. The store was incredibly clean and brand new but definitely didn't expect the restrooms to be in such disarray. Toilet brush literally sitting on the bare floor next to the toilet . Haha step your game up. This is boston come on now. The smell reminds you of a summer camp restroom and this could be easily taken care if. It's a tjmaxx you got everything to make the whole store feel like home.

Inventory is tightly packed but was able to locate items after a good thorough search. Cashiers were friendly and check out went quickly. Prefer the larger locations.

I’ve bought numerous stuff from the same salesman in the jewelry dept and have had such a humble experience with him each time! Long story short, if you are ever in the area of TJmax 525 Harvard St, Brookline, MA be sure to stop in and check out the jewelry section as well as the entire store! They have a good selection to meet everyone’s needs! I’ve bought both and was happy! I love dealing with people who are humble, down to earth and overall nice human being’s! Large selection of women’s clothing, a bit smaller selection of men’s. Housewares & seasonal goods, etc. All stocked up for Halloween last time we checked in.

Henriette Scherft-O'Dea: Rudest customer service I have experienced in my entire life. Returned a necklace that was a present from my daughter for Christmas. It was mailed in a little plastic bag and arrived all tangled up. It should not have been sent to me that way, I never got to wear it. The lady at the jewelry counter basically told me I was a liar and that I had tangled it myself. Initially refused to refund me or replace the necklace. She also told me that I should have kept the little plastic bag with the barcode on it. On their website it clearly states that all I needed to show was the shipping confirmation email which was sent to my daughter, which I could show. She even refused to let me buy the same necklace, (I did get a store credit after talking to the manager) because "I was going to tangle it up again" I had to ask for a box to put the necklace in.

Madeline M: Compared to most TJX stores, this is one of the better locations. They have a wide size range and The Runway, which sells designer items. The prices are affordable and the makeup and skincare is great. The only thing is, the clothing does not last a long time and is sometimes not the best quality. If you need a quick gift or a few trendy items I highly recommend this store.
