Natasha Richards: This Walmart is always clean and organized and the staff are actually helpful and friendly. I ran in for a couple quick items early on a Saturday and was in and out rather quickly. Now I won't tell you how many items I purchased today, but it was several bags worth, and I was plenty surprised how much the bill came to. Good surprised I might add. With this changing economy I'm glad I was able to purchase everything we needed plus a few more without breaking the bank.

Christina Y: I went to the Walmart in Quincy, MA on April 28. I checked online and the store closes at 11pm. I went after work and drove almost 30 minutes to make this return. When I got there at 8:50pm, I was waiting in line and there were about 5 workers at returns. One of them told me they are closing soon in a few minutes. I was the only one waiting because a staff member was currently helping a customer. When it was my turn, it was around 8:55pm and this staff member rudely refused to help me do the return. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. She was a large Caucasian woman. I am extremely appalled of her attitude and how she refused a return that would've only taken less than 2 minutes to do. I drove almost 30 min and was being treated terribly. I hope that Walmart location does a better job at hiring more competent managers and show better customer service especially a role that is customer service based

Bags are missing at checkouts, shopping carts are missing, shelves are missing replacements... They should close.(Not to mention that there is no preventive maintenance on the stairs and where the shopping goes down... That's why it's always breaking down.)

Marlen Romero: No se si es en todos los walmart pero en Saugus tienen un muy mal servicio al cliente cuando uno hace un reclamo de devolución de dinero te hacen dar muchas vueltas para poder obtener tu dinero aparte de dan un número para que llames para que te puedan devolver tu dinero y te dan un número que no funciona cuando se supone que ellos deben hacer las gestiones ya que ellos cobraron algo que no debieron cobrar deberían poner personas más capacitadas en puestos de jefes o asistentes.Lo único por lo que les pongo 3 estrellas es porque me devolvieron mi dinero y porque de todas las personas que me atendieron por teléfono la última fue muy eficiente.
