Kyleigh Borgendale: I worked with Kristin and her team to plan my dream honeymoon to South Africa this past Feb/March. Kristin was responsive when I reached out and did a great job of outlining what a trip might include. I didn't have anything in mind when I reached out beyond location, and so I appreciated her help and guidance in outlining activities and itinerary. From there, Kristin and her team took care of everything - she booked hotels, experiences, drivers, flights, etc and provided helpful guidelines for aligning our trip with flights to/from, tipping guidelines, customs, travel information to be aware of, etc. Not knowing exactly what to expect from the region it was incredibly helpful to have everything taken care of - including a digital itinerary that walked us through every step of the way. Every hotel we stayed at was gorgeous, all of our drivers were professional and hospitable, and all of our activities were well executed and highly reputable. Going on safari was truly the highlight - the lodge we stayed at was deeply luxurious and we got to experience a range of wildlife with highly skilled drivers. None of this would have been possible without Kristin's close attention to detail, deep knowledge of the area, and close relationships with local touring companies/hospitality groups. I would not hesitate to go back to Kristin for our next big adventure.
Kyle Kelley: My wife and I worked with Kristen and Lizzie to plan the honeymoon of our dreams to Tuscany, Rome, Sorrento and Amalfi. Each hotel was centrally located, which made exploring the area easy. Each transfer was seamless and the drivers were very professional. Some of our favorite activities were the Tuscan wine tour, boat day in Capri, and a cooking class in Positano. All experiences were very intimate and authentic. Steven Iannacone: We finally made it to Italy! Kristen Started in Milan, then to Turin, Bologna, Florence, Tuscany, Siena, and Rome! Took my wife and 2 boys for a trip of a lifetime, the places Kristin and her team help select for us were perfect, the entire trip from the airlines she helped us coordinate to the hotels, restaurants at every stop were exactly what we were looking for! The tour guides and drivers that helped us reach every destination on time were so professional. Had running routes waiting for us (as my son and i are avid runners and just literally finished the Boston Marathon a day before we left) at every stop, our guides could not have been any more pleasant or more prepared, they were on their A game, the truffle hunting and food tours, the Colosseum and Vatican tours were mind blowing! Amazing pictures the entire trip! Weather was absolutely spectacular, we went in October as it worked for us and I think it is the best time to go, after the tourist season and before the cold, we had 60's and 70's the entire trip!Could not have asked for a better trip, literally we are still talking about it and looking at the pictures, THANK YOU Kristin and Team!

Luke McGrath: Planning a wedding and honeymoon in the fall of 2019, we never thought we would end up where we are at now. What crazy year 2020 has been for everyone. One of the brightest lights for us was having Kristin and her team by our side. She helped us with a Bali honeymoon only to have us change our minds halfway through and choose Hawaii as our destination without her or her team skipping a beat. Now comes covid.... Kristin was upfront and honest with us the entire time leading up to our trip, cancelations, restrictions, what to do, what not to do. She encouraged us to purchase the travel insurance and we took her advice. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our wedding and trip due to the current situation and that process couldn’t have gone any easier, thanks to Kristin. About two months ago we decided to do a small micro wedding on Nantucket. We reached out to Kristin and let her know our new idea. She not only helped us with information for the wedding but also helped us plan a small mini moon on the island. We stayed at the White elephant at her recommendation and we were blown away by the place. She even recommended restaurants, different activities and places to sit and relax and enjoy the sunset. Again, what a bright light Kristin and her team were for us during a really rough time. I won’t be planning another trip without her services. Not enough stars on her but five will have to do!

Not a single tiny detail was overlooked-- flights, travel to and from airports, hotels, activities. A friend and I planned a couple’s only trip to Aruba in March of 2019 and because of Kristin’s and Alicia’s hard work, everything was beyond perfect.Upon arrival at the Ritz, we were greeted as VIPs—champagne and all—and we were immediately upgraded to beachfront rooms. Alicia and Kristin even found us a Jeep Wrangler to rent, when there supposedly weren’t any available on the island left. We will definitely be using them for all of our future trips!

A totally fantastic trip with extraordinary memories! We are looking forward to planning our next vacation with Kristin and Alicia!
Ellie leclair: Highly recommend! My family worked with Alicia and Kristen to plan our trip to Croatia then we chartered through the Greek islands. There were 12 of us and we had a bit of back and forth tyring to find something that worked for everyone. They were so patient and they found us a beautiful gem of a villa just outside Dubrovnik for a week, then we mt our crew in Athens for a week of sailing. For villa and sailing, Alicia helped with making sure everything was well stocked, drivers, day trips, everything was perfect, not a single thing was overlooked. We went to Montenegro for the day with a private driver and guide. It was not even on our list but we are so glad we did! The planning process was easy and we all loved the app used to organize. We are looking forward to planning our family summer trip next year to Spain!

The AXUS travel app that they use is fabulous.When we missed our flight to Maui, due to circumstances beyond our control, we called Kristin and she rescheduled our flights, hotel, car rental and dinner reservation. John Barr: My wife, daughter and I traveled to Italy for 10 days in the fall of last year. DA Luxury Travel did a superb job in making the trip truly remarkable and memorable. From the quality of the hotels to the restaurants to private tours to our driver who could not have been more knowledgable or personable, the trip was impeccably planned. When we had to do a few course corrections along the way, DA was incredibly responsive. We literally had to do very little but show up and enjoy ourselves. Alice Barr: Kristin did a great job planning our trip to Italy. We wanted to spend almost two weeks in Tuscany and the Amalfi Coast. We pretty much just put ourselves into Kristin's hands and she picked our hotels, restaurants and itinerary. She also took care of all our transportation requirements and all of our tours on boat and land. It was such an enjoyable trip, every hotel and restaurant was perfect and exactly what we had had in mind. Everything was planned in advance, went without a hitch, and was entirely stress-free! Alison Neely Quelch: Kristin Chambers and her team are absolutely fantastic to work with and they helped us plan the honeymoon of our dreams to St. John, USVI. I never had worked with a travel agency before, so she took her time in the initial conversation to walk us through the services they provide, as well as how it works. She got to know my fiance and I really well, including our likes/dislikes, to help plan our itinerary and offer a million suggestions. We also had a plethora of questions throughout our booking, and Kristin provided extremely detailed responses + was quick to reply with the information we were seeking before making final decisions. She uses the AXUS travel app for her clients, which was an incredible app for us while traveling, which included all of our bookings + documentation so we could follow our itinerary day to day easily. We did not have one glitch on our entire trip, and Kristin checked in on day 1 to make sure we had everything we needed - talk about amazing and genuine care for her clients. Her colleague Alicia made reservations directly through the hotel concierge, for all of our meals at local restaurants that were recommended, as well as our excursions during the day. We can't wait to book our next trip already, and will absolutely be working with Destination Affairs, Kristin, and her awesome team!
Kelly Warren: We went to Kristin Chambers two years after our wedding to reschedule our honeymoon which we had to unfortunately cancel after health issues the week of the wedding wouldn’t allow me to fly. We had a budget to work with which wasn’t huge but still of course wanted the best we could afford after waiting so long to celebrate. The main thing was we didn’t even have a country or continent in mind, just a list of wishes so we really gave her a big project to narrow down for us. She was so patient to listen to everything we were looking for and gave a wonderful list of options and provided a lot of insight on what we’d need to prepare for the trip and a lot of great ideas on how to put it together including two nights at a destination along the way. I was recommended her by a friend who had a budget 4 times larger than ours and yet never felt like our much smaller vacation was ever a burden, we were treated like we were so special! Her recommendations were wonderful and we feel as if we got so much for what we spent, should we have booked it ourselves we would have spent much more too. It was such a win-win to have her guidance with this. We’ll never book another vacation without her!!! We received an incredible upgrade, along with a beautiful welcome floral arrangement and bottle of wine and note from the resort. Her connections with both properties ensured that even in foreign countries we were VIPs. The entire vacation felt as if we had just been married and was everything we waited 2 years for! Because we were out of the country we didn’t use our cell phones to call or text but the app that she had us download allowed us to be in constant contact whenever we needed anything so we always were connected for any questions. I will always recommend her to anyone, even if you could book it yourself, there’s no reason not to save a little money and have her expertise and experience to guide you! Jill Ford: Jordan did an amazing job hooking our family up with an incredible ski vacation to Snowmass. When you are going at prime time and need to make the most of your few precious (expensive!) days, you really need an expert to suggest what the best options are so you don't make any costly missteps. Jordan listened closely as to what was important to us (great conditions, non-punishing travel, ability to accommodate my expert kids, and great food) and had several suggestions that fit the bill (at various price points mind you), including where we ultimately went. The best part is, he is a hard-core skier himself so he has skied and stayed in most of his suggestions...you really get the first-hand download. Finally, the experience was very turn-key which was nice, I saved hours avoiding researching destinations, hotels, lift tickets, rentals, ground and air transportation, etc. WELL WORTH THE INVESTMENT! Highly recommend.
Meg Arnold: My family and I cannot recommend Jordan and his team at The Journey Bound highly enough, based on the trip of a lifetime that they put together for the six of us (two parents and four college-age "kids") to South Africa. We worked with Jordan over a span of about six months, from our first contact through the end of the trip, and it was a pleasure throughout. In designing the trip, Jordan's communication was ideal - great pacing, level of detail, presentation of various options and tradeoffs, appropriate followups when we needed to get him decisions, etc. He listened carefully to the interests and needs of the group and brought us great options to consider. During the trip we were incredibly well-supported as needed by Jordan and the in-country team he works with.Overall, working with Journey Bound gave us complete confidence and peace of mind about the trip we were creating and committing to, which was so very important to us -- after all none of us had ever been to South Africa, or Africa at all, or even the southern hemisphere, and this was the trip of a lifetime.

Traveling around the French Polynesia can be a complicated trip but Jordan eliminated the stress. Every transfer, hotel arrival, and excursion was planned perfectly. We literally did not need to worry about a thing! The Trip Plans app, where our itinerary was stored, was super convenient. It's easy to lose track of the days in Bora-Bora and the app provided a simple way to be able to quickly find any information we needed for our trip, including where and when we had booked dinner reservations. Rory O'Donnell: Have used CT before. Just recently decided to head back for the All Ireland Final. Couldn't find affordable flights online so called Crystal Travel. Vivienne set us up with flights from Boston to Dublin, stopover each way, but half the price. Locked us in and all went smoothly. I'd recommend giving them a call. They will do their level best to take care of you.
Anne Chinoda: Ireland - an absolutely beautiful and pristine country. We worked with Amanda Brown at Crystal Travel to recommend a customized driving tour for my husband and I along with another couple. Managing expectations for two well traveled people is challenging enough never mind four. We all our 50 plus and wanted to see the beautiful countryside, majestic cliffs, archeological points of interest and take in all the folklore, food and wonderful people. Our 7 night trip was just perfect. We stayed at quiet, boutique inns off the more traveled path and took in forever changing topography and must pull over to soak this sunset in! Highly recommend the team at Crystal. Concierge service all the way!

John Romeo: We needed an experienced travel agent to plan our family “dream trip of a lifetime” to Ireland for eight adults and seven children under age 11! Knowing that Crystal Travel & Tours has been in business for many years and specializes in travel to Ireland, we began working with Crystal’s Travel Expert, Ann O’Brien. After describing grandparents’ birthplaces in West Cork to Ann, she found the perfect village and self-catering property to accommodate all 15 family members. Ann reserved rental vans and Norwegian Airline direct flights from Providence to Cork Airport, close to where we would be staying.All details were in place. And then the Boeing 737 MAX 8 tragedies led to the grounding of all MAX 8 planes. Norwegian flew MAX 8s from Providence to Cork; initially, our flights remained scheduled several months out, but recently Norwegian and other major airlines canceled all MAX 8 flights into late summer. We knew how hard it would be to rebook affordable flights for our large group of 15, traveling at peak summer season and with available seats disappearing in light of worldwide flight cancellations. We honestly were so discouraged that we were nearly ready to give up on the trip altogether and recoup what we could financially. But Ann and her colleagues at Crystal Travel would not give up! They worked diligently to find new flights that could work for our group of adults and children. Somehow they worked travel magic! We no longer have direct flights to Cork, but our family dream vacation is back on track!The service provided by Ann and her Crystal Travel colleagues has been superb. Ann maintained constant contact with us from the onset of planning to identifying “plan B” when our original flights were cancelled. She is a pleasure to work with; she has been professional and understanding at all times despite our complicated group and myriad of questions and concerns.We highly recommend Crystal Travel and will post an update after our trip to Ireland this summer!

sheila mclaughlin: On a recent trip to Italy with Odysseys Unlimited my husband’s backpack was lost/stolen while being transferred from Rome to Orvieto. He handed his carry-on backpack to the driver and saw him place it in the luggage compartment on the bus. This was witnessed by other people in the group. On the way the bags were transferred to a smaller van for transport to the hotel in Orvieto since buses are not allowed in that city. The group continued on to dinner and upon arrival at the hotel later that evening the backpack was missing. The tour operator checked with the bus and van drivers and hotel personal but the bag was gone. Inside the backpack were numerous personal items, medication, medical device for sleep apnea, cash and most distressing if all his PASSPORT! Odysseys Unlimited responded that they are not responsible for lost/stolen luggage(even while in the care of their contractors) and urged him to file a claim with the trip insurance carrier. The secure transfer of bags from one hotel to another while on tour is an essential TRUSTbetween the customer and tour company. In this case Odysseys Unlimited failed in their obligation.Odysseys Unlimited apologized for this “unfortunate incident” and any “inconvenience” caused.The tour operator on site was wonderful assisting us in filing a police report and getting to the American Consulate in Florence to purchase an emergency passport but this was much more than an “inconvenience”. This “unfortunate incident” caused extreme anxiety and stress that greatly impacted the enjoyment of the second half of this trip.Odysseys Unlimited was highly recommended to us and while many aspects of the trip was worthy of that praise the failure in their baggage transfer procedures is cause for concern to all customers. Kathleen Keller: We just completed "Untamed Alaska" with our tour guide Andy Bydlon, who was fantastic. I am trying to decide on the highlight of the past ten days, but I feel like I could wax-on elegantly with a highlight for each day.We had some challenges along the way, mostly weather related, but Andy was a miracle worker and pulled us through every dilemma! For example, we found ourselves stuck for a few hours in the tiny Town of China. Andy found a place that would prepare a lovely meal 425 with 30 minutes notice. They even included the wine!

The guides are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and flexible. The price is right and you will really see the place you are going. Covid slowed us down but we are back on the road next year heading to Switzerland with them.

Mark Petree: We took our family of four (kids 10+12) on a once in a lifetime trip to Morocco in November. Thomson Family Adventures did a fantastic job on all aspects of the trip. From the planning and itinerary design to the execution, the trip was absolutely flawless. The highlight of the trip was the private camp in the Sahara Desert. Playing in the sand dunes puts going to the beach to shame!
Eileen B: My son and I have traveled with Thomson twice so far (Costa Rica and Iceland). Both adventures were close to flawless. The guide in Iceland was so perfect that she will be tough to beat ever - was so great with my son that it made it so much easier for me to enjoy the trip while at the same time was fun and adventurous. We were totally taken care of on both trips. Although traveling is not cheap, I felt that Thomson squeezed the most out of every penny. We tried another tour company last summer for a trip to Kenya and although Kenya was great, the company was not. So back to Thomson this summer to experience Peru!! You are in really great hands with Thomson.
J N: We went on a Family Safari in Tanzania and I can easily say it was the trip of a lifetime. Everything about the whole safari was pulled together in a thoughtful and hospitable way. I could praise many aspects of the vacation, but what stood out above and beyond all expectations where the people. Our guides were excellent and deserve 6 stars instead of the usual 5. Robert, James, and Tony gave us an experience that was dazzling, educational, comfortable, fun, humorous, and overall enjoyable. The nyumbas were so comfortable and the routines established at the camps served us well in overcoming our jet lag and ensuring we were well-rested. The staff members at the camps were excellent as well (Eastern Serengeti, Central Serengeti, and Ngorogoro) with everyone acting out of true hospitality and generosity. I needed help during a few moments and had a lot of questions about the country, wildlife, and culture. All of my requests and questions were taken care of an answered and I never felt like a bother. That is true hospitality. The energy and enthusiasm of the staff is contagious and you cannot help but stay engaged in all the activities. The food was also excellent and I was grateful to have a variety of breakfast options including porridge/oatmeal at every camp. We had an incredible experience, a true adventure, but we always felt safe and taken care of. I also learned so much about Tanzania's conservation efforts that I came home inspired to adopt many of their ways. It is said that the best travel changes you and this vacation changed me for the better (I hope!). Thank you Thompson Family Adventures, Robert, James, and Tony for your intelligence, humor, and caring during the journey.
Susan Elrick: First off, our Hawaii guide was very knowledgeable and an absolute gem! Where this company falls short is zero follow up for customer feedback, and my realization they either sold our vacation to KimKim or outsourced the vacation to KimKim. How do I know this? I was asked if I was also planning a trip to Portugal. The only company who could have known that was KimKim. // Paying a premium with Thomson Family Adventures knowing I could have built the same trip with KimKim for less is a lesson learned. And what premium travel company tests an itinerary with one family and then doesn’t solicit feedback from that family?! - A travel brand that doesn’t care about improving their offering or their customer once a trip has been paid for. Buyer beware. Had the company reached out to acquire feedback I wouldn’t have bothered to posted this review.
Roaring Brook Veterinary: Baja glamping was a total bust. Ultimately guide lied to us about the port being closed and glamping never happened. Beware. In our past interactions with Thompson they were great, this however, fell short. They were unresponsive in taking care of this situation, actually somewhat accusatory. We will be using another agency for our yearly family vacations. We tried to make the best of what we were given. Sickened after finding our guide lied to us, actually stated she was not a kid person (we have two small children) perhaps this was her reasoning? Picture of the cooking class, which was one of our favorite activities.
Jennifer Houston: We have taken 3 trips with Thomson as a family of 4 - Tanzania, Peru and Morocco. Each time has been exceptionally wonderful. The guides they use are so good and attuned to your wants and needs. The itineraries are well thought out, and if you have ideas, don't be shy; Thomson does custom and private trips too (ps - they aren't much more expensive than the small group rates). We've done both private/custom and small group and loved them equally. Can't wait to book our next trip!
Kerry Whitford: Our family (8 of us) traveled to Japan with Thompson Family Adventures in the summer of 2019. It was an amazing trip with a mix of culture and historic sites and adventure and was very much scaled for our daughters at ages 12 and 14. We did everything from sightseeing in the city, to biking through rice paddies, hiking on cultural trails, paper making and drumming!! We even visited a school to meet the girl's pen pals - one of the highlights of the trip. Naomi, our guide was amazing - she was organized, friendly and informative. The children has an "educational" leader that kept them busy making journals and learning a bit of Japanese. If you go on this trip, you and your family will not be disappointed.
Beverly Cameron: Thompson Family Adventures planned a fantastic week for us and our 9 year old grandson in the Baja. Everything was perfect from being picked up at the Cabo airport to being delivered back there at the end of the week. Hugo, our primary guide, was fantastic and he went out of his way to make everything special for us. We swam with whale sharks, went snorkeling with sea lions and tropical fish, had lunches on almost deserted beautiful beaches, released baby sea turtles to the ocean, rode horseback on the beach, had a Mexican cooking lesson with Chef Iker, surfing lessons, fun in the surf, a historical tour of Todos Santos, and our grandson meeting Mexican children his age who were studying English. Los Colibris was an excellent place to stay. It’s a small resort, family friendly, the breakfasts and picnic lunches were delicious, and our room was excellent. Our restaurant meals were varied and tasty. We wanted our grandson to have a fun vacation and to appreciate being in a different country and culture. Thompson Family Adventures provided everything we hoped for and more. We couldn’t have asked for a better active family vacation, from our initial enquires, to our trip, and through the follow up.
Lynne Morrison: Our family has been lucky enough to enjoy exploring several different destinations with Thompson Family Adventures. The trips have been very different from each other but every one was amazing in its own way. TFA takes the stress of the logistics away so the parents can enjoy the trip as much as the kids. There is no way we would have been able to set up comparable trips on our own. Our kids have loved traveling with other families, too. Give them a try!
Allison Grow: Thomson really delivers on what they promise. I took my 11yo typical son, my mentally handicapped 13yo daughter, and my 82yo dad on the Ireland trip and everyone had a stellar time, because the guides were equally knowledgeable about the destination, great at relating to all kinds of people, and meticulous with details and organization. The hotels and food were excellent and the activities were wonderful; my kids are still talking about it. They accommodated our widely disparate needs in so many ways; most of the time I didn't even have to ask. My son and I went on the Canadian Rockies trip and were thrilled with the outdoor activities (in 5 days we were on top of a glacier, caving underground, flying through Class IV rapids, hiking in snow flurries at 9000 ft, mountain biking by bears, and hiking up waterfalls) as well as the beautiful accommodations and the other families on the trip. I'm taking both my kids to Costa Rica with Thomson this spring, and we've got Iceland and Tanzania in our sights too. I love leaving the details to them and just showing up to have a blast with my family.

One thing we were disappointed that Thomson adventures didn’t have a welcome gift. Other clients on the boat had either a bottle of champagne , coupon towards clothes purchase etc. We brought 7 people on this boat. We didn’t need anything elaborate but when we saw the majority of people received something from there travel agent it was disappointing. But definitely recommend this trip for a family

Kris Kane: I traveled with Thompson Family Adventures with my 2 teenagers to Costa Rica, and every moment of the trip was perfect! Our guide was knowledgable and fun, every place we stayed was unique and lovely, and the things that we saw and did were memories of a lifetime. I cannot recommend them more highly! So much so that we are traveling to Machu Picchu and the Amazon with them this summer. Thank goodness they do trips for millennials, because I hope to travel with Thompson more and my children don't seem to stop getting older!
Rika Stevenson: Thomson smoothly accommodated our group of 16 ranging in age from 9-72 when we traveled to Ecudor/Galapagos. Differnet interests, different activity levels, different needs, and different goals for the trip. All were accommodated and we all had an amazing trip. I think the higlight for most of us was the homemade paella meal under the stars on our last night in the Galapagos.
Colette Charest: Our trip to Italy was our second trip with Thomson. Our first, a safari in Tanzania, was an amazing experience. The experience in Italy was completely different but just as wonderful. A great mix of physical activity and intellectual ones . . . And a few surprises along the way! We weren’t able to go to Vesuvius that summer because of forest fires in the area. Our guides took us instead to the tunnels under Naples carved in the volcanic tuft. It was a great experience! My son’s birthday was during the trip. I asked our guides if it was possible to have a cake. They made it happen and they even had a small gift for him. They adjusted some of the walk schedules or shortened them when the heat was a little too much. Our experience at the organic farm was interesting for everyone and it’s wine absolutely delicious. I could go on . . . visiting Pompeii and a cloth paper making place in Amalfi, climbing Vulcano for sunset, walking on Stromboli and Etna, sea kayaking near Amalfi and again along the shores of Vulcano not to mention the great Italian food! We were a diverse group and somehow our guides made it work for all of us!!! Thank you Thomson for all of these moments and more!
William Pusey: Our family, all 18 of us, had an amazing trip with Thomson Family Adventures to Tanzania. Safe and secure transit and transfers, lovely accommodations both in and outside the bush, knowledgeable and engaging guides will to answer every question kids ages 3 to 23 can ask, and unbelievable scenery and animal watching particularly at the private preserve they operate. Even better, we were able to meet locals in Arusha and several villages, including playing a soccer/football match against a school (they were much better than we). The experience was better than even the most experienced travelers amongst us expected. We would do it again in a flat second if we could round up the gang now that everyone is older and scattered.

Daniel Nguyen: Literally just picked up my visa, and I cannot stress enough how easy and simple the process was through Feti. I think the nominal fee is absolutely worth all the would-be hassle of traveling to the NY consulate. Payment was via check or cash. I was in communication with Judy, who was very responsive and clear with all my questions during the entire process. Just make sure you fill out the form completely and have all the necessary lodging info - the agent will usually do a look-through when you drop the forms and your passport off. It literally took only 2 weeks from drop-off to pick-up. Upon pickup, Judy verified all the info on the visa/passport with me and wished me safe travels. Their office is convenient to get to via the T in Chinatown. I will absolutely recommend their services to any and all future travelers to China who are in need of the visa.!
Ming Lo: Horrible service. I booked a hotel in Las Vegas through them and I paid them the hotel fee in full before me and my family went on our trip. Once we got to Las Vegas the hotel informed us that only a portion of the fee was paid and we had to pay for the rest of it again.After we came back we informed the travel agent that we got double charged and requested a refund. The travel agent who was responsible kept giving us excuses to delay the process even though I have provided all the necessary receipts and documentation to prove that I was double charged. It has been 2 weeks after my trip already and I still don't have a confirmed date on when I can get my refund back. I'll never book my trip with them ever again!

Nick: Feti travel has great customer service and I would recommend them for visas and booking flights.I got my 10 year Chinese visa from them and it took 10 days to get the visa even though I chose the rush service but the delay was due to the Chinese embassy and they had no control over it and handled it well.The misalignment of information from the embassy and their visa collector caused them to lose a star. The email I got from the embassy said that the visa was ready for pick up but their visa collector said that we needed to wait another day.I also bought my flight from them which was slightly cheaper than buying online and they can reserve your seat for free until you pay, this way you don't need to buy cancellation insurance in case you need to change your tickets.My travel agent was Joey and I highly recommend working with her!

Leigh D: I will not use Rima at Bler travel again! She basically screwed up the 50th birthday celebration we were having, wasn't attentive to the situation showed no urgency to fix the situation was very argumentative regarding her mistakes she made then acted as if she was doing us a favor and we were out the country in Mexico! She messed up pretty much in every aspect; we were to stay in Tulum she put us in at Princess in Playa riviera, she messed up Travelers names then tried to charge them 50.00 to correct! She messed up travelers credit card info, She messed up our airport transportation which one had to pay out of pocket to ensure they made their flight after Rima confirmed she would be good to go, we had to call her several times to fix our transportation arrangements, we had 3 rooms with double beds request, but got 2 and 1 with a king although there were 6 of us! She offered no apologies for anything, no refuds or credits for anything, no offer of an excursion NOTHING! I book better trips myself! Although I wasn't the one who actual booked with her (it was the birthday person herself) I know for a fact I will never book with Rima or Bler travel. Even after returning from this trip she has yet to send a courtesy email or anything! 2 thumbs down 👎

michael bearse: My partner & I just completed an 18 day trip to Lake Como, Venice, & Croatia arranged for us by Sam Erenfeld of Blair Travel in Brookline, Ma. We met with Sam a few months before the trip, explained our expected budget & time frame, our likes & dislikes when traveling as well as our interests & preferences. Sam then gave us a detailed draft agenda for our review. The trip was one of the best travel experiences ever. Everything was on time & on budget, the activities/excursions Sam arranged such as visits to several spectacular national parks in Croatia were perfect for us, & the hotels Sam picked were great with good locations, access to wonderful beaches, spotless & with staffs who were friendly & helpful. All in all, a really great trip.
