General Assembly Boston: what do users think?
workout binod pro: No response from voicemail or email
Husain Al-Mohssen: Positive:ValueSome of my best employees came from here.
Juan Manuel Moreno: Your money is better spent on an actual accredited degree. They sell themselves on misleading students that you can get a job within 1-6 months. But, most of these "jobs" are not with their help, and are internships that end in 3-6 months, and then you are back on square one. Their "career coaches" are only concerned in keeping their "employment" rate up and don't really care about the students.
Samantha Mackowitz: Class was interesting but a little basic for what I was looking for! Great space and teacher though.
Lloyd Whyte: Location location location.
Brad: Initially I was really excited to take a class at GA. I had been taking online classes for Data Science (Not from GA), and I thought and in person class room environment was the next step to push me to the next level.Expectations: I thought we would review material, take notes, work on examples together, have access to a deeper understanding the the instructor could provide. Be assigned homework and then review that homework together. A more structured environment, similar to a college level class.Reality: The class starts with a 20ish minute instruction of that days lesson. Then remaining time of the 3 hours is spent working on a practice lab and during that time you are allowed to ask questions. There is not enough time to complete the lab, but I expected to have homework. The notes are not easily laid out and I directly asked on multiple occasions to the instructor and TA where in the notes certain things were that pertained to the homework, which they couldn’t find and directed me to Google, and responded with, “the notes could have been written and organized better.” It was a big frustration that many in the class shared.I wanted to spend the time in class working on material and going over lessons, then do homework on my own time. I reached out to the success team and said this was not what I had expected and what my options were. The options were to drop the class for a partial refund or speak with the instructor. Since I was only going to get a partial refund I wanted to stay with the class. At the end of each class you can leave feedback, so I left feedback about how I thought the class went. In the next class the instructor pulled me into a private meeting and asked why I left poor feedback, I was a little surprised I was singled out from my feedback since it’s required. But It was an opportunity to express my frustrations. I explained how I felt the current way the class is taught is no different than an online class. We ended with agreeing to disagree because the instructor said this was the way it was and nothing changed. The instructor told me to be a little more greedy in the questions time since a few students seemed to monopolize the time, so I did feel like he cared and wanted to try and help me more.Eventually we had a TA come in and help with the class, which was great because there were more options to ask questions. And I found that the TA did a much better job explaining the work and lessons. But that didn’t happen for the entire class, I would say only about 30% of the class near the end.Wrote my initial review about how disappointed I was with the class and GA reached out to me and tried to resolve it, I said I had already reached out once before and they respond they thought it had resolved itself. They offered me a free bootcamp class, but I didn’t want to take anymore classes from GA, they offered me a partial refund which I accepted. One of my complaints, which I made to the Instructor and the student success team and the TA was that if my questions are not answered and I’m Googling so much, why did I pay to come the class? That was the reality, the cost didn’t merit what the class provided. While I liked that the student success team tried to help resolve the issues, there really isn’t anything they could do .Final Thoughts: The class is not worth the cost, maybe it was related to this specific class, but I didn’t feel the lessons were thought out well or explained well. I wish I had spent the money on online courses and had I been offered a full refund to drop after my initial complaint near the start of the class I would have accepted and left and used that money elsewhere.
Laura Aguirre: Whenever I try to get information or go to an info session they are not the friendliest bunch actually kind of rude.
Kamal Hans: Best way to stay up to date with the technology and marketing industry. They partner with industry experts and give you the best.
Keezer: A minimalist space for creative classes.

Greg Nanigian & Associates Inc, Sandler Training affiliate Boston: what do users think?
Robert Alvarez: Absolutely hands down the best sales training. I can only imagine how different and much better my career would have been had I experienced this training early on. I am grateful to be here now. If you are reading this review I would encourage you not to hesitate. Greg Nanigian and his team are spectacular and you will get incredible value for your investment. This training will give you techniques but you will also learn a different mindset. The training in behavior and attitude will change your persective and make me more effective. Go for it. Wishing you the best.
Mike Cohn: I worked with Greg and his team starting about 4 years ago and was presented with a series of sales prospecting and sales management techniques that were so counter intuitive that I was sure they could never work. But I took a risk and tried all of them - and they all worked exactly as promised. Greatly appreciative of the time you spent with me and the Wolf management team.
gary emond: Positive:ValueGreg and his team listened to our different teams needs and customized the sessions to maximize the benefit for all of us. Well done!

Topline Performance Solutions - Sandler Training Boston: what do users think?
Devin Littlefield: I recently completed the Sales Training Bootcamp in a virtual format. The training was fantastic! The combination of ground-breaking sales tactics from Sandler along with the incredible staff at Topline Performance Solutions made for an incredible experience. The training was highly impactful and the TPS team was top-notch.If you're serious about your sales career, there is no better training or team available than TPS!
Biren Zaverchand: I really loved the Sales Training class and simple techniques which should help me excel in what I do. Without any formal Sales Training I think these techniques will help me improve my reach, sell better and consistently improve my performance. Also customers on the receiving end should have a much better experience of engaging in the Sales Process!
Jesse Pearce: This is the difference in being a middle of the road sales person or an absolute sales NINJA! Amazing program!
Michelle Grondin: I can't say enough about Topline Performance Solutions/Sandler! I have been taking sales mastery classes for about a year and the things I have been taught have helped me not only in the sales world but in my personal life as well. Heading up 2 non-profit organizations I have to speak to people often and the fund raising never stops. I have grown our sponsors and donations over 50% in the last year thanks to the tools I have learned within Sandler. Sandler is hands down the best decision our company ever made for our sales team! Since joining Sandler, our company has also grown more than 400%. So the proof is in the profits!
Sean Arthur: Can't say enough about Topline Performance Solutions, I really got a lot out of the training and would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve.
Meghan Fishburn: The sales and leadership trainings that I’ve participated in at Topline have undoubtedly made my team and me more successful in helping grow our pipeline and agency as a whole. Their team genuinely cares about improving your skills and ensuring you’re getting the most out of every training. The sessions are interactive and engaging so that you’re using and retaining as much of the information as possible. I would highly recommend Topline Performance Solutions for anyone looking to makes their sales processes more efficient and effective and to ultimately grow your business.
Robert Poulin: I’ve been an tech entrepreneur, C-level Sales and Marketing Executive and President at a global digital marketing & advertising agency responsible for sales, marketing and business development. The sales and leadership workshops at Topline are the best training - for sales, sales management and executive leadership - that I have ever experienced. The strategies, techniques and approaches that my team and I learned have been invaluable in driving growth, developing our staff and understanding how to apply best practices to sales and sales management and leadership throughout our organization. The workshop trainings were also quite enjoyable, interactive and engaging with real-world applications, unlike most training programs. The instructors are highly adept at translating their real world experiences into the structured program. I highly recommend Topline if you are interested in developing and enhancing your sales and leadership skills, no matter how experienced you may be.
tymac121: Overpaid and misinformed individuals, inebriated with the exuberance of their own verbosity. Go see a real sales training group.

Boston Sports Clubs: what do users think?
Alexander Morgart: I had the opportunity to train as NYSC Boylston for the first time this weekend. Upon arrival I recieved a warm greeting from Claudia, the front desk staff member! She showed me around the facility and explained all the amenities the club offered. I had a great time, thank you Claudia!
Don Giambastiani: Often missing soap at showers. Inconsistent with towel serviceMonth later: no soap in any shower for 4 days. NYSC is not doing a good job.
NAOKI KOJIMA: Great gym!
Luis Cardenas: Tiene una piscina , que le da ventaja sobre otros clubes, el personal que atiende y el encargado está muy pendiente de todo, muy bien.La sauna es pequeña pero funciona bien , está bien para mi gusto y para mí paso por Boston.
Frederick Rockett: The club is very conveniently located in a large, clean, well-lit space that isn't crowded. There's a 3 lane pool where one can reserve a lane. There's plenty of equipment , and the staff is friendly and helpful. The gym members are polite and respectful. My only criticism is that the wifi doesn't connect automatically. I need to enter the password every time I go.
emma johnson: gym is locked and will not answer their phone is is 6:15 on 09/07/22 there is no reason for this
Marc Grella: Standing outside at 6:22 am when they should have been open at 6. Lousy work ethic here- they routinely open late and they just shrug.
riley whitehead: Great staff very friendly helpful Jose help me so much always in good mood aways willing to give advice ,place is very clean the only things machine are sometimes broken missing parts old ,sometimes opens late, l've talk to some of gym friends one machine the shrug press machine, we love still in back hallway we've been waiting for staff to return to main floor hopefully soon thanks very much enjoy working out here telling all my friends great place keep up great work thanks
Shannon Buell: Good Experience here. Convenient if you work in the backbay. clean. nice locker rooms. friendly staff.
david acker: Never crowdedStaff - helpful
Dayerkk Tuatha de Danaan: This review is in honor of Jessica, Boylston, and in the voice of ESP my initials , who after speaking with me, and onceJamie , whose wisdom educated me proper taught me how incorrect the other team members were in accordance with policy guidelines. Now as a point of honor Jessica and I came to an agreement, a payment arrangement had been made, after around 7 team members at Prudential misled me on the date in. March that I’d be billed.Too many unexpected bills ruin a business just ask Machine now bankrupt one year after they improperly handled this Bostonian.Jamie’s wisdom, however, educated me with thoroughgoing accuracy upon the date I’d be billed for the yearly in March and I was very specific about dates with another manager, obviously not a woman who misled me on the weight of gold I’d be out of that basic 70 bucks or I’d be over there at Prudential as I love it there too but I hate being misled. For what it’s worth today Eddie a team member said and I quote “ Oh that’s ok you can work out today, shower and whatever “ as if I were poor as if I hadn’t worked out an arrangement as if he had any power in his team member positioning and from what I understood he sucked at Baskeball which I exceed in.I’m praying no hoping Eddie becomes educated because should he not understand that a They ThemPronoun specifically educating all on and not caring with 11 dead grandmothers buried right here in Massachusetts makes me a 13th generation abolitionist and I don’t take lightly to being told I’m poor because my Soul is rich and I have Jesus and Mary to thank for that and many others especially Jessica and Jamie.Thank you Boylston Thank you AgainAmen
Stefaniya Brown: Cancelled at the end of the month. The employee did not put my cancellation through and I was charged for the next month. Cannot get a hold of the manager to discuss getting a refund despite specifically asking to be contacted by them repeatedly. One particular staff member was incredibly rude and unprofessional over the phone. Would not recommend their gyms under any circumstance. A waste of money.
Stacy Malibu: I just asked to use their restroom, because I left my puppy outside and was worried about her, bit the receptionist girl didn't let me, even when I gave her all my information and told that I was a member for 3 years.
Yanet Rojas: I checking on the front desk at 3:30pm 02-22-22 505 Boylston St, Boston, MA 02116 the new girl that works doesn't know how to talk to a member my husband and I was very upset we said I'm waiting for my new card to arrive it takes 7 days and i would exchange it for a new one and she just told me that I would have to pay as it only expired 1 day I'm tried to explain that I am waiting for the new card i will receive this week i am a member for 10 years this has never happened to me and she said I can't get in and she ask me to leave
Sarah Williams: Can you please open to at least 9pm.. is so hard to get exercise in when you close so early
Moises Pinto: toop
Jacob Pierce: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityNew management and upgrades to the club! Towel service is back!
Derrick Trotman: Positive:Professionalism,QualityEvery time I’ve gone all of the staff are friendly knowledgeable about their facility. I’ve never seen a more clean a gym from top to bottom. No sweat stains on machines, or overcrowded workout areas. I’m able to get in do the workouts that I need and get out without a hassle. If you need a good gym I highly recommend it.
Stuart Wallace: machines always broken, poor hours, freeze fees came back out of nowhere, they freeze your account for some time without warning resume it and charge you. just obnoxious
will c: Critical:Professionalism,QualityJust another lowly chain gym with no sense of community or inclusion. The manager has the absolute most disgusting attitude i’ve ever encountered. Go ANYWHERE else.
Taryn Hallweaver: 🚨🚨🚨 BSC does not require vaccinations of their staff. I know personally because of many conversations that one of their trainers refuses to get vaxxed (he will openly admit this) and is currently teaching a cardio class every Monday. BSC is not disclosing this fact to people signing up for and attending the class.I have spoken several times to the manager and assistant manager about this issue for months now, and it’s evidently out of their hands (corporate policy).I go to the gym to stay healthy. I don’t want to be working out with people- staff, no less- who refuse to do the absolute bare minimum in the face of an ongoing pandemic and mass death to protect those around them. Shame on BSC for failing to be a safe and healthy place.UPDATE: I have been kicked out of the club for raising this issue. (To the person who responded to this comment: you can’t find my account because I’ve been booted from BSC.)

North End Branch of the Boston Public Library: what do users think?
Ann S: A small library in the heart of the North End with a beautiful little courtyard and diorama inside! Smaller than other BPL branches. The librarians are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. When we visited early 2023, they had a section where you could buy secondhand books (cash) for $1/paperback and we found some fun reads there!
XiroMassave: Everyone who works there are so nice. They love talking to me. They’re not like most libraries. They let you bring in beverages not alcohol you can’t eat inside the library but you can have a coffee or a soda there. I go there all the time and never had a problem with anyone there from the people or the librarians. So they are definitely unlike any other libraries were you have to be quiet. My mother used to be a librarian at the Lexington library and the Cambridge library so l growing up with a librarian was fun. So I definitely rating them 5 stars. My favorite library so far is this one. It may be small but a very we managed library. All the librarians there are absolutely friendly. So if your visiting Boston, MA the North End I highly recommend this location if you want a peaceful and respectful time.
Justin Kwiatkowski: Excellent smaller branch of the Boston public library. Clean, safe, comfortable.
Ellen Brandshaug: Needed to print some documents. Was helped by a very kind woman. Great service! Very cool stone floor and statue (?).
John Roy: Friendly helpful staff.
pk boston: Best librarians in Boston.
Undercover Astrology: 12/06/2019 Restroom available. Ask at front desk for key. Warm in winter. A great spot to get out of the cold for a bit while you're exploring the North End.
Michael J Lanzo: Great place to go if you got to go
Edward S. Gault: It's a warm community center type atmosphera. People know and care about each other, reading, learning, and their library that makes it happen!
Greg Mckrill: Small and welcome space with a very lovely librarian that welcomed me.
Andrew Lamb: Ms Jennifer is awesome. My kids love this library
SP Flannel: The architecture is beautiful, the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Definitely one of Boston's hidden gems
Pablo Pinto: Very convenient, accessible, and with enough essentials for a quiet working setting. It has plenty of tables and chairs, Internet is free (although it could be faster), and there are lots of cafes and restaurants in the area ideal when taking a break.

Boston Sports Clubs: what do users think?
Ijaz Ahmed: I noticed high quality of customer service. Front desk employees welcome everyone with a kind smile. All employees are always ready to assist. Today I met with SZ KHAN the son of law of Pakistan legend squash player QAMAR ZAMAN KHAN. SZKHAN is one of top squash player. BSC should benefit from his talent to coach young sqash player in the area. Keep it up BSC
Abdohamis Tran: Great gym. Good equipment and very fair prices (student discounts go crazy!)They replaced the basketball court with another weight room with much needed equipment, and, as an avid basketball fan, I think it was a necessary sacrifice.Biggest gripe is the inconsistent parking situation, but it's right next to comm ave so there are options. There's usually plenty of time and space after the post - work rush from 4:30-6pm.Update: THEY EXTENDED HOURS TO 10PM CLOSING ON WEEKDAYS!
s3h: Don't really understand all the bad reviews. Good, spacious gym, haven't run into any of the issues described in other reviews
Diego Shuts: Had the most upsetting experience at that gym when members uses multiple machines at the same time not allowing you to actually organize your set of workouts! FYI I let the managers know about the issue they don’t even care about it. They mark the machines with bottles of water or cell phones while using and pinning the other machines too, they make it seems they r being used by somebody!
Iago Peretti: Great gym! A lot of equipments, nice and clean environment, many parking spots. I’m moving out so I had to cancel my membership and it was very fast and easy!!
Jorge Allende: Good gym.. equipment wise, but opens late too frequently.
Peter McLaughlin: Great equipment with a good variety of cardio and strength machines. In my experience opens late pretty regularly.
Dan Wilkins: Excellent gym - good mix of everything a gym needs for people to train at any fitness level. Good atmosphere too. When I eventually had to move, cancellation was extremely easy. I have heard that was an issue in the past... but they've clearly fixed it, as I've never had an easier gym cancellation in my life.
jp: Awesome staff and great layout and cleanliness
Forest Miller: I really enjoy BSC however showers are a basic amenity and at this location there has been no hot water for several weeks. Before this the sauna was down for several weeks. Would likely get 5 stars if amenities were repaired in a timely manner.
Estefani Oliveira: Super busy between 4 and 7pm, the showers are cold, sauna doesn’t work, they don’t offer towels since 2020
Ana Carolina Rocha: I started doing gym here and at first I didn't know anything and I had a lot of pain in my back and legs, so I decided to hire one of the personal trainers, I don't regret it. Jordan has helped me a lot and I no longer feel the back pain I used to feel.
A J Bear: First time here and they didn't open on time on a Saturday. Over 30 min late and I left eventually. Over 15 members standing around outside waiting and leaving.
Prem Bheda: Great gym, lots of equipment and space plus a sauna and racquetball courts. But it does have small locker rooms and some treadmills and machines have seen better days. Works with gympass through BCBSMA
Patel Jatin: Sandra - She was just really great. I was new to understand anything about Gym-Work Out and all. She was really nice and extremely helpful. She helped me understand details in brief. She helped beyond explaining. Thanks to her. She still responds back to help understand. She Was Really Sweet & Nice. Appreciate your help!!.. Thanks A Lot Sandra. :))..
Elisa Gan: Decent gym and almost the only option around the area. The equipments and facilities in general are slightly outdated but sufficient for most people’s needs. I am upset about the squash courts being taken up by bike trainers and other random equipments though because I signed up partially to play. Please bring the squash courts back because it is such a waste to one of the only highlights your gym offers.
Agustin De Ganzó: Every piece of equipment is broken and/or filthy, there’s not enough equipment either and some of them don’t work because some pieces are missing, very crowded all the time, impossible to work out even when I go everyday around 6:30am
Jason: I’ve been professionally working out over 15 years, I’ve been in bunch of different gyms so far this one is literally the worst one ever they don’t even have enough plates if you don’t have it then limit your membership so you would have less people. Thank you!
Tristen Roman: Decent place, not great, but solid for the price
Alexandre Sofman: The best, most convenient and very affordable. Just ask for a discount if you’re paying over 40$ but it could change with CoVid situation (used to be at least $69). Doesn’t have a pool but for this price and convenience you can’t have it all. It does have a punching bag and that’s why I’m going to BSC. The staff is always around, helpful and polite. Multiple different machines and free weights to chose from. Several different rooms for different purposes - cycling, stretching and one-on-one lessons.
Jenn Y.: I signed up for a great New Years promotion in 2019 that only charged me $25/month. This gym was worth it at that price point. Warehouse aesthetics/lots of college guys. I wish they had more modern equipment, but everything is well-maintained and clean. It was very easy to cancel my membership at the front desk. No hassle at all.
