Was called in ~30 minutes past scheduled appointment time, which was annoying/ excruciating after being told to “drink a lot of water and make sure you have a full bladder” for the ultrasound.Ultrasound tech/ staff people were efficient and did a reasonably good job of explaining things.Parking is $7 for 1 hour, and they don’t validate parking.

Yue Zhang: the front desk is very unfriendly. They only allow one person to accompany the patient, and not even a baby can additionally join. First, they said they follow the guidelines of Brigham hospital. When we called the hospital and told them babies do not count, they change their statement and said usually they follow the guidelines but in this case they have their own rules. Such b******t!

Brittany Hadayia: I had a great experience today for my Sonohysterogram at 9:00 AM this morning. There were two ultrasound techs and a doctor and they both put me at ease and were so personable and comforting! I was so nervous about this procedure but the staff made it a breeze. Highly recommend

David Candito: I don’t understand what is wrong with this place they are in network and don’t bill insurance and instead repeatedly send bill for thousands of dollars we have called the place 4 times and we still don’t see anything coming through to the insurance. Either completely incompetent or they are crooked. I would go somewhere else.

Adrienne Barrios: Nothing about my experience with Diagnostic Ultrasound Associates has been good. The exams themselves were uncomfortable, the office staff was short and cold toward me, and the billing process has been a nightmare. I've been dealing with their billing department for months trying to get things sorted, and they made a decision/"resolved" things without telling me (i.e. decided they would not change anything), and sent me a "final notice" bill, even though I was told several times that this process of deliberation about the billing would not result in me being considered late. Today, upon receiving the final notice, I called and they claimed that things were already explained to me, which is an outright lie. The last conversation I had with them was, for the third time, someone telling me I was right and giving me a reference # for the issue. I'm extremely frustrated from the whole process and their lack of both customer service and intelligence.

Despite so many oppositions and misunderstandings trying to shut them down, they remained focused on their mission and stood firm through the trials. Their success story is truly a miracle in which legacy will positively impact the city for generations to come.

Alty Vazquez: As a volunteer in this place for several years I am very pleased to see the kindness, care , and respect the staff here provide for women who comes looking for free pregnancy services as pregnancy test, women that need emotional support during their pregnancy stages due to the lack of support from their partner or because they are on their own. Also educational classes & videos on how to take care of herself during her pregnancy, and of the baby once he/she arrives are part of these amazing services.

Boston Center offers many services for people facing unplanned pregnancies as well an after abortion group which helps people struggling after making the decision to abort. The care is real here, for ALL people.

I found some of the other reviews strange that say it’s not a health care facility and not to go. Mental health counseling IS a part of health care. If you need someone to talk your options through with, or need support and resources if you’re deciding to have your baby, the people here will show you kindness and offer support.

Danielle Ha: The people who work at BCPC are very genuine and kind. As a volunteer with them, I’ve seen the way that the staff cares about each individual that walks in and does everything they can to meet each person’s needs. Plus, their services are free to clients! Definitely worth calling them if you’re facing an unplanned pregnancy.

However, I needed to go and now after attending counseling there I feel compelled to let others know that this center is here to help you. It does not judge, it truly is a safe space. Franck Dernoncourt: "Due to Partners Policy the result will be posted on Patient Gateway after the hold. If you need the result before it is available you will need to contact the ordering provider."- that is unacceptable. If I have an MRI, x-ray or some other medical imaging, I want to have the results as soon as they are ready. I don't want to have to wait one week or have to ask my ordering provider.
