Zoe Dickerson: I just had a $700 pair of boots resoled here, and they look brand new. I haven't had the chance to wear them out yet, but the quality of the work looks great. It cost me $60 for the new soles, and they look like they'll hold up for years to come.

Jim Couture: Got my dress shoes re-heeled and polished (solid work), but where this place really shined was my nice Wilson leather work bag; the proprietor found a couple of micro-screws to repair a broken clasp; cut some leather to re-place the ‘pad’ of the shoulder strap, and cleaned up the bag so we’ll it looks like new. The bag’s 4 years old and get used every work day, so that’s a big deal. Re-heeled shoes and cleaned and repaired laptop bag, 100$. Happy wife that the nice leather bag she bought me 4 years ago is taken care of and lookin great? Priceless!!!

Kameron Kalmar: Have been an avid Filson fan for many years, sending family and friends their way providing a lot of business. Slowly loosing faith in this great brand by the loss of American made quality. Paying top dollar for goods made in Bangladesh and Vietnam for a target audience of Hipsters and trend setters that don’t stack up to the vintage Filson heirloom quality we all grew to love. I still Duck hunt in my grandfathers Filson jacket from the 60s. Something the new Asian made clothes could never do. And the cherry on top is when it is an American made good they jack the price sky high. I try to put my money in an Americans pocket before anyone else, a sentiment I believe the old Filson believed in as well. Hopefully there is a management change or a new direction fast because the Filson loyal are taking there money elsewhere.

Meliessa Hennessy: We needed tempered glass to be installed in our 180+ year old historic double-hung 66" tall windows for the bathrooms to meet MA code. The team was very efficient and professional, came and took out the window, installed clean insulated temporary boards, came back on-time to re-install and repair the ropes, and even re-hung the window blinds, and left the place clean. The install and glazing was immaculate and their pricing was good. They didn't try to sell us on more than we needed to do and didn't require a minimum order to do the historic window repair. They were also unable to figure out how to install the storm window and because it was in a tenant's bedroom, I needed them in and out quickly so ended up having them leave the storm window behind and hired someone else to install it later. Because the glass that GWW had put in the storm was too big, it broke when it was installed and needed to be replaced again. They get 2 stars because they were courteous and seemed to know what they were talking about when they came to do the estimate. Pavel Ozhogin: I cannot say enough good things about these guys. Saw their van on the street, called, made an appointment, a very knowledgeable estimator came and did a very thorough walkthrough, explained everything, provided estimate right away. The house that we moved into had over a dozen of windows that wouldn't open or wouldn't shut. It was so bad that one of the windows almost fell out when opening. So, we were bracing for $20-30K new windows expenditure. These guys fixed all of the issues, including bunch of rotting wood for 10% of that! All windows work great now, they even painted them. The best thing is that they're honest, explain everything, and don't oversell! So rare to find that combination. Highly recommend to everyone who has issues with windows.Service:Window repair

Every one I had spoken to either hung up on me or never transferred the call. Once I finally got a hold of someone, they seemed reluctant to even check and see if the item i wanted was in stock. After telling me what was in stock, they abruptly said ‘bye bye’ and hung up with out any thing else being said.

Tried it at home, it wasn’t my colour so I went back to return it and it was the same lady that sold me the foundation, she seemed very upset and just grabbed the receipt out of my hand and then just shooed me away, Now the second time I went to buy a twilly at the Dior store, was greeted nicely but once i went back to return it they told me to go away and couldn’t return it because it was “used” even though the sales associate wrapped it in around my bag. Don’t know but I think this store is very racist because i kept getting looks up and down and judged because i was struggling with my english pronunciation. Very disappointed. Won’t ever be coming in again

The associate claimed it would take 3-5 days to recieve and even 6 days later, I heard nothing from thr store regard my order. Too much complications to chase cat tails, manager to manager that we have called 3 time and no one resposible for my order, even the lady on fragrance section who sold it to me shave it off. Franty Cleophat: DON’T order online. You will Never get your item. I ordered from them on December 27th and delivery date expected on January 3rd. Shipping label created on December 28th for next day delivery. Now January 6, and you guessed it right; i never received my order. Mind you it was supposed to be a gift. I ended up putting a claimed for my money and now I have to wait 10 days for my refund. For a big company like this, they need to revisit their service because they have none. You can get better service from Dots then them. Don’t waste your time and money shopping there. Horrible experience.

Yimeng Wang: purchased a YSL Nikki from Saks last year and found out that the YSL head quarter weren't able to authenticate that, resulting in me not able to receive any warranty or other after service. This is very bad and disappointing plus surprising situation, but Saks continue to refuse to provide ANY solution, not a refund, nothing. They just kept telling me they are authorized retailer regardless my email from YSL saying they were not able to authenticate that. Makes me question the quality of all other items they sell.
Liz: Awful experience with their customer service at 1st floor. I received a wrong item from them so went there in person to get refund. I let them know that the item I ordered was different and is now out of stock- the staff scoffed at me saying it looks “almost” the same.Well clearly it was different belt (w/different code number) from what I ordered which I explained. He almost mockingly smiled which I found very rude.
Jasmin Liu: Very judgmental customer service representatives - I was clearly looking for assistance and probably made eye contact with 5+ associates but no one offered help. I then tried to to make a return and they said that I would’ve had to wait more than an hour because their “phone lines were busy” and recommended I ship back my item myself. How hard could it be for them to help me return something, especially when I was already at the store ??
