Boston University Physical Therapy Center - The Ryan Center: what do users think?
David Gomes: Lizzy is an amazing therapist! I love working with her and the whole staff at the Ryan Center!
Stacy Scott: It is wonderful to be treated so well by a professional team that is well organized, top of their craft, kind and supportive. You almost want to find a reason to go there. They are the best.
Greg Beek: It was such a pleasant experience. Everyone was so professional. The building and environment was very clean. I very much would look forward to going back.
Thomas Dentremont: Great Job and timely.Thank You!
Jennifer Kohl: Excellent. Responsive. Trace is great, Flexible. Lots of expertise!
Belle: The physical therapist spend most of time during my session managing other patients and asked me to work on the exercises he taught me before. I don't know if this kind of multitasking is normal and expected here but I definitely feel my time and money is not well spent.
Wadner Simon: I’m always banged up from some lifting injury, and I just come right back to BUPTC and that part of my body never acts up again
Peter McGinnis: The input from students was greatly appreciated and I learned a lot, hopefully while helping them to learn as well. I look forward to my next time with them!
Henry Moura: They are very friendly and professional
MARIE DAMORE: They are the absolute best!!
Joseph LiPuma: In pain...couldn't sleep...a few sessions later, pain abated substantially, sleep possible. Focused, effective, compassionate PT...great stuff!
Matt Petty: This is my second experience at BU Physical Therapy. As was the case back in 2015, I have had an excellent experience. The staff is friendly, the space is modern and clean, and most important the therapists are professional and knowledgeable.I have been working with Trace Sears, who has made the rehab process fun while also ensuring I am healing and strengthening appropriately. Trace has implemented a nice mix of physically challenging workouts, while progressing in such a way that protects my body from any further injury.I could not be happier with my experience and highly recommend this Center for any PT needs.
Doug Most: So professional. So easy. So friendly. Great facility. Could not have been more impressed or more pleased.
Emily L.: Louise is the best physical therapist I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I have fibromyalgia and a few areas of hypermobility. Louise takes into account my limitations without ever making me feel less-than. Her decades of expertise allow her to select the right exercises and provide modifications if things are too difficult for me at my current level. My body is thriving under her care! After less than two months, my overall pain is lower, and I've gained noticable muscle mass. Louise's energy is very good, and she knows how to keep my nervous system at ease, which is very important for keeping fibromyalgia pain low. I believe she truly cares about every patient and wants to help us improve our quality of life. I feel so incredibly lucky to be working with her that it's worth coming to BU from Dorchester twice a week. I truly believe Louise may be the best PT in the Boston area for complex patients like myself. In addition to Louise, I've had great experiences with the front desk and other staff, who are all warm and professional. I would give ten stars out of five of I could!
Xianjun Yu: Very and super good!
Ray Hardin: In my three visits so far, Chris Barucci has chosen exercises that specifically address the physical problems I'm dealing with. He listens and responds to my concerns and questions, helping to create a trusting relationship. I look forward to continuing our work together.
Lucine Boloyan: I am so grateful for my outstanding experience at BUPTC. I worked with Chris Barucci and a BU DPT student named Simran. Both were so attentive, knowledgeable, and offered quality patient-centered care. They gave me numerous exercises that helped me heal from my lower back pain in 2 months. I am excited to continue doing the exercises they gave me, which are realistic to complete at home. They also gave me tips to make my work stations at work and home more comfortable, and those changes helped tremendously. I appreciated that Chris and Simran normalized pain and reminded me that my body's abilities and strengths will vary from day to day. They instilled in me a positive body image, which also reduced a lot of my anxiety. Finally, the front desk workers are super friendly and organized, the facility is clean with lots of equipment, and everyone working with his or her PT seems happy, and all the PTs seem so happy too! There is a general positive disposition at BUPTC. I would recommend BU PTC to anyone!
Chenlin Zhu: Sarah is incredible! She is so nice and professional. I really like her training way.
Oressa Gray-Mullen: Really, really great center. The staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable. The staff I've met are patient and really seem to care how you're feeling. The others seem to be happily chatting and working with patients or discussing cases with each other. Good vibe. You never have to wait long and they have a clean, positive atmosphere. Well staffed because of the BU "interns". The parking is a bit tough if you drive, but not too bad. Well worth it. I've been going for months for a tricky injury and every session has been a good experience so far.
Alex Wong: The team at the BU Physical Therapy Center did a really good job of assessing the factors that aggravate my arthritic knees. They've developed a set of exercises to strengthen other muscle groups to help support the areas around my knees. The exercises are helping - I'm feeling less pain in my knees now. I highly recommend Elizabeth Whitehill and Parul Patel!
Kristen Hydinger: Great staff and atmosphere. Staff ask about your life and hobbies and interests - you're not just a number or a miscellaneous patient. Lots of equipment options so you're not waiting around for someone else to wrap up. Clean facility and staff have adhere to COVID safety. I feel comfortable there and appreciate that each session is deliberately geared toward not just helping me recover but toward returning to the activities and goals I set at my intake. For example, I really want to get back to doing yoga so my PT advised me on different modifications as well as materials yoga mats can be made out of and helped me find one that won't slip on my wood floors at home. He even helped me find a retailer selling the brand I'd decided on so I knew what it looked like and how much it cost. Scheduling definitely can be tight so either your schedule needs to be flexible or you need to book out 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure you're getting the slots you want. Highly recommend!

Bay State Physical Therapy - Boston Huntington Ave.: what do users think?
Sophia Kim: Matt and Ken were so accommodating when I only had 3 weeks to do PT before surgery. Friendly and knowledgeable physical therapists, would highly recommend!
Miguel Laboy: Just a few words to express my gratitude to the PT’s at Bay State, YMCA location. I am training to Walk 500 miles, one of the many roads to “El Camino De Santiago”, from some point in France to Galicia by the northern part of Spain. To walk 20 miles a day, you better be in good shape to avoid injuries. Is not in the gym or just walking how you train!!!!! We need the Physical Therapist!!!! on our side !!! They are the ones that better know your body. They are the ones that teach you those little moves and exercise that bring together the most minuscule tissues in the body and start to make you stronger from the foundation. As little as 4 weeks I definitely feel the benefits from my sessions with Kenn. Is my most deeply believe !!!! that everybody should have a PT in their health care team, working together with your PCP as a preventive way to avoid injurie, bad postures, pain and wrong moves that can end in serious problems. It Is time to realize that Physical Therapy evolved to the higher quality standards services that any good health care system should provide and that we all deserve !!! and it should be positioning accordantly !!! More PT’s in action, better bodies in motion !!!! Thank you guys !!!
Libby Westbrook: Great pt! Got me walking with no support after my ankle surgery much faster than I expected!
Nakeisha Lofton: I had to reschedule my appointment because I can’t make it that day I get I had to get my son at and I say at 10 o’clock I can’t do it o’clock at 6 o’clock because I can’t make it so I had to make a different day for me
Mauren Merner: Hi my name is Maureen I am a 65 year old woman that walked 4 to 6 miles 4-5 days a week on August 18th 21 everything stopped with the emotional and physical help from Matt Donovan at Baystate PT I went through two surgeries my spine and a hip replacement with a new FEMA Matt worked with me for 2 years his patience and knowledge along with the home program I graduate today to all in pain even us over 60 Baystate never gives up no Walker no came thanks to Matt Donovan you're my hero and thanks to Baystate and Laura the receptionist my services were unbelievable the support team emotionally took me over the top I went through such a long period of pain until surgery with covid thanks Bay State

I sprained my left ankle pretty badly and was feeling pain even 4 months after the injury, but within a month of PT with Matt, I noticed improvement and pain reduction that I hadn't noticed before. And the staff is super friendly too. Thank you so much for everything Matt, really appreciate it.
Gamalia Pharms: Excellent physical therapy and staff. Matt, Jesse, and Ken are kind and thorough therapists. Option of aquatic therapy as well. I highly recommend!
Jamie Penn: Very comfortable environment, professional staff, each person will go at their individual pace and ability. My experience is very relaxing but challenging as well, I very much enjoy going to bay state physical therapy.
Alba Gonzalez: Mi experiencia en Bay State Physical Therapy fue muy buena. Ken mi terapista es excelente!Samantha súper atenta y siempre dispuesta a ayudar.Todos muy amables y profesionales.
George Revoir: Matt and the team do a great job!
cordelia heflin: Hello it was pleasure working with Matt and ken they were very nice and caring, Thank you so much I feel so much better, sincerely Cordelia Heflin.
Jalon Fowler: Matt was great - really appreciate his care and knowledge. He guided me through the ups and downs of rehab and I left PT with more strength, flexibility as well as with increased confidence and skills. Matt makes an effort to have a personal connection with each client and it makes the experience all the more worthwhile. Highly recommend!
marycwahba1: The staff here are very warm, friendly, and professional. 10/10 would recommend!
Barbara Blue: Since I've come to Bay State Therapy I have had continual great improvements physically. I am so excited about my physical health Improvements and my experiences here. What I love most is that I am heard and not ignored. This is my experience at the Huntington Ave Bay State therapy it really keeps me coming back.
Carlene Ware: This facility at Huntington Ave is absolutely the best!!! They are very good at what they do and they really care about the rehabilitation of their clients. Matt Donovan was my PT and he is like a caring big brother that really cares about your therapy and it resonates in his amazing work and I absolutely recommend BayState Physical Therapy you will definitely be pleased.
joanna phillips: THE PHYSICAL THERAPIST IS THE MOST TRAINED THERAPIST I'VE HAD AND I HAD SEVERAL
Sheila Duong: I never considered physical therapy before and was referred to Bay State by a close friend who also sought treatment for back pain. I was lucky to be set up with the same physical therapist, Matt Donovan. I've never met such a patient and kind person, he is truly the best. He was great at explaining each workout and its benefits, along with tips to avoid back pain flare ups (since my job is mostly spent in front of a computer) Thanks to Matt, my back pain is gone and he's motivated me to keep active even outside of our appointments. Highly recommended!

Bay State Physical Therapy: what do users think?
Hannah Ferraro: I’ve been here twice for my TMJ and worked with two different people who were both experienced with the jaw and surrounding areas . The take home exercises are easy to do and I have made a lot of progress
Samuel Riley: Thankfully I have a limited experience with PT but I have worked in healthcare for decades and know more than most. Bay State was pleasant, professional, convenient and most importantly, clinically excellent. I was referred to them by my PCP, also a patient, and have just completed my course. I feel whole and now have some new tools to help keep me that way going forward.
Chuck. Diamond: Easy parking, great location and getting the care I need.
David Gomolin: Great people and very caring.
gwen garban: Kate at the Chestnut Hill location was awesome! She is very thorough, attentive, knowledgeable, and cares about her patients. She was a pleasure to work with and helped me gain back the range of motion I lost with my elbow fracture. She added and changed the exercises based on my improvements each week, and provided very personalized care. I highly recommend her at Bay State!
Helen Greenwald: Kate Degnan is an excellent pt. She is thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. She devised a well organized regimen to treat my jaw problems. I am feeling much better after working with her.
Laurie Callahan: Love this place!! Katie Degnan is a super smart, caring, attentive therapist. Very knowledgeable, patient, positive, bubbly person with a fun personality.Heather at the front desk is always smiling, very professional and friendly.
Roberto Arenas: I had a left shoulder injury bothering me for a long time also affecting other muscles on my neck and upper back, and with a couple of months of customized treatment under my fantastic therapist Kate at the Chestnut Hill facility I fully healed and went back to my first CrossFit WOD in a long time today ! Thank you Kate, I truly appreciate your patience and dedication to help me heal .
Lincoln Badley: Amazing. Kate is so knowledgable and friendly, and Heather at the front desk is simply the best.
Sarah Hamilton: Caroline Orsi I’d the best PT I’ve ever had, and I’ve had probably almost 15 for various things. I have seen her for almost 6 months to help with strengthening my hip, which has a labral tear. Something she has personally experienced and could relate to. The best part of working with Caroline is that she takes into account what sport or activities you do and are trying to get back to and will develop exercises to help improve success with these activities. She puts a lot of thought and effort into your treatment as opposed to just doing the same old exercises for that area that she does with everyone. If you are a dancer, acrobat, runner, rock climber, ice skater she is a wonderful choice for you.
Alexis Hecht: From the front desk (Heather) very knowledgeable and friendly! Caroline my Physical Therapist also very friendly and knowledgeable!! Fixed my sciatica pain and I am so happy with my results! I highly recommend this office!!!!
Joshua Malone: Overall great experience. The therapists were very professional, and the office was always clean. Greatly helped remediate my shoulder injury.
Jed Neureuter: I had an excellent experience with Kate Degnan at Bay State. Kate helped me clearly understand what was causing my lower back pain and stiffness, and worked with me on a range of stretching and strengthening exercises. In short, I have clarity and effective long-term strategies. Go see Kate!
Charles Bartlett: Kate and Caroline are excellent physical therapists, Smart experienced and very professional. I’ve been going to PT for many years and they are some of the best that I have ever worked with, and Heather takes care of all the insurance business which can be a real hassle
Sarah Keefe: I had knee surgery at the end of July for a tear in my patellar tendon after having chronic knee pain for a couple of years. I came to Boston for my sophmore year at BC only 3 weeks post-op. I had a hard time adjusting to being back at school while trying to recover from surgery at the same time, but Kate made this challenging time in my life so much more manageable. She always made sure I knew exactly what to do on my own and found specific exercises to prepare me for getting back into dancing. Working with Kate thoroughout this process has given me the strength as well as the confidence to return back to dance excited about my progress. I have been a competitive Irish Dancer for about 13 years and at the beginning of the process I wasn't sure if my knee would ever feel as strong as it did before the injury, but thanks to Kate my knee feels better than it has in years. I can't thank Bay State enough for all their support throughout the process!!
Gili Bethlehem: Great place and excellent therapists. Caroline was very professional. Sessions were always on time and she was very flexible with any schedule changes. She provided me with a home exercise routine with visuals that was easy to follow! Thanks to her my sports injury is so much better. I highly recommend this clinic and specifically Caroline!
Sam Dutkin: Bay State was an amazing find for me. Being a freshman at Boston College, I didn't have any idea on where I could go when I sprained my ankle. I was able to find Bay State and gave it a chance. Instantly they were super welcoming and extremely helpful with even getting me an appointment. Caroline was an amazing PT and really helped me with my recovery. They have a fun and helpful environment and I am extremely thankful for their help.
Margot Channing: Kate and the whole staff at Bay State PT in Chestnut Hill is incredibly professional and warm. I highly recommend them for any PT needs.
Jacob Thornburg: Bay State Physical Therapy is fantastic. The facilities and equipment are clean, well maintained, and professional. Having said that, the reason for the 5 star rating really comes down to Kate, the PT that helped me. She was warm, friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients. I would recommend Bay State and Kate to anyone.
Rose Ann Miller: Bay State PT is amazing. The whole practice is wonderful. I can’t recommend it enough. We’re particularly fans of Kate (aka: “Kate the Great!)
Cate Fesenmyer: The entire community of BSPT chestnut hill includes some of the kindest, most genuine, and invested people you will meet. Not only knowledgeable and dedicated to your recovery, Kate, Caroline and Heather are always accommodating with scheduling and are willing to modify and work with your availability to find the best times for you. I tore my ACL and MCL and came in with more limited range of motion and weakness in both legs. I am now playing 5 team sports, including basketball (which includes a ton of jumping) only 8 months into my 9-12 set recovery period. I am beyond grateful for the effort they have put in for me and my knee and I would avidly recommend BSPT to anyone. Also, Kate made me workouts outside of my appointments, recommended running schedules, and was gave suggestions for completing the workouts with minimal access to equipment or space. It really goes to show how much work she will put in.

Orion Outerbridge: Had my first dental appointment with Ace Dental the other day. Couldn't be happier with the work that was done!
Hershel Levine: My request for an appointment was scheduled immediately. The office is very clean and modern. All the staff were bright, cheery and answered all my questions. The next day after my appointment, I received a phone call to ask if there was any discomfort or follow-up questions. I highly recommend Ace Dental.
Emily Kamps: Dr park is the best dentist I’ve even been to in my life I was so scared to have my wisdom teeth removed and he made it so calming and pleasant Harrison and him are an amazing team and both such kind people you’d be so lucky to have them as your dentist. I know I was.

Skyler Jones: Great experience here! Whole staff is very friendly. Lindsay was super helpful with scheduling.*Update 2 years later, this place is still awesome:Best possible wisdom tooth removal experience. Would get at least three other teeth removed here! A wisdom tooth emerged and attacked me a couple of weeks ago and I received such quick and comfortable care here! I was awake but didn’t feel a thing during the removal. Dr. Park and Karimah were so lovely and made conversation to help me forget how anxious I had been. They were very kind and took their time to answer all of my questions and to make sure I felt safe the whole time. They are very good at their job and professional but also personable are genuinely nice people. I really have never experienced this level of care anywhere else. Thank you guys!
ETC Hyde Park: Love this place
Teneal Cooper: My experience at Ace dental was amazing. You don’t get good customer service now a days. From start to finish everyone was so inviting. But a few all stars I would like to say thank you too. Erin and Dr. Park you were great!!!
A Fan: Ace Dental is a great place, overall. It has a wonderfully patient and professional front desk and genuinely friendly staff. Past experiences at other dental spots had me bracing through some painful teeth cleaning, but Shania had the gentlest touch. My gums were so grateful.I love that Ace Dental's staff sends and responds to texts! I don't know if the office accepts all insurances, but they accepted mine and helped me understand relevant terms and coverages. Additional positive is the location: The office is T-accessible, there is street parking and, if you don't mind walking a few extra steps, a parking lot around the corner. The only downside is that the waiting area couches are a bit awkward and uncomfortable, but the extremely short wait almost made it easy to overlook.
Cassie T Beaubrun: Ace Dental is the BEST!!!!!! all of the staff are super kind and they provide amazing service.s/o to Harrison, Joanne , Ali & Shaina for being super supportive and providing the best care for me and my family.
Kayla Benton: Everyone was extremely nice. They were quick to get me in as a new patient and were very accommodating with scheduling my appointments that would work with my schedule.

Whiting Dental Arts: what do users think?
Samantha Luca: I am super happy I found this place. I skipped the Covid cleanings, so I was nervous to get back in the dental chair. BIG shoutout to Linda for making me feel super comfortable during my cleaning. Really liked and trusted Dr. Mike, so finally taking the Invisalign plunge with him! Definitely recommend.
Rostislav Levener: I recently visited this dental office with my mom and was blown away by the level of care and professionalism provided by the staff. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel at ease. Michael took the time to listen to my mothers concerns and explain all of her treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. The office is modern and well-equipped with the latest technology, which made the visit quick and comfortable. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone in need of top-notch dental care. Five stars all the way!
Irina Zhikh: I’ve been visiting Whiting Dental Arts for a few years now. Wether it was a regular dental cleaning, filling or more complex procedures - the services they provided were always exceptional!!They have super clean office with brand new appliances and very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend them for you dental needs!
JEREMY KATZ: If you want a dentist that is really amazing at what they do . I just had a new crown put on it took a day and there was no pain . The staff is warming they make you truly comfortable. They never make you wait the service is a 5 stars all the way . Thank you Mike for making me feel amazing .
Tom Osbahr: Dr. Faynzilberg did an outstanding job putting a cap on my front tooth which had recently cracked in half. He fabricated it in the office using high tech equipment & it was a perfect replica of the broken tooth as well as a perfect match to the the existing good front tooth. He is very personable, knowledgeable, experienced & is detail oriented. The entire staff is great & I've been going here for over 20 years with Dr. Whiting prior to Dr. Faynzilberg.
Diana Cleaveland: Part of my tooth fell out and Dr. F. was willing to see me within the hour. Very efficient and nice!
Michael Cirino - 1PSM-C: I recently saw Dr. Michael Faynzilberg for two crowns on my two front teeth. He did an amazing job. Dr. Michael was recommended to me by my father who was a dental technician for over 40 years. It was the best decision I have made. When I was in pictures before it looked like my front tooth was missing and I didn’t like to smile in picture. After I saw dr. Michael it now looks so much better and it looks natural so no one says I like your new teeth. Everyone at whiting dental is amazing from the hygienist to the front desk people. Thank you whiting dental arts for allowing to smile again
Savas Vallas: I generally do not write reviews but feel compelledto warn people of unethical practice. I wascharged $450 for a cleaning, panoramic x-raysand a dental consultation. The dentist saw me forless than two minutes and a $150 consultation fee was added to my bill. The dentist was clearly in a rush to get me out. As a healthcare worker, I totally understand the pressures of high caseloads but by no means is it ethical to bill someone for a two minute "consultation". I called the office to complain and the secretary stated that "this was an accidental charge and we will send you a check". It has been months and I still do not have a check. Recently had my six month cleaning elsewhere and this dentist disagreed with findings from Whiting Dental Arts. I would not recommend to anyone let alone trust them with my own teeth. There are too many dentists trying to make a quick dollar at the expense of your health and wallet.
Katerina Ferraro: I became a patient of Whiting Dental Arts in 2011, my husband - in 2012. We brought our daughter for her first cleaning when she was 2.5, and now (at 8) she counts months and days till her next visit. Our son will be coming this summer. I can't say enough about Dr. Faynzilberg and everyone at the office. I feel like Mary and Jojo are a part of our family. We certainly miss Dr. Whiting but happy he found such a great successor for his practice.
Guadalupe Guevara: Love the dental work I’ve received from Dr.Michael! Have recommended him to many of my family members.
Alexandra Noonan: Dr. Faynzilberg is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had. His office is equipped with state of the art technology, which takes dental care to a new level. Efficient and precise in everything he does from a cleaning, to a root canal, to a tooth extraction. A teacher at heart, he is quick to explain the science behind any procedure and erase any fears. Dr. Faynzilberg is a professional and is surrounded by a friendly and kind staff. The receptionist/office manager, Jojo could not be nicer or more helpful. All the dental assistants I've met were super sweet and friendly. Highly recommend this office for any of your dental needs!
Gabriela Garlicki: I cannot recommend Whiting Dental Arts and specifically Dr. Faynzilberg enough!! My whole life I have had issues with my teeth. I have gone through so many dentists and orthodontists over the years and I can say with absolute certainty that Dr. Faynzilberg is the BEST! Not only does he have a calm and funny demeanor but he's the first Dr. who has gone above and beyond to correct previous dental mistakes that I wasn't even aware of. He is a perfectionist and very well educated in the top dental technology of our time. I won't go anywhere else and I would recommend Dr. Faynzilberg and the whole Whiting Dental Arts team to everyone; I assure you, you won't be disappointed!
Claudio Paone: If I could sum up this office with one word it would be Amazing. Amazing. I've never felt so welcomed by any dentist office I've ever been to. The staff and doctor are down to earth, friendly and want to make sure you're not in any pain! The doctor explained everything thoroughly as he showed me my xray. I am so thankful I found this office - for the first time in my life, I can say I'm excited to go back to the Dentist!
Vanessa Guerrero: I had a great experience with Dr. Jay! He was very informative and made me feel very comfortable during my dental visit. It's nice to have a personable dentist! He works quickly and efficiently. Painless! No sensitivity after my white filling! I'm very happy. Highly recommend!
Arina Kotov: Amazing experience at Whiting Dental Arts! I had an emergency when my filling fell out and my dentist told me I would need a root canal. Dr. Michael Faynzilberg saw me right away. He was composed, calm, and extremely diligent in his work. He explained all of my options, avoiding a root canal. Dr. Faynzilberg really knows how to think outside the box. In and out in no time at all, with the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist.
Me E: I happened upon Dr Faynzilberg accidentally. He is by far the best dentist I have ever seen. His calm, compassionate, easy going persona is a delight. He loves to think outside the box and comes up with some really innovative ideas. His being on the staff of Boston University Dental School helps him keep up to date with the newest techniques in dentistry. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about the practice.
Michelle Boland: The best! Jojo at the desk is always so friendly and helpful - and all of the hygienists are gentle and do a wonderful job - whenever I have a problem or need to be seen, Dr. Mike always makes time - would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist.
Ilya pisarevskiy: Dr Faynzilberg is amazing with his patience. Usually kids don't like to go to the dentist, my kids ever since visiting his office, love going to see him. Hes very attentive as well as friendly and professional. A true pro, i recommend him to everyone.
Deanna RL: Dr. Fainziberg is an extremely knowledgeable with excellent manners supported by brilliant staff of professionals. Truly cares about his patients and is amazing good energy. The office staff is very welcoming and warm. I highly recommend doctor Michael Faynzilberg.
Marina Peters: Excellent service, professional, empathic, competent and caring staff. Highly recommended for all dental care!
Karen Jerome: I have been going to whiting dental arts forever and LOVE this dental practice. They are very professional and caring and put me at ease as I’m not an easy dental patient. I definitely reccomend this dental practice to everyone I know. Dr Michael Fazenberg and Dr Whiting are absolutely the best dentists !!!!!! The support staff , hygienists and are terrific also. I actually look forward to having my teeth cleaned. If you are looking for a new dentist this is the place to go! I highly recommend!

Boston Physical Therapy & Wellness: what do users think?
John Nadworny: In one week it will be four months since I had shoulder replacement surgery. Today, Michel in the Winchester office did the various measurements and I regained 100% flexibility with every measurement with the exception of one at 90%. Based upon the articles that I have read, and comments from my doctor, this progress is unheard of as it is usually a minimum of 6 months recovery and up to a year to recover fully. I attribute this progress to the excellent plan of care that Michael laid out. Michael had a strategy in place on day one, and we stuck to it. He kept diligent notes on my progress and had a plan in place for each session. It was obvious that he was passionate about what he does when he came into a Monday morning session and explained how he was thinking about different ideas over the weekend. By the way, it is not only Michael that has been outstanding. In a session where Melanie filled in, it was clear that she was also a pro when we did the various stretches at the end of the strength session. I have to mention Brad the intern. He is also passionate about his soon to be profession. But perhaps more important, he too has a genuine concern for the patients. I suppose that is what mentorship is all about. Thank you all for what you do!
Melissa Bower: Prompt appointments and fantastic care that is helping me make great progress!
Sofia VR: I have been so impressed with Boston Physical Therapy and Wellness. After an ACL tear my surgical team *highly* recommended that I see Rob at the Winchester location. I completely understand why. The approach is very evidence-based. The team is professional and well-informed, attentive and encouraging. I truly feel that my long term outcomes will be better thanks to the exercises they’re leading me in. Rob strikes the perfect balance of keeping us on task and explaining the rationale behind everything we do while also checking in on my life and making me feel super heard. Kuddos to Danielle at the front desk who is extremely welcoming. I see people of all ages there, each treated with dignity and respect- following a program tailored to their needs. So impressed. I’ve told Rob and Danielle I’m going to have to come up with an excuse to keep coming once I’m discharged!
Sunetra Banerjee Bass: The best physiotherapy center I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to many of them for my sports and other injuries over the past 20 yrs .. They take such great care knowing you & understanding your problem .. Mike, Brad, Rob - are all amazing therapists .. I’ve rarely seen such scientific process that they’ve incorporated here - both for therapy & follow up .. Outstanding!
Abby Bourdeau: This is the best place EVER! Friendliest people and the most amazing crew. I am always greeted by the front desk with the biggest smile and the positive vibes are everywhere. I actually enjoy going to PT because of the amazing energy. It’s the best break from work!!
Abby Schrader: I’ve been going to Boston PT and Wellness in Winchester for 4 months since my ACL surgery. Rob and all the aids have helped me make so much progress throughout this process! Danielle is so nice and always gets my appointments in! Highly recommend
Michael Schrader: Boston PT and Wellness in Winchester has been phenomenal. Rob Schreiber’s expertise and thoroughness in providing a customized rehab plan has given us so much confidence in our daughter’s recovery path and we have seen the results - not only physically, but in her positive mindset. Danielle Liberatore has also been a pleasure to work with and is amazing with managing all of the scheduling logistics and administration and always goes above and beyond to help you out. I can not say enough in terms of how happy and impressed we have been with Boston PT and Wellness in Winchester - highly recommend!
Diane Davies: Knowledgeable, friendly, professional. Took the time to really talk about what my daughter needs. Highly recommend.
Jennifer Riemer: The entire staff at Boston PT & Wellness (Winchester) have been above and beyond. I am a longtime competitive athlete with some wonderful and some really poor experiences with PT in the past. I am so grateful to have been connected with Mike and his team. Not only do I feel supported physically, but also emotionally during this difficult road to recovery. They truly take a holistic approach to recovery and are supportive every step of the way. I am greeted with warmth and kindness by the entire staff each and every time I arrive (special shout-out to Danielle for her warm greetings and support at the front desk)! I cannot say enough positive things about this team.
Tanish Rajput: Amazing group and great folks to work with at the Winchester center for my ACL rehab.Special shout-out to Rob and Danielle!Thank you!
Drew O'Brien: Grudgingly, I scheduled an evaluation for my lower back & hamstrings. They asked me to fill out a questionnaire about my issues. Upon arrival, Rob was very prepared, asked the right questions while referencing my questionnaire answers. He then proceeded to talk about a going-forward plan and encouraged me to ask questions. Over my subsequent sessions, we consistently updated plan as I showed progress. Highly recommend for your PT needs due to their staff and process. And scheduling is easy with Danielle at the front desk!
Cara Abdulrazak: We had a wonderful experience at BPTW! Danielle was so gracious, helpful and fun to get to know. Peter and his team were incredibly kind and patient with my 8 year old son who was suffering from a small meniscus tear and a LOT of fear about re-injuring it. They got him through, and he's back on the soccer field scoring goals again! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you!
Meredith Thompson: I was having trouble running and I came to Boston PT because it’s near where I live - and I am so glad I did!I thought I had a muscle issue but they diagnosed a tendon issue and we’ve been working on addressing it The PTs here are knowledgeable, encouraging, and really get to know you as a person. I’ve had a great experience with Melanie - and I’ve also had a session with Mike - both are fabulous. It’s been a long road (tendons take a lot of time!) but I’m finally able to start running again - I’m so grateful for all of the help!
Brian Dombrowski: Peter Lieu was one of the best people I’ve ever worked with on both a personable and professional level. He is consistently very pleasant, and equally effective with his methods for helping one towards rehabilitation. I was in a lot of pain and discomfort before working with Peter, and eventually he helped me reach a level of overall improvement through physical therapy. I cannot recommend Peter and Boston PT Company enough, and this is coming from someone that was initially very stubborn and somewhat resistant about going to physical therapy
Howard Wolfe: I've had my share of physical therapy over the years and I have to say I've never met a more competent group of PT's. They have really helped me developed my strength and balance. I no longer have any problems with my back. They're just an amazing group physical therapists.
Deep Roots Coach Marina (Deep Roots Coach): Zack is very professional and very personable. He projects confidence that he knows in depth what he is doing. He started by testing thoroughly the affected area, to judge what may be wrong. Now he is proceeding slowly, gauging the reactions, and tailoring the exercises and manipulations according to the responses he gets. Very pleased with the progress. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The premises are clean and well equipped.
Francisco Lara: After tearing my ACL and Meniscus, I was tormented not only by the physical pain that comes with the injury, but also by the mental anguish of not being able to play sports. At first, I feared that I would never be able to do what I love: playing soccer; however, as soon as I walked into Boston Physical Therapy & Wellness, I was put at ease. Every single staff member, from the start to the end of my recovery, were nothing short of excellent. I was not only challenged physically, but mentally as well. As my recovery and time at Boston Physical Therapy & Wellness ends, I only have one thing to say: THANK YOU. I genuinely would not have been able to get through this injury without everyone there and for that, I will be eternally grateful. I highly recommend Boston Physical Therapy & Wellness in Winchester and hope that anyone that is fortunate enough to get to work with them has as an amazing experience as I did. Thank you Steph Allen—the best physical therapist out there.
Dan Nakhoul: Everyone in the Winchester office is amazing. All of the staff take their time to get to know each patient that comes in, even if they aren't working with you directly. Katie always greets you with a smile at the front desk. I worked with Stephanie through achilles and knee pain. She checked in regularly, even on off weeks, and I always felt truly listened to. I never felt like she just had some pre-conceived, plug and play plan for my rehab - it felt tailor-made to me in response to each prior session. Facility was clean and comfy. Feels very family oriented. I definitely recommend this location for PT.
Nancy Marie: not really impressed. Twice I mentioned to my PT that I was in PAIN after my session. It wasn't a "I feel stiff/pain because I did exercise" kind of pain. It was pain that lasted multiple days. My PT was NOT hands on at all. No stretching, no massage. I left after about 5 sessions, as I did not feel as I was getting better.
Chad Kocur: Boston PT & Wellness Winchester team rocks! Everyone is professional, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about helping clients achieve their goals. I was dealing with sporadic leg pain from running (and a bad knee) for about two years before I decided to seek help. Zac helped me understand the root causes of the pain and worked on strengthening my legs. He developed a workout program and running schedule that's tailored to my needs. I've been running pain-free for 4 months now, thank you Zac & Isaac!
Meng Yan: Boston Physical Therapy & Wellness Winchester is the best PT I've seen. The room is always clean and organized. Mike is my coach and he is very knowledgeable and professional. I got my MRI report the end of last year which shows that I have herniated disc. At the very beginning of the PT, it was very tough for me to sit for more than 20 minutes. Through four months training (once very week), I feel much better and stable now. Also, Mike teaches me how to practice at home by myself and he has changed my way of thinking about the injury. Mike and the staff are all very kind and easy to get along. They treat you like a family and friend. I highly recommend Mike and this place for anyone who need help for PT.

Fenway: South End: what do users think?
Katherine Farrelly: Did a great job at drawing my blood, quick and easy. I've had a lot of times where people miss my vein multiple times so it was a relief.
Stephen Morreale: Incredibly slow service.
Morgan “Elizabeth” Woolard: There are old Asian women officers. in the blood collection room Very rude and no manners Everyone please be careful.
A H: The staff here are amazing. Very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, the pharmacy itself is a bit behind the times. The app never seems to work so I still have to call any time I need a refill and the website is basically useless. My PCP is at Fenway, the staff here are great and I want to support a local pharmacy, so that’s what’s kept me from switching to one of the bigger, national pharmacies.
Julio Deassis: I love it 😀
paul morris: The pharmacy workers are rude & cold hearted , especially Julie. I wait 2 days for script delivery after being told each day it was gonna be delivered. In person last month they were just as rude aftaftcallitverify each day
Voice NYC: Sometimes they get it right other times they don’t. Can’t find prescriptions. Ship things out without authorization. Seem to be understaffed and that attitude shows to the customers. The app for the pharmacy works 20% of the time and waiting on the phone can be upwards of 20 mins
GWM Cruz: I love this Fenway Health is close to the house great staff and easy to make appointment
Steve Flynn: The staff is very helpful. My shrink is a good guy. He listens. He seems to understand how I feel and suggest a pill to help me deal..
Dale “Steven Loulakis” Loulakis: My primary care physician saw them two days ago assigned to Ethan bracket MD great doctor 🏥💊 appointment went well
Cheryl Aruda: The absolute best folks.
Abigail Murphy: Been a patient here for nearly five years. I've usually enjoyed my experience here but it's a little frustrating that I can't go for an in person visit when I'm sick. I had a telehealth appointment last week that basically didn't accomplish anything and then I had to go to urgent care for a flu test because the doctors here wouldn't see me (despite testing negative for COVID twice). I ended up having the flu but because I was so far along (because my primary care physician wouldn't see me) I can't be prescribed anything. Frustrating.
Konstantinos Papadakis: Best pharmacy.
Raymond Torres: I’ve been coming here for five years love it
Jon Coakley: The best
StawBury: Google maps directed me to a spot 2 blocks away from the place I was walking up and down confused for an hour and ended late to my doctors appointment. 😡😠😡😡
Molly Lattanzi: Great pharmacy and great community health center! I have been going to Fenway Health South End since the fall of 2017 and I really enjoy being a patient there. They truly care about me, always listen to my concerns, and work with me on my care plan.
Scott D: Small, well staffed clinic I've gone to for years. Never had to wait 20 or more minutes for my appointment, more like 10! Easy to get to byT... Take the 9 bus from Broadway.
Natasha Nanda: This place is very unorganized. They book your appointment and tell you the wrong address to go to. They mail you forms to fill out before your appointment but then want you to fill it out again before the appointment because they don’t have anything in your file. Then they make you reschedule because you’re 20 minutes late since you went to the original address they told you to go to. I’ll find a doctor who has a more organized and efficient staff. waste of time
Tom strakus: Fenway is always such a great place .They treat everyone there with such kindness.the doctors are wonderful and they never make you feel rushed.
smellthelotus: Gives me my mones!

Train Boston Sports Center and Physical Therapy: what do users think?
Wendy Traynor: I am like the Tin Man from the wizard of OZ at this point - a middle aged accident prone, outdoors woman and athlete with aches and arthritis and creaks that need to be maintained. Chris has kept me moving and adventuring. The good folks at Train Boston make me feel like I am working out with my bestie or with family. I have been training with Chris for more years than I can remember and am 100% sure if I hadn't trained with his expert and educated and sometimes non negotiable firm guidance I would be watching you tubes of great athletic prowess rather than attempting feats only my dogs will ever witness. PT at TB has restored me. The facility is spotless and the greetings when I walk in are kinda like those at Waffle House. EVERYONE says good morning. Thank you all for everything!
Jeffrey Baldwin: I have been going to Train Boston off and on for almost 10 years. Having tried many other gyms and personal training experiences, I can say without hesitation that this place is best-in-class. They have great facilities with new equipment designed for athletes. Throughout the pandemic they have done a great job with sanitation, masks, and social distancing. The trainers are the best. I've worked with Chris, Zach, and Jessie over the years. All are super thoughtful with programming and are great motivators. Highly recommend checking out Train Boston if you're in the Wellesley area!
Steve Ryan: Can't stress enough how good Train Boston is. They work within whatever parameters you give them. I wanted to continue Krav Maga training while healing a strained rotator cuff and Michelle worked with me at that level. A+ marks across the board from Karen and Terri on the phones to the actual torture Michelle inflicts during my PT sessions. I always leave feeling physically better and empowered to help myself heal.
Anne Lee: I came to Train Boston with very little lower back mobility and in a lot of pain. I had seen a chiropractor, had several acupuncture appointments and nothing helped. I was out of work and stressed out.As soon as I walked through the door at Train Boston I knew I was in the right place. The atmosphere, the staff, the clean well run environment.I was teamed up with Sean Sheridan who is absolutely amazing and his job, and a wonderful person to work with. Just listening to my complaints every week and just taking it from there! After a few weeks I was amazed at the progress I had made and have fully recovered thanks to Sean! I will forever be thankful and will always return to Train Boston.Check it out, I promise this is the place for you👍
Rich Morrison: Went for PT at Train Boston for my back. It’s a great facility, big but not crowded, with lots of staff doing training and PT and helpful people at the desk. The GM, Terry, is a lovely woman and was very welcoming. As for my session, Bianca did a great job in pre-selecting a good program, taking me through each exercise so I could easily understand them, and giving me both written summaries and links to videos. Very pleased with TB.
kaila webb: Been going here for a while now and I recommend it to anyone who has mobility issues or wants to improve their fitness. You spend your whole physical therapy appointment with the physical therapist, rather than being shuffled between aides. This place got me from episodes of being bed bound with pain to getting my life back. Now I hike! I have a connective tissue disorder and my physical therapist actually took the time to learn about it, and incorporate that knowledge into the exercises. He's displayed more understanding and effort than some of the specialists I've met. I cannot recommend this place enough!
Cynthia LeVine: Train Boston has the most knowledgeable, caring and helpful PTs that I have ever experienced. I highly recommend this practice to anyone.
mike c: Awesome team and office
Rary Delaney: PT approach is exactly what I was looking for - not cookie cutter! Very knowledgeable, friendly, on-time, helpful
Ed Naczi: I walked into Train Boston about 8 weeks ago with Servere Back and Neck Pain and incredibly limited mobility. After an Initial Consultation I was assigned Sean Sheridan as my Physical Therapist. He asked me a number of questions, had me fill out a questionnaire about current and past issues with my Back and Health in Particular. Once he assessed the situation he immediately put me on a weekly regimen of varying exercises in addition to the manual manipulation of my Neck and Back. Further, he Videotaped me with MY phone performing the exercises so that I would do them properly without his supervision and have them to refer to whenever I needed a refresher. Bottom Line, 8 weeks later I have Full Range of Motion and hardly any pain at all. Resumed normal exercises and the day to day activities which caused me pain are now completely gone. Perfect since we are just now coming into Summer Season and I can do everything I want being that I am very active. Sean's New Nickname is "All State", referring to the Good Hands People. Trust me, you would be in Excellent hands with Sean. I highly recommend both Train Boston and Sean Sheridan if you are ever in need of Physical Therapy!
Stephen Bennett: I installed your glass
MaryAnn Corliss: Physical therapy for athletes, weekend warriors, and those who care for them... My experiences here have been so much more than what I expected. My experience with Jesse for personal training really helped me get started again with my own personal fitness program. Soon after, due to an unfortunate rock lifting incident, I required PT and saw Tyler. Amazing. Back in the saddle after two visits. He's a miracle worker.
Daniel McCarthy: Had to change my review. Previously I had let some things slide being in the service industry myself. The massage therapist was late for our appointment. The price for the massage was communicated as being 25$ cheaper than what I was charged. The massage itself was very good.
Taylor Spicer: Someone scheduled an appointment for my evaluation so that I could receive ultrasound therapy then I got an email from Terry saying that they do not do ultrasound therapy or any modalities at all. Incompetent. I initially called on 11/15/17 to schedule an appointment and I had to cancel due to an emergency and now when I go to reschedule I find out that they are not the best fit for my condition.
David Himmelstein: I couldn't recommend Train Boston more highly. Over the years I've gone for a number of reasons – – general workout classes, Pilates and physical therapy. The staff is highly professional, friendly and motivated to achieving maximum results. Also contributing to my rating is the friendliness and efficiency of the support staff, who in one case worked months with my insurance provider based in California to finally solve an incredibly tangled payment problem. They're simply the best.
sajith pv: Great place for PT
Arria Sands: Excellent! Physical therapy with Dave for my sciatica has enabled me to be pain free.
Janet Lehrberg: Train Boston is a facility where everyone is treated with respect and professionalism with a generous dose of caring and concern.Whether you are an older client working through a injury or a young athlete training to excel at your sport, every one is given the highest standard of care and attention.Train Boston has excellent Physical Therapists and someone always seems to be 'available' if an emergency occurs. What I like the best about Train Boston is once Physical Therapy is complete, there are Trainer/Coaches available to continue working with the client on a one to one basis. They work closely with the Physical Therapists to focus on maintenance of health and prevention re injury.Although they are very professional and high energy, the atmosphere is low key and casual. 'Coordinated gym attire' is not required. People walking around are not slim young toned women or super muscle men. There are everyday people, young and old, working hard to stay as healthy as possible with the wonderful help of the staff of Train Boston,
M Mohan: Great technique and caring people. Use time efficiently and help with video and instructions to ensure proper technique at home. Nice integrated approach with other physical activity. Thanks Train Boston!
Jeff Remis: I've been working with Danielle on full body training for softball and love the experience! The workouts are challenging and demanding and that is exactly what I was looking for. Danielle is fun to work with and I have a great time! Looking forward to continuing.
Phil Rosenblatt: I found TrainBoston three years ago for my PT after a microdiscectomy. Dave did my PT and was wonderful. He got me going again really fast. From there, I went into personal training and then their classes. Even though I'm getting old (not TrainBoston's fault), I'm in the best shape of my life (to TrainBoston's credit), notwithstanding that I'm just now rehabbing from knee surgery (also not TrainBoston's fault). Jeff's post-operative knee experience and knowledge is unparalleled, and he and Michelle are doing a wonderful job working me back into shape. In between, I've worked with Kevin, rehabbing me from a partially torn/strained hamstring. All in all, the PT has been fantastic.A major key to the PT is the incredible training I get from Emily. She's become an indispensable part of my health and well-being. Her thoughtful workouts, knowledge of my conditions and conditioning and willingness to push me to my limits are outstanding. I've also worked out with Chris, and more recently Danielle and Garrick. Everybody has been knowledgeable and caring and have been willing to push me to get great workouts. Finally, Terry, and Andy at the front desk, have provided great service. From Terry responding to my first email at 11:00 on a Saturday night 20 minutes after I emailed TrainBoston after my back surgery, to helping me schedule PT and sign me up for class packages, they've made everything incredibly easy. All in all, TrainBoston has been great!Phil R.
