Also, their supervisor asked me to show respect to their team while they were lying to me as a customer. I don’t understand how dare they ask for respect from their customers when they show no respect to customers as they lie about everything and transfer you to some random teams who can’t never be responsible for your requests. We were so frazzled from a crazy day at work and rushing to get this package out. The two workers at the site were so pleasant. One of the guys pretty much packed up everything for us. He even provided us with the box to put everything in. Thank you UPS! We appreciated your help more than you probably realized! From one tired and hungry social worker who spend the entire day and good part of the evening getting gifts and clothing ready for families in need! Happy Holidays!

She helped other customers while letting the fresh-know-nothing guy to figure things out himself. They charged 40+ for mailing a first class mail. And couldn’t reverse the process. Strongly not recommend to mail things using this store. Expense and not good service.

Kelli Krystynak: I just want to say thank you to Justin, who made my day! I had ubered all the way to the UPS store and it literally was closing as I arrived. Justin still invited me in and did not shut the door in my face like a lot of other employees would have done. My package was prepaid and easy for him to handle but I still appreciated his help and positive energy . I feel like a lot of reviews are always about bad thing but I think we should also mention the good things too :)

jerry: Went here three days in a row for notary services . No shows all three days after I was told somebody would be there to notarize. On third day called ahead and was told notary would be there at four PM. Showed up at 4:15 and low and behold notary was a no show. Terrible unreliable service - do not every think of using this place for notary services.I have also gone here for reproduction services and staff has difficulty enlarging photos/drawings. Usually they have to call somebody for simple directions. Staff needs more training on reproduction services.

Jacob Brown: Is not the apartment building entrance but the adjoining building that shares the same entrance.Also, hours posted on door and online are not at all accurate. Had to call Liberty Fitness to find out when the desk was staffed after 4-5 unsuccessful visits.
Ethan Burke: It’s a locked apartment complex, no visible box. All I see is an amazon drop off box inside the foyer without any indication how to get into the building.
Bryan Weathers: Hours are not accurate, one thing on Google and another on the door, which is really frustrating when you move around your day to try and pick-up your stuff just to find out that the place isn’t open. Hopefully they fix that soon!

One of the employee switch his Samsung Galaxy Ultra S22 ultra 5g for a Galaxy s4.When he went to the store to speak with the employee who help him with the package he denies what he did and even told my husband to leave the store!!!My husband is going to make a police report on this person and this store as well!

I just want my package and they either stole it or god knows what. It contained over $100 worth of goods.

Natasha Sumner: What is the contact number for THIS distribution center? A driver from this center has consistently claimed my office building is closed during business hours when I can guarantee the door was open and someone was there to sign. (On one instance, I myself was at an office party just inside the front door when the delivery person claimed to have come.) They have not once left a delivery attempt notice at my building, suggesting the driver repeatedly went to the wrong address. Now UPS says the package is undeliverable and the customer service bot on the 888 line keeps hanging up on me claiming that an agent can't help me. I need to reach THIS location to find out what the problem is!

I was waiting for the package both times and no one buzzed the door nor called my phone. There was no info notice on my front door either.I could not pre-sign and release the package as there was no guarantee of getting my product.A third failed attempt would have returned the package to the sender, so I had to pick it up. But is the pick up free? Absolutely not! They make you pay for the delivery driver’s incompetence.

Im a college student with no car and i wasnt able to go all the way there so when i said i cant and asked if i can pick it up at a different ups store they literally said its only 10 minutes away! YEAH 10 MIN BY CAR BUT 50 MIN BY WALKING!!! If your driver left the notice like he was supposed to, i wouldnt have had to go all this trouble because i couldve easily just changed my delivery address to another ups store near by!!! Its not about how i have to pay to change the address to pick up at another ups store but the time i wasted and how TERRIBLE customer service is what im frustrated about!!! I was 5 min late when the driver said they attempted the delivery but the person i was on the phone all they said was well he was supposed to leave the notice i dont know what happened and that was it! No sorry for the inconvenience or whatsoever!! Worst ups store EVER!!!
