Stephanie Joseph: Mesha- i truly hope i spelled her name right. I’ll call to make sure. She is an absolute saint!! Her patience, support and compassion is truly indescribable. She’s such an incredible person and addition to the team. Jess, Yaz and Rebecca are some of the kindest care professionals i’ve met. It’s refreshing to meet folks who actually really enjoy their jobs and are truly kind humans. They’re truly a dream team. It out weights the amount of time waiting. My only reservation and something i’m looking forward to is the day they become more kid friendly. I think it’ll truly be helpful to allow children to learn about the resources that the world has to offer for women. This can normalize women having autonomy over the decisions they make for themselves. Our world carries such a negative stigma towards this facility when they’re one of many who actually provides women with resources and options. However, i personally don’t believe you can truly support women without supporting children. That’s my own opinion:)
Abbe Neumann: I've had an appointment booked for weeks with this clinic and only received a phone call today stating that they don't have enough time for the appointment and have canceled it. I tried calling but was hung up on, called back only to sit in a queue. Online booking is booking starting next month.
Reagan DeSantis: I came yesterday for a follow up appointment thinking I was getting the IUD birth control, and even though it wasn’t in their system and they had no idea I was supposed to get it until I said something, they still did it for me! I also arrived 40 minutes late to my appointment.. I had thought my appointment was for 130, but it was actually for 1pm. Regardless I was still 10 minutes late to the appointment time I thought I had but everyone was extremely accommodating to me. I was waiting 2 or so hours to get the IUD placed but regardless I’m super grateful they took me and got it done. Everyone I’ve met at this location are some of the sweetest people I’ve met!! I highly recommend coming here. Wait time is a little iffy, but just remember everywhere is so short staffed since the pandemic and they’re just doing their best.Thanks.
Michelle Lee: Génesis P. is the supervisor here but she struggled remembering the financial department's extension number and was so quick to push rescheduling as soon as we encountered an issue. The front desk people were far more patient and far less redundant. Génesis seems to have broken HIPAA when providing first and last names, a member id and group number of an individual who was incorrectly linked to my medical records. I came earlier this Nov saying that their insurance information's inaccurate and they failed to resolve the problem multiple times and had me who is sick call three different numbers in order to fix their blunder. She nonstop said that there's no way she could help call or help fix this glitch that she should have apologized for; instead, she ingenuinely said she understands. She mumbles when she talks and gave off the coldest demeanor. I truly recommend a new supervisor as soon as possible. She's the reason I wish I could give 0 as opposed to 1 star.

I scheduled an appointment for 420p assuming I’ll be here at most an hour, an hour and a half. 45 minutes and I’m still waiting to be called. I’m getting an IUD and I don’t understand how multiple ppl have checked in after me and are being called ahead of me. I checked in with the desk and they say 5 minutes. That was 10 minutes ago. I only came cause my OB was booked through the end of the year. This was not worth the frustration.

Dave Gicza: After my scheduled test, staff called to advise test was negative and said a link with the results document would arrive within minutes. The link arrived but the web site did not work. Flying international and needed the test.Hours of holding and speaking CVS customer service folks and no less then 4 promises of a new link, no link or document provided. As such, this is a useless and potentially catastrophic option for tight travel plans.The staff at the test site are great, the CVS portal and the entire experience is abysmal and unbecoming of a major retail pharmacy in the United States. DO BETTER CVS - Wallgreens seems to be able to execute this flawlessly.

Raeanna Lucey: I appreciate what health care workers do and i don’t know what is happening at this location. Multiple nurses and two doctors. Average wait for every patient was at least 4-5 hours. Only if you have an open wound will they see you immediately. I of course was upset and they assumed my symptoms were from anxiety instead of upper respiratory. Was there for 4.5 hours. Waited in the waiting room for over an hour, asked them multiple times to do the tests they needed because my condition was serious. then waited in a room waiting to meet with the doctor for an hour and a half. Left at midnight so could not go to a pharmacy. Unfortunately pharmacy wait for medications to be filled is 2+ hours right now. Still in the same condition I was when I went there…

Waited 3 hours in the waiting room of the ER, only to be called in to see a nurse, who’s name was Nicole, who looks at my reason for being there, and walks out. I ask her if I am going to be there long, she reply’s, “YEAH, ITS GONNA BE A WHILE, YOU SHOULD BE GRATEFUL WE EVEN CALLED YOU IN”. I have to be up and at work in a little bit, with a nasty rash/infection on my arm and had had to up and leave the clinic, which I feel as if thag was what they wanted. So I said congrats, I’m gonna leave, you’ve achieved what you were going for. SHE SAYS, THANK YOU!!! Lol Thank you EBNHC for wasting my time.UPDATE: EBNHC ACTUALLY TRIED CHARGING ME FOR THIS VISIT ! Never even seen a doctor and they put that bill right in the mail!!! This place needs to be turned into a parking lot.

Gabrielle Olivares: My daughter has unique situation with her bladder and I was not impressed with inpatient urology. They had horrible bedside manner and the NP is just as bad. We decided to follow urology back in NY to avoid having less quality of care.

Angelica Rivera Williams: I have been a patient here for over 4 years, and This is an amazing practice. However I have come across twice with Natalya Voshchin, RN as my PCP was out of the office - In both occasions Natalya was very rude, unprofessional, and condescendent. She seems to be always rushing and does not seem to care about the patients. Needless to say, I will never go back to her and I would recommend her only to the perfectly healthy and no one else.
Jake Cohen: Avoid! Two weeks (and counting) to get prescription; gave me the wrong shot (!!!); and multiple weeks to get routine lab tests results back. Very disorganized and bad experience here.
Molly Loudon: If you are used to dealing with urban doctor and dentists offices, then i think you will be very happy with this office. Very clean and small, and generally no trouble getting an appointment at all. I find the staff very helpful, and the staff and doctors are wonderful and professional. While it is busy, a little hard to find, and no, there's definitely no parking, these are all to be expected in any downtown city setting.
Bill Robbins: amazing practice in the heart of downtown Boston. Staff is extremely helpful and professional. Dr Peters is a fantastic physician who is both thorough and thoughtful. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone living in and around downtown Boston

Amanda Gorsegner: Has been over a year and no results !!!!! Said it would take 6 to 8 weeks. Have emailed them many times. Wonder where everyone’s dna is going and what they are really doing with it.
Chelsey Koen: This company is a scam sent in my samples Feb 6th 2022 got the notice it would take 6-8 weeks once they received it and it still says the same thing now April 28th 2022. I emailed them april 10th 2022 and only received an automated message back that it is being reviewed and no answer still April 28th. So ridiculous don't use them.

At least they should compensate or send our samples to another vendor to complete the test. All excuses in the world does not equal upjust leaving the consumer hanging. Brittaney Viebrock: 100% a scam. Ordered my test through noom in January of 2020. Turned it in and received a notice saying they’d received my sample and it would be 6-8 weeks. A few months later I followed back up. Tried calling and messaging and got no response. Went through noom to request a refund but was sent a second test kit instead. That was November 2020. I went ahead and did it and sent it in. After months (again) I followed up and was told in July 2021 that there was a delay but they should have their lab caught up soon and I would get my results in 6-8 weeks. Followed up again in October 2021 demanding a refund and was told the same thing about the delay and that it would be 6-8weeks. This company is a total scam. Do not use them!
