Was able to get lab work done quickly with no wait times since I have busy schedule. Communicated well, addressed all questions and concerns. My wife also comes here and is happy with the services & prompt responses. Grateful to be a part of this practice. Thanks for all your help!
Sarah Swalboski: Great experience from the time I entered to the time I left. I got to the office 15 minutes early as instructed and checked in. Had to update my address really quickly so going in early came in handy. I was directed to where I needed to go, and saw someone immediately. I got my vitals done then saw my doctor for my procedure. Tanya was super sweet, reassuring and comforting! I was a little worried about what I was going in for but she took all of the pressure away.

T C: First time. Was 10 minutes late and only invited me to the exam room after I asked the receptionist. No explanation, no apology. They asked me to leave my belongings in the exam room to take my weight and height outside. While my back was turned they must have gone in and looked through my stuff because later on the doctor asked me if I carried pepper spray and if I felt unsafe. If they were intentionally trying to lose me as a patient they have done a great job.
En Read: The nurse practitioner I saw was passive aggressive and condescending. She didn't agree with what a previous doctor had informed me and kept saying, 'I don't know who told you that,' after I had made it clear that my previous PCP had. She then was gossiping about me in the hallway (directly in front of my closed exam room door) with the other nurse that was in the office. To top this rude behavior off, she wasn't using my appropriate pronouns and was referring to me as "she," while gossiping about me.

Erin Garvia: The details of my experience is this: first yime; late by 16 minutes and dr. Difiloppo would not see me. Can you believe that. My appt with her wod have lasted q.5 hrs but she decided her time was worth more than mine without consideration of parking construction and traffic. Hateful experience. Dr. Difolippo is def. John Poole: The doctors can be excellent but what good is it if the administration repeatedly fumbles your prescription refills so that you are without medicine?
Ms. Hope: Ok this goes out to the desk staff on some of the floors. Not the main desk because they are generally lovely and kind.There is no reason whatsoever if you have a caller and they are asking for a doctors or nurses opinion or test that it is ever in your immediate jurisdiction to make an immediate decision over the phone whether or not to even check in with the medical staff and to be nasty about how a patient needs to simply wait for whenever they meet w the doctor to even have a discussion when it involves cancer. Secondly, if someone calls your Dept and it turns out the referring party they are responding to is in another Dept you would then politely say oh please hold i can transfer you, not you can go ahead and check what the number was on your my health and call that?!!!! Simply awful customer service
Ann S: Very nice staff, fantastic pharmacy. When I was unable to book an appointment here, they kindly found the next closest location and booked it for me. The pharmacists at the window are always super nice and efficient (esp if you just need non-prescription drugs and give them a list) and the prices are low.

There some good Doctors, but they always leave . Harvard vanguard in Kenmore is much more professional I'm like this place. Took over 20 years to find out what was wrong with my back. Took well over 20 years for fatigue which the primary care I had first visit did a blood test and found the problem. Now that Dr left. For my new one twice two times too many. I had surgery on my nose mohs surgery to remove skin cancer. that's what the surgery is and removes all the cancer. I told my new doctor that, she's telling me that they want to see me again to remove more. She was reading the doctors notes from before I had the surgery. this place was great once It could be great again get the doctors the heck out of this building get some good ones. And don't make it so the good ones leave.
Jason Smith: Had an eye exam on 02/20/2019 and it went fine, the Dr was very nice. I was walked down to the Optical Store and purchased new lenses and new frames on 02/20/2019 and paid for my glasses and lenses in full. I was told they they would take 7-10 business days.I called on business day #9 which was Monday March 4th and was told the glasses would be in on Tuesday March 5th, business day #10 after purchasing them in full. I called Tuesday March 5th to see when I could pick up my glasses an was told the glasses did not arrive and would be in on Wednesday March 6th, business day #11. I was frustrated as I expect a company to fulfill their commitment to a customer who paid in full.On Wednesday afternoon March 6th at 12pm I called to see if I could pick up my glasses and was told they have not arrived.This morning I get a call and I am told the glasses will not be in until Friday, March 8th. I am beyond frustrated at this point.Not only did they mislead me around how long it will take for my glasses to arrive, but the person who called me today argued with me that today was not even business day #10???? I pulled out my receipt and walked her through the dates. She the responds, we do not count weekends. I told her Friday is business day #13..I could not be more disappointed...Terrible Customer Service and then the nerve of someone trying to lie about the dates is terrible.Had they told me when I purchased the glasses and paid in full it would take 14 business days, I would not have batted an eye. To get lead on and mislead is very bad business
Virginia Velazquez: Went to my OBGYN appointment and after waiting 2 hours to be seen in urgent care, the MD Diane Foley told me she would follow up with my pcp and get back to me the next day. Today is Tuesday 2/19/19 and I was seen on 2/14/19! Called them this morning, spoke to the rudest staff who said would forward the message to both my PCP and the MD I seen. Still no call, but they say call patient experience like they going to solve the issue! I’m going to Mass General without a referral, because my insurance will pay or Harvard will pay. But, as a healthcare worker I knew to record everything because healthcare will lie their way out of a lawsuit.

Shaleka Reid: My daughter had an appt at neuro and was inform around 5:55pm to go to the lab. Ok so I'm at the lab in West Roxbury and the sign on the wall stated it closes at 7 and it was not close to that time all. The process for the lab are not clear enough on the window, when my daughter arrived there was a pt whom was already waiting for 10 minutes and noticed nobody came to his needs. The pt stated that the Radiologist Tech inform him that maybe the lab Tech is probably walking around making their rounds to the departments. The Radiology Tech came out from the back where she just finished assisting her pt, The Radiology Tech went to the back of the lab to found out that the lab tech was in the back and never came to the front to assist anyone. Lab Tech stated we close at 6 sorry can not help you, but I can call the Main lab to see if they would take the specimen without it being spinned. I stated they will not take the blood without it being process properly. I can go to another lab which is Braintree but why should I go to another lab when my daughter had her appt at this location and she's been waiting for over 15 minutes.The Radiology Tech was helpful, Great Customer Service..

Not only this location but Wellesley as well. I think Atrius Health across the board lacks so much in communication and putting the patient's needs first.Their response time when it comes to anything, is horrible, god forbid it be an urgent matter. I submitted paperwork on the 12th of July to be filled out to extend my maternity leave. I had not heard from the office for over a week so I followed up, since my job relied on this paperwork being submitted by my doctor. They finally got back to me on the 22nd...ten days later.I waited another few days for a response just to be denied of extra maternity leave time, even though I had a medical diagnosis that prevents me from going back to my job. My midwife, Molly Doyle, couldn't even call me herself to explain why she denied extending my leave. Instead the secretary gave me the sad excuse that they are only there "part time" so that's why my paperwork / denial took SO long. Healthcare isn't "part time" I will be taking myself and my family's care to an office that puts the patient's health and needs first.Like I said this is not the first issue I have had with urgent matters not being addressed. Atrius health that was your last chance.

She really got my son out of a bind when his glasses broke while waiting for the new prescription. Once brought to a room upstairs the nurse comes back suites up Johnny gloves glasses, So if I did have COVID-19 why bring us through the back to use the elevator that everyone else uses and walk by everyone else? Why would a nurse come out in plain clothes without PPE yes she had a mask but just scared me when she came back all dressed up?! Maybe to not scare other patients??!?Waiting for 2 appointments in parking lot get a call my appointment is canceled

Bala VS: Dr. Ellen Spar is the real deal. I am from India and she understood all my records from India and put me on the right medications immediately. Doctors should transcend geography and communicate with each other and Dr. Ellen is a perfect example.
Miko Jiang: If I could give half start I will. The appointment service in the phone is terrible and " living in their own world" . I m coming to look for primary doctor since in a long time I m in a PPO plan but does not have primary care doctor. This created inconvenience when I need to see specialist and get referral. So this lady called back to registered me. After she said my registration is done, she mentioned my primary care doctor and physician I m going to meet is different. I asked her if in the future I could mention this name (the primary care doctor's ) to my future specialist since specialist always asked who is my primary care doctor. She said no because I m going to meet the physician not the primary care doctor. ??? And I repeated my question to clarify "the name" does not refer to the physician but the name that she just referred as my primary care doctor. I need to confirm that primary care doctor has been confirmed. But she keep saying robotically like no you are going to meet the physician not the primary care doctor and here is your primary care doctor's name. I don't know what is her logic and it seems ridiculous to me the person in the phone does not even listen well to the patient. After 5 times, she said I have mentioned 5 times your primary care doctor's name. I never met any of the doctor before and I m not sure if this primary-care-patient relation has been established. I just need one sentence confirmation, can the primary care doctor being confirmed, and the name I could confidently tell my specialist or insurance that is my primary care doctor. Not question about what is the name and blindly no. So I cancel the appointment and please avoid the lack of knowledge rude service

Adam Gibbons: Horrible service. It's like calling Verizon back in 2018 - maybe a tad better than that. But it is a bureaucratic maze to get through to people, got get a response, and to be able to talk in any detailed way about the particular medical needs you have. Everything is a phone tree, and it seems I can rarely talk to an actual medical professional - it's always some agent who seems to have no bedside manner and no specific knowledge about the care or service - they just process the call and say someone will get back to you.

Alen Jakupovic: Management of 401k funds has been fine. Website is archaic, however, and oftentimes redundant.Main gripe is when I tried to do a 401k rollover from an old employer to my current one. The website said I would receive a check in the mail within 2-4 weeks. During that time, the rollover request auto-cancelled on its own for not having been completed in a satisfactory amount of time according to Fidelity. It had barely been a week and I hadn't received the check THEY were supposed to send me. I never ended up receiving that check and had to call to get this done. The agent who helped me was nice and efficient, but the first experience here was a joke.

Finally I'm sharing my case with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Suggest that investors never use ATP as this platform often fails to update security prices in real-time. In my opinion, ATP is unusable and has cost their investors lots of money.
