Bjorn Ahbel: I had work done here twice on my van. There are not any other knowledgeable sprinter repair options in Boston. The prices are a bit high, but reasonable given the work they do.I had a poor experience with their customer service. I needed my van to be inspected, and a few things had to be fixed to pass the inspection. They added several unnecessary things to the list and said they would not inspect unless these things were fixed. This included $90 for a small turn signal light on the side of my van that was functioning but a bit loose in the fitting. They also said they wouldn’t pass the inspection unless I paid them to fix the windshield wiper fluid hose claiming this was a safety issue. I was already having them do thousands of dollars of works on the brakes.When I dropped the van off they said there would be a fee associated with the time it took to look at the van over and if I didn’t have work done I would have to pay this fee. This seems reasonable to me because they would have to spend a few hours looking over the van because there were many things I wanted them to check out.Even after agreeing to over $2000 worth of work, they insisted I pay around $75 for the hour of labor associated with an electrical investigation that I asked them not to fix. After pushing back against this and telling them it seemed very unfair, they pressured me to do it, reassuring me that it was necessary.I understand that fixing cars is expensive, but this was clearly a bad customer service practice considering I was spending thousands of dollars with them and had spent $5000 on repairs the year prior.They do a solid job of fixing things, I just don’t trust that they will be honest in fair in their assessment of what needs to be fixed.I will not be going back and would rather drive to Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, or Connecticut to get work done on my sprinter in the future.

John Duncan: Did a comically bad, amateur job putting the back windows into my Nissan NV. Looks like an intern or an 8 year old did it. The excessive sealant was left gloppy, unfinished and simply overflowing the channel. They said this is normal and they always overfill to prevent leaking. Please. I do marine window installations (that literally get submerged underwater) and I can tell you a pro knows it's about surface preparation and not quantity. These guys either have no skill or no quality control. Steer clear. Maybe Google will let me add the photos I took, you will laugh and then cry at how hideous it is. Also, they will put Boston Truck stickers on your vehicle like you're a free billboard.

I asked the dealer numerous times for other options and getting a response was not as easy as it should have been. I got their contact info and called them immediately. I oddly happened to be in the area so I stopped in to discuss options in person. They were very kind, polite and helpful. They took the time to show me numerous options while explaining the pros and cons of things we looked at. We added items I had been asking the dealer for and a couple more to make the best use of time while they had the vehicle. Honestly, if it has to do with a vehicle, they do it. Shelving, steps, racks, running boards, remote start, car audio, lighting and anything else you could possibly want. Wish I could spend more money there!

FIRST FLOOR: Men & Women sneakers. SECOND FLOOR: womens heels, boots & Clarence section. If the escalator going down to first floor isn’t working. There is an elevator & stairs to lead you back down. Apisada Chulakadabba: I have bought a few pairs of shoes from this DSW. The selection is alright, but the customer service is exceptionally bad. I ordered a pair of boots online for pickup at this location for the first time and wanted to ask a few questions regarding the pickup. I made three different phone calls. The first one was put on hold forever (10 mins+) and never heard back. The next two calls got picked up and hung up immediately without saying anything. This is super rude. I totally understand that they are busy. They can just leave ignore the calls in the first place. So, I didn't have to wait for them.Anyhow, due to its prime location, I will probably shop here again.

Alexis Nunes: Made a service appointment for my Jeep for a headlight issue and to have the tires rotated. After scheduling and confirming my appointment days in advance, I was only notified once I arrived that they couldn’t service me because my car has “too many miles and I don’t have a history with them”. The car has less than 100k miles and is still within warranty. They claim that they had called to notify me although I received no email or voicemail. It would’ve been great if I was notified at the time I made the appointment and not on the day and time of the appointment. Definitely won’t be going there again. Luckily, I was able to get the issue fixed elsewhere.

When I told them this, all they told me was that I had to call jeep myself to see if I could be reimbursed.

This review was not disclosed to a large audience and was only for Jeep/Stellantis' internal use: I just wrote "after 6 weeks under maintenance, the dealership could I wash it". nothing outrageous I believe...As a result, Quirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Dorchester told me that they did not wish me to remain their client and that I should find another dealership to service my car moving forward. It would have been nice of them to tell me so when I made the appointment and not while waiting at their service area.In conclusion, if you want to continue to use their services, please leave only a 5-star review, as questioning/challenging themselves is not on the agenda.

He found me an AMAZING deal on a tail hawk for lease and was able to take my rav4 lease from me early. he went beyond when I called the next day questioning and how it would work with my family compared to the rav 4 I had. He compared both cars and gave honest fed back. I would highly recommend him. He gives great deals you can’t find and is upfront.

My ask was to agree to give me outstanding KBB Book value only if the truck qualifies. And it does. This truck is about as perfect as you can get without being showroom new. I wouldnt bother to waste my time or theirs to make that claim if it wasn't true. I'd have to prove it when i brought them the truck. This truck has 7500 miles on it and they know it!DONT LET THESE GUYS BULLY OR PRESSURE YOU!Another waste of time. Told these guys exactly what I wanted for my trade (range) BASED ON KBB PUBLISHED VALUES and they said “send pics”. I told them the vehicle is worth it, had very little mileage, etc. I also told them 3 times “don’t waste my time if you won’t pay book for it”. They did anyway.Then Gary says “sell it yourself and we’ll still sell you a vehicle”. Jeez thanks.Don’t waste your time with these guys.
