Replay'd: what do users think?
Nathan Ricci: They fixed my Wii with a broken drive, and it works like new. I'm amaccazed any one can do this with fifteen year old electronics. The staff are very helpful. The store is full of older games, consoles, and accessories.
Aaron Geisel: Great selection, they've got games from current and retro consoles. Trade-in values are kinda meh, they literally just look at eBay and see what the last ones sold for, which can vary greatly. It seems that the extent of their "console repair" boils down to mostly parts swapping. So if your console has a lose connection/cold solder issue, expect to pay for entirely new components, which ends up about the same as buying another console. This is disappointing, but understandable given the increased expertise that would be required.Still four stars though because their selection and pricing is good. Staff where helpful and answered all questions.
RED vapez: Good people prices are outrageous but good people
Ori The light: Very nice and good games
C.J. LeBlanc: Reasonably priced video games store selling multiple new and used systems. Friendly staff and huge selection. Worth the trip!
Eli Roth: Prices were really good, solid selection, and nice staff
J: This place is my zen. If you miss browsing shelves with physical games, check this place out! Love stopping in every week or two to comb their new stock and pick up a few new items! Their prices are competitive with eBay without having to worry about shipping or if the condition will match what's pictured. Highly recommend for any collectors and/or people passionate about gaming!
J Bunting: Kind and responsive to all my questions, decent enough selection and good prices for it
Leonardo H. Lopes: DO NOT BUY HARDWARE!The store is great with a lot of cool stuff and all. But if you're a foreigner like me, do not buy hardware from them.I bought a NES Action Set in May but it does not read any cartridge at all. Before I made the purchase, they told me they could arrange a proxy store to fix the hardware in case of any problems. You know people when you face problems. And the instruction I got from them and I asked for help was:"The blinking light means the game is not being read completely, usually blowing with your mouth very aggressively on both the cartridge and into the console will resolve this, if this doesn’t work please very carefully adjust (left to right) the cartridge while pressing the reset button each time to see if the game appears. This is a very common thing with the NES and does not mean it is broken, it just needs to be convinced to work."Yeah... "blowing with your mouth very aggressively"!?"it just needs to be convinced to work"!?What about helping me to find someone specialized that could help me make it work?I had a childhood dream of having an original NES in my collection. But the staff from Replayed made me feel stupid for spending money on it...
Rich Morrissey: Amazing place, good prices for quality items!
Naruto Uzumaki: I brought my ps4 slim in for a repair guy there was chill girl there was nice i gave him my ps4 he replaced my hard drive and i was out within 30 mins and so far its working perfectly 10/10 recommend
Keoni E. Smith: These guys are absolutely awesome, I have to say. I was here visiting my partner for the holidays and we decided to pick up a Wii U for her. When we got home, it turned out to be bricked and we needed to return it. Not only were they nice about the situation, but they had a replacement for us and tested it out for us to make sure we went home with a working device. They were patient and we really appreciated them!
shane shammy: Sold some vintage video games and consoles at a fair price, was told why others were not purchased, trouble free process, will definitely be back with more vintage games to sell.
M. Mazz: Awesome business with great customer service. Prices are entirely reasonable consider how everyone else tries to gouge you for vintage/retro gaming hardware and games. Support this business!
Adrian Flores: I loved it can't believe what a deal.i got
Zachary Pierce: Really good retro store. Always something new to be found.
Phil Schwarz: Sells and repairs vintage gaming consoles. A real find!
omar bensaid: Awesome staff and awesome place where you can find video-games dating all the way back to the first video games ever made.Atari, Gameboy Gameboy advance, PlayStation 2,3,4,5.And much more. You can buy and sell your old video games for instant cash.
Daryl Bosco: Super fun nostalgia space with all the classics. They also had extremely fair purchase prices and explained well the games/hardware they couldn't take due to issues.
Paul Shagoury: Great for new and used video games great prices friendly service two thumbs up
Justin: Pretty good little shop but the workers there are a little socially awkward. Prices are on par with what you would find on eBay. If you live nearby, definitely worth a look!

Sudden Impact: what do users think?
Anthony: Sudden Impact is an amazing little retro gaming shop that has everything from retro games, Pokémon cards, stuffed animals, stickers, and even custom made items by the owner himself.Edit 2/27/23:Since my original review I've had the opportunity to visit Sudden Impact several more times over the past ten months or so, this is my updated review. When I started getting back into retro gaming this was the first place that I visited. I was awestruck at how much Dom, the owner, had packed into his little shop. It's most definitely sensory overload. However, after you've visited a few times you get a better idea of the layout and where to look for items that might have come in since your last visit. To be honest, my first few visits to Sudden Impact were very good. Dom seems to be a nice guy and includes little gifts when you buy things be it vintage stickers, branded shop merchandise, or other little trinkets. This is clearly a passion project for him and he puts a lot of time and effort into his store. As far as trading in items, I've had mixed results. We weren't able to agree on a price for some really amazing items that I brought in one time, so I left without buying or selling anything. I went to Replay'd in Allston with the exact same items and they paid much more than Sudden Impact was willing to pay even taking into account if it was just for store credit, it shocked even me.Minus .5 starsOn another trip, I traded in items for some different things from the store. I felt pleased, but, when I arrived home, I discovered that one of the Animal Crossing plushies that I traded in for ended up being counterfeit. No big deal. Nobody will know unless they look at the tag.Minus .5 starsOn another trip, a game I bought off the NES wall didn't work. I brought it back and Dom cleaned it and told me to try it at home. He didn't have an NES set up to test it, which seemed odd for a retro gaming store. It didn't work and I never bothered to bring it back in again since it was a $4 game. Games really should be tested before they're sold. Having to make multiple trips back and forth if a game doesn't work isn't convenient for the customer.Minus .5 starsAs other reviewers have noted, the phones are NEVER answered. I've called multiple times on multiple different days and the phone has never been answered once. It doesn't matter if the shop is open, or if there are customers inside the store, he just doesn't answer the phone.Minus .25 starsThe other issue that I have is that most of the time when I walk into the store the music is really quite loud. I'm not about to tell the owner of his shop to lower the music as it would be an awkward exchange.Minus .25 starsAnother important thing to note is that Dom doesn't hold any items as he believes it to be unfair. He also post lots of old photos mixed in with the new photos on social media. Therefore, it's quite possible that something you saw posted may have been already sold long ago. Here's the thing. I want to like this place more than I do as the owner is genuinely nice and is really passionate about the business. I don't think that he's doing this purely for the money. I think he really does do it mostly for the fun of it. A great deal of the items in the store are from his personal collection, and when you come into Sudden Impact you're not just visiting a place to buy things, you're visiting somebody's gameroom and admiring their collection at the same time.I know that he reads these reviews, so I have tried to not be overly harsh, but these are my honest thoughts. An unbiased review that is honest and to the point. With that being said I would recommend Sudden Impact if you're visiting the Boston area as it really is a unique and interesting experience. The owner will give you a great deal if you buy anything he has in stock and will include little gifts as well. The phones are never answered, he doesn't do holds, the music is loud, and trade-ins are going to differ based on what you are willing to accept.Three stars. Definitely worth a visit.
Eduardo Herrera: I paid ma rent, sent money to ma mama, paid ma taxes, paid ma phone bill, paid ma credit card nnn NOW IS TIME TO BUY VIDEO GAAAAAAMESSSS. Mr Dominc, nice meeting you today 😎
Billy Christmas: Bad selection, rude owner, weird vibes
Michael Roach: Today was my first visit to Sudden Impact. The store is relatively small in terms of space, but the density is immense! You have to go over every square inch of the place multiple times over not to miss anything.Once I got chatting with the owner it made the experience all the better. He’s such a friendly and outgoing guy. I only grabbed a couple things and it was a great experience. Well worth the 45 minute drive. And check them out on Twitter. The owner does all the drawings/animations himself!
Matt Mccarthy: I decided to sell some old video game equipment here today and had a great experience. I traded emails with Dom before I visited the store and negotiated a price. When I got there and he found out I drove a long distance to sell, he threw in extra cash to help offset the commute. I couldn’t believe it! He was very fair and easy to work with. The store was also full of amazing products. I definitely plan to visit again. If you’re looking to sell or buy, I highly recommend checking this place out or reaching out to Dom via email.
Mini Empest: Very fun place to shop at when im around. Various options of things to buy so thats nice. Only issue i have is that I don't really get my questions answered on their social media pages on twitter/instagram but thats a small issue with an easy fix.
Steven Menjivar: games from 45 dollars to 125 this is very crazy!
Cail Umbaugh: One of the coolest game stores I've been to. Every inch has something cool to look at. Staff was super friendly, thank you!
Teresa Rumrill: Lots of stuff to choose from for older consoles
Allan Montes: Question: Do you guys have the wii versions of Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3
Dominick Jones: 11/10 the owner is very kind and helpful
Guilherme Rocha: Best video game store in massachusetts. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🕹
Ceit De Vitto: Lovely and fun place for Retro Gaming and Pokémon cards.
Will Santos: Amazing Retro Game Store with a great selection and inventory of games with some pretty good prices. The store owner, Dom, was a very nice fellow and had a selection of consoles from the Atari 2600 to the Sega Dreamcast, all the way up to the PS5. Highly recommend it and I'm sure I'll be back soon.
Dale Magliola: This store transported us to Akihabara Tokyo. Vibrantly decorated place with a big selection of video games and other collectibles.
Jason Iovanna: Nice store, but you never know if it's going to be open or closed. Went on Saturday and it was closed, no notice or update to voicemail message or hours. Suggest calling first or you may waste a drive and tolls.
AB: I stoped by today for the first time with my 5 and 4 year old sons. Once the door opened, all three of our jaws hit the floor. It is packed, and I mean floor to ceiling with everything and anything you could possibly want. The store is well organized, the owner couldn’t be any nicer or more helpful. He made my kids feel welcome, gave them a Mario sticker book, and was patient and kind even though we ended up being the last customers before close. I can’t recommend this place enough. You’ll walk in and find things you didn’t even know you wanted / needed. The service is second to none and you can tell the guy has a genuine interest in the products he’s selling. Head over and check them out, there’s no way you’ll be disappointed.
Alexander Clark: Came in looking for a couple tough finds. Selection in here was great. Service was awesome. Tight store like many of its kind, but I found what I was looking for and more. Good tunes and the guy in the shop, Dominic, was super nice. Hadn’t been here yet and very glad I visited, I’ll be back when I’m on my next hunt! First, gotta beat the few games I just found!
Michael Sheehy: Dom is an awesome guy 10 out of 10 would recommend coming here if you like retro video games he also has a selection of new things as well please do give him a visit
Julie “Jules”: Great ,very nice ,alot in a small shop
Darryl Mcclure: They could be a little more personal

Laurence Montanino: Said they be open for God of war ragnarok pre order and wasn't.. waited until 1230 to see if someone showed up ... nothing , this place is rude and obviously doesn't care about its customers I drove out of way and asked 2 times before I came down ... now I see they probably think it's a joke just another reason ill buy my next game digital or thru Walmart or best buy

GameStop: what do users think?
Carlos Torres: Standard Game Stop. Upselling was a little aggressive on add-ons, but thats where the money is for them. They had the joy cons i wanted, so it was up to par for me. Smallish, but still a good standard selection of products and kitsch. Conveniently close to the entrance and on the ground floor, so it was easy to get in and out without too much malling.
Jethro Ellison: Wonderful and good
FAB: No one ever picks up the phone horrible! Been calling for days now
Frank Rogers: Nice
Choklit Wastedd: I’d rather pay for parking and drive the distance for the customer service. Brookline GameStop is extremely rude. The lack in customer service and I’ve had to report them on several occasions with no follow up. A lot of the GameStop locations are being closed so it’s unfortunate but again, I’d rather pay for parking and drive further than deal with Thomas in Brookline :)
Antonio and Gia’s Ortega: Hazel is excellent great asset to the company.
Shãmãr Hicks: Overall, just an awesome videogame store
Martín Landeros: Good variety!
Chau Nguyen: I had a bad experience picking up fire emblem engage pre order bonus when I came to store because it was out of stock. Spent almost an hour on customer service telling me I was out of luck and that supplies were limited even though it was promised you would get the pre order bonus when you ordered. It's not this gamestops fault they didn't receive enough in stock but it's gamestop fault for blatantly lying about the pre-order bonus. I will be returning the game and be buying it somewhere else
Jim Manning: Just had a great experience with Colton and the rest of the staff. Really nice, very helpful. I would definitely return just based on the customer service.
Nick Felker: It's a generic GameStop without anything noteworthy beyond that
Corn Kid: It's a GameStop it's been around since Blockbuster shut down they always got high prices on everything but one of the lowball you want everything you sell to them because capitalism
Donnell Haynes: A great shopping experience for all gamers
SlickNickP: This is a good game stop, but I feel like the cashier sort of scammed me.After I made a reasonably large purchase of some games (~$150) the cashier told me to sign up for GameStop Rewards. He said it’s $15/yr. I said I rarely shop at GameStop. He said, with the purchase I just made, I’ll already have $13 in my account so it’s basically paid back, plus a $5 coupon each month. Impressed by how quickly you can accumulate rewards ($13 for a $150 purchase seems good) I decided to sign up, even though I don’t shop here often.Come to find out later, I only got $3 for my $150 purchase. He said $13 because you get a base $10 reward for first signing up. I don’t shop at GameStop frequently enough (only once or twice a year) to ever cover the permanent $15/yr subscription each year. And guess what? It’s super hard to unsubscribe. You have to either wait on hold for the phone for hours with GameStop corporate, or emails back and forth. I elected to email back and forth after seeing how long the wait on the phone would be, and it took 3 weeks going back-and-forth for someone to finally unsubscribe me.They pull you in at the counter with lies about how good the rewards program is, and then make it so hard to unsubscribe because they’re hoping you’ll just give up and let them charge you $15/yr forever. Seems scummy, and it all started (for me) at this GameStop. I wish the cashier had been a little more realistic to me about how this program works before convincing me to sign on.
Francisco Martinez: Nice place for everyone especially gamers
Michael Racca: Called to get a trade in price quote website not working worker wicked rude ya we don’t take it umm the new iPhone u don’t take yup ok buddy called a different location what do u know helped me right out if u don’t like your job buddy get a new one instead of causing your location lost income clown
Louis Paul: The Employee was Very helpful and Friendly!
Karlos Avendano: I bought an insured control, the seller told me that the insurance covered any damage. I came back to have them change it and the seller didn't change it because he wasn't insured.
A K: I've definitely been to worse GameStops! Not as big as the Downtown Crossing location and a smaller selection, but perfectly fine. They got video games. They will try very hard to sell you on preorders you don't want. That's all you can possibly expect from a GameStop.
Mustapha Chakar: Very good people working there, when you enter to the store.they greeting you.and they helping you from A to Z,thank you again

GameStop: what do users think?
Nelson Gil: Excelente
Jonathan Kraus: Easy
Alexander: I pre-ordered the limited edition Fire Emblem Engage Divine Edition and paid for it in advance. But when I came to pick it up, I discovered that the sales people had sold my copy to somebody else without calling me or letting me know. Avoid this place if you're a serious collector of limited editions.
Olive Day: GameStop is a good place to shop for games, merchandise and collectibles. I always go to GameStop and it's my home away from home.
Stathis Karatsiolis: Horrible experience. Pre-ordered a game which was unreasonably delayed. Website has not even updated about the delivery even though I received the game .On top of that additional preorder bonuses where not included even though it was advertised so.Totally scammed. Other retailers are way more consistent and transparent with orders. This is not the first time GameStop has been inconsistent with their online presence.
crazy primo1: Good
David Adriazola: Great. I found such good prices for everything I wanted, that I am super happy.
Michael Johnson: At first the one in Brookline was just hiring any hippie like person. Whom didn't care about customer and bosses who spend most they time talking to friends that came in. Now it's getting better workers are more mature now customer service is a lot better
Kenngon podcast: Just your typical GameStop
Jacob Lewis: Zero help, canceled my order, used a coupon that I apparently can't get back but I wouldn't know because after calling 10+ times over several hours to try to figure out what's going on I got no answer. Waste of time and money.
Michael Costarelli: Awesome store great employees
Joshua Torcivia: Very friendly not too much traffic and very knowledgeable staff
Karissa Parker: Horrendous customer service! I am a member and if I don't use my monthly $5 coupon I usually transfer it to my Nintendo account for my switch. They refused to do the transfer at first, but then when I pressed them stated that if I wanted to do the transfer I would have to buy a gift card first, which is absolutely ridiculous. I left and went to my usual store (Dedham) and they were able to complete the transfer for me. I’ve also successfully done this in the Braintree store. I was told this location in Brookline tends to give customers trouble. Staff and manager here needs training ASAP!!!
Nicholas Bernard: This is my local GameStop and I love it. I know stores like these are dissappearing, which is unfortunate. This one needs to stay! The staff is personable and always super helpful (thanks Jose). See you next time!
Colin Gray: Joseph was awesome! I was looking for a Switch, and he answered all my questions patiently and kindly. Super helpful, good experience.
Flex Baker: The employees were very prejudice. Practically mocked me for casually looking at the clearance section after they told me they didnt have any usb cables on clearance and looked at me like i was crazy for asking them if they had any. They were very rude. They tried to dictate my experience and my purchase. I usually get psn cards printed out on receipt and it gets added to my profile online in case i lose the receipt. This white dude was not letting go the fact that he wanted to force me to buy it in physical card form instead. I asked him 3 times and it got me angry that he would not listen to my request. To not waste my time foolishly i ended up buying the card and felt violated. I called them out for how they treated me, we argued, and it got racist. Im very visibly hispanic and they made a remark about my skin being white and that im whiter than them. And that was the MANAGER. the manager then proceeds to say im no longer welcomed to HIS store. He acted as if he OWNS gamestop. I spoke to gamestop corporation about this and luckily they now allow using your pro rewards credit online. Downtown had the best gamestop but sadly it closed down. And gamestop is pretty much dead to me now. There's way better deals at other places like Best Buy Target Walmart Amazon. As gamers say now, no one buys discs anymore neither. Although gamestop sometimes do have good specials the savings ARE NOT WORTH THE COSTS OF TRAVEL HERE OR WORTH DEALING WITH YOUNG PREJUDICE AIRHEADS. Online is better. Truth be told. All they have is straight junk you're gonna want to get rid of in 2 years. Nothing worth buying. There's a reason their stocks originally tanked. Everything i bought from these stores im now trying to get rid of lol.
Ali Assi: Phenomenal experience at this Gamestop to purchase my PS5. I worked with Jake who outlined the process very clearly, displayed incredible professionalism, and honestly the best customer service I've received anywhere since arriving to Boston. I will be coming to this Gamestop for all of my gaming needs. These guys actually care about their customers and I am so impressed.
Roberto Baez: Employee joe was very rude and was not helpful at all
Eli Moslemi: Visited there some days ago. My husband got a good deal to buy Gran Turismo 7. While he was doing so, I had enough time to wander around the shop. I am a mug-addicted and I found GREAT mugs there. Beside, unrelated stuff I mentioned, there are many games to choose for PS4-5. Also, the shopkeeper was very helpful.
Jake Lopez: Don’t know why reviews are saying customer service is horrible, I had a fantastic experience when I went to trade in a console and some games. The staff (Jake) was incredibly helpful, kind, and I was incredibly lucky enough to have also been able to use the in store credit toward a Nintendo Switch! Love the store, and seeing as how this is the last one in the Boston area, I’d call it a treasure!
A K: When I went here the employees were openly discussing how they used to rip people off by selling bogus "warranties". All gamestops will upsell you hard. It's to be expected, that's how they stay in the black. Most are not this pushy or underhanded about it. If you're going to shop here, be prepared to say no thank you, I'm not interested.

Ace's Games & More: what do users think?
Fabio Sadiku: Great selection of products ranging from cards to videogames! Has everything you can imagine
Jeanise Bertrand: Fantastic store. Great customer Service. Huge selection. Awesome place if you're looking for Trading Cards, Gaming systems, Games, controllers etc. This store has everything you could need.
Oci: Worth an hour drive to check it out! Bought 2 Pokémon boxes, can’t wait to come back!
Ronny: Pokemon Explorers of sky copy was authentic and in great condition. As a first time customer I'm very happy.
Kwan Aloysius: Waiting for shop to open from 12-12:30pm, didn’t open like what it said on google.
Emrah Prkos: Great guys I saw that the cards prices went up a lot but still great deals. Also they buy bulk I will have to wait a month or 2 but a great experience!
toniann pinabella: I remember going into ACs when I was about 12 and being in there for hours just because I had to have all the spice girls things he had. Years later I’m now in there with my three kids! The store is great, always has what you need and when he doesn’t he will get it. As my son would say.. “best store ever!” Great people, great things, great prices!
Matthew Corbelle: He’s got it all at great prices
Jeff: Store is unbelievable!!! It's like Costco, you go in for 1 item and leave with 15!!If Ace doesn't have what you are looking for in stock he will order it and call you as soon as it comes in.Xmas shopping for ANY age!! Ace has something for everyone from your newborn to you grandparents!!
Rich Demers: Best place around for over 20yrs going strong
Karen Sferrazza: This used to be a great spot to get cards at an affordable price. It seems like they have a lot of inventory and it’s not selling because it’s at too high of a price. They seemed to get upset when people would come in and ultimately leave empty handed because people don’t have the extra money to spend on these high prices.
Alex Diaz: One of the best places around for trading cards and video games
Anthony: Ace's has been a Revere staple for many many years. They sell all kinds of sports collectables, cards, and video games. The store is absolutely packed with games from the floor to the ceiling. From Atari to NES, Genesis, PS2, GameCube, OLED Switch, XBOX, and PS5 he has it all.If retro games are your thing then you should definitely check out Ace's. However, keep in mind that the retro stock is based on trades, so depending on what you're looking for you may come up empty. If you come in with a good idea what the game you want to purchase is worth and they have it in stock then you'll definitely get a fair deal. Prices fluctuate but ACE's has always been very fair. This is an old-school retro gaming store through and through, so prices are negotiable, especially if you're buying multiple items. You'll definitely leave Ace's feeling satisfied. The only issue I have here is that nothing is really sorted, so it's a bit of a challenge to look through all of the games in the glass cases to see if they actually have the games you want.Final verdict is four stars.
David: Bro, these guys have everything, I definitely recommend them. I always buy my games here and the prices are the best.
Wang Wong: Great selection of pokemon cards! Was able to buy the last few cards I needed to complete the sets I have. Bought a few Japanese packs and got some nice pulls from them. Employees in the store were friendly. Will definitely buy more cards from this store the next time I come. 😊
Andrew Bagley: Anytime you need anything card/game related this is the spot. And if he doesn’t have it, he will get it for you.I’d give 10 stars if I could.
Ben Kaplowitz: Guy said $8 for 2 packs of cards. When I checked my credit card statement he had charged me $17!!! Get a receipt or pay cash with these guys. Total sketch balls. Single cards are outrageously overpriced.
SeacoastView: Maybe the easiest 5 Stars i've ever given.i was introduced to Ace at Ace's Games & More by a trusted friend about 15 years ago.... and over the years have purchased quite a few things from this store.... and i can say with complete honesty, if Ace sells it, that's where i'm going to buy it. The reason 'Why' is actually quite simple. Ace is beyond fair in his pricing (you will NOT find it cheaper elsewhere!!) and he treats his customers like family... literally. Yes, sometimes it's a busy place and you might have to wait... but when it's your turn, you'll be happy you didn't leave. Thanks to Ace, I was FINALLY able to #CUTtheCord from Comcast cable. in 18 years as a Comcast customer i've paid Comcast IN EXCESS of $51,000 ($240 x 12 x 18yrs) and as of today, i'm free from the Comcast/Xfinity bondage. The person that is SOLELY responsible for helping me break the Comcast addiction... is Ace.... and he can show you how to do it also!!i'm not a "gamer" but Ace has a GIGANTIC selection of new (and used) games, HARD TO FIND (!!) card sets... and his Official Licensed sports merchandise is generally LESS THAN HALF what it sells for elsewhere!!whether you've been to Ace's Games & More once... or been there dozens of times, you'll see that what i've said in this Review is 100% true, without exaggeration. Over the years i've sent MANY (!!) of my personal friends to Ace... and without fail, they've called me back to say... "i get it now, you were right." As you will see and agree.... Ace is a good guy with high integrity and he's VERY VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. It's easy to see why Ace has been so successful. Steven Wms
Thomas Miller: Very cool shop with lots to choose from, very friendly owners were very helpful during my visit 😁
Frank F: These brothers are real cool. They have many things besides gaming. They are fair in pricing.
John O'brien: Best Place Around it's always a Pleasure to Go To A.C.'a. Best Products and Knowgable and Very Polite 6 STARS John K O'Brien

GameStop: what do users think?
Elissa Harrington: Slow service
Unstable Savage Productions: Thanks for the exchange for the cover art after handing you a preowned one
Zero: Good place
Doctor Nightmares: The workers are extremely nice and easy to talk to
Richard B: Bn
Ozetta Blenman: Love it
ttv_ddragon YT: I go here with my mom all the times to get stuff the prices is perfect this is the best game stop that I've ever been to.
Lisa M Furr: It's a game store, not much to rate, serve was great.
Slime Boy: The workers there where very mean to me,yelling at me saying they don’t have any regular edition ps5 and cursing me out
estiguer mendez: Exelente atención y muy rica la comida
Omar Vivas: Muy bueno tiene de todo
Cory Blamire: Came for the Pro Member exclusive PS5 drop, camped out for two hours before open (unnecessary, only a single other person showed up early, at 20 minutes of) and was in & out with no hassle within five minutes of the door being unlocked. Associate was efficient and professional. Only complaint is would've liked an oversized bag to conceal the goods and not have to worry about getting jacked in the parking lot. 😅
Maritza Rodriguez: Only two teller for a lot costumer
Joseph Chow: They sell 25 pack trading card pages and trading card holders. Excellent customer service. Masks are optional.
John Ovesen: My local Gamestop has pretty cool workers and since the Downtown Crossing location recently closed it's the only Gamestop location I shop at. I'll buy the newest game here and shop the clearance T shirt rack here and pick up a ton of Marvel Legends figures here simply because Gamestop tends to get them earlier than other stores and their online deals tend to be the best out there! The fact a McDonald's and Pope Eye's Chicken is nearby is also a plus. But this Roslindale store has helped me build my Marvel Legends collection over the years! I pop in from time to time to see what new is in or what has hit the clearance rack. I like the store.
Captain Tenno: This place is complete trash, no one ever picks up the phone when I call and I called this GameStop location on 3 different occasions and no picked up as usual.
Obeydexter617: Came here about 10:30 and there was a be back in 30 min sign on the door. There needs to be more employees? It’s so unprofessional
John Delva: Bought a game recently that wouldn't load although the store is close the location is a bit congested so it's annoying to go back not the stores fault I suggest that one always checks the traffic before heading to the American legion Parkway shopping Center
Harvey Cruz: The service was great and quick the young lady in the front was multi tasking and speeding people up. Cudos to her
Faith Mascoll: Ordered a game through the gamestop's website and had made an order for 2 games to be delivered the same day. When I had ordered the games I had 1 hour to place the order which I did it within that time limit, and had more than 4 hours before the store closed which it closes at 9pm (as said on the website) but by 7pm I have "dashers" contacting me that the store is closed. Now I have to contact both gamestop and doordash to have my order canceled. A waste of time and money. At least let the place you work for know if you are closed.
Dildar Hussain: The guy messed up my order and then they have the worst customer service to this store. He seemed high when he was doing my order. Bad place to shop at. The staff is awful and shady here. The store itself is kept dirty, the game collection is very low and the customer service is the WORST!

Pandemonium Books & Games: what do users think?
Doc Kinne: One of the best game shops in Greater Boston. Very active community! Probably THE most friendly staff I've ever encountered in a shop. Yes, I'm talking about YOU, Ben. They spendd time getting to know you.
Samuel Zisk: This is a truly amazing place. I’ve never seen so many board games and tabletop RPGs, and the books (what I came in for) are nothing to sneeze at either. I love the mix of new and (super cheap!) old books.
Joseph Chow: Face masks required all times. Please sanitize your hands before going on the store. They also sell Azul Mini.
David Wolkofsky: Great staff, Great community
Pat Berdusco: One of the best stores I have been too. The employees took the time to chat and build some rapport with me and I had an excellent experience. Highly recommend this store.
Jenny: Great selection and friendly staff! They a lot of gaming items upstairs and some fantastic books downstairs. It's a great place to get those harder to find sci-fi and fantasy books!
Olivia Henninger: Nerd. Heaven. They have what you need.
Devon Ham: Extremely nice staff. Pandy is a game store with different products from Magic The Gathering to DnD
Nhi Vo: Great store, lots of board games and books.
Adrian Obleton: Came with a group of friends to play games downstairs. It was awesome. We had a great time and the staff was very nice
Yehuda Abrams: Masks are required to enter and vaccinations are required for the tournaments. The environment was pleasant, tournament prizes were great, and the space is comfortable. The inventory for singles was disappointing; which is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.
rudi scherff: Great store and great people. A little pricier than other stores, but not by much and worth being so central. Plenty of magic to play regularly
Hassan Chehab: The best place in Camberville for geeks and geek needs! Right next to a ton of restaurants and shops. They also regularly host events for games. I like to browse their warhammer collection.
Stephanie Heinz: Amazing collection of boardgames and tabletop games--especially enjoyed the range of indie and small press tabletop games!
Gregory Robert: Neat little book and board game store with very friendly staff.
Rachel Alise: Love to support my FLGS! Great selection with local artist vendors during the holidays. I like that they provide masks while browsing.
D Gilmer: Don't let the first floor fool you-- there's a huge downstairs level! The only bad thing about this place is that it can get pretty crowded in the basement. Other than that, great selection. I especially liked the selection of indie RPGs. Large clean bathrooms as well, which is always nice to find in a large city.
Elias D: As a board game geek, I'm happy to visit this place in addition to Eureka in Brookline. They've recently remodeled- utilizing more downstairs space for books and the organization makes it easy to browse. Get some great gifts and custom dice here for your board game lovers! Picture highlights the mystery books they have that the staff recommends (cute idea)!
T _gon_: Guy allowed me in 45 mins before they were supposed to open and was really nice about it - Had the Packs i needed , and good price. A+ first visit for me
David Karger: Nice store and hearty for games but not carrying enough books any more
Lily Smith: Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you're a fan of wargaming.

Game Underground: what do users think?
luciano tapia: Good place to locally buy used games, and get some gaming hardware like consoles or even retro controllers and consoles. Also a great local place to buy trading cards like Pokémon or magic the gathering. They also have an arcade with a dozen or more games, it's a bit limited and majority lean towards rhythm games, so if that isn't your thing, maybe look for other arcades. They also hold tournaments and events for smash bros and mtg and others. Friendly staff.
마법학교아르피아 (arpia97): Simply awesome arcade & venue
Christiano Demacedo: Really inexpensive cool spot to spend some time on a rainy day with my youngest son. Plenty of nostalgia and a gamers paradise!
Frank R: Great spot, lots of fun with a variety of games! Good space for parties and events. Also has a solid selection of vintage games
Dominick Peluso: I'm glad this place exists and it's nice to have so many unique rhythm games under one roof. But boy, I can't hear half of these games which is probably why I don't come back here much. It's not so bad for the ones with headphone input but for the dance games it's pretty rough. Also, it was a little confusing because most of the games were on free play since you can pay a flat rate for the day, but I just bought a cup full of tokens. So I just put like 4 into each game before I played. Not sure if that was the right thing to do but that's what I did.
Pk: sound voltex
Viktor Candida: They are thieves specially the big guy.Honestly they are not honest
Imelda Tau: Great selection of rhythm games!
Greer Swiston: Great variety of games. Great mix of new and old.
Jade Harley: Awooooooo
fake name: The owner walked up to me yelled you cant see me then gave me a stone cold stunner. Best service i could ever ask for
david joseph: Had a great time attending the Smash Tournament. Tons of talented gamers and fun people to meet and play against/with. Any and everyone is welcomed-- this was my first and felt right at home. Definitely give this places tournaments a try
Jordi Albornoz Mulligan: Great selection of well maintained rhythm games. We had a blast as a family!
Joseph Kincel: Great spot to play some games
Robin Capello: I'm almost 60 yrs old. I laughed, got my heart rate up and spent time with my friend. We played pinball.. not like the old ones...The game was faster, more lights, tracks, holes, flippers and luckily more extra balls.
Emmett McCleary: Kind of shocked to see there were negative reviews of GU, so I thought I'd chip in a good one - this store is a colossal part of my community. I've met close friends at the Commander FNMs, spent hours poring over their binders and bulk, and on the rare instance where I'm looking to pick up a video game, they always have it at a reasonable price. Incredibly grateful to have them within walking distance of me - I hope for their continued success.
Itagirisu: I really love this place! I come here usually every other weekend, the prices are amazing, all the arcade machines are in amazing conditions, and there's a great community there as well, I really like the custom-drawn covers for some of the games in the game store section, some are really funny, seriously I spend $20 on coins (which is 100) and still have half of them left after 2 hours, although I do have only 2 flaws here, and one of them is really small, and the other is just small, the small one is the masks, I don't care that they're there, but games like pump it up or even maimai make it a bit worse, and the smaller issue is only 1 side of the maimai cab works, but I heard DX is replacing the FiNALE machine soon so I don't think it matters rn, but yeah everyone is super nice there, I have not had one bad experience with the players there or the employees, it's just so nice to not have to drive all the way to Holyoke to play some Chunithm that's not even online, that's the other thing I love about this place, every single game is online. The game selection here is also immaculate, Pop n Music Kaimei Riddles, Chunithm, Step Mania X, maimai, Sound Voltex, etc. All are amazing I'm not good at all of them, but I can say all of them are fun, only thing missing here is some Taiko no Tatsujin, I understand they're hard to find I hope for Taiko Arcade HD to be more prominent in the US, I wish Taiko was more popular over here so we could get it officially, the old ones have been trashed to hell (from what I've heard) and even broke someones bachi! I was going on a tangent sorry but yeah, very nice place, very welcoming, very fun.
Elektrokinesis DJ: Awesome place to have tournaments, Jamie is the man.
Sherri Pfuntner: Great customer service. Unfortunately, a good amount of the games weren't on, and a number of ones that were on took our tokens without being able to play. Only one game was issuing tickets, and after a few times pf playing it also stopped working. Place has promise once things are up and running correctly.
SnesManiac: What up Jamie! I haven't been to this location yet but I know that it has to be just like the previous ones on Natick mall and the Framingham locations: Excellent customer service, great Japanese Arcades and lots of events with an excellent game store to boot. Those that leave bad reviews because of your mask requirements are Karens. (And I have reported their reviews).
john isabella: They have a lot of fun games and activities
