LIYAN HUANG:
Minh Anh Bui: Waited 45 mins for a bowl of pho. Pretty worth it! It tasted really flavorful and similar to a regular pho that I had in Vietnam. Would definitely be back just to taste the flavor of home!Be sure to dine in, especially for pho!Recommended dishes Pho Vietnamese Noodle Soup …More
Tooba: The best pho place in Boston. Love their khao-suey too.The taste can be a little inconsistent though and I have been unlucky a few times. Still a great place in general.Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Pho Vietnamese Noodle Soup …More

Siyi Lin: Came at around ~5:30pm as a party of four. No wait when we got there, but a substantial line formed by around 6pm. The tables move by pretty fast, however. Part of that is because the dishes came out super fast. The food was pretty decent, nothing spectacular but filling and comforting. We ordered yellow curry with chicken, Tom yum fried rice with crispy chicken, pho tai, pad see ew, and roti canai (first two pictured). They were all pretty good. The price range was around 14-17 dollars per dish. The roti canai was pretty pricey, though (7?8?) for its small serving size.Vegetarian options: Very vegetarian and vegan friendly! They have a vegetarian section and a vegan section on the menu. Other parts of the menu are also marked with whether or not they can be made vegetarian or vegan.

yaotomesoba 8: I order my work lunch from here all the time since it’s close to my job so I’ve never actually eaten in here before, but the food is great. They don’t overcharge like some other pho places around Newbury and their soup always comes well packed with cardboard for stability and wrapped in plastic so it won’t leak. The Thai basil, lime wedges, sliced onions, cilantro and bean sprouts are always super fresh and pair perfectly with the salty, piping hot broth. Highly recommend for a cold and rainy/snowy day.
Kenneth Adams: Pho soup base was delicious. A little too much tripe and tendon but I loved the basil and bean sprouts. I wish they had dessert like mango sticky rice or something sweet.Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More

Nick Huynh: Been here at least 1-3x a month for the past half year. Fantastic food overall, quite authentic Vietnamese flavors, and *massive* portions. The staff are very friendly. I recommend the bún dac biet and bún Bo huê.Recommended dishes Beef Pho, Com DAC Biet- House Special Rice Plate, Cha Gio Fried Egg Rolls, Shrimp Spring Rolls 2, Hu Tieu, Soup, Spring Roll, Grilled Pork Vermicelli …More
Daina Smith: Great for takeout! Went in this morning for the first time about 4 tables were occupied not busy at all, sat for about 15 mintues no one came to me, was staring at the ladies by the registers and one waved sarcastically as to say why are you staring at us and went to the back I waved back. so I just went next door to Pho Le.
Nida Kirmani: Excellent food, service and good value.
Aaron accardo: Place is amazing! I wish they had crab Rangoon but I can get past that since everything else is so good, my favorite is the pork chop rice plate.

Jamie Van: Been a long time Pho Hoa supporter. Food is always delicious, but recently the service? Not so much. My boyfriend and I went on 2 separate (and consecutive) occasions for dinner. The first time we both got pho and it was delicious and hit the spot per usual. When time for the check, could not find our waiter for the next 40 minutes and had to walk up for the check. The second time, we were seated at the very front corner booth and didn’t think much of it. We had the bo 7 mon; the food was delicious and they came out timely, until it didn’t. We were missing the butter beef and we tried to flag down wait staff, but it was difficult considering we were in the far corner. We were able to flag someone down after 1 HOUR while we finished the rest of our food. Same thing happened with our check, had to wait another 30-45 minutes to get the check. Definitely frustrating each time, not really looking forward to going back a third time just for the same thing to happen.
David R: This is a review of the pho take-out experience. First positive is that they include a bowl (!) - first place I've found that does this for take out. The soup comes separate in a spill-proof container, noodles and meats in the bowl, veggies and sauces in a bag, chopsticks and spoon + fork - everything you need to eat on the go or at work. The broth is balanced and clean, very refreshing, not overly oily, good blend of pho spices without any single spice dominating too much. Veggies are fresh and plentiful. Meat/tendon/tripe is good quality, though I would have enjoyed a little more (I ordered a regular size). That being said, I'll take quality over quantity in this case.Overall, probably the best pho takeout experience I've had (sit down at the restaurant is the best way to enjoy, but sometimes you can't - this pho was not disappointing). The photo is after I'd start eating, looked more appetizing before I dug in.Verdict: Solid pho choice in the greater Boston area, top 3 of the many I've tried

D Joseph Won: This review covers 2 visits and there were more dishes tried than shown in the photos below. Overall, if you are in the Dorchester area trying to decide which Vietnamese place to goto, I would recommend this one. It is, in my opinion, the best one still in operation there. The place is large and vibrant. Service is good, although not always prompt. The menu is also large, and the food will never disappoint, although it may not be dazzling. Also good value compared to many other Vietnamese places in & around town.
Roderick Caruso: We got the 7 beef banquet meal for 2 (we were 4 people) and some other dishes to round it out. There was no room on the table for our food and the server didn't really pace the dishes so we could eat some and remove the plates. Everything was delicious.Food: 5/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 3/5 …More
colin bonfield: Good food, good menu selection, and a typical and casual atmosphere for an Asian restaurant. The service was good. In fact, it was very, very fast. 5 minutes between ordering and food arriving on the table. They don't rush you out, which was great. After eating, we sat for another hour to talk. Everyone liked their meals. The food was fairly standard, nothing unique or groundbreaking, but all the classic dishes were available and prepared well. I would go back if I was in the area and craving Pho or Vietnamese, but I wouldn't travel out of my way to go there. It's good, but not great.
Yuthida Heng: Let me rephrase the waitress back then was not smart. I was ready to pay. I gave him my credit card. He told me my card is not working he tried multiple time then she showed me what he was using he was using one of those old credit card manual imprinted receipts machine. I looked at him and then I stared at my card. I told him will yeah it's not going to work my card is not embroidered. He looked at me funny. I gave up just gave him my debit card that has embroidered in it
Alyssa Rodriguez: Dorchester is certainly one of the best places in Massachusetts to get a bowl of pho, and this place does not disappoint in any capacity. Pho Hoa has delicious soups and wonderful appetizers. We left full and completely satisfied - best part, we only paid $40 for 2 appetizers, 2 regular-sized pho soups and a side of a pork chop. We will be back!
David Bezalel Flamholz: Best pho I’ve had in Boston.

Ánh Hồng Restaurant: what do users think?
Kuan-Chung Su: Closed for business 😢
Angela: Food and portions were good. The restaurant itself has a family feel vibe. The service was good. Staff and friendly and accommodating. Portions are well dealt out, so you will go home feeling full and well nourished. If you're looking for a good meal stop by Ánh Hông for a bite!
Maria Brooks: I love the place for Pho. The broth is full of flavor and depth. I highly recommend. I've had events there and the service and good has always been amazing.
Rui Hou: so tasty and so affordable, a big bowl of pho thats under $10 is rare find anywhere else
Alfredo Cabrera: Best viet food in Massachusetts!
Wouldn't You Like To Know: An old friend of mine who grew up in the area, showed me this restaurant. I had a great time would highly recommend.
Anthony Craig Evans: Good food. Average service.
David Larkin: I’ve been a loyal customer of Pho Hoa for many years now, but having heard a lot of good things about Anh Hong, I gave it a try today for lunch. Also, for some reason during the pandemic, the pho broth at Pho Hoa changed to be less flavorful and more salty. It just doesn’t really do it for me anymore.Long story short, I don’t think I’ll be going back to Pho Hoa for a while. The pho broth at Anh Hong is absolutely delightful. Not too heavy, loads of flavor, and just enough seasoning. $9 for a good sized portion was also nice. I can’t speak on the other menu items (other than that they smelled delicious as they went by my table), but if you’re looking for a warming bowl of pho, Anh Hong has what you’re looking for.In response to some of the reviews criticizing the service, it’s true that they give you your space and don’t rush you, but if you make eye contact with someone they come right over. Personally, I’d prefer that type of service over feeling like I’m being rushed.EDIT: I gave Pho Hoa another chance the other day and it was fantastic. You won’t be disappointed by either restaurant.
Luyen PF: Food is good but customer service is TERRIBLE.1) We got the seat and waited for a while to get someone's attention (while waiting and watching the staffs served the guests got seat after us 🙄).2) We requested the appetizer (món khai vị) to serve before the main course meal, but at Ánh Hồng, appetizer seems *always* serve after the main course 🙄. We also heard serval customers seat near by had the same issue. We ended up have to pack the appetizer to go.3) We ordered some extra food to go and 2 “chè đặt biệt” for desert, 1 for my niece and 1 for me, the waiter brought out only 1 chè for my niece, but didNOT pack 1 to go for me. I didn’t realize until I got home and unpack the food bag. Very disappointed 😳.I wish the wait staffs listen to the customers’ voice and improve their customer service.
Craig Anthony Evans: Nice food. Service was average 🙄. Appetizer came out after main course.
qlv assoc: We came here for the 7 courses of beef. This is satisfactory and delicious. In order to enjoy this meal, one should prepare to roll sleeves and do some prep works. Nothing too demanding, just requires some finger works to make several types of rolls using rice papers and ingredients supplied by the house. The most satisfying moment is to dip the roll into the sauce and about to take a bite. Bon appetite!!!!!
RY: Tasty authentic Vietnamese food. Will definitely be back!
harshhatch: The food was worst than the service. Staff needs to keep back house talk away from customers. Would not recommend if you want good food.
Keegan DuBrown: This place is the best, really good quality food and fun experience with friends and family. Staff is friendly, facility is clean.
eliseo hernandez: Food here is always delicious
SK: Food is delicious. Phò has good flavor. The only problem is customer service. I got the sit and waited more than 10 minutes to get someone's attention. I wish they had better customer service.
Benjamin Kramer: My favorite Vietnamese food in the Boston area. Feels like they really know what they're doing. No Banh xeo available but plenty of options to choose from.
Michael K: Love their vietnamese sandwiches. Over the years the meat has gone skimpy and price goes up. But I still go..
Courtney P: I went out with my family, to this restaurant. And here’s what I have to say. Fast service, Soooo many entrees and dishes, and polite and respectful waitress. The only problem was that the dishes were a bit over priced but besides that the experience was wonderful. I also recommend number 97.
michelle avalos: Love this place. I've been coming here for a while now with my family. The staff is friendly and the food is good. Come give this place a try, if you haven't been already. I love their boba smoothies and Thai tea as well.
Jack Andrade: Great food great price

Saigon Hut: what do users think?
Duncan Xu: Amazingly authentic homemade Vietnamese food. Owner is very lovely and makes sure the food tastes good each time. Always come here for bun Bo hue and will try many more other dishes 😋
Logan Schooley: Wowzers!!! This place was incredible! We got there 6 minutes after the doors opened, so we were the first customers of the day! Gee-willikers was this place the bomb diggity.I went with the V9. Pad Thai Tofu. Vegetarian friendly and DELICIOUS! Some of the best Pad Thai I have personally ever had! Definitely recommend getting that! MORK went with a steak Pho and had nothing but outstanding things to say about it. He finished it all too!Almost forgot about the amazing vegetarian dumplings we had. They were fried to a crispy crisp of perfection. He recommended we try the vegetarian spring rolls next time because of how much we like the dumplings!I hope to come back here next time us Rainbow Seekers are in town. Check out our latest single on Spotify!! ‘Spinning Out’ -Joe Hertler & the Rainbow Seekers!Vegetarian options: Quite the variety of vegetarian options!
Alice Von D.: Recommended dishes Soup, Pho, Noodle SoupMore
Louisy: I’m disappointed… I ordered the fried dumplings, not terrible but an overall lack of flavors. The Spring rolls weren’t salted at all and the peanut sauce had a weird, Advil syrup taste.
Graham Bell: Always takes about 20-30 min longer than they say it is going to be.
D Joseph Won: Small & simple place in a convenient location. Good food in good portions.Recommended dishes Pho, Noodle Soup …More
Daria Carroll: The tea was awful. It was some tea dust in the pot’s bottom instead of tea. Soups was almost cold. It’s just one waitress for whole restaurant so long waiting for any action. At the end, all the items that we ordered was 1-2$ higher that it was written at the menu.
AJ Gentner: First time ordering the pho and pad Thai! It arrived hot and fresh, tasted incredibly and with great sized-portions! Glad to have a place like this in Eastie.
FRENCH BOUQUET: Overcharged my card. After one did not have enough funds they deplete one and the 2nd one charge full price! On my birthday....I asked him please don't do it but they did anyway.
Fabiana Mago: Best pho I have had in a while. Broth was great, generous meat portion, and freshest side vegetables I have ever seen. Service was good too!
Nicolas Williams: Pretty good.
Rosario Puente: Excelente.
David Linh Doan: Grateful for delicious quick easy not fussy home-cooked pho in piping hot soup stock after long journey. Polite quick service at great prices also.
Hector Longoria: Service was poor, appetizers were over cooked, veggies for the Pho were old, and the spring rolls well that was the best part of eating here.So sad
Summer B: This restaurant never opens on time, and I do not understand why. I have mostly enjoyed the food here.
Ben Jams: Sunday late night dinner review: This place had a lot of potential it seems but so many things went wrong. Parking was extremely annoying to find, it was very hot inside because the AC seemed to not be running that much, nobody was there to seat us for awhile, we didn't receive chopsticks (cmon, we're asians coming to eat pho), we settled for water for our drinks and got kirkland water bottles that we had to pay $1.50 for LOL, our 12 dollar "small" pho bowls were probably one of the smallest I've even from. Other than that... pho was decent I guess? Wouldn't come back here again tho lolFood: 5/10Vibes: 3/10Service: 4/10Value: 4/10
Alexis Nguyen: We ordered Pho after returning from Europe (pho suits the soul after long travels) and unfortunately it didn’t smell or taste like Pho. Disappointed.
Khoi Trantuan: Good food and friendly waitress.
Ever Heredia: Son los mejores en comida asiático
