At $60 each, that's $300 wasted.even though they originally consulted us to reduce paint, they still way overestimated the amount of paint we needed. this is not acceptable because we walked through a 1 min video of my 850 sqft place. They saw every room in HD video. I still recommend their services but do NOT listen to their paint amount suggestions.

Hannah Furgang: I came in looking for insulating blinds, and I was directed towards the Hunter Douglas honeycomb blinds. There was a bit of sticker shock, but we were able to keep our thermostat at 59° during these sub-zero temps, and our condo felt perfectly comfortable. I have a feeling these blinds will eventually pay for themselves, with gas prices being what they are. Staff was beyond helpful and accommodating. I got exactly what I was looking for.
Nathan Frazee: Very knowledgeable staff and always seem to have the tool or item I need. They are friendly when my kiddo has to come as well and have given her fun themed tape to help keep her entertained!

Opened the first book and 5 pages in was the sky wallpaper complete with cloud.Walked straight out!Went on amazon amd searched "sky wallpaper". 45 seconds later I was placing my order with free 2 day shipping guaranteed delivery.Mom and pop shops: you will have to try at least a little bit if you want to stay in business.... At least harder than the woman this morning...

Peter Flanagan: Robin, the owner of this family and Best-of-Boston wallpaper business, scheduled a free appointment with us. She suggested we bring pictures, so I made a video entering from the adjacent room and panning the entire bathroom. Robin spent an hour, one-on-one helping us choose the perfect wallpaper.When we asked for an installer, she recommended and called Paulo while we were there. His workers came a few days after our paper arrived, and did an excellent and very clean job installing it. We are very happy with the wallpaper and work. Robin will be sure the job is done right and at the agreed upon price.
Paul Miller: If you're feeling uncertain about where to wallpaper or which one to pick, do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Robin. She has an encyclopedic knowledge of wallpaper ("42 years in business!"), quickly understands client's tastes and preferences, makes excellent recommendations, and wants you and your home to feel fantastic. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Kelly Fater: Robin was a complete Godsend to me! All of the stress I was feeling about trying to choose a wallpaper was whisked away the minute I started talking to Robin and it only got better from there. With only a quick look at a the space we were working with and a few prints I liked, Robin pulled the most perfect print for me. We never looked back. She nailed it! I can’t imagine a better experience than the one I got at Four Walls.
Disha Jetani: Robin is absolutely amazing! I have a condo and very awkward place for dining area/ wall, to top it off thermostat and switch board in the middle of the wall. After a year of indecisiveness of what to do with the wall, I went to Robin. She took her time getting to know my taste, usability of the room, saw photos and reviewed the measurements. Out of 100000 of wallpapers she has, she knew exactly what I needed. First paper she pulled out, I absolutely LOVEED IT! She worked with my budget and also had recommendations for installer, Paulo. I had the wallpaper delivered to my house, received it within couple weeks and I reached out to Paulo for potential dates for install. He worked with my busy schedule and was able to come in within a week! He was absolutely amazing as well. He took his time, navigated through my complicated wall (thermostat and switchboard have never looked better!)Thank you so much Robin and Paulo for all your help! :)

Victor H: Have you ever wanted to experience the worst customer experience in your life? Well, look no further! Come to this Sherwin Williams at a noon on a Sunday.Sarcasm and passive aggressiveness aside, went in to get three gallons of paint for a scenic design project. I go up to try to get a sense of what my options for finishes are. Barely an audible response. The gentleman working at the front desk hardly acknowledged me, and doesn’t bother to explain anything to me. He lists some options (doesn’t bother showing me or pointing at any references) I select one randomly. I show him the paint cards. He told me to “read them off”. I said sure.He then says “I can’t make these paints”. I ask why. He explains they’re out of extra white base. This itself is fine. I try to work with him to get a darker color, but he says he doesn’t know what he can make. I’m ok if the system works based on him inputting a number, but he could at the very least tried to be a little more helpful than that.After a lot of struggling, I decide to just get one of the colors. I ask him to make the purchase tax exempt, and he says “he can’t do that”. He says it’ll take a week. And that only his manager can do it. I know this is a tricky task sometimes, but the way this was handled was just so infuriating. No attempt at being helpful or understanding whatsoever. Zero.I’m assuming this is just the case of a very exasperated and tired staff member, and I hope this review doesn’t get him in any trouble. But this was the most miserable I’ve been in any retail store in the history of my three-ish decades being alive.
