The Water Park of New England: what do users think?
Bo doss: Yummy cherry on top
Chaira Morales: Nice and fun place for family
Miguel R: My family and I went here back when it used to be called Coco Keys. It’s clean and fun. We had a great time and always planned on going back but now we live thousands of miles away.
Nadir Rocha: Mi familia y yo fuimos aquí cuando se llamaba coco key, es lugar es bastante limpio y divertido. Nos la pasamos muy bien con mi familia y nos gustaría regresar a este lugar un día.
Rowan Weigle: The website is not up to date the hours are completely different from the website and there is no in person notices about hour changes etc…
Stephanie Joseph: this water park is a lot of fun. there was a little bit of something for every age. including the adults. from a lazy river to jacuzzi, to splash pad with a slide which made it extra cool. there was also a swimming area for kids to play basketball and swim around. it was cool. there were different levels of slides. honestly i thought they would be more terrifying then they were but my seven year old and i went on every single one. i think i was more nervous then him. LOL. the water was also about 2 ft deep which was reassuring. you could smell the chemicals in the water which i’m sure is a good sign because we want to make sure we’re not spreading germs. the water even had a sting to it in your eyes. so if you’re someone with sensitive eyes, maybe wear goggles or even have the kiddos wear them also. i could see how it could irritate younger children. my reason for the 3 star is because the staff were all children and that wasn’t the most pleasant thing. a lot of them were really rude. some of the life guards were really kind and others not so much. the kids in the food court in my opinion shouldn’t be all working in there. their customer service skills lacked tremendously. we ordered mozzarella sticks and french fries. both were the lowest quality you could think of. i know you have to start somewhere but at least have a responsible adult overseeing them. also the lockers over charged me by $60.00 which wasn’t cool. hopefully they fix it and will refund me. mackenzie at the front desk was really sweet and helpful. i wish they had a first timer greeting to guide you and tell you more about the park and directions. i had to keep asking questions. which was slightly annoying. the bathrooms were also all very dirty. no stall was clean. idk if it’s because of school vacation or what but heads up. overall we enjoyed ourselves. i don’t think it’ll be our number one choice but maybe when we have nothing to do. for now we’ll continue browsing other options. i will say they do have potential to be a five star but in my opinion it’s a 2.5/3.
michael Sullivan: Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended NoMore
soraya jeanbaptiste: The most disgusting place I have ever been new management do better thanks
Taleea Raymond: What’s the point of life guards when my kid was DROWNING and she stood there…. She was so worried about those playing basketball in the water.Lots of kids smashed their heads falling.Capacity is ALOT of people. My older kiddos enjoyed it, 7 and 5. (That’s why 2 stars)Food is highway robbery with prices.Life guarded at the kid area blew whistle for anything, like going down 2 at time for the siblings. If you have a 2 year old (like us) they don’t let you go down the slide with them, they blew the whistle at us, so you have to send them down alone which is kinda wild for a 2 year old for those slides. They do not sell swim diapers. You can bring your own vests.7 year old couldn’t go down kid slide with 2 year old sister cause he was to tall? This crazy lady kept touching my 8 month old baby then when we moved away from her, she grabbed my 2 year olds arm… I told her to not touch people’s kids.I wouldn’t go back.
Algerys Lopez: The waterpark is fun for the kids, the small children area is large enough to have babies and toddlers even big kids play safely together. The middle Parrot Perch area is fun going up and down, waiting your turn for the water slides and unexpectedly being dumped a huge bucket of water. There is an activity for all ages. Minus two stars because yesterday and today, both day we visited, the hot tub/jacuzzi was room temperature, the bar drinks are juice in an ice filled cup and a splash of alcohol not worth the amount of money charged and the food is less than ideal for the prices. I'm yet to find an attraction like this that have decent food though, it's like since you are obligated to buy from them they won't even try to give you good food for the expected expensive price they charge.
Rachel: Echoing the reviews of others who have posted recently (April 2023). Understaffed, chaotic, dirty, not safe, not organized, inefficient with management of amenities, i was scolded by a teen lifeguard who told me he’s not a babysitter when I suggested he take charge of the chaos around him. One little girl smashed her head, after 50 others had already fallen in the same spot, and the lifeguard blew his whistle for backup (which didn’t come) and he didn’t approach the kid. I took her and found her mom (who granted should have been watching her). Just insanity all around. Giving it 2 stars coz the kids still had fun and with the limited options around us we might go back. I’d need to smuggle in some booze next time to save myself.
Sharayu Bhat: Good water park...had funtime! But on site restaurant closes (7 pm ) before the park close time (8pm) so guys take a break eat your food and get back in the water else you would miss the food unless you carry snacks
Lindsay Gavin: Cool place!
Sasha Rugar: Horrible - dirty, murky water, unsafe conditions, filthy floors, terrible service and disgusting overpriced food. 33% of attractions were inoperable or just not opened without rhyme or reason. The lifeguards aren't even paying attention. Kids were running and falling all over the place cracking their heads and backs on the floors. The adults and teens were allowed to play 'chicken', sitting on top of eachothers shoulders, then toppling over onto little children. It was complete chaos and in disarray. The food service areas had trash on the floors and ice piling over on the soda machines. There was soda spilled all over the floor and counters, which created a sticky mess. Just to help you understand, this is a swimming space so people are barefoot or have their feet and toes exposed. Just plain nasty. The food is overpriced but is also undercooked, mushy and tasteless. It's as if they got convenience store frozen foods then half way microwaved them. I'm surprised no one got food poisoning. Fingers crossed. It's so hot that you feel as if you're about to pass out from the mix of chlorine and heat while your eyes are burning. They had no control over the crowds and if they even have safety rules or protocols there's no one is enforcing them. Not to mention the fact that overnight guests have no access towels. For over 3.5 hours they kept saying that they were in the dryer. My dryer at home apparently works better than commercial industrial dryers.Save yourself the headache and stay home. I promise you that you will be injured or disappointed if you go. Just don't.
Elizabeth Moreira: The bartender was super rude and dismissive. Not an attitude for a family friendly place
Stephanie Lokita: The worst spot to make a Birthday Reservation ! They overcharge for everything. Their customer service does not match their description on the website neither in person.I do not recommend anyone this place ! Completely disappointed . Never again .
Tyler Barnes: Fun for the family good time
Cheshy85: My 6 year old had so my fun at her friends birthday party although would like staff to please re-examine height restriction for kiddie section pool. My daughter is a very tall 6 year old (could easily pass for 8) and the height restriction is 48inch for the small blue and red slides. She was able to go in them for a while but then toward the end of the time there she was measured and she stands about 50 inches. Please consider changing the restriction at least to 52/54 inches. She had no problem on the slides and I’m glad that she was able to go on the slides for a bit as all of her friends could and she would have been the only one singled out. I understand safety but please consider that kids are taller these days and still young and would love to go down slides such as these. Please consider making some adjustments to make the height taller if possible which would really be something positive for kids who are taller but young enough to enjoy the smaller slides.
Derek Clemetson: If this place had been cleaner I would give it more stars but it was like no one cleans the place at all. Only employees were teenagers mostly goofing off. I could almost understand if it had been late in the day and the place was really busy but that was not the case. We were literally the first people in. There was empty water bottles and trash all around the pool areas, clumps of hair and who knows what else floating around, dirty swim diapers along the edges of the lazy River ect. Like they don’t open until 4pm I think that gives them enough time to clean the place appropriately. So gross.

Sky Zone Trampoline Park: what do users think?
Oscar Del: Standard jumping place, nothing to rave about
Dana Boulger: I took my grandson and his friend while they were on school vacation we spent a few hours there I think like 5 they had a great time the people there are very helpful and attentive to your needs
Jason Wilcox: Man, the people who own this place really need to revamp this place, give it a make-over for God's sake...
Elsamarie Quesada: The pizza is bomb! And cleaner that other trampolines parks.
Matt: In my experience, the staff that work at this Sky Zone have been caring, professional, and work very hard. It's a safe friendly environment for kids.
Kimberly O'Brien Allen: love it
Karla Aguilar: The toddlers area is so stink. Needs more attention
Geron Zejnati: The place is small and it is really crowded. I have been there twice and was full with teenagers which seemed careless for the little kids. The workers over there were really nice and helpful. I will try to avoid this place if you have little kids.
Tina LeMieux: Experience walking in was awesome yet food for thought 🤔 not good at all a cup of ice was frost bite food availably was wanted wasn't available and the air the 3 years + in hail not ok and the employes in there own world 🌎 not where they are working when is the last time they change there sponge block's they need more involvement with the children 💞 playing not stand at a door 🚪 and focus on across from where they are Hired for ❣️
Jon Ramos: Inside is great. We had a wonderful time. I wish they had a bike rack, there is literally nothing nearby to lock up to. This place is directly off the Northern Strand bike path!
Flavia Termignoni: Fun but not very clean the toddlers area. Specially if you come the last session.
Mikey Bedell: Sadly disappointed in our visit. We, as a family have been to a few trampoline parks in New England, and this was #1 the worst one. From understaffed, leading to not all areas being open, no one at the food/drink counter.....to exposed and broken equipment and unsanitary condition (Flys, body jewelry on trampolines, stains, and more)
Teodelinda Mirabella: If your child needs to get some energy out, come and juuuuuump
Leanne Scardoni: Great place 🙂
Natalya Sergeeva: Amazing activity for children and adults!
La reine de King Ky: It smelled bad there. But my boys had a good time
Be Kind: The restroom on the toddlers area is very dirty , have very bad smile and needs deep cleaning. Most toddlers use that rest room so we expected to be clean bust it was super dirty.
Chris Malave: robby was very chill and nice to me and my boys while jumping at sky zone. great service
Lili: I come here all the time. Rafael was very friendly and I had a great experience.
Soleynis Peguero: Had a great experience with Rafa. Very kind and good service.

Francis Bigness: Enjoyed little people having fun
Jane Pioli: Nice little beach in Winchester.
Anton Khlebnikov: Nice place for the kids to play with water. I wish it was not as close to the pretty busy road as it is, but it's better than nothing.
Cora Jeyadame: Love how clean it is & the water features are super fun for my older son & my toddler. There used to be an attendant who worked there last year but nobody was there when I went yesterday. Drake Playground: what do users think?
Linda M B: This playground is one of the best in the area.
Alma Cusanero: It's a beautiful Park, each time we visit our relatives in Waltham Massachusetts
Rina Berman: It's great for kids all ages.
Fernando Corado: muy lpio
Julianna Mendel: My child loves this park. A good playground, a sufficient number of benches where you can rest, there is a parking lot, which is important.
Oscar Danilo Guerra: Muy lindo
Josie Hudson: A beautiful park, where kids can take a walk. We come here with pleasure from time to time.
Jason Woodley: Great playground. There's lots equipment for the kids, with separate structures for big and little. The big hit was the zip line, which a wide variety of ages enjoyed. The splash park was also very good. Lots of overhead jets, variable patterns and good pressure. Fenced in with gates and a bunch of benches to sit on. All benches are covered, but only 2 sides really get shade. There is a porta potty there. Parking looks to be at the school (until school starts) or along side streets. The play area is shared with a school, so during the school year it might be in-use by them.
Olivia DeJohn: An excellent park for walking with children. Nice playgrounds and comfortable benches.
Lauren Maffei: Very frustrating that the water feature isn’t turned on. Nice shaded areas for parents to sit. Portapotty is a plus. Playground itself is better geared toward kids 5 and up.
Jane Shimoda: My daughter loved the park, but unfortunately, the water featuring was closed. It's mostly shaded which is great. Especially, on a hot day when the kids want to have fun. The playground has a zip line, large field, basketball courts. When we were there, the ice cream truck stopped by.
Marqus Lorelike: Great place to hang or bring the kids!
Anthony Mazzeo: Nice
Mark Towler: Clean, well-maintained playground equipment including an awesome zip line, a water feature and a walking trail.
Maguensie Brisseau: Great but not cleaning enough people not wearing marks
Alicia Tapper: The kids loved the spray park. It's mostly shaded which is nice on a hot day.
Alex Shubert: Great place. Nothing to add. That simple: great place.
Yanira Arriaza: Was great my kids enjoyed it!!!
Selene Perez: Its a ver nice park but its to dirty!
funtime IB: Nice playground for kids.. well maintained.
Colleen Turpin: Christian's favorite playground with his friends.

Rose Kennedy Greenway: what do users think?
Krystal M: Love this new addition to Boston. Quick walk from Quincy market and easy to find. Absolutely loved the swings!
John Guice: The waitress was extremely helpful, making a suggestion as to what I should order! What I ordered( the Cuban sandwich)was delicious! I can't wait to go back there!
Howie Li: Nice peaceful park with plenty of benches. It's a really great place for dogs.
Magdiel Aybar: So beautiful
Elix taveras: Wonderful Place for relaxing and fun with whole family
Jillian Minahan: lots to see. lots to do.
Tom Thornton: Grows better every season
Fred DeCicco: Beautiful outdoor venue that stretches from the North End to South Boston with gardens, water features and seating areas and options.
franchesca melo: Very nice
The Isle Lore Connoisseur: Pretty good park to relax at and is a nice change up to the scenery
TheVHSMadMan PreviewGuys2002: Didn’t have enough time.
Stephen Priest: I've visited several times in the last couple of years and I have always enjoyed the walk, especially at night 🌃 with the lights. Well kept gardens, the huge water fountain that kids play in, the carousel 🎠 that I so want my kids to ride, the spacious lawns and what I enjoy most, other than parking 🅿️, it's free 🆓!! Well, yes, taxes pay for it, of course. I don't see 🙈$ going to waste for such a beautiful place. If you can, stop by and check it out. If it's a hot summer's day and you have kids, bring their swimsuits and play ▶️ in the fountain. If you can visit at night, I highly recommend it. Thanks 🙏 to the Boston/Massachusetts tax payers for this park!Playground: No playground available. There is a fountain that kids and adults can play in. There is also a carousel 🎠 as well.Restrooms: The nearest restrooms I know of are at the Boston Harbor Garage. You can check with the information ℹ️ building to find the nearest restrooms.Dog-friendliness: Pets are allowed but must be leashed.Picnic area: There are tables at the carousel 🎠 but I don't remember
Jamie Howard: Great Place For A Stroll.
Qing Tong: It is nice to have swinging chairs in the park
Steve Elfant: Wonderful park, for adults and kids alike.
Timothy Meeker: An amazing artery of green space that ties the once disparate North End neighborhood into the rest of the city. It's great seeing how the Greenway serves as a place to relax as well as a way to walk between major tourist areas. The landscaping and breadth of activities and installations is impressive as well, especially considering how it's essentially a glorified air cleaning project. Especially nice and quiet in the morning!
Charles Dameron: The Greenway is a nice place to kick off your shoes & relax after sight seeing, watching kids & their parents play in the water is a bonus.
Blid Qi Gong og gode råd v. Iben: Rent og pænt. Et fint åndehul midt i byen
Jason: Great place to take family especially on warm summer day
MrMp1007: Frog pond was closed for the day so we brought the kids here to cool off. What a beautiful spot and there are plenty of places to grab something to go and eat under some umbrellas. There are tables but we opted for the shade of a tree on the lawn.
efon wang: Great for kids
