He did a great job of making us feel comfortable, getting all the important shots (which for us were a mix of candid and posed) and was an overall joy to work with. We took photos in/around the Public Garden and Zev was able to navigate the crowds and get images without bystanders in them - truly a feat for a warm May weekend! Honestly when juggling so many different vendors and logistics, we didn’t have to worry at all with Zev - we knew everything was covered. He also didn’t seem just like “another vendor” - he was personable, truly seemed to care, had a calming presence and acted as an advocate for us - exactly the type of person you want with you on your wedding day. Photo turnaround was incredibly quick and perfectly captured our day from getting ready, to a church ceremony, outdoor portraits and then a hotel reception. Thomas Ahn: wife and I hired Zev to be our wedding photographer. One of the 1st vendors that we were looking for was a solid photographer. We did our google search diligence and found Zev's portfolio, and we loved his photos. We reached out back in 2020 and hired him after speaking with him on the phone and in person. Originally we had our wedding scheduled for 2021 but re-scheduled due to the continued onslaught of COVID to 2022. Luckily, Zev was able to accommodate the new date.We also used Zev for our engagement photo shoot where we shot mostly around Boston Common but other places in Boston as well. On the wedding day, he and 1 other colleague did a great job throughout the day capturing all of our moments. The part that really blew me away was that we didn't have a lot of time to communicate nor time (printing deadlines) and he's so sharp and considerate. He made sure to send me photos in two locations just in case I wasn't able to access one of the locations at 4am.... And then he took time to explain to me in a matter that was so easy to understand why I was having trouble printing with another photo format.I pride myself on being really communicative and accurate but there are moments when time doesn't exist or you're up at 4am working on fumes. And it's not always easy trying to explain the vision that you have in your head. But working with Aiden is like having the most incredible listener, who also happens to be talented and can deliver the magic that you're looking for.Let me summarize myself: If you've ever needed somebody in your corner to deliver something that you only have one shot at getting right, Aiden all the way.

Jenny Caronia: We can’t recommend Aiden enough! We initially hired Aiden for our engagement photos, and he was so nice and did such a great job that we also hired him for our wedding! He got all the photos we wanted (including multiple large family/friend photos), and the turnaround was well within his estimate. Our wedding photos were incredible, we absolutely love them and so did our friends & family! He got great shots of the wedding and awesome action shots during the reception. We also ordered a wedding album from Aiden, and he also did a great job putting the spreads together. For the whole time working with Aiden, he was also quick to respond, and was open to all the things we wanted. We 100% recommend working with Aiden, you won’t be disappointed!

Xiuming Zhang: Aiden was our wedding photographer, and there are so many positive things to say about him. Even before we signed the contract with him, he patiently took the time to ask about (and jot down) our background, plan, and expectations—he really cared to know about our life story to best capture it. Very organized, Aiden is super responsive via text or email; it's always been a breeze to communicate with him.He was also very flexible with changes of plan, which are quite common given how much is going on during those wedding days. It's worth mentioning that Aiden accommodated my last-minute proposal plan and played along nicely to pull off a proposal that both was a surprise to my then-fiancée AND got captured by a professional photographer. (These two usually go against each other: You either pop the surprise but have no one capture it, or have it professionally captured but ruin the surprise. With Aiden, we had the best of both worlds!) Also, to get the peak foliage in Boston, we changed our plan multiple times, and Aiden has always been very cooperative and accommodating.He was also extremely helpful in even non-photography issues, providing many great tips for us (including where to get good seafood after our photoshoot LOL). Aiden's assistance has made our entire wedding experience much easier and more relaxing. He has been always sweet and patient, soothing our stress that originated from the necessary preparations.Most importantly, Aiden is a skillful photographer with great taste. We immediately fell in love with his work after seeing his unique approach of documenting the moments. I have a Ph.D. in a field possibly the closest to photography and deal with images/photos/videos on a daily basis, and I'm confident to say Aiden is technically solid, of course in addition to his artistic tastes. We ended up with numerous beautiful pictures we love, which, by the way, got delivered within a matter of only a few days after the shoots.Overall, my wife and I agree with no hesitation that the best decision we made during the whole wedding process was picking Aiden as our photographer. Thank you, Aiden. You won't regret using his service!

Adeline Um: Aiden is amazing on all ends, we honestly couldn't have been happier with our photographs. One thing that my husband and I noticed and really appreciated about Aiden is his attention to small details in making a good photograph a great photograph. He is very light on his feet, we got so many pictures where we didn't even realize he was there! His photojournalistic approach makes for very authentic and genuine photographs -- I think this is what sets him apart from so many photographers; he really captures your day beautifully and organically. Aiden was so flexible with COVID-19 when we had to cancel our wedding and he is a great communicator. We would sometimes go weeks without responding but he would always respond within a day. We could not recommend him more!

Amy Huang: Aiden is awesome! He was recommended by one of my good friend and we couldn't be happier to have him snap the moments of our special day. Due to COVID, our ceremony and reception was canceled in the spring and he was very understanding and professional. We ended up having a small ceremony in the fall and he was accommodating to reduce the service package to fit our need.He is attentive and catches the spontaneous moments that you will love when looking back at the photos. He also provides many artistic photos that shows different perspective. I would highly recommend Aiden to my friends and family.

But he ended up being much more than just our wedding photographer - he really made the effort to get to know us, and he took the time to understand what we really cared about in terms of capturing important moments at the wedding. He also played an integral role in helping us refine our day-of timeline and was always happy to be a sounding board when we had questions about the wedding planning process. He even sent us a wonderful card with words of encouragement a few weeks before the wedding! Nora Ali: was really disappointed with the final product. I barely got any photos of my family - and our wedding video was overly posed and cheesy. he also did not ask me for my song preference for the wedding video. I was told after the fact that any raw footage from the wedding would not be shared - which is usually the best part and would have been something I really would have loved to see. Warning! (any candid outtakes from the wedding will not be shared).

Kassandra Desmond: Aiden was the most wonderful photographer we could have asked for for our wedding. He was professional, prepared, and responsive leading up to it. On the wedding day, he was soft spoken and kind. We barely noticed he was there, and we heard the same thing from many of our guests - neither he nor his assistant were ever in anyone's way. He made the family portraits go by quickly and smoothly so we could get back to enjoying all we'd planned. Once we received them back, the photos were so incredibly beautiful, we couldn't be happier. He worked with us to create the perfect album and I can't wait to get it in a few weeks. We even got to customize it with a gorgeous leather cover and embossed names. I cannot recommend Aiden more highly for any event, but especially your wedding.

Monica Tommet: Aiden was my wedding photographer back in 2013. My husband and I love his pictures very much! He was very professional and have a lot of great ideas in terms of how to pose for family portrait. During the wedding, he was a great observer. He captured great moments during the ceremony, speeches, and so many fun moments afterwards.Fast forward, now 4 years later, one kid later, we decided to hire Aiden again for a family photo shoot session. He hasn't changed! He is still very professional. Very easy to communicate with via email before the shoot. He gave us a few great suggestions in terms of the location of the photo shoot. He is very accommodating and flexible on when to have the session, taking consideration of my son's nap schedule. Given the fact that my 8 month old son was moving around constantly, Aiden captured amazing moments of three of us. His turnaround time is remarkably fast, he is totally unobtrusive, and our guests commented on how committed and hard-working he was throughout the night. Aiden is honestly very sweet and talented. We've already recommended him to people we know and hope to come up with an excuse to hire him again in the future--perhaps for an anniversary party!Previous review:I asked Aiden to take some sneaky shots during a surprise proposal and he did a spectacular job. He caught the moments before and during perfectly. Afterwards we also had a little photo shoot. He's extremely nice, made us feel very comfortable (I'm not a big picture person), and directed us well while still allowing us to enjoy the moment together. Not only that, but he got us the pictures ridiculously fast and they are all gorgeous! A few of the shots in particular are literally perfect: exactly what I envisioned and hoped for. Nick Gregoire: Aiden was amazing! He was very professional, personable, punctual, and responded quickly to emails. The pictures he took of our wedding were simply stunning. I can't tell you about the flood of compliments we got on them. He was creative and really knew his stuff.His attention to detail was astounding, not only in his photography, but everything. For example, when we went to pick up our pictures, he could have just given us a thumb drive and sent us on our way. Instead, the thumb drive was wood with his name etched on it with a magnetic cover, inside of a wooden box (also etched with his name) filled with straw. Even the paper he used to online prices was of a high quality.I truly have nothing negative to say about him. Of all of the people involved in our wedding (DJ, venue, baker, florist, etc), Aiden was by far my favorite. I highly recommend him for your wedding or any other situation that may need a photographer for.
