They didn't have them in stock, but had them shipped to their location and called me when they arrived.The staff are friendly, professional, helpful and if they don't know something they will look it up quickly and try to figure it out.The Grainger catalog will remind you of yellow pages of days past that is filled with everything you'll need. I think the website is quicker, but if you know what you want, it's weirdly nice or maybe nostalgic flipping through a huge book.Mops, safety harnesses, concrete hammers, automotive rags, they have industrial level products you can't find in a regular hardware store. Go on line and check them out or stop by and grab a a catalog.
