Ken Morrisino: If you want to deal with a 3 month headache of being charged 2 separate bills for the same phone numbers, speak with Nelson. Not only that, you get to spend 2 hours in store on 2 separate occasions, have them screw up your ability to get a brand new phone, then spend 2 more hours on the phone to get your wife’s phone activated. Other than that, no other complaints!

I told him that I would talk with my family about it, and that if I was interested, I would come back to the store. My initial intention was to upgrade two IPhones. However, after waiting for around an hour, the Sales Associate told me that no phones were in stock, but that there was a new box with inventory that could be opened just for me only if I bought the cable plan. I told him I wanted to speak to the manager. The manager told me he would check the box for me with no problem. He came back around 10 minutes later and told me there were no phones availble. The SA then told him that he missed a box, and came back 10 minutes later with a brand new Iphone.The SA told me that the Iphone was reserved, and that a customer was going to pick it up today, but that he would cancel that request and give me the phone if I bought the cable plan. Not only did I waste 2 hours of my day, but I also felt disrespected and harassed. I have been using AT&T for YEARS, and I have never had a problem like this when I wanted to upgrade my phone

Priska Summer: I went there to get my laptop (HP spectre which I bought for ~ $2000 a few years ago) fixed for having problems starting it after getting some liquid into the area of the power switch. Initially, I didn't think that their service was too bad, since they took my laptop in for diagnosis without an appointment. The worker there had already made me aware that it seemed to be an issue with the motherboard and then took it in for diagnosis. After a few days they told me that the motherboard really was the main problem and that - to my surprise - they don't do (HP) motherboard replacements. Recently, however, I had my laptop checked again in some other place and they found that the actual problem was the power switch, which they replaced and it is now fully back to working again!!! If I had believed the diagnosis of uBreakiFix in Cambridge and wouldn't have gotten it double checked, I would have had to get a very expensive motherboard replacement or even buy a new laptop.On top of that, they tricked me into buying an insurance coverage which I honestly didn't even realize until I got home and googled what I had actually signed up for. Luckily, I was able to get out of that contract after calling that insurance company within 30 days after my initial visit to uBreakiFix.
Reiner See: I highly and strongly recommend to come visit this specific branch of uBreakiFix Asurion for any phone technical repair issue. They are very helpful and efficient! Manager Prince King and Uka are amazing and knowledgeable.
Bobby Chan: The initial employee who started my phone screen repair process was rude and condescending. He was wearing a blue new york sports hoodie over his head and a mask. The employee argued with me in front of another customer and staff member. He argued that I cannot factory reset my phone because he would have to work longer on the phone. I was previously informed by another store representative that it would be fine to factory reset my phone.The entire time, I did not raise my voice or speak in a angry tone. Aftewards, He abruptly left the counter and store. He would repeatedly go in the back room and come out and leave the store. On the final trip he came back with donuts and coffee. The entire time he ignored me, he went in the stores backroom and never came back out. The manager, Prince, came out and apologized. The manager assisted with finalizing the transaction. When I came to pickup my phone, the hooded staff member was there. He gave me a glare and was curt and rude to the customer he was with. That customer canceled his transaction due to this staff members attitude. Overall the experience was somewhat salvageable due to the manager and other staff member.
Ferreirados Santos: If you have your cell phone screen damaged, don't go anywhere else! You will have your device diagnosed and fixed in hours by friendly skilled technicians. The place also offers cell phone accessories such as cases, screen protections and more. I was respectfully and attentiously taken care of from the first person over the counter to the store manager, Prince King. Definitely, getting services done here was worth each cent.
